Urgent Care TX - Azle

Me and my son were able to be seen together! In and out without much wait! The ANP we saw was beyond kind and friendly and had the best bedside manner! You can tell she truly cared! The front desk staff was so speedy sweet and friendly and the MA/Nurse staff were incredible too! Gave me 2 shots and I didn’t even feel them! Couldn’t have asked for better care here! We will def be back!

My daughter needed to see a doctor while home for Christmas break. Such a difficult thing to be sick on a holiday. We live in Paradise and this was the only clinic/urgent care that was not already booked solid or closing very early for Christmas Eve. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and and pleasant, even though they were working. The doctor was great! Didnt catch his name, but he was caring, thorough, and efficient. I would come back here again! Thank you for Healthcare service as it should be!

The staff here are excellent! Amy the front desk coordinator is so helpful and so sweet. The medical assistants and FNPs and NP are so thorough and informative as well. I have seen Kris and Colleen and love them both! Thank you for taking such good care of me.

We were able to get in and out quickly. However the kids toy area had over a dozen crickets, both dead and alive, which makes you question how clean they keep the rest of the clinic. I also had to call back up after 4-5 hours because the prescriptions ordered were never submitted to the pharmacy.

Went in with leg infection. In and out in less than 30 minutes, so happy with this place. Meds were sent to pharmacy before I left exam room!Receptionist was happy, acts like she enjoys doing her job. Staff was great and I loved the Dr. Lady, all business, in and out fast. Will make this my go to place to get emergency treatment.

Pretty disappointed that we paid $200 and the provider literally seemed as though she was half asleep. She repeated questions that we’d already answered, continued to tell my shy & anxious daughter not to look at me for answers, and gave no diagnosis. She even said she had no idea what day it was at this point. We’ll be following up at our pediatrician seeing as how we still have no idea what’s wrong with our daughter.

Yesterday, I took my young adult daughter in with severe pain in her lower abdominal. The receptionist was very friendly. I do not even know the name of the doctor, a lady, who treated my daughter kind and professional. We were sent immediately to an ER due to her concerning condition. Can’t thank the doctor enough who caught a serious condition and most likely saved my daughters life. Thank you!

The staff were super nice. I got seen by Bailey first and she was awesome and helped me understand how everything was going to go. I was in and out very fast.

Was seen one night and given a steroid shot was charged $200 plus payment from the insurance company. Next day I went back sicker than I was the day before they test me and I have Covid and type a flu, good job geniuses! Charged another $200 and now they owe me $300 back! They don’t know how to charge insurance and they don’t know proper medical protocol based on symptoms! Stay away from this place, I think all the good reviews are company friends!

Super nice, didn’t have to take me right before they close but they did. Super appreciative of them for being fast and effective. Happy to know they are here in azle !

This location has the best customer service!! I have brought 4 of my kids here and they have take good care of us every time!

I waited over an hour and a half past my appointment time. The person ahead of me in the waiting room left, so I have no idea how many were ahead of me, but it wasn’t a waiting room full. I asked for a refund, I was told I was next, and did I want to be seen.. yes, but not and hour plus after my appointment time.

Absolutely love this place!!! We come here instead of ER so fast and convenient!! Great friendly staff members. Recommend to everyone !!

The staff is excellent and seem to care about your needs. A nurse practitioner that I saw was really informative. I really enjoyed coming to this location. I definitely will be back. She was very thorough. Not my way. I wanted to spend memorial Day but they made it pleasant

Was feeling really bad, had some dental work on Wednesday at Ballard dental clinic and was hurting really bad all night went to urgent Care and they were absolutely wonderful. No waiting time hardly The doctor was very professional the nurse was excellent The receptionist was very welcoming wonderful experience all the way around.

I was very pleased with the ease of making an appointment on line. Also the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.I spent less then an hour from arrival to departure.It is good to know there is a place I can go when I don’t feel well that is close to home.

First off I do not like going to ANY MEDICAL PLACE PERIOD. This place was different. It’s very welcoming with great comfortable seating. The staff is amazing an the nurse assistant an DOCTOR I saw there is priceless of top shelf. Not only welcoming but willing to listen to me an explain things to me in great detail. I’d give this place million stars if I could.

We had an Awesome experience at Urgent Care TX in Azle. All the staff were very nice and pleasant to meet with. They cared about what was going on and selected a great direction of treatment. Highly Recommended. Will use again.

My primary care Doc was booked, so I decided to give the Urgent Care a try... Dr Robert was awesome! Staff was great. I didnt have to wait long at all. On the way to feeling much better.

Doctors are good but the wait time is ridiculous. For not having hardly anyone in the lobby, you are here over an hour.

This is a very nice and professionally run urgent care facility in Azle. I definitely recommend their services.

Been in a room for an hour and havent been seen by doctor nurses just chatting outside to each other and not doing anything horrible wouldnt recommend

Not very informative and you will be disappointed and need to be reseen fyi they charge every time even if it for the same complaint good place to go if you want to be a test dummy
