Baltimore City Health Department- Druid Sexual Health Clinic

I had an unfortunate experience with the customer service at this facility. I found the behavior of the front desk representatives to be unprofessional and lacking in courtesy. As a patient, I believe everyone deserves to be treated with respect and kindness, and I hope the management takes steps to improve their staffs approach to customer service. I sincerely wish no one else has to go through a similar experience. I would recommend considering other options until these issues are addressed.

They are so unprofessional when I visited there I had a appointment the person I was talking to over the phone never put me in the system and they was laughing at the fact I didn’t know the nurse name and I was stressed I will never go back here again the staff here made me feel low for what reason I was there for free testing

The lady at the front desk must really hate her job she super mean for no reason

They have a lot going on providing free services but it is very professional and helpful with information.

The wait time is long, You have a 4 hour wait time to be seen then about another 45 min for results , its a all day process .

The girl at the front desk is VERY RUDE😳

That lady that answers the phones is very rude and disrespectful!
