Metro Inclusive Health

This past week I wasn’t had health insurance. I was going through a big anxiety. God bless Ms. Piggy for everything she did for me. She’s provides me every opportunity to get an excellent heath insurance and get my medication truth Tampa health department. She’s was very supportive and patient. Working under the clock this loving caseworker, took her time to help me with everything I need. Metro have excellent opportunity for anyone with HIV. Thank you for calming down and get my benefits back again. She’s an absolute helpful, putting her heart into make sure we live the office without any stress. Thank you for having me as a member of an important group of others, with a similar case. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL THE SUPPORT.

When I heard the word “clinic” I was leary of what would be encountered, however, I was extremely pleased by the level of service given at Metro. From Myesha at the front desk to Denise, to Tracy to Dr. Mike, all were very helpful, kind and respectful. I truly appreciate their level of professionalism and service.

Speaking only of my personal encounters and visits, I am happy with the level of service and care I receive here. This includes, but not limited to the front desk (Receptionist), Mrs. Tracy (Nurse), Mrs. Peggy (Case Manager), and (Dr. Joseph Paruolo) who has surprisingly been extremely helpful and very kind to speak with. I have no doubt Dr. Michael Romeo was an excellent care provider, but I believe an equally excellent doctor (Dr. Paruolo) has join Metro Health.

Worst customer service..they should just do theircommunity service programs and stop attemping tobe a mainstream doctors office. They strive for uninsured and programs and dont care about their paying clients.

Front desk lady was efficient. Unfortunately I was tested in an expired container meaning my labs were invalid. Isnt this your job? Now I have to waste my gas money and time to return. Incorrect.

Terrible help and information at the front desk. Also very hard to reach over the phone. Front desk associate seems like they need training and help understanding services metro offers. Was able to get a hold of the St.Pete office to get set up just fine.

Michael Romeo is great! First time feeling comfortable and listened to at a Doctors appointment. Also received lab results quickly!

Very disrespectful and gave me a hard time over the phone and put me on hold just to not speak to me just triggered my symptoms n gave me a flare
