Staff members are very friendly. Trisha W. ARNP is wonderful. She takes the time to listen to your concerns. She comes prepared, goes out of her way to explain and answer questions. This has been a very positive experience. Highly recommend Iowa Women’s Health.

I really appreciate the care I have recieved at Iowa Womens Health Center. Dr. Rexroth and the staff and nurses I have met so far are all very kind and knowledgeable. Their emphasis on the comfort of patients throughout the course of their of treatment is outstanding. Its also great how they kept the dialogue open by reminding me to contact them if I have any questions between visits.

I had a co-worker refer me here a couple months ago and it has been life changing in every positive way. I knew within minutes of Jessica entering my room that I had found my forever Womens Health Practitioner. I felt heard and understood for the first time in years with some very sensitive topics that are normally hard to discuss but not with her. I was there again today for a follow-up and its hard to put into words the feeling of confidence I have in Jessica and just feeling at peace knowing that I am in the best hands with someone that genuinely cares, listens and is so knowledgeable. Kudos also to her nurse who has made me feel so comfortable and at home and the front office staff that never fail to put a smile on my face because they are so gosh darn funny and down to earth. Love them! If youre on the fence, just take the leap of faith like I did. You will have zero regrets!

The staff here is awesome! They make it enjoyable to go to the doctor. Super professional with a sibling type of comradery that makes you feel at home. Dr. Jacobson is phenomenal. She is so easy to talk to and thorough. Ive only been here twice, but it feels like they have been my health care providers for years.

My first appointment and everyone was so friendly. They answered every question and made me feel at ease.

The minute you walk in the staff is friendly happy you can tell that they love their job. The nurses and ultrasound tech are all very calming and pleasant. Dr. Rexroth is amazing at explaining things and just has a calm demeanor about himself and you feel good about your decision, I had to have assist. He did such a good job at numbing it. I didn’t feel it. I had hormone pellets put in that was less painful than an IV being put In. Dr. Rexroth was very informative with the lab work and with the vitamins that I’m going to be taking and very very thorough with the follow ups that I’m going to be having and the staff check out was amazing. They were fun. It’s just a happy overall experience for something that I was not really sure about.

Jessica takes time to explain everything, puts it in laymen’s terms. She also shares all the pros and cons of various services- wanting her patients to have all of the information.

Everyone is always so nice and they do a great job getting you in and out as fast as possible. They truly care how you are doing. I highly recommend them.

I was so impressed that they took the time to listen and find a solution for my issues. The fact that the appts. are longer than the standard 15 min. shows they actually want to help patients, and that you are not just a number or an insurance check. Dr. Rexroth performed a full hysterectomy with the the use of the robot. I had ZERO pain, and this is not exaggerated in any way! The next day I was up like it never happened and I never had to touch the pain meds, and I hardly had any need for ibuprofen. Between the surgery and the Biote HRT I have been utilizing, I have my life back, and will be forever grateful! The entire staff is amazing!!

This has been the best experience I’ve ever had with any doctor and medical staff. The front desk ladies are so sweet and kind. the nurse I had was so wonderful and made me feel comfortable and the woman who drew my blood was so fast and made the experience stress free. Iowa Womens Health Center saved my life; back in 2023 I was a year post-hysterectomy and having severe complications such as abdominal pain, reoccurring infection, and more. I had been going from doctor to doctor treating this infection and not getting any better. From the first phone call I made to the office Amy, Melissa, and Alicia made sure that I would get in right away and taken care of. Jessica and she was able to tell something was not going quite right so she brought in Dr. Rexroth to discuss my care; turns out I was prolapsed after a year post-hysterectomy. The entire team of IWHC has personally taken care of me from the nurses Jessica, Sashi, Marissa, and Brittany have always made me feel safe, heard, and protected when it came to my care. Within weeks of being in their care, I was starting to feel better from antibiotics and a plan for coming up with how we were gonna surgically make sure that I would feel better by fixing my internal anatomy. I am now almost six months post-vaginal cuff surgery and they have not stopped or slowed down in my care. There were days I would come in at least once to twice a week for my care, and they have always made me feel right at home where I was never a bother, or a burden. This whole team is made of people who love what they do, they go the extra mile when it comes to patient care, and if it was not for them I would not be where I am today; no infection and on my pain management. They are worth the trip it takes to go to their office, you wont regret it. Thank you to the whole team for making sure that my quality of life is high and making my health your priority.

I have been coming here very regularly for over a year and am never rushed and always valued. Ive been seen at different times by all the staff who each have their niche. They work well together to give well-rounded, comprehensive care. They diagnosed and started treating my pain within two visits after years of finding no answers and solutions from other doctors, and after a long process of various treatments, my quality of life is improved tenfold.

I can not say enough good things about this clinic and Dr. Rexroth. I feel heard as a pre-menopausal woman and feel much more in control of pretty much everything. After a year on hormone pellets I sleep better, my energy and focus is better, and I need far less medication for ADHD and depression. I finally was able to have the hysterectomy I have begged other doctors for for over 20 years!I tell all of my friends and clients to just make the appointment and get an idea of where you are hormonally and find out what your options are. They are not pushy at all!10/10 Highly Recommend

There are not enough good things that I can say about Jessica Jacobson and nurse Marissa; these two women are a representation of everything healthcare providers should be. It can be nerve wracking going into OBGYN appointments, especially if you have had past problems surrounding these exams. Jessica & Marissa make sure you feel safe, are comfortable, and most importantly are taken care of. I can tell Jessica anything and everything that’s concerning me and she’ll make sure to address each of my worries thoroughly, making sure to maintain open communication throughout as to why she thinks that and what the best treatment plan is. She inserted my IUD for me as well, and I cannot express how grateful I was for her incredible bedside manners. I revealed my anxiety around getting one and she spoke to me in a calm, reassuring tone and Marissa did the same. I also found the new facility (I used to see her at OBGYN associates) to be incredibly clean and welcoming! I’ve been a patient for 2 years now and don’t plan to ever leave. I love the staff and I hope that anyone looking for an OBGYN provider starts seeing Jessica Jacobson ◡̈

I was seen today in this office for the first time. I saw Dr. Sashi & she was extremely nice & helpful. Great bedside manner. The ladies at the front desk were wonderful as well. They all seemed to care a lot about my care and concerns and we’re very helpful with anything I needed. I was also able to purchase some fresh made honey from Dr. Rexroth! I highly recommend this office!

Very welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Dr. Rexroth and all of the other staff members made sure all of my questions were answered, and I didn’t feel rushed like I have at many other health care offices. I was impressed with the patient examination rooms! Very clean and obviously new/modern exam equipment. Most of all, my condition was taken seriously and I was given several options for treatment (fully explained) and my choice for treatment was supported and well managed throughout the full course of the treatment. Follow up support greatly surpassed expectations. I don’t review businesses normally, but I had such a great experience during what could have been a very stressful and scary time in my life that I want other women out there to know about this center so they can have better health outcomes and experiences than they have had in the past.

Dr Rexroth is the best around. I met him during my first pregnancy & he delivered both of my children via C-section. Both surgeries went great with a positive recovery. He takes great care of his patients & even came to the hospital over his lunch hour on a non surgery day to delivery my second born. I returned to him for further gynecological services when he opened the WHC. I’ve never received better or more thorough care from a provider. He actually listened to each of my concerns, identified & corrected my issues right away. His nurse Bonnie is awesome too. Always so kind & caring in her work. Love this team & couldn’t recommend them more.

I just starting going to Iowa Womens Health Center and I have been nothing but pleased with the results I have had so far. My joint pain is gone, I wake up feeling refreshed, I have more energy and the list goes on. I highly recommend any woman to do a consult to see what they could help you with, especially if you are going through menopause.

Dr. Rexroth has been my gynecologist for going on 10 years now, delivered both of my kids, and I followed him to this new Womens Health Center. To say he is knowledgeable is an understatement. He is one of the best gynecological surgeons in the country. To say he is personable and conscientious to make sure you have the best quality of life with issues from basic monthly issues to hormonal issues is a fact. I am so grateful to have Dr. Rexroth as my gynecologist and hormone advisor. I cant recommend him enough!

They will run painful unnecessary test. Blaming insurance, which is a flat out lie. I spoke to my insurance company who told me the test were not required. They don’t listen at all. If I wanted my medical issues ignored I’d ignore them myself

I have been so happy with the people and experiences here. They always make sure Im comfortable with any tests that I need done and they listen to your concerns. Always a great experience.

Dr Rexroth listened to me. He HEARD me, as his patient. I have felt like my thyroid levels were off for years, but my Drs would only check basic labs that were normal. Dr. Rexroth did more detailed testing and discovered my labs really arent within normal range. He started me on the correct medication. And im finally starting to feel better. Dr. Rexroth takes time with you, listens, understands, and really cares about his patients. The staff at the clinic is so nice and the environment is very comfortable. I recommend this office to everyone!
