I went to revive for my first time and Amber was so welcoming, not only that but she was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She thoroughly explained the anatomy and everything she was going to do before hand. I was super nervous to get Botox done, but she made me feel comfortable and at ease. My experience was awesome and didn’t feel much. I am very happy and can’t wait to see my results. I will for sure be back and highly recommend revive! I wish I would have known about this sooner.

Today I received a PRP facial from Amber, and I’m already loving my results! My under eye darkness has already improved and my face is so glowy! I always feel like I’m in great hands with Amber. She always makes sure I’m comfortable, talks me through the process, and gives an outstanding treatment! I will absolutely be coming back for another session! This is great place to go they offer facials, skin tightening and Botox, the list goes on and most importantly if you have any female issues, they offer non-surgical alternatives. The team is awesome and the doctor is compassionate and has great bed side manners.

Went for a consultation last Friday and it cost $150 for the consult . They did explain it will go towards the surgery at the office . He did his exam and said I should do the Thermiva and then see if I want to do surgery . I didn’t want to pay for both so I opted for the surgery . He didn’t seem like he liked my decision but said he would do it . After giving him my decision , he said he didn’t know when we can get into surgery, and he will reach back out to me in a couple of weeks . I left very confused about next steps and I wasn’t satisfied with knowing it would be weeks before any update. I called 2 days later to let them know I was confused about next steps and receptionist assured me the doctor would call me back to help me understand. I never received a call or an email again . I spent $150 for nothing, no call back , no next steps . Please be aware if you pay the $150 you may or may not be serviced or called back .

First let me say Dr. Hazem is a super sweet & honest Dr! I went to him to get more information about a vaginal rejuvenation, he was so honest and never pushy at all on which treatment I should do, he just gave his advice & told me what the success should be with Thermvi vs Surgery. I knew 100% I would not undergo surgery but I was really curious about the Thermvi. I was set on this treatment!! Hazmen made me very comfortable from the very start & all through my procedures! He assistant is also a doll and I love the whole atmosphere while the procedure is taking place, otherwise it would truley be a little awkward lol but they are a great team and I appreciate them helping me get back to being more comfortable with myself!The Thermavi did wonders for me, I was skeptical @ first but in about a week I defiantly notice a drastic change for the best!!Im happy I came across Dr. H to do this treatment for me!!!

With the complete understanding that cosmetic procedures have risks overall I feel like my wife was taken for a ride. After having a procedure completed that had significant cost to it ultimately the results weren’t 100%. Overall the procedure was definitely painful on the recovery side. Truthfully I would say that 90% of the job was complete. When she went in for her post op meeting it was recognized that there were some areas that were not completed and it was stated that we want to make sure you are completely happy. Fast forward a few months on the second post op, again recognizing that the job was incomplete when having the conversation of rectifying all of a sudden there is addition $1500 charge. When she didn’t immediately agree they offered $1000 for the follow up procedure. Look I’m not saying that the results weren’t not good overall, however the job is not complete. Ultimately I don’t think it’s good business to mislead with the thought that a follow up procedure would be covered in the original cost and then ask for secondary payments.
