I had to go to this facility for job purposes. And let me say this is a amazing facility everyone is so nice . Especially Eillen she is the best very attentive and professional. Good job ladys...

They are very nice and gentle!! They get you in and out. I love the services provided with a smile. A lot of places like this have a person at the front desk that look like they hate their job. This is Not one of those places. Thank you all, please continue to smile. Have a blessed week.

This immediate care facility is one of the quickest and easiest places to go for rapid and necessary help. They are always efficient, helpful, kind and I never take longer than 45 minutes here, from moment of check in to check out. Lindsey is a very kind person here and I have never had a poor experience with this facility and the employees. Thank you!

I cannot recommend this location enough! I came in with a bleeding hand and was assisted by staff as soon as I walked in the door. The doctor immediately took me back and verified if I needed stitches or not. Thankfully I didnt, so they gave me some first aid to help, as well as unfailing kindness and compassion. Thank you to Lindsay and Eileen!

Front lady is extremely nice. The nurse however doesnt know how to handle anything dealing with mental health. I told her I stopped taking Cymbalta 30mg and having bad withdrawal symptoms. Instead of telling me to contact my phyc or go to the emergency room she spent the next 5 mins accusing me of taking more than the prescribed amount. I could have showed her on the bottle the last time it will filled and its over that many days. Plus I wasnt asking her for that I just wanted Zofran and Loperamide. She gave me attitude saying imododium is OTC. I told her its expensive and its free with my insurance as a perscription. She gave me attitude saying no its only over the counter. Not once did she ask if I felt like harming myself. She should have told me to go to the ER or contact my Phycatrist. I ended up just walking out on her and going elsewhere.

Office staff is very nice and professional and the driver was very pleasant. Doctor explained about the injury thoroughly.

I came in a Tuesday only 2 people were in front of me process really fast and easy. Really nice people work here.

The whole staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I love the movies they play in waiting room.. They have a Keurig machine makes it even more comfortable. Thank you!

I’ve had my CDL since 2015 so you could imaging how many dot physicals and clinics I’ve been to… This place was my favorite. Not too crowded, clean, and fast pace. Everybody was so friendly.

Even tho it took a hr b4 I was seen the employees and nurses were very nice efficient and apologetic about the wait and yes they was busy but defly has a great respect level love this place

Took my 6 year old daughter today for the first time at 9pm not feeling well. She was seen right away by a nurse and then taken care by Dr. K. German they were both super nice and patient with her. She was treated at the clinic and send home with antibiotics to make her feel better. She also got 2 little toys before going home that made my daughters night and had her asking if to come back here every time she is sick. I would totally give them 10 stars for the way they treated us today if I could. Thank you!!

I can’t express the efficiency and professionalism of this dynamic staff.I came in as a walk in for a bug bite that left a severe rash and was addressed promptly. I was able to be seen quickly which is unheard of in a lot of clinics especially with an appointment . Can’t say enough about this place

Handled my issue over the phone, confirmed that they could do what I needed. When I got here, they ran the test immediately, so the results could come in while I filled out paperwork - not the other way around.If you need care, this is the place.

Mimi and Christine are the best! Sliced my thumb with a razor blade and they were able to “glue” the wound closed for me instead of stitches. Definitely the kindest, and funniest staff at an Urgent Care Center that I’ve ever been to. Hopefully I don’t need to come back anytime soon, but if I do I really hope they are the ones working!

Awesome place. No wait time. Both the nurse and the doctor were so sweet and caring. I called the next day after I went in because I had a question about my symptoms and a doctor called me back within 10 minutes. I feel like this is definitely an upgrade from any other urgent care I’ve been to. I won’t be going anywhere else but here now

Took my daughter here for stitches last week very late at night after a bad cut not sure what to expect but we had a very good experience. The intake process was super easy. The nurse was excellent and made my daughter feel very comfortable. Stitches came out this week and would is healing well. And my daughter is now considering a career in nursing!

I enjoyed the welcoming energy coming through the door. The employees were very polite and helpful, the treatment and service was excellent.

Was in and out in about 30 minutes or less. Called in advance about wait time and was told given an estimate. It was much faster. Only 2 people total working but they were going quickly through patients and were extremely nice. Great overall experience and will go here from now on if needed!

First time ever at a walk in clinic and it was honestly great! The nurses are so sweet. They made this visit great and stress free! There was no rude attitude from anyone! So I went there for some blood draw. My veins are very difficult to poke but the Staff was so friendly and helped me out. Mickey was so proficient in her skill. This place was a worth-while and extremely convenient find; a great option, especially if you live in the area. If its not an emergency, in lieu of driving to either Advocate or UIC hospitals in the city, I definitely recommend this Urgent Care facility if/when the need arises. Fast service, great staff.

Great place open late so you can come later at night if you get hurt or anything of that nature. My shoulder was hurting from working and they sent a car right over to pick me up and get my shoulder checked out.

This was my first time at this immediate care and I was impressed! I came to get a covid test for myself and my 2 year old, and was pretty nervous about how everything would go. The nurse named Lindsey came to our car after a short wait and was so sweet with my son. She swabbed us both and answered some of the questions I had. I received a phone call right after my results came in too. I would definitely recommend this place.

Went there for a very painful sports injury. The staff was very attentive and came to my rescue in spite of what looked like a busy, patient-filled office. The NPs (Lindsey) professionalism with me and the other patients is commendable! They even followed up a few days later to check on me. Outstanding!

Having a severe fear of doctors I was pleasently surprised! Friendly staff, almost no wait time and extremely helpful. We had to drive 40 minutes to get here because nowhere by us was open. 100% worth the drive!

Staff is so nice and it was fast and easy to get in and seen for my DOT physical recertification. Parking ourside is crazy but you can still fit Tractor AND trl on the side of the street.

4th time here..First 3 times were for my husband. Received excellent, quick and professional treatment each time. Today I was here for myself. My PCP was booked and they took me. Once again treated with fast, and exceptional service.

I went here to take a DOT physical. Everything was going good until it was time for me to leave and I learn not only did they misplace my drivers license but I received a call the next day from a random person saying they have my drivers license they also gave my contact information out without my consent. Dangerously unprofessional.

I called ahead to see if they could treat my eye. They took me in & processed me right away, and had me on the bed. They werent able to fix my issue, but Linzie was a champ. She gave me the best care she could and referred me to an eye specialist who could remove the foreign material from my eye. Gave me some snacks while I waited, and she contacted a nearby eye care facility. Please come here for any urgent care, all the gals here were great to deal with, and are super nice over the phone.

They were the only urgent care open at 7am, entire staff were very kind the provider we saw was extremely informative warm and kind made my son who was feeling absolutely miserable more at ease than he has been in the past when he needed to get tested for strep throat and COVID/flu.

My wife went in late with severe pains pointing to a kidney infection. She arrived between 12:01-12:02 but was turned away because they dont take new patients after midnight. Seriously?! 1 **** minute?! So what, if shed made one more stop light you would have taken her? If shed shuffled a little faster through the lot while in pain youd say okay? I used to bull that B.S. when I worked in a big box retailer, but in an urgent care with desperate patients? Seriously? Pathetic. Shameful.

The Staff here was so professional and friendly was in and out in a jiffy! I’m back 3 months later cause of an injury the girls here were very accommodating and knew who I was from my last visit made me feel very welcome!🌹Thank you Ladies

Checked in 10am for an appointment. It is going on noon and there telling me I still have to wait 1 hr for just a drug test. By far the slowest place to go take drug tests in the world… the lady kept telling me 45 mins after I have already waited 45 mins twice

Needed to get a Covid PCR test. Aileen came to my car to do test, she was very pleasant and answered all my questions and concerns. My first time getting covid test done, Aileen made it smooth and easy. In and out within 20 minutes. I highly recommend this clinic.

Wait time was long took about 2 hrs to be seen, but the staff is very courteous and apologized for the wait time. When I got to the back I was in and out within about 10-15 minutes.

My experience was amazing the staff and doctors were Very respect, attentive, and are what you would expect when visiting a clinic

They are rude and do not take care for their patients. I went here for a sprained ankle and when explaining to the doctor what measures I’m doing to take care of it she called me a liar and laughed at my pain. When I went back two weeks later i had the same rude doctor. I told her I went to a the ER and my foot wasn’t sprained it was actually a hairline fracture and that I needed restrictions for work because I’m on my feet for 6 hours a day 5 days a week. As I was telling her this she was smiling and then said she needed an x-ray. I didn’t have one but I did have paperwork stating my foot was fractured. She said she wouldn’t be writing me restrictions or treating my injury because I kept coming back for months but that’s a lie I came the 27th and yes it was a new month but it was the 12th which makes it two weeks not a month. I started tearing up and asking “why not? I’m in pain!” She said “I know. I’m still not treating you anymore.” while still smiling. She should not be treating patients if this is how she treats them and should definitely have her license taken away. And if this is the people that this clinic hires they are very much in the wrong as well. Because I never got restrictions I had to keep working on my feet and I eventually had to have surgery on my foot which all could have been avoided if she gave me the proper care. First choice should not be your first choice.
