Maya was working alone today when we arrived. She was pleasant, helpful and went above and beyond to help us feel welcomed and comfortable. She has helped us before and is always so kind and professional.

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!I went to Any Lab Test now Columbiana Dr location and was taken care of by the sweetest, most genuine healthcare professionals. I needed to get a Hepatitis B immunity test done for school and I’m so thankful I chose to have it done here. When I arrived I was quickly checked in and taken back, I shared with the team members that I tend to faint during blood draws, they immediately thanked me for letting them know and moved me to another room where I could lay down and it would be the safest option for everyone. I had never had blood work done while laying down but let me say it worked! One team member performed the blood draw explaining every step in the process and the other fanned me keeping me cool and comfortable constantly asking me how I’m doing. This was by far my best and most positive experience having lab work done and I will most definitely be back. Every staff member I encountered was so kind and accommodating! I can’t say enough good things!!

What a wonderful staff! I have sent numerous patients to this lab clinic for fast, and properly priced lab test. They have gotten results back to our office in as little as 48 hours. They know how to treat patient and other medical personal alike. I will absolutely share how great an experience I have had with them. Great staff! Loved how I could do a walk-in instead of making an apointment and didnt even have to do a doctors visit. Staff was attentive, friendly and did a great job taking my blood! Would highly recconmend to anyone needing lab work done.

Absolutely a pleasure to go to, the staff are all friendly and great. Had to get some lab test done for testosterone, and they did not charge me an arm and leg. I do not have insurance and they do indeed take self-pay. Jake, the owner even came and talked to me for a little bit. He’s a character and an overall swell guy. The staff is beyond friendly and, and make sure to get things right first time. My lab results got back to me within 48 hours.

I gone several times to get a b12 shot for energy and fat burning. The staff are friendly and always smiling. I can always cut up and joke around with the staff and have them laughing. They’re so sweet and cheerful, it’s honestly the best part of my week when I visit.

How the name of the company is “Any Lab Test Now” but they stop doing drug tests at 1. When you signup they should inform you about that. Not have someone waste gas and hold their bladder just to come in and get turned around! The receptionist barely spoke to me. They all just looked at me with disgust. Very bad customer service. And to the owner… don’t even waste your time responding to my review. I wouldn’t recommend this lab to anyone! Save your time and go somewhere else!

I had to have lab work done yesterday as a last minute change from a different, unaffiliated lab. The staff was wonderful. I had to change my appointment time twice, and they were extremely kind and gracious to do so. In person, they were prompt, friendly, meticulous, efficient, and professional. Their prices are also quite competitive. I would highly recommend this location and it’s staff for any laboratory needs one would have.

Stupid and rude. That’s what ya get when you come in here. 3 employees sitting on their butts watching a singing reality show. The lady that took my sample should be mopping floors or something else. Terrible attitude. She mumbled to the point that I couldn’t hear her. Look at someone when you speak to them. I will not go back. Last time everyone was friendly. Not today. Some people are not meant for public service or customer care.

If you’re going here for a drug test the don’t do them after 1. I wasn’t informed until I got there at 2. That’s very inconvenient and the ladies in there were rude!

I came in on Easter Friday and both of the women were very happy and upbeat. Helped me with anything I needed and any questions I asked. They are very fast and I recommend coming here 10 out of 10.

Just writing to save others a wasted trip. I was informed on 06/27/24 that pre-employment testing and walk-ins are only from 9-1 Mon-Fri. So unless you have a set time on your test order, I wouldn’t try to go after 1PM

I went to any lab for the 1st time to get a TB I had an amazing experience with my initial testing however when I returned two days later the receptionist wasn’t very welcoming or friendly. I am not sure if it was a bad morning but I don’t receive the same services.

The staff was great.Carlee took care of my injection (I hate needles by the way) and she did an excellent job though I felt the medicine which she warned me about, I did not feel the needle. I am very grateful for a wonderful first experience and will be returning. Thanks Carlee :)

Both times when I originally came in to do a test I received poor customer service from one of the receptionist, she was very cold and had an attitude about even doing the test. I understand not wanting to work on the weekend but it’s not an excuse to take it out on other people.

This is/was the best experience for me. I needed to be able to get this done and needed to get there on foot. I really appreciate the top service.

Jackie was warm and welcoming upon my arrival. She explained the drug test collection procedure thoroughly and answered my questions before we began. She was very pleasant and patient when I had to drink lots of water to produce a specimen. Victoria is a really awesome employee. She went out of her way to assist me when there were troubles at the lab with my specimen. She wasnt even the collector but called several times about my test. She also did research to find me a better more suitable lab for my situation and what transpired. I feel she went beyond the scope of what is required and I really appreciated it.

The entire team was not just friendly, professional, and accommodating, but they went above and beyond on customer service.
