My sister made an appointment for an A1c test, showed up and everything. All for this rude lady that works in the front to tell her she has to wait for her annual check up to do that test, why couldn’t they tell her that before she showed up to the appointment? They knew what it was for and not only that they told her that the blood sugar she had was normal and to only be concerned if it’s over 200, diabetes runs in our family I think we know how it works. She brushed her off like nothing which is wrong because she’s gone there for a LONG time. Definitely do not recommend this place anymore. If your having a bad day at work don’t take it out on the patients especially because my sister didn’t go in there with attitude at all.

To be very transparent I have white coat phobia that I have been seeing professionals for medical ptsd (this is not some self diagnosing this is on my medical records and medication history) I’ve had *many* clinics that do not take this seriously at all. I call before hand and let them know, notify the secretary there, notify the nurse that takes me back, apologize to the doctors- and have still faced some serious shame, judgment, gaslighting/ blaming anxiety for symptoms, and overall a lack of compassion. However, This clinic will take you in With real consideration and calm understanding. I found a Great Quote to really explain-“Trauma informed care does not prevent being triggered. But it does prevent meltdowns, shame, fear, mistrust, and avoidence of future appointment/ investigations.”It is a huge accomplishment that I have felt safe enough to return to this clinic for a yearly check up.Thank you to the staff that took me in with empathy and grace. especially the young woman that held my hand during paperwork and made a point to say “these emotions are valid and real and we understand. You’re doing great” when I sat with tears running down my face. You made what was going to be a very difficult day just a whole lot more survivable.

I had a really wonderful experience here, counselor Priscela was extremely helpful in setting me up with available programs that are helping me get the services I need. I am so thankful for the benefits here and I hope other women in need can utilize these amazing services. The entire office was very kind and compassionate, I highly recommend using this facility for your services as their treatment is handled with care.

The staff is amazing! They did my labs within 10 minutes and I got to see the entire process which was cool. I was in and out and felt the doctor really listened and answered any of the questions I had. I’m from DFW and you don’t get anywhere close to the great service that they provided here in Corpus. Highly recommend!

The staff at STFPC deserve so much recognition. I’ve been a patient since moving to Corpus Christi, and I have only ever received the highest caliber of health care. I have seen private providers who do not take as much care as these women do. Special thanks to FNP, Jennifer and patient care professionals like Ms. Monica and Tiffany who go above and beyond every time. From sign in to sign out, my experience is always pleasant. The facility is well kept, and again, the staff is next to none. These are the real heroes of our community and I am beyond grateful for their service.

Staff is nice, helpful and friendly. Dr. Jennifer was awesome too.. she made sure she helped me with my questions and concerns. Time thou was an issue, it did take me a while to be in and out.

I got the best experience here, I found a weird ball like in my armpit and the clinic took care of me right away, helping me with appointments and following my case making my health a priority, very thankful for the staff and doctors that work here.Thank you all for what you do, God bless you!!!

Amazing, intelligent, and kind nurses & physicians here. Extremely competent and attentive. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Every member of the staff was very friendly & informative. I received the care I needed and felt that they were very thorough.

When I made an appt, I told them my situation about have cancer cells on my cervix and needing to keep a close eye on it, when I made the appt to get screened for the cervical cancer, the lady on the phone said they would be able to screen me for cancer (cervical and breast cancer) along with a Pap smear, I go into my appt today and had to wait about 1 hour ( new patient so that parts understandable cause they needed to put my info in the system) I go back just to be informed that they weren’t going to give me a Pap smear due to not being 21 (currently 20) and that they weren’t going to do the cervical cancer screening cause of my age, and even if they did the Pap, they would just send me to an obgyn if it had came back abnormal instead of testing for the cervical cancer, (had a Pap last year with abnormal cells and found out cells on my cervix were pre cancerous and needed to get tested regularly to keep a close eye on it). Mind blown when a family planning clinic wouldn’t screen me for cancers or a Pap even after being told over the phone that’s what I would get out of my appt, just cause I’m 20 instead of 21 (mind you I’ve had MULTIPLE paps through my life and had a whole kid, and other places have never turned me down for a Pap smear even when I was like 15) 🙄👎

AMAZING STAFF! Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. I went in as a walk in and was taken in with no problem! Definitely recommend and will be going back!
