Please make this your top choice! The facility is very nice, sleek, and clean! I am 100% going to come back.The team that was welcoming and very polite. Signing up was easy with monica. she is amazing and answered all my questions.

First visit and I was more than impressed with the services. The intro was friendly. The nurses were great and knowledgeable. Then doctor came in and knew right away how to resolve the problem. Unlike other doctors when you address additional issues you didn’t initially came. In for they brush you off or try to get you to come in another time. I couldn’t be happier with the results of my first visit. Thank you for all the help!

Came in today as a new patient, have had a chronic cough for days and my pcp retired so my insurance directed me to them I was happy by the way Dr. Kehres took the time to diagnose my symptoms and listen. Most doctors Ive been to only take 5 minutes then discharge you and dont really take the time to listen about concerns.I will definitely recommend coming here.I definitely will be back for future treatments.

Please don’t visit this place (Farmers Branch location). They changed me at the beginning of my second visit for my lab results.They came in the room and told me the lab lost my results and provided me with no care. Now after 3 WEEKS they are telling me they WILL NOT provide me with a REFUND. Why? What services did you provide me that day? They also neglected to tell me during the prior visit that it would be a lot cheaper to do a virtual follow up instead of a in person one. [They ended up refunding me after seeing this post. Thank you for that]Also, about my first visit, the team was extremely unprofessional. I had the front office woman barge in the room while I was talking with the doctor just to give me my ID back and ask for a debit card. Luckily, she knocked and actually waited for a response while I was getting my actual exam done (Luckily, she seemed to be replaced by a more competent woman by my second visit). During the beginning of the exam the speculum broke and the nurse left the room while I was still trying to cover myself. She then proceeded to leave the door open. (Also, with the door open the waiting room can see right into the exam room). After the exam the nurse didn’t wait for a response while I was getting dressed before barging in the room. I had to get dressed while she was still in the room. Literally, just the absolute worst experience ever at a doctors office. There’s other things, but this post is already too long…Again, I plead with you, do not go here!

This office was fantastic. They got us in for a work physical super quickly, everyone was very kind, and they got me a flu shot while I was there to save me another visit! Highly recommend!

From the moment I walked in the doors to Zeal to Heal I received outright amazing care. The lady at the front desk greeted me and made me feel very welcome. Monica who took me back to the room and did tests like my blood pressure, listened to me and was very sweet and a pleasure to talk with. The icing on the cake was meeting Dr. Luke Kehves. This doctor truly cared for me and listened to my problems and built a plan for me to get better. Dr. Kehves treated me with respect, was very professional and and made feel cared for like no other doctor has ever done before. I walked out of the office confident I was getting the best care I could possibly ask for. An amazing feeling. He saw me as more than just a patient and showed me that with his actions. The next lady who came in to get my bloodwork Eriela, was gentle and sweet. If I could give this place a 6/5 stars I would. This is the best experience Ive ever had with a doctor and I highly recommend them to anyone else.

Jeff is very professional and easy to talk too. I’m not computer savvy and Jeff takes care of me better than most family members! The visit was easy and quick. I would drive all the way across the town of San Antonio to see Jeff! Can’t thank you enough sir!

SCAM!! SCAM!! SCAM!! If I could give a negative star I would. I had an annually check up with labs done which was covered by insurance. I showed up and to my surprise a different doctor than who I booked was there. I still did the physical because I needed it done that day. I was told that if I wanted my results I had to schedule a follow up appointment (Which was a lie). I was not told That I was able to view them online for no charge. I looked and seen they changed my card $80 for the following visit before I even had the appointment. Then They told me that is I wanted to cancel the appointment it would be $80 and they will not refund me. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

These guys are fantastic. Everybody I’ve talked to so far has been attentive kind and wonderful. I’ve been here three times now I’ve got my blood work result all good news, but it was explained to me in detail. Very caring staff. I really like it here.

HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL & A SCAM!!!I was scheduled to see Dr. Nilesh Nangrani at their Farmer’s Branch at 4:30 PM. When I visited the clinic, I was charged 179$ upfront as the consultation fee right when I arrived. I was then made to wait 45 minutes only to BE TOLD LATER THAT DR. NAGRANI IS NOT PRESENT TODAY.1) I WAS NOT INFORMED TO RESCHEDULE 24 hours as Dr. Nagrani won’t be available. Had I been told, I would have rescheduled and not wasted 2 hours of travel. This is a basic procedure in every clinic whereas this office is a complete SCAM.2) On top of that, when I arrived, they charged 179$ right at the onset WITHOUT EVEN TELLING ME DR. NAGRANI IS NOT AVAILABLE.3) WHEN I ASKED FOR THE REFUND, they said to see another practitioner available. IS THIS SOME JOKE?I plan to report this to the Texas Board of Doctors Hotline and American Medical Association if I do not get a REFUND OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY.I feel this is a scam clinic and everyone beware.

Horrible experience. Was seen by a doctor that did nothing to help me. Got labs done right there and was scheduled to see the same doctor online in a week. When I connected to the meeting, the nurse took more than 10 minutes to look up my lab results but never found them. I was instructed to reschedule my appointment since the doctor could not see me without the lab results. They proceeded to send me a lab request form for the same labs that I got done in the office and that I already paid for and xharge me for the doctors visit that never took place because they misplaced my labs! I requested a refund and they declined to send me a refund saying that I missed my appointment which was not true at all. Would not recommend whatsover.

Had to go here twice. One of the doctors work here only once a week. They forgot to add the most important test to the blood work. When I went again they make me went for almost 30 mins even when there was no one. Then they charged me for my yearly physical and then again for the follow up… update: because of this review instead of addressing it, they just sent me back without any test

I had the worst experience ever with Dr. Nilesh Nangranis office in the U.S. I initially scheduled an appointment with him at the Farmers Branch office on September 9th. Upon arriving, I was informed that Dr. Nangrani was not available and that I needed to visit the Keller branch instead. Although disappointed, I rescheduled and drove 45 minutes to Keller for my appointment on September 10th at 4 p.m. Only to be told by the receptionist that Dr. Nangrani had already left for the day.This level of mismanagement and disregard for patients time is unacceptable. It is evident that neither Dr. Nangrani nor his staff respect or value their patients. The receptionist was especially rude and unprofessional in her conduct, to the point that I was relieved the appointment never took place.I strongly advise against visiting Dr. Nilesh Nangranis office, even for the most minor concerns. Save yourself the frustration and seek a healthcare provider who truly cares about their patients and their time.

Went to the Farmers Branch location & saw Dr Kehres and Eriela. Both were welcoming. Dr. Kehres was informative, listened to my concerns, and laid out a plan. The billing was straightforward. I understood the charges, what my insurance would cover, and what was out of pocket. Positive experience

Came in as new patient and was blown away by how great every member of the staff was. Especially Maria. Shes an Angel and definitely brightened my day. 10/10 Excellent service.

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE. It looks like a salon suite that you would go to get your eyelashes done. Service was very unprofessional. Tried to cancel an appointment and got hung up on when I asked a question. Waited a long time when I had an appointment. If I could give ZERO stars I would. PLEASE IF YOU ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH, go somewhere else

Excellent service and professional staff!I’m from out of town and they treated me like family. I had a terrible earache and I found them while searching for an urgent care. They accepted me as a walk in and was out within a 1.5 hours. Would definitely recommend them and would return for additional services.

I was treated well. The office was extremely clean and the Doctor was busy but took care of me.

Ooof. I wanted to like this place. I went once, the doctor was nice and seemed thorough. They automatically scheduled for a follow up appointment and billed for it immediately, which seemed a bit overreaching. I absolutely couldnt make my follow up appointment. I received a text from Jackie asking if I wanted to re-schedule. I replied three times, but was never answered. Their phone number (on the Zeal to Heal website) goes to a voicemail which is likewise unanswered. I stopped in to inquire today if we could reschedule, was told I would be billed $129 again. In my two visits to the office, I saw no other customers. Im going to take that a sign and head elsewhere. As another reviewer said, make sure to sort reviews by recent as it looks like this falldown in customer service has happened since a management change.

Do not trust them. If their customer service is any indication of the medical care they give I worry for your health. I called to cancel in September. I have call logs. I should have recorded the calls. I was told my monthly $79 was canceled. Then in October they took it out again. They were contacted again I was assured it was canceled and would get a refund. This has happened monthly until today when I was informed that there was no call logs or anything in my account recorded about cancellation. They said I could pay the $200 cancellation fee on top of the $400 they have withdrawn since I first canceled. Terrible rude condescending customer service. Please do not do business with them if you want to do business with a quality company find someone else there is nothing quality about their company.

Took my elderly mother, who is also a cancer patient there looking for a primary care doctor. I have 30 years of experience under my belt of dealing with medical professionals, and I dont give 5 stars easily. The place was immaculate, and we were greeted with smiles when we walked through the door. The staff are truly professionals in their individual fields. Thorough in their exam, yet compassionate. Dr Nangrani, he was amazing. Ty for such a wonderful experience during a difficult time.

Dr. Ali Busoul and the team were great. Went in for the routine blood work and tests. I will definitely be coming here to get my annual.

Doctor did not show up for virtual telehealth appointment despite being 10 minutes early on the zoom call myself. They charged me $25 for the appointment and now I have to dispute the charge on my card. Very unprofessional.

The receptionist Mia was a great help. She answered all my questions thoroughly, even though I did not book with this business due to family issues I definitely would come back if need be. Mias smiling face is a great thing to have when coming in to a clinic. She even got me set up with her nail tech, I loved her stylish nails.

Robin was amazing and took great care of me and my other half. It didn’t hurt when she tested either of us. She was quick and efficient and made us feel very comfortable when speaking with her while we were waiting for the doctor. We appreciated her and her service that she preformed to make sure we were covid free. The doctors office was also very clean and we came early to our appointment and were seen right away. This place is very helpful for those who arent currently insured. It really helps a lot when you dont have $149.00 out of pocket to pay for a COVID test. You really want to make sure you have nothing scheduled for the day you attend. When you make an appointment you will not be seen at that requested time, it could be anywhere from two-three hours later. If the company could inform everyone of the wait it would be great. Other than that I have nothing bad to say about the nurses or staff. Im very grateful for the free services rendered.

Very easy and quick to make appointment for my mom who was concerned her job might have exposed her to COVID. They were able to get her the results in about 30 minutes. The place was easy to find and very professional and she found the test to be easy to handle. Recommend 100% of you want quick and painless testing.

FAIR Warning!!!! The online scheduler is NO HELP!!! We scheduled appointment and filled out the information along with our Insurance information and had a 10:15 Appointment. We arrived 20 min early and they said only 3 people were in front of us. They asked us to wait in the car and they would text us when they were ready. We waited in the car for over and hour and twenty minutes waiting on a text to tell us to come into the office, meanwhile while we watched at least 8-10 people come and go. Frustrated we went in and asked WHY is it taking so long and their response was that they were allowing cash payments to go to the front. Our Co-pay was 79.00 with insurance but if you dont use insurance its like 150.00 for the test.. Now we understand it all about the money!!! Your scheduled appointment means nothing...

Everyone was really chill. I went in for my appointment at 2pm and wasn’t seen until 3pm, but considering how many people were coming in and out it was great timing! They gave great info. My husband and I were taken at the same time and got our results back in 15 mins. Definitely will be back if need be. Super simple to register online and fast check ins.

I dont agree with the nickel and dime fees this company trys to push on you. Med techs at the office were nice but didnt have much experience. They will hold information from you and make you pay to receive it.....

The staff at Zeal to Heal were very professional! I came in to get COVID-19 tested out of safety protocols to be able to return back to work. The testing center itself was very sterile and the wonderful staff made the whole process virtually painless! I was in and out in 10 minutes and received my test results in 15 minutes!

We needed PCR Covid test done for travel. The staff was extremely helpful right from the time we enquired about our needs to the point that the results were delivered. The technician and the doctors were very helpful and we were provided with our results as promised. We were able to travel the next day. We would rate this facility as excellent.

Getting tested for Covid is not fun, but the people here are very professional, and nice. From the front desk to the techs. Izzy is very nice and walks you through the process. Overall its the best place to go and they have flexible hours.

This place is horrible been calling for a month now. Because I over paid by accident they don’t even let me speak to the manager they just rely messages to her. I paid by accident treatment that they didn’t do on me so this is considered fraud. They will see you right away only if you pay but if you don’t pay they wait until the very last minute to test you. Horrible place and I believe there’s a care act that covers rapid testing. So we shouldn’t even pay the 150 come here if you want get ripped off. Some of us work hard for our money. I understand if they would’ve done the test I paid extra for it by accident but they didn’t even do it. This is considered fraud.

I had a really great experience here. I went for my first free Covid test and expected the process to take a while. I was wrong it was so quick and easy. The nurse was really gentle with the test as well!

Unprofessional and incompetent staff. Rapid Covid test results were supposed to provided in 15 minutes but many calls had to be made to check on status, to finally be told that they did the other test that takes 3-5 days to get the results back. Which was a huge shock because we needed the results asap for my mom to return back home to another state, and we wouldnt get the results back in time. I was told that I would have to book another appointment and pay another $150 in order to get the test done that I originally had paid for, even if it was their fault. The lady who administered the test confirmed that they were doing the rapid testing and even told us that the results will be emailed to me within 15 min. We kept getting the runaround whenever we called for an update, to finally be told they did the wrong test. Receptionist was very apathetic and unapologetic, did not try to help or apologize for their mistake, or work with us to find a solution and was very condescending. After going thru the hassles of rebooking my moms trip back home to a later date, and many hours later, the receptionist called back and finally apologized saying he gave us the incorrect info and that they did do the rapid testing. Finally received the (not so) rapid results but still left a really bad taste in my mouth. There are far more professional, efficient and caring clinics out there than this place. It also feels dodgy when you walk in and people do not greet you. I dont really care about that but thought it was worth mentioning as some people might.

I called yesterday to see if this place did the oral covid test, and the lady I spoke to said they did. Maybe my past experiences with testing have been bad, or maybe my nose is just super sensitive, so I was hoping for for the oral test. They do not perform them here... BUT the ladies there were super friendly and very gentle. Costs a little more than the place I was going to in Frisco for the rapid test, but worth it to me to not feel like they were sanding out my nasal cavity 🙂.

I read some lady saying how they wouldnt let her cancel her appointment, I find that VERY hard 2 believe. They canceled my appointment just fine, mine you I canceled about 32 hours in advance. She was EXTREMELY helpful, knowledgeable n compassionate about my reason 4 canceling.. Im poor..pol. Anyways Ill most certainly be there when Im making more then $14 & 20hrs a week... ZERO STARS! If I could give negative stars I would. I had a covid test on august 4th. The staff was good but I couldnt get my results back from them. I kept calling but all they would tell me is that they would text when they were in. I finally had to Re-Set up a patient portal to get the results a week and a half later to find out I was positive. After that I should have gotten some guidance or care instructions or at least someone that can write me a doctors note for work. The so called doctor never got back with me at all. Finally the staff sent me a message Tuesday September 15th, A month and a half after the test saying that I should quarantine for 14 days. (Really? I never would have guessed!) Fortunately my actual doctor was on the ball (DR Sandra Adair is amazing) and got me started quickly on meds for my covid even though we were waiting on results. I even got a call from the CDC asking how I was. This place Zeal To Heal never did. Again ZERO STARS! This thing wouldnt let me post my review unless I checked at least one star. AGAIN,.....ZERO STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was pretty impressed with my experience- I was treated on time and was finished after around half an hour. I’m uninsured and was able to get an antigen and pcr test in addition to an antibody test. I received rapid results for antigen and antibody (both negative), and will wait a few days for the pcr results. I’d recommend this place for those needing an affordable COVID test option. :)

I went to get tested and MA accidentally dropped the swab on floor, she grabbed it from the floor and proceeded to get a nasal swab from me. I stopped her and requested her to change her gloves and get a new swab. She did it very reluctantly. Swab was inside a sleeve but before opening I would have at least sprayed, wiped with some disinfectant. And then I am still waiting for my result and its day 4. I called them twice and they say that the results are in but she cannot tell me due to privacy reasons. I do understand that, but, can they at least email me or find some time to call.I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Worst place ever!! They charged me $70.00for a service that wasnt done on my daughter. The so called $79.00 said copay not booking fee. So why use insurance if they are going to make u pay for the whole rapid test of $149.99? Apparently there r no refunds given but charging you without permission isnt that fraud on your bank account. Even though it clearly said wont charge with out permission by that person.

If you need a rapid Covid test dont even CONSIDER going to Zeal-to-Heal. This place told me to be 15 minutes early to a 1 oclock appointment, moved my appointment to 2:30, and didnt see me until 3:45. Took a whole 15 minutes. And no, there wasnt a wait in between patients because a lady I was talking to got in before I even walked out of the lobby door after me. Ridiculous place. Im so mad.

I was very please with the service that I received today. Went in for a rapid COVID-19 test. Was tested and told the results would come to my email. Maybe 15 minutes and I had the results. Highly recommend to anyone that is concerned that they may have been exposed or having all the symptoms.

Great service, fast and easy. Daisy was great.The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because payment was required even though they bill insurance and I have a zero co-pay leaving me to battle this out with my insurance company to get a refund.

Facility was very clean, and the service was excellent. The staff were very courteous, friendly, and professional. I arrived early to my appointment as instructed but they got me in right away and was out very quickly.

I went for a Covid rapid test before Thanksgiving. In addition to them overbooking and having to wait around with 20 other people booked at my same time, the people were rude and they made the experience horrible. The other issue was when I was told it was ok to change my appointment. I would have to pay again but would be refunded for the first appointment. The manager and owner both admitted that I received incorrect information from the person at the front desk, but told me their policy was not to refund money; even though they admit wrong doing (I have them on tape saying this). I am now having to file a small claims suit to get the money back Im due. If I were on my death bed, I would NOT ever go here and recommend you find someplace else as well.

If you need a no questions asked rapid test this is the place. Made appointment online for 2pm. Showed up at 1:45 as the confirmation said show up 15 mins early. Done and out by 1:50pm. Literally no questions, paperwork, interview, nothing. Staff is friendly and fully briefed me on what to expect. Only 150 for the rapid or pcr test where most other places were 200 or 250. Required a checkup and interview and then the rapid test was up to the physician because of limited availability. Definitely recommend Zeal to Heal and definitely will use them again if i need it.Sample taken- 1:50Results received- 3:20A little long but not surprised given how busy they were. For the two of them the ladies did a great job.

Had to get tested for Covid 19. Referred here from a colleague. Gloria at the front was amazing! Helpful, professional and helped with a glitch they were having w their online system. The staff here were professional, compassionate and went above and beyond. Office is very clean and in a professional office bldg. 5 star treatment!

Worst experience of my life. I scheduled my husband and I to get covid tests here for today the 23rd and when we arrived we were told we had to pay an additional $80 for each test because the $80 paid on the website is a booking fee! Then, after we paid, we were taken back to get the test done and they only did one rapid test for each of us when we had booked a rapid and a PCR test. They argued with us and then told us if we wanted the PCR we had to come back in 2 1/2 hours because their system overbooked them for each appointment slot. We finally have up and decided to stick with just the rapid test but after 4 hours and being on hold for over 30 minutes we still havent received our results! And to top it off my catalytic converter was stolen in broad daylight from their parking lot! Wost customer service experience ever. As soon as the charge goes through I will be disputing it with my bank. I would never reccomend this place to anyone.

Mia and Robin both has great customer service skills. Unfortunately I forgot the tech name that swab my nose but she was very gentle as well. Coming to your facility was a joy under the circumstances.

Worst place ever! Waited for a Rapid Covid Test with my family (including a 3 & 5 yr old who also needed to get tested) for 3hrs WITH an appointment only to be told: We might not be able to see you today. What a joke. Do not trust the rapid test. I showed no symptoms but tested due to exposure for safety returning to work. I tested positive on this rapid test... on order of a company representative, and my own distrust of the test, I re-tested with the standard and more accurate 2 day test. After 10 days of quarantine due to a back log I finally got my results back as NEGATIVE. It is worth mentioning that I had tested negative, with the 2 day test, 5 days prior to the rapid test as I had just recovered from COVID. NO SYMPTOMS AND TWO NEGATIVE TESTS. The doctor doing the standard two day test said he had contacted 6 individuals who had false positives from a rapid test in ONE DAY.I lost 10 days of my life and 10 days of work due to an inaccurate test.Please feel free to contact me and we can negotiate a refund of my $280.

For some reason sitting in the front office made me sleepy. LOLThe experience was great. Helen was great and so was the Doctor. Recommended a friend visit while sitting in the office. My overall experience gets 5 stars

Super disappointed with this place. I had a decent visit, the doctor and nurse who checked us in were nice and pretty timely. However they double charged me before I even had my follow up appointment, (which I wouldn’t have scheduled had I known the price) and when I called to ask them days before my appt to cancel and get a refund, they told me I’m out of luck there was nothing they could do besides credit my next visit. I didn’t plan on going there again to begin with as it’s much more expensive than a primary care doctor and way less thorough, but especially not after that. Mind you this was a tiny little place with no equipment and everything done on iPads so they can easily refund my $. But they claimed I signed for it, so I asked them to send over the paperwork showing that. Of course never got it and just got the run around. Said they’d call back never did, and just generally did not care. The bank refunded my money, but do yourself a favor and definitely avoid going here if you are tight on $ and need good health care

Less than zero stars.Do not, I repeat DO NOT use this company if you do not what to shed tears.I needed to travel and paid $150 for a pcr test, found out they take 5 days to deliver and requested a refund. The nightmare began:1. I was told you never get a refund once you pay even 5 mine after you pay.2. Then I called to speak with the manager of San Antonio office who canceled my appointment even before we concluded talking & when I asked to reschedule, SHE ASKED ME TO PAY ANOTHER $150.AVOID THESE GUYS, THEY ARE REAPING PEOPLE OFF WITH THE COVID TESTS.SHAME ON YOU GUYS!

Heads up they charge a $79 booking fee. I have reached my full out of pocket maximum for the year so I have a $0 copay everywhere. I tried to schedule an appointment online but it was requiring me to pay $79 up front to book the appointment. I called to inquire how to book without paying $79 since I do not have a copay. I called and let them know that I had reached my full out of pocket but was advised the $79 is a booking fee that applies even though they bill to insurance. It is non-refundable and you cannot book online without paying it upfront.

Helen was so sweet and such a beautiful heart as before! She remembers me as well as my family and asked how we were all coming along. She treated us like real family and very precious at heart.

There are many choices. Zeal to Heal has a clean office and fast system.Very professional. We had an issue with buying an extra service online and it took a while with several calls to get the refund. Outside of that frustration, the testing is done well in a clean environment with fast results.

I travel over 2 hours each way to goto Zeal to Heal because I trust Dr Nangrani and his staff

This place gave me false Covid results for my kids. I get that Rapid tests arent 100% accurate but even the Doctor who was supposed to be more professional, called and immediately asked are they showing any symptoms?! No one had told me the result was positive, that could have been managed differently especially since the lady who took the test said she couldnt tell us if it was positive or negative, that it was the Dr who had to.As if that wasnt enough, they were supposed to give a note for school, it had 2 different names on it.The torture Ive been through in 24 hours because of the false positive is insane!I had PCR done the same day I did this test, after 24 hours, it came back negative, I thought to do another Rapid test and it came back negative!!!

HORRIBLE PLACE. Scheduled a Covid-19 test for 10:45 am. It is currently 2 hours later and I have still not been seen. The receptionists have been RUDE and with an attitude. Another patient walked out saying his appointment was @12 he was seen immediately and give his results immediately. (He was uninsured as am I) Please DO NOT VISIT. AVOID AT ALL COST.

First time at Zeal-To-Heal and nurse is very kind. Got my results quick even though I tested positive. Take care and wear masks even if you have all 3 vaccines

Very professional, I made a 7:00pm appointment & was seen within 5mins, altogether it took about 30mins & I was out the door on my way home, I kno for a fact that I had covid but the test results came back negative because the test results aren’t always accurate the doctor said, that’s not good if you ask me because you could think you don’t have covid because the test came back negative, than you go out & get people sick thinking you don’t have covid because of faulty test results! The staff are really nice & professional tho so that’s good! I would recommend them to friends, it’s not there fault the test are faulty!

I went to the Dallas location and by arriving early (about 20 minutes) everything went smoothly and I was out fast. I did the rapid test and got my results in about 15 minutes as said! Great service and friendly staff.

I tried cancelling my appointment 24 hours prior, but they said if you make an appointment you still have to pay for the appointment, no matter what. $79 dollars? I did the typical rule, by calling 24 hours before and their still gonna charge me. I wont ever go back just because of that.

I didn’t get the name of nurse who did my tests today, but she was AMAZING! She literally answered ALL of my questions and I asked her questions for about 20-30 minutes! She was so awesome! She needs a raise! Thank you!!

Super Sketchy. Seriously if UBiome AND Theranos did Urgent Care it would feel like this.Red Flags:1) Two urgent care businesses are operating off the same call center and office location yet only one shows on the door.2) Office complex is nearly vacant and isnt connected to a medical center.3) Covid tests arent permissible for travel.4) $79 minimum payment required up front to book an appointment regardless of insurance situation.The cream on top, they let us drive an hour since it was the only site with right away rapid covid testing, just to find out they dont test anyone under the age of 5-ish depending on what the Medical Assistant thinks.Headed to Childrens Health Urgent care instead, dont waste your time here.

#1 Place is unsanitary, waiting room is the size of a pick up truck cab and packed with people. Glass front door looked like they keep dogs in the room over night and they lick the glass. Was told to wait in my vehicle & they would text. An hour later I went in and several other people were complaining they got no text and we were told they put people paying cash first in line - so if you have insurance, you have to wait at the back of the line. Dont make an appointment, its a cash grab for them. If I could, Id give it a minus 5

Really expensive just went for a strep test and came out over 220 bucks lighter in my wallet. I would rate lower because of this, but the staff who saw me was very polite.

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They very thorough and the follow up was great too. The facility is new, clean and well appointed.

If I could give zero stars I would. I paid the $55.00 copay for nothing. I confirmed my needs on the phone prior to the visit and prior to paying and setting up the appointment. The communication between the person at the front desk (who also acts as the nurse) and the doctor must be non-existent. Very disappointing.

Super easy and quick to book an appointment. As soon as put appointment was pushed back wr got a notification which was perfectly fine. The facility is so clean and beautiful!

My appointment was at 12:45, the only medical assistant went to lunch. I waited an HOUR for her to come back from lunch. No communication!! Not sure why they would go to lunch knowing an appointment was there waiting. No real doctors there. Had to do a zoom call in the office with a real doctor.

Office staff is AMAZING. I was in and out in under an hour. Received an IV bolus and felt much better before I left. GREAT FIND!!!

Super fast. Super informative. & a busy doctor takes actual time out of her schedule to greet you (on video) & gives you your results. The MA was AMAZING! Super sweet & knowledgeable.

I had an appointment at 1:45 pm I came early and they told me that I had to wait an hour and a half so I did. When my time was up I went back to the desk and they told me I had to wait another hour and a half. Come to find out what was happening was that people who came after me was being seen before me. I didnt stay another hour. I just went to the desk again around 3:30 pm and they said they can see me now. I didnt have time to be waiting all day.

I came in & I was taken to a room with 2 nurses in hazmat masks & suits. They took my sample & emailed me 15 min later that it my COVID-19 test was negative! After reading more about rapid test results This test is not FDA approved. My physician thinks it could be a false negative but is treating me with antibiotics that can help with strep, sinus infection or Corona symptoms. Next week I’ll follow up with another test to be positive!

It was an okay experience however I called when I got there because I cannot wear a mask. It would have been nice if they had offered to come out to my car over the phone instead of forcing me to cover my face and nearly having a panic attack inside to get someone to come out for the test. Not something I want to repeat however.

SCAM ALERT! Payed for Covid rapid test booking feed. When we arrived, they turned us away because we needed a referral (which we had). Then they kept the booking fee. Zero stars

I received a fraudulent charge for $390 (online clothing shop) after using my credit card here. This is the ONLY place I’ve used this specific card at in months. I was skeptical given that this is not a “name brand” place and I’m sure I paid the price. Luckily I was able to my money refunded from the merchant since it was flagged as fraudulent but, I’d be very cautious using this place. Watch your statements afterwards closely!!!!

This was my first time visiting the clinic very clean staff very professional and nice I had a rapid covid test along with flu and strep my results were back within 10 minutes spoke with a doctor via zoom since it was a Sunday doctor was super friendly and nice they gave me a note for work and told me I would have a follow-up zoom appointment in 2 days also did not need insurance to be seeing here

Very shady!Went here to get a COVID test for travel (even though I’m vaccinated) varying time span days as to when you will receive results and then only after you virtually meet with a physician, which is not told to you, and you miss your appointment time and no refund, you will get results via email.Go somewhere else!!!!

I normally visit the Keller location and they always take care of me in minutes! The staff is amazing Charmene is kind, attentive, and knows you by name! I wish they had a location in Saginaw !

Please don’t go for COVID testing here. I got tested on Monday and waited for 7 days to receive results. Even then they sent results only when I called. In between I went to other place and got results on the same day.My appointment was at 7:30 pm but my turn came at 10 pm.

Do not book this company. If at anytime you cancel before your appointment, they will not refund you. I booked $150 test and had to cancel after 10 mins because the test results comes out 5 days later.I am out of pocket of $150 and can’t travel without a test result.

I went there for a Free Covid test. They did both rapid and regular PCR Test, moreover, the Dr. himself zoom called and discussed the report with me.

All beware. They charge you full price for any services upfront and even if you cancel week in advance still charge full price although no services provided. Who does that….Feels like stealing.

Had an appointment at 1pm when I made it there was a line out the door. Was told if I wanted to skip the line I could pay $149!!!! Why should I have to pay to skip a line and I scheduled an appointment?!! Receptionist was very unprofessional, rude, and discourteous!

They were a life saver for us. Had to get tested at the last minute and they came through. Luckily, they have the late hours or we would’ve been out of luck.

I could not find the location I called the main number and it was a joke the person on the line doesn’t even live in San Antonio so she couldn’t explain to me where I was and then she put me on hold comes back puts me on speaker so someone else can talk to me she forgets to take me off speaker and says this “lady is having a nervous break down” I don’t appreciate the way that went when I get to my appointment I get in to see the aid she does the testing she contacts a doctor the doctors now on the laptop telling me the situation she prescribes a shot and a prescription I left With NOTHING they could not give me a shot, the aid said” there’s no one here to mix it” I said can I get a referral a paper something saying that I am positive so that I can do something further she said I don’t know what’s wrong with my computer it’s not printing I wasn’t feeling well it was a HORRIFIC experience
