Dr. Constant Crane is the BEST. She listened to my concerns and gave me what I needed to feel better. She is caring and compassionate. I also love the fact that we wasnt in there for a long time. We were in and out in less than an hour. Keep up the excellent work and I will tell my family and friends about you all. Thanks for getting me back to feeling better!
I have taken my son here twice in the last few months for injury to his fingers and today his Wrist. They did X-rays both visits and luckily nothing was broken either time. The staff was professional and the wait was reasonable. . I am happy with the care that he received. He even received a lollipop on the way out.
I came in because of severe eye pain and sicus trouble. THe receptionis was very kinid and competent. I had no real wait, as the waitingi room was empity when I arrived. With just a short wait, I was seen by a doctor/nurse practioner (I dont know which) who was kind, sypathetic, and bery competent. THere was no feeling of being rushed. She gave me two prescriptions.
Horrible staff and service. Doctors are nice but receptionists have 0 clue on what they are doing on how to look at correct copays. At approx. 7pm on Thursday 1/2/25 the ladies at the desk charged me my standard copay when it says right on the card in plain view that it is $0 within network. Different everytime I come in, staff very reluctant to help patients. I was pressured into paying a copay I did not have to pay in the first place and now I have to dispute this when it is not my fault but the ladies at the desk at that time. Extremely disappointed
The physician was knowledgeable, kind, and understanding. The facility is modern and clean. While the app is not very useful, the medical clinics walk-in kiosk is much more efficient. The front desk clerks were helpful, professional, and friendly. I would recommend this facility to others, especially if the Apple app is improved.
The staff at Eden Hill Walk-in are exceptional in their care and genuinely concerned for those who come in for service. The physician Connie, I saw was very compassionate and easy to talk to.
I love the efficiency that happens here when you check in online. I did not have to wait at all. Everyone was so helpful and kind. Very clean floors, rooms.I was in need of a good diagnosis as I was experiencing pain. PA David was so informative and wise about the diagnosis. He took time to listen and answer my questions. He had also read my chart before meeting me. He was impressive and made me feel calm. It was excellent care from everyone I encountered. Expect it if you go😊
Great experience considering the situation. The wait was a little longer than usual but well within normal parameters. The PA that treated me was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. She prescribed a course of treatment appropriate for the level of illness and helped to resolve my infection and pain, until I could be seen by the dentist on Monday Morning. The dentist evaluated my infection and level of inflammation and remarked how rare it was to see such appropriate treatment from and urgent care center.
The admin and medical staff treated me with care and respect. The PA that attended me gave practical and helpful advice for follow up to the visit. A breath of good customer service air!
The appointment time was excellent. Janelles diagnosis was spot on. The antibiotics relieved my discomfort within hours of my first dose. I am very satisfied.
I think the staff was exceptional. From the girl at the front desk, the nurse that got you ready for doctor. And the doctor was very nice, compassionate. I would recommend Christiana Care go help urgent Care to anyone. The wait was just minutes. Very pleasant visit. Thank you guys for helping me.
Easy to schedule an appointment, quick service, and wonderful staff. In particular, I have to say that Beverly is a gem! She is warm, efficient and makes you feel good about your whole experience and that you are cared for. Thank you Beverly!
I used online to schedule and simply checked into the kiosk. I was called up quickly and due to my poison ivy outbreak and too much Benadryl I got dizzy and she promptly got me a wheelchair. I was seen immediately and the provider confirmed my self diagnosis and ordered medication that literally has saved my sanity! Thank you all for being our local heroes!
My doctor regarding my symptoms told me to go to Urgent Care so I could get checked for walking pneumonia. My temperature was not checked nor was I given a chest X-ray like my doctor hoped, I was sent on my way with a prescription for cough medicine. The staff is very friendly but according to my doctor, CDC, WHO & etc - presently there is an epidemic of cases of walking pneumonia and whooping cough. All patients should be checked thoroughly.
Check-in was quick and easy. Got there at 8AM and was the 3rd in line. Staff was cordial and was comfortable interacting. Waited less than 15 minutes from the time I checked in to when I was seen by a doctor. Not sure what his experience is since he appeared on the younger side but he did what my primary does...listens and prescribed treatment. It has only been 2 days so time will tell.
Unless and until the women in this office learn how the heck to do an actual blood pressure using a MANUAL CUFF, I will continue to berate the ridiculousness of this office. Using a massive manual cuff on my wife who has slender arms and then telling her that her BP is too high?? NONSENSE. Learn to use a damned manual cuff and do it the correct way. Medical staff everywhere keep doing this. They do it on me everywhere I go as well and I now refuse to allow them to use one. Youve been trained. DO YOUR JOB.
I checked in online. It was easy, the staff were very helpful and I feel better than I did 3 days ago thanks to seeing the doctor quickly. I will use Christiana Care Urgent care again when I am feeling poorly.
I was seen by the doctor quite promptly. Registration was smooth. The nurse was very professional and thorough. Thank you.
Again a wonderful experience. My first visit of 8/28/24 for the same respiratory difficulty resulted in a worsening condition today for which sought help. NP Pauline and Staff were very responsive, with Xrays and prescriptions for possible pneumonia. VERY HELPFUL , in spite of high level of patient census. I am appreciative of the high quality of service offered on the Labor Day Holiday.
Went here to have my ear looked at and it was an easy, seamless visit. Check in is online or you can be a walk in and sign in at the kiosk when you get there and then finish check in on your phone. This time I was a walk in and I was immediately called up to the sign in desk after checking in to finish so I didn’t have to do anything on my phone.I was worried about the wait being a walk in but they got me back very fast (within 10 minutes). Triage nurse was super nice and professional and explained what the doctor will do when they came in.Saw a nurse practitioner and he was friendly and efficient. Prescribed what was needed and no wash needed today.Overall the visit was super quick and left with what I needed to stop the pain I am having. Very happy with this place and will be back.
I initially went to the Smyrna location and everyone was very professional and so kind and accommodating. I had to be transferred to the Eden Hill location for an xray and they made the transition so seamless and smooth. Plus it was very quick in and out service.
I really appreciate the check in process the ladies was nice and understanding. The nurses was very mindful of my situation, the mad me feel good and calm. My finger is better with care the medicine. Thanks again
Professional care from the Nurse Practioner, and friendly staff. Clean surroundings, and helpful, cheerful attitude of staff. Very impressed by their care, not like other walk-in in Dover!
Needed to be seen before i could get in with my primary dr. Used the online appointment app and was able to get in within 2 hours. Clinic is clean and everyone there is friendly. I did not have to wait after I checked in, and was treated with concern and courtesy by the tech and the PA. Wil definitely use again if need arises.
The GoHealth wouldnt let me schedule an appt until 4:51pm. Why?This is a fantastic walk-in care clinic. Staff are nice, the intake MA energetic and the NP was very easy to talk to as well.
Everyone was very nice and kind and the time went fast. I think I should’ve had x-ray though I still have out of my chest happy holidays everyone thank you so much.
Update: Hoping I never have to go back. Despite having photo copies of my insurance cards, they have billed the wrong company twice. My insurance had to file a grievance both times as billing refused to resubmit to the right company and bill them correctly. They sent me and the insurance agents to call centers outside of the country who were no help. It took several months, but got it straightened out for both visits. My insurance said they are constantly having problems with them and can never get ahold of anyone until cases are filed against them and payment is refused. I hope more companies stop dealing with them. How incompetent can their billing be? Especially since its now handled by an outside company. Its unfortunate that they bought out MedExpress and Eden Hills Urgent Care.Just wasted two hours of my life that Ill never get back. When I finally did see the doctor, she stated I had an ear infection and was sending over an antibiotic to my pharmacy and that I could head to the pharmacy. Once I got there, they hadnt received anything. Called GoHealth back and they told me theyd get to it by the end of the day, so I left the pharmacy and planned to pick it up the next day. Well, in my post-visit care document, a different diagnosis is listed that had nothing to do with my ear infection and that no antibiotic would be prescribed, despite her telling me she was sending it over while she was in the room with me. Now, Ill have to go elsewhere tomorrow to have my ear infection evaluated and do this all over again. Its not nearly as good as it was before it became GoHealth. And btw, youll want to make an appointment online if you want to be seen in a reasonable amount of time. I made one and it still took 90 minutes to be seen, but others were there a lot longer than I was.
Everyone was very friendly and the provider was very helpful because she ordered the correct med for my 10 yr old son. Thank you! You all are great!
I was very impressed-Easy check in, I was seen fairly quickly. The doctor was quite understanding. She explained what was going on, what I needed to do and told me what i needed to do. There was no need to check out (like other places). I was feeling a bit better the next day and each day there after. Now I am fine. Thank you so very much for the excellent care!!!
Totally amazing! I have been here many times and this time was for an active bleeding wound on my leg. They are efficient, caring, kind and really gentle.ALL of the staff from admins to medical are equally wonderful. I sing the praises of this facility to everyone I know
I went to Dover:Eden Hill facility and was seen by the NP. After examining me for the health issue I was given a script for my health issue. I was also instructed to take a home Covid test and report results back to the NP, if it was positive. He told me if the test results were positive he would send a script to CVS for Covid medication. Test was positive and I called the Dover facility twice the same day reporting positive results. No one returned my calls. I then sent a message via live chat and got an immediate response and we were able to resolve the issue.
My wife fell & required medical care. The Urgent Care clinic did a great job assisting her & getting her the treatment she needed. Thank you!
I was the first patient of the day. Each professional attended to my needs and concerns.I received a thorough examination, followed by x-rays.The outcome of my visit was to continue with my at-home treatment. I also received additional steps to improve my physical strength 💪.
The process for making an appointment and checking in is very smooth. The staff are great to deal with and I got what I needed. It was a nice experience.
Although the wait was long (about 2 hours), the care you receive after your name is called is quick, efficient, and properly managed. I didnt feel like just another patient on a list. They genuinely give CARE to patients. If I need to wait to receive top-notch, quality care, Im not going to complain. You do have the option to check in online, but that does NOT mean youve booked an appointment time.
Great staff. Efficient, compassionate, and personable staff. This is the only urgent care center I will go to. Ive never felt rushed. Excellent care.
The staff were highly professional, kind, knowledgeable and helpful. They also followed up when one of my tests indicated further treatment was needed.
Christiana Go Care is a great medical practice when your options are compromised and are in need of care. Everyone was kind, caring and professional.
Everyone was terrific. The nurse practitioner who I saw could not do enough to help me, give me advice as I am new to the area, and answer all my questions. Five stars in my book
Dr. Amber Manning was professional and caring. She told me I could call her if I had concerns about my injury and treatment. She provided the best care I could have asked for. Thank her for me.
Do not come here if you are going to need any type of medical paperwork completed after your appointment. It’s a complete joke.
Nursing staff was not knowledgeable at all and the doctor may have spent 3 minutes with us. She did not listen to any concerns whatsoever and we felt rushed and not heard at all.
After taking someone else in and following the process no thanks I will take my chances at the hospital. Took forever to get checked in, one person running front desk, one MA and one Doctor, a joke. This not what I consider urgent care at all, take my chances at the hospital. Staff seemed less than happy to be there, overwhelmed at best.
I recently visited this facility as at home I had symptoms which included: fever, muscle aches, itchy splotchy full body rash, nausea, lightheadedness, faint feeling of passing out, and shortness of breath. I also work in health care and had a recent exposure to meningitis. I went to this facility unsure if I should be visiting the ER, I was not sure what my vitals were and wanted the guidance from a medical professional on what I should do. When I arrived at the facility, I waited 2 hours to be seen. Once I was seen, my BP was 92/64, my heart rate was 156, and I had a fever of 102.9. Combined with my symptoms I was certain I would be told to go to the ER. After the MA took my vitals I waited another half hour to be seen by a physician, despite having rather critical vitals. Once I was seen, my vitals were almost completely ignored as well as my presentation. I was told I was dehydrated and to go home, take some Tylenol, drink water, and drink some chamomile tea, take an epsom salt bath, and incorporate tumeric into my diet. I specifically asked this physician (AMBER MANNING) if she thought I should go to the hospital and she stated no. I asked if she thought I had meningitis she also stated no. So after 2 and a half hours of waiting, I left this facility with absolutely no guidance, if anything, misguidance. Not only this, but in her visit summary - she states my heart rate was normal and I had no rash, a complete lie. Luckily I have many friends and family members who are health care workers who told me I needed to go to the ER immediately and ignore this physicians recommendations. Upon my presentation to the ER, I was immediately taken back to be seen as I was in critical condition, I was considered to be in moderate to severe sepsis and was immediately admitted to the step-down ICU at a local hospital where I was for 3 days being aggressively treated for meningitis. This complete ignorance of this physician and lack of care of the facility is abundantly clear and absolutely dangerous. Had any other person gone to this facility under these circumstances and listened to this advice, could have become gravely ill while they were at home “drinking chamomile tea and taking an epsom salt bath”. Imagine telling someone with a high grade fever to take a warm bath and sip some warm tea. The lack of care for this facilities patients is so evident it’s disgusting. Patients are treated as numbers and without care. I was so clearly septic and very ill and this physician was completely un-knowledgeable to this. To even call this a medical facility is ridiculous. I will absolutely never go to any of these urgent care centers ever again and neither will anyone I know if I can help it.
I went in for a TB test. The entire time there was about 40 minutes to be checked in and seen to have the TB test administered. The follow-up reading literally took no more than 5 minutes. I was very pleased with the service.
I was very pleased with the efficient appointment I had. From registration online, check in on arrival and the visit itself everything went well and fast. In and out in less than an hour.
The quick processing in, even though I did not have an appointment. Great Doctor/nurses/staff, but most important was that the visit took care of my problem. Totally satisfied.
I love the ability to save a time slot on line. It is a great timesaver. NP on duty confirmed my belief of an ear infection in both ears. Meds prescribed are working.
Clean and neat facility. Staff from desk to Doctor were attentive to my needs throughout the entire process.
Clean, professional, caring staff and doctors. Never a long wait time. Would suggest this place to everyone.
The overall energy was so good and everyone was friendly and wanted to help! That’s so important when you’re sick.
Thank you Dover ChristianaCare-GoHealth Urgent Care. Its the experience that made me feel not like a number but as a person. Changing my wounds and understanding my needs . Respectfully, Mason
The staff was very friendly and professional. The wait for service was not too long and they checked my me out and gave me a referral to Bay Health Center for further medical attention.
I did a virtual appointment for both my kids and the doctor on the virtual appointment did better than they did at the actual walk in.
ChristianaCare-GoHealth is great. I went there on a Thursday evening around 5pm and there was no wait. Staff is very friendly and my whole visit was only 20 minutes. Must of been a great day that no one was sick or injured. But they even had 3 other people walk in afterwards and they were also in and out just like myself. I would definitely recommend them over everywhere else.
I throughly enjoyed the quick and attentive care from staff. Johnita took great care in assuring that my issue was tended to in a respectful manner.
I am not sure about the physicians yet. I have been waiting for two hrs, when there was only 2 people ahead of me. They keep your insurance and id at the desk and dont return it until you are called. I dont know why they feel the need to hold it for two hrs.The lady before me waited 45 minutes for her discharge papers only to find out the receptionist was holding unto it and the doctor did not need to talk to her. If you think this is any faster than the emergency room it is not.
Always Great customer service!!! The providers give you the best care and they go above and beyond to help you feel better!!!
Very good as far as wait time in the morning... In and Out! The PA was thorough and professional!
I made an advance appointment. I was seen within five minutes of my appointment time. Everything went well. the medication prescribed is working.
Place was clean. Staff friendly. I believe her name was Amber who explained everything well and provided good feedback on vitamins and keeping myself healthy. No long wait later on a Monday.
I went into the Urgent care and I had an Apointment scheduled for specific time. I got in and 4 others go infront of me on my Apointment time. I will never go back here!!!! I will go to othe places! Also I called to about my results to speak to an nurse or doctor and they gave me and number instead of asking to take my number or say I can see if anyone is available! This place is not an professional place its an joke!!!! I give 0* had to put 1 start to wite an comment. I dont recommend anyone going here!
Very nice clean and staff members friendly not a long wait . Nurse practitioner was very above what I was expecting .
I had an appointment and was seen in a reasonable all the time my hair looked infected so they prescribed a prescription all in all. I thought they did a good job
Everyone was very nice Dr. Hamlin explained everything to me what was happening to my feet and legs. I think hes good.
As a handicapped adult in a wheelchair I was treated with the utmost respect and care. The staff made special efforts to care for my needs..
Young lady that took my vitals was very pleasant and present during our connection.
The medical personnel were very helpful and took very good care of me, keeping me updated on what was going on and what would happen next.
I went here 3 weeks ago after visiting my primary care of 4 years of disappointment, being misdiagnosed and given the wrong medicine, for which i learned from Urgent care. I had bronchitis really bad. They correctly diagnosed and prescribed medication. The staff was wonderful from the time I walked in the door. Im thankful.
I like that you can save a spot online before you go and check in from home. Usually seen in a timely manner. Friendly staff. Been here a few times and feel my concerns were adequately cared for. I like that they have a large waiting room and exam rooms are clean
The front desk staff is super friendly. The waiting time was over 2 hours, and when I did see the physician, it was less than 3 minutes. I have insurance, and my bill was high. For the service I received, I wish I had gone to another facility.
Must have hit them on the wrong day as most lights were off with attendants on their phones until the finally noticed me on crutches. Needless to say, I was turned away ( with an open laceration on upper eye lid with blood and using a pair of crutches for a possible fracture in lower leg) when I explained I had fallen to the np who finally waited on me. We were told I need to go to ER instead of seeing me , access what I would need ( like X-rays and a CAT on concussion I received during fall. We certainly felt as if we interrupted their Chill Day, felt we were disrespected ( both in shock especially myself injured as much as I was and brushed off. Ive used this facility a couple of times before with wonderful care. Sorry, but after this last visit I will not be going back.
Providers at CHristiana Care Urgent Care, Banning Street were awesome. On point, personable and very professional, willing to assist in calling an ambulance, as I was in pretty bad shape. It is the first place I think of if I need care immediately. They will determine if I need additional service (ER) or not. trust them! Thanks!
Office staff was great and lovely to speak with.. Amber, I believe was the Nurse practicioner, was welcoming and had a warm friendly personality. She was thorough and a pleasure to speak with. I would recommend to anyone looking for an urgent care center.
I checked in on line checked in at front desk was greeted by a nice lady definitely didnt get her name had blonde hair tho... just had to show my Id and insurance card appt was for my daughter but I asked to me been as well I had a mild scratch in throat. I waited like 10 more mins after arrival was weighed by Jeff and testedthen seen Janelle everything was so professional done nice clean and inviting atmosphere. 👌 was very happy with my service
Had a great experience here! Everyone was friendly & everything was quick and easy! I was in and out in about 1hr & 1/2. This was great because I had to bring both my small children & everyone was so kind and willing to help me since I injured my foot. I hope I don’t have to come back but if I do, I know what to expect.
Im rating this place with a 1 only because the medical assistant was kind of decent; otherwise, I would rate it below zero. I took my frail, elderly friend to be seen. The physician assistant was rude and condescending. He didnt knock at the door or even introduced himself. I thought he was another tech who was going to do vital signs. My impression and that of my friend was that he wanted to fly out of that exam room. I feel sorry for the future of health care by having practitioners like him who just want to make money for the urgent care to get the bonus their practitioners get at the patients expense!
My appt was scheduled online & when I arrived at the office, I was seen immediately. Great customer service with friendly staff.
Everyone was very friendly and caring. Was in and out in a very reasonable amount of time.
I will never visit this place again…The worst experience I’ve ever encountered. The Clerk was VERY rude and very unprofessional. My First and last time visiting this place. I sat for hours with no acknowledgment I approached the desk and was told to have a seat and I would be called however no one took my information so that I could be called. It took 25 minutes for me to even be registered and another 3 hours I sat and still wasn’t called.,.I just got my money back and left…The Clerk Candice need some professional training because she picked and chose who she wants to be professional to…I wouldn’t recommend this place to a single person…a waste of time and energy…I went to BayHealth occupational center pay triple the amount but great customer service and that all that matters to me oppose to getting done what I needed…HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE period.
I was very fast seen ,by David Trexler he was extremely professional .As the front staff and nurse as well .Thank you
Whole experience was excellent. PA and waiting time. I’ll be back, but not too soon I hope
The staff was sooo awesome here! I never ever write reviews but they definitely deserve a review. My daughter was super nervous but everyone made her feel at ease. The amazing lady who took her vitals was just the sweetest. I’m horrible at names I tried to remember it so I can include her in the review. The Dr, I believe name is Mark, was extremely informative. He showed her videos of how the body defends itself when sick. She even got a snack and lollipop at the end. She said it was the best day ever and she wished she could stay there! I would definitely go back!
Wife had very red cheeks, puffy eyelids and very red area around a surgical scar on her forehead, along with a sore in the middle of the scar on forehead. Treating person explained what she thought was going on and prescribed antibiotics, which are working. Our dermatologist saw her 3 days later and agreed with analysis.
I didnt like that I reserved a time and I didnt get seen for a hour and a half later, as like the other people waiting, I was in a lot of pain...I think you all need to revamp the reservation system because it doesnt work!!!!!! But once I saw the Dr and received my antibiotics I was fine.
The service was fast. They are very organized. The people at the front desk are very patient.
They close before 8pm, I wish they posted that online or at least in the waiting area. I got there after 7 with a toddler the lady at the desk said they weren’t taking anyone else and offered no assistance with my URGENT care issue. I wish they specified the time that they take the last patient. This was my first experience with taking my toddler to urgent care it was a waste of time and energy. The clerk was rude and cold as if it pained her to speak to me. I called ahead when I asked for clarity on the location she was no help with confirming a physical address. The clerk was monotone, sarcastic and lacked of any compassion at any point during our conversation. Take your babies and kids somewhere else.
What a great experience. Everyone is always helpful. Janelle was so caring, listening to my situation and explaining what I need to do and medications I should be taking and providing me with exceptional care.
Lady at desk checked me in then three people were called before me had to once again say I was having trouble breathing But Doctor O was AMAZING 🤩 so he gets the 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
No appointments available on-line so we just did a walk-in appointment. We arrived on a Saturday mid-day expecting a crowd and a long wait. Luckily, neither was the case. After checking in on the kiosk, we only waited for about 10 minutes before being called to the receptionist and we were told it would likely be about 45 minutes. It wasnt even that long!!! Less than 30 minutes later, we were called back and vitals were taken. Another 10-15 minute wait and the physician and her assistant entered, assessed, and prescribed medication for bronchitis. I definitely appreciated the prompt service and polite staff. Thank you.
I really like how David traxler took his time with my care.
Great atmosphere, could use some hors doeuvres for the customers.
I came here last week and had to bring my son in about a month ago due to allergic reaction and they were quick, nice and professional! I was so glad they didn’t keep me waiting for hours and hours. We were in and out in 20 mins.
The were very friendly kind and efficient . Thanks for your service
We had to take my mom in for a fall because she dislocated her finger. The staff was friendly and very efficient. We were in and out in less than an hour and that included X-rays...two sets. Great experience considering what happened!
The doctor assessed the situation. Listened to what I said. And prescribed me exactly what I needed.
Everyone was professional and kind. I was seen promptly by the health care provider.
I scheduled my appointment expecting to get the same shoddy care I had usually received at urgent care centers. The last time our family was here (3yrs ago) the doctors made sure each visit lasted approximately three hours per my family members (regardless of the nature of the visit). However today was a totally different experience. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that Christiana Care Now operates all of the “Urgent Care” facilities in Delaware. I received awesome care. I was seen promptly and treated as an individual and all of my health concerns were promptly addressed. The staff was personable and amazing! Kudos Christiana! Keep up the good work especially at this location!
Im not really sure how to rate this place. I guess I can explain with my experience so far personally myself as well as when I took my kids. Each time, the check in was not a problem as I check in online and they get my info pretty quickly when I check in at the registration desk. Getting to the exam room, getting vitals taken by assistants and waiting isnt too much of a problem either. My issue so far EVERY time I visited was checkout and afterwards. With one of my sons, he was given a medication that was supposed to be tapered but when we picked it up from the pharmacy, it was one specific dose every day for 5 days. Had I not checked the online patient portal for the after visit summary, I would have never known because it wasnt explained to me before they sent us home. The pharmacy and the manager from CC urgent care were pointing fingers at who was to blame. If I didnt have any medical background, I wouldnt have been aware. Of course with the dosage, the pharmacy had to provide more medication than needed which meant i ended up paying double than what i should have cuz they prepared double the amount based on the prescription they received. This place can kill people with medication errors worse than what ours was. Then today, another one of my kids was supposed to get an antibiotic for his eye. I was told it would be sent to the pharmacy electronically and yet again no other specific instructions given but told were free to go. Big mistake on my part, I should have insisted something in writing considering the first experience I had. I check with my pharmacy 4 hours later and they said they havent received anything yet. So I call the front desk and asked why it hasnt been sent yet. The lady that answered once again started pointing fingers saying the provider sent it and sometimes the pharmacy says they havent received it even though theyve sent it. She then tells me shell go ahead and have the provider resend it through. Almost 10 hours later, the pharmacy still hasnt received it and of course the urgent care is now closed and wont be open til the morning. So now my son will be leaving for summer camp without his antibiotics. I check the portal which doesnt really indicate any prescription was sent and the only thing it says is apply antibiotic ointment and warm compress a few times a day. They are good at taking your insurance info and run your card for payment, seeing you and telling you whats wrong with you but the follow through is horrible. I dont think Ill ever go to this place in the future or if I do, Ill insist on getting a prescription in writing because so far my experiences have been ridiculous.
Nurses and doctors are great… as long as you check in online, you’re seen fairly soon but the billing department is ridiculous. I’m self pay. I was told my $140 office visit included 1 test but 2 months later I was charged $50 for a Strep test.
Went on a Saturday night and they got us in very quickly. Nurses and registration was very friendly. Our NP we had was very thorough and explained things very well. Overall a great experience!
If you don’t “save your spot” the night before AT MINIMUM (essentially, “make an appointment,”) don’t bother. I went in at 3 as a walk-in. Sat there for almost 3 hours when I finally decided to ask how long my wait would be. They told me it would still be another 3-4 hours. There were still 16 people in front of me. INCLUDING appointments. So, that meant that every person who came in after me hours later were still going to be seen before me if they had scheduled ahead. How can I make an appointment the night before if I’m not sick and then wake up sick the next morning? I even woke up an hour BEFORE they opened and there were no spots left.I understand that scheduling ahead is supposed to help, but by basically shunning away every walk-in because they didn’t have an appointment (because not everyone can wait 6+ hours to be seen), you’re essentially a doctors office now. You can’t be a walk-in and only cater to appointments.
The most unprofessional experience. Im not sure if the lady was a doctor or a nurse practitioner but they (her and her assistant) walked into the room laughing and carrying on like teenagers. So I couldnt understand there name or position. Im happy you are happy but this isnt the place for you to act like you are in a high school hallway. The experience was bad, all she did is use big medical words and compared her injures with my daughters. We wasted our time & money and just upset my daughter and me. I will be calling the office manager tomorrow.
Everyone was nice, masks were required and it went quickly. And the place looked very clean. Thank you.Juat has a new visit. New review. Still 5 stars today. Visit was last nught 9/14/23LOVED that it eas streamlined. Fast without feeling cheated. The doctor was so very kind. I am so thankful for that. Its one of the most important parts of a visit. In a short time i was listened to empathized with, treated like a person and got everything i needed. Excellent staff. Thank you.Had another visit. Got an animal bite.It was fast efficient and everyone was friendly. I also made the appt time online. I LOVE THAT. thank u so much. I was literally in and out. I appreciate that. And I wasnt rushed
I am woman living with a chronic rare illness, Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. The physicians assistant looked at me dead in face and told me that I could not be walking around with the pain that I was having, nor had I ever experienced anything like that. He then questioned me about having to move my joints back into place because “that would be too much pain for me to be walking around with”.I would like woman to be taken seriously here, I would like their pain to be taken seriously. I would also fully appreciate not being told that I can’t experience something just because a book at school said so. Chronic pain and tolerance for such pain is different than those who don’t live with it. If someone has hypermobility don’t discount them. I am dissatisfied with the care I received as I am tired of being told by medical professionals that I’m lying or that they know more my body than me. Additionally, I wasn’t even checked out for what I needed help with and was most concerned about. I don’t recommend them.
Customer service was excellent the respect and comfortablity was great I felt I could trust the team and that I was in good hands. Thank you
From walking in and speaking with the very kind gentleman at the front desk, to the nurse/nursing assistant that helped me and the physician who administered my test, everyone was EXTREMELY kind, professional, and quick. It was obvious that this clinic was VERY understaffed and I simply couldn’t believe how positive and helpful the entire staff was under such conditions! This clinic has one of the best and hardworking teams in Dover and they deserve to be recognized for their commitment and attitude. I hope they are not being taken advantage of by managment. Please hire more people to help your team out! And thank you so so so much for giving me such quality care and allowing me to easily get my PPD test process done within 48 hours!
I encountered issues checking in online, so I called the office and a representative walked me through it successfully. The in office kiosk check in was simple and efficient. The front desk reception area was clean, social distancing was in place, and the staff were very professional yet personable. My wait was only a few minutes. The doctor/staff delivered great bed side manor, and human relation skills as she listened, examined and made my diagnosis.
Honestly, If I could I would rate my visit zero stars! First, this place does not provide all the services listed on the website. I didnt find that out until after I waited to be called back to be seen by the doctor. Moreover, customer service was terrible! The receptionist was rude and unprofessional. Openly, she made personal judgements about patient injuries. For instance, she announced she thought a patient was lying about his injury after being refused services because they werent taking anymore walk-ins. Not five minutes later, another man came in with an alleged injury without an appointment and was told he could wait to be seen. I wasnt the only person to take notice because the doctor on duty questioned her. I will never return and will surely share my experience with my family and friends. Dover residents deserve better!
Horrible experience. After waiting for 1 hour (in my case I had an appointment that I did online) the nurse called another patient (adult) instead of my son (a child). What a hell nurse, you dont read the patient record before calling him. You dont know the difference between an adult and a child. Just hope they dont send me a bill charging for the other patient too. When finally the doctor was able to see my son, he didnt even checked him, he only saw the test they did where my son tested positive for the flu and he just told me to give him cough syrup without checking my sons lungs or throat. But what kind of doctor is this.A waste of time and money.
Very clean and modern facility. The staff was friendly, and the doctor was knowledgeable, caring and courteous. I went there with an eye injury and they checked me in fast, and within minutes I was in my room. The doctor came prepared with the needed aid. They tended to my eye, tested my vision and had me taken care of faster than most urgent care facilities. Highly recommended.
No waiting. Doc knew exactly what was going on with me and got me in and out!
I went in and went out within 30 minutes. I feel like I wasn’t heard the “nurse practitioner” made it seem like it was something else. she didn’t run any test or anything I got no closure or relief as to what was wrong with me .
Pre-Registered for a specific time. Did not have to wait long. Staff is always pleasant and efficient. They got me back to feeling much better!Thank you.
Recently had to take my wife to be seen by Urgent Care. I checked us in online and everything went smoothly. The staff was efficient and followed all Covid regulations, which made us comfortable. We did not have to wait long to be seen and everyone we came into contact with was kind and helpful. Overall a great experience under the circumstances. Thank you to the staff and doctor that tended to my wife on 2/23/2021.
Walked in at 6:57 pm. I was headed towards the kiosk and a lady hopped in front and said sorry we are no longer taking walk-ins. Being from out of state that was rude. Service sucks in this area.
I was able to make appointment on line for ExpressCare, no problems. Arrived on time and registered no problem. Within 10 minutes or so I went to the back to be seen. Triage was comfortable. The doctor had good bedside manner, understood my complaints, examined me and gave me a comprehensive diagnoses. Im very satisfied with my care.
I’m from out of state and was possibly exposed to a relative who developed Covid. I found other test providers required appointments and since I was close to my date to return home that was a problem. I was delighted to find that Express Med handled walk in patients with no problems. The wait time was good, the service very professional and the test was done quickly. I’m fine and my mind is at ease. Good job by all!
Reserving a spot online was so easy and the same for the check in. The front desk staff were nice but did at times make statements regarding difficult patients coming in. Once in the back I received amazing care. The MA and CRNP was attentive and seemed to truly care. The only negative I have is people who know how to get around the wait. Two individuals came in and both said they had shortness of breath. I know this is considered an emergency. They were taken straight back. Some sort of triage should be done in these situations. Neither of these individuals had problems walking in or talking. Made my wait time way longer than it should have been. I was there for total of 3 hours with 30 minutes being in exam room.
Fast and very professional. Staff were very friendly. Will visit again if I have another emergency 😁.
I’ve been to this walk in a few times in the past few weeks and the staff is always so friendly. my 3 year old had an appointment and was a little scared and ms. candace took great care of her and did whatever she could to calm her down, it truly means a lot.
I recently moved, been having trouble finding a OBGYN in the area that are accepting new patients. Stumbled across Urgent Care and I am so glad that I did. Not only do they accept walk in patients but they accept telepatients. I was able to be evaluated over the phone/video and my prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy. This service was completely covered by insurance and very Convenient for me. Had they not offered a telephone/video visit I would have had to bring all four of my children with me.I am very happy with the service I received from the physician. She was very nice and knowledgeable.
It baffles me that this office is literally down the street from my home and we get there with my 1 year son at 7:05 pm and they say that they’re not taken anymore patients??? Its not even close to 8:00pm! The doctor offices/walk in clinics here in Dover are horrible! When all else fails people have to go to the ER which takes even longer to get help! They pretty much know that there aren’t as many offices here so it like “deal with” type attitude that’s given at a lot of these offices.
The doctor was very responsive to my needs and the staff that handled me along the way were communicative and respectful of safety guidelines due to COVID-19. Some people did not like being told they had to wait in our cars but I appreciated being able to wait with my wife. My only complaint was how long I waited but it was a rainy day and I arrived at peak hours.
Prefer Christiana Care over Bay Health care any day of the year!
First of all when he asked how I was doing I told him well,he goes well you must not need to be here if you doing well then.Second, his eye language and asking me the same questions, made it seem like he was trying to catch me in a lie about the symptoms I told him I had.Third, he told me if it was truly what I thought it would have been worse.Well Guess what after the second time of me using my eye drops,my eyes feel better,I pretty much had to persuade him to order the eye drops.Im glad I was persistent bc you can get eye damage if your eyes are not treated when something is wrong.Next, when he was done and walked out the room, he didnt even tell me what he was ordering or the instructions or how to even access my office vists record. Instead he was too nosy asking about where I work.I had to ask him what medication he ordered and for the instructions ,I also had to walk back in to ask about how to access my oftice visit notes. It is ashame that minorities medical symptoms/conditions still gets underminded and gets treated like we want to be sitting at a doctors office .I hope with this review they consider educating their medical providers about professionalism, bed side manners, and racial equality. At the end of the day,how we treat others, does a 360 on our own lives.
Went today and the staff seemed unsure of how to properly take my information. Requested to see my ID multiple times. The nurse didn’t seem knowledgeable however the provider was helpful. Sent a prescription to a local Walgreens however never actually sent it. When I called the office to question it I was placed on hold and they said they have now sent it over without even apologizing or acknowledging their mistake.
Like most people I hate going to any sort of doctor let alone urgent care, and I had a miserable time when this was a medexpress. That being said this trip was as painless as possible. I know the medical professionals are under very extenuating circumstances right now, but the staff was terrific. Nancy anwered my calls and my questions politely and promptly(She also took my x-ray). And the rest of the ladies staffing the place were super friendly. Tha k you to all of them. And Id advise anyone who has to make a decision to go to urgent care to choose this location.
The staff was friendly and there wasnt too long of a wait. 😊
Although the wait time was not ideal (~45 minutes since I just walked in and didnt make an appointment), my experience here was great. The nurse who saw me first was very friendly and cared very deeply about my concerns and never made me feel silly for my symptoms. The doctor who saw me was also very attentive and listened to my concerns while asking me specific questions about my medical history and current symptoms to rule out dangerous potential ailments. After running tests, I was discharged about 2 hours after I initially walked through the front door. The nurse even called me the next day to check in and make sure I was feeling okay.Very, very nice people who CARE about their patients wellbeing. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was for the wait time. I highly recommend going here for last minute/unplanned doctors visits!
The wait was not long, customer service was very nice.
This was the worst place yet. I called they told me to come in. Came in & they gave me an appt for 3.5 hours later even though absolutely nobody was waiting. Got there and didn’t get seen for another 3 hours. Place was not cleanly, no sanitizing, construction mess, & doc was so quick in exam I don’t know how it took so long . Had to keep advising concerns so he could check everything, but that still didn’t happen. Only listened to breathing & checked ears. Didn’t check nose, mouth, neck where I said was a rash, or eyes, Was told by doctor it wasn’t the place to bring a baby. I received no paper work or follow up instructions. Place was so unorganized. Staff didn’t know who was in what room at one point and for some reason there was a conversation about the male doctor taking the male patient even though the female was waiting first. Doctor wasn’t engaged, could careless, didn’t ask if I had questions or anything just said I’ll send over meds & walked out.
First I would like to say this place is pretty cool the people are nice but and there is a but... The front desk people are great especially the Dark skin young lady shes very professional every time I come in but for some reason the last visit a young lady (Caucasian) who I over heard her cursing a lot!! I know it was about a patient really? The nurse was nice Angela was her name, the doc was courteous as far as my reason and was the best very knowledgeable. I come here all the time.
Ive been here quite a few times to be treated for different things and they have always been great and timely. They have awesome hours for people that work, I love that I can save a time spot and it is even more convenient that theyre just a few mins away.
My PA was very friendly and detailed in addressing my sons injury. She even helped him understand what was being done so that hed calm down and allow treatment. I have to say that was a very pleasing experience for both of us and I will recommend to others as well!
The wait to be seen was 8 hours, but that wasnt a great surprise. The 2 nurses or med assistants that tried to take care of me were unfriendly, cold, rude and even rough with my burn wound. They lacked compassion, empathy and tended to me as though they didntwant to be bothered; however, Dr Ali was terrific. She was caring, gentle and very engaging. She more than made up for the other 2 that gave me poor service. As a retired police chief I know the value of customer service and treating all people with dignity and respect. The receptionist was good, but the 2 in question need to remember the proper attitude of someone in their field. Sensitivity training would benefit both of them.Blessings - Chief Mel Russell
I had a great experience. Pam was very detailed, intelligent and empathic. She knew what was wrong clinically and she was able to address all my issues. I would definitely recommend her services. She is very smart and intelligent
Went into urgent care with my sick toddler and the staff upfront was so rude. My toddler was moving around in the waiting area and never said anything about him moving around and the lady at the front bursted out he can’t be moving around and I said he is a toddler why can’t he move around what am I suppose to do and the other staff member said I rudely infront everyone HOLD HIM!! Of course I left
Great customer service and bedside manner. I was seen quickly
I had easily made an appointment on line today. It was an easy check-in. An emergency patient came in while I was waiting and it was great to see the speed that he was called in right away . I was treated with respect and was seen in a very reasonable time. Everyone I had had contact with from the start to the end was friendly and very professional !
I am really disappointed in this walk in clinic… I took my one year old twins here because their drs office didn’t have any openings and also had something on myself looked at incase it had anything to do with what they were going through.. the nurse who did our vitals was all over the place & let rolling her eyes like it was a problem I signed all 3 of us in at once to be seen.. we were in the exam room for 15 mins total and only 5 of that was spent with the nurse practitioner.. I took my kids in for what I already believed to be HFM but wanted to confirm, & I had a bump on my leg checked out to make sure it wasn’t a staph infection ( the bump wasn’t an open sore or anything but I wanted to be sure) she hardly looked at their symptoms & told me I didn’t need to undress them, even though their clothes/diapers were covering majority of their issues.. All the practitioner heard was my issue & me say something about staph & automatically diagnosed all 3 of us with mrsa without doing any culture or further testing.. called in an antibiotic for all 3 of us & sent us on our way.. they also didn’t give me any discharge paperwork or instructions on how to obtain said paperwork.. when I called & asked for someone to run me my papers outside because I had already put the kids in their car seats they told me that was not allowed and they could not email them to me either.. needless to say I went somewhere else for a second opinion today and they definitely have HFM & also have an ear infection that was not caught yesterday. I won’t be using this walk in anymore, I would rather wait 3hrs at the ER then go here again.
Of course the wait is long, as to be expected, but waits are worth it if you find exceptional service. However, we completely wasted our time. Apparently we needed blood work done, which they did not offer. The doctor spent more time scolding us for not going to the ER than offering any kind of advice. As if that wasnt bad enough, she decided to check her eyes, ears and heart beat just to say Well you dont look Anemic, but I cant tell, because I cant do blood work. Wow, thanks for the professional opinion! No apologies for wasting our time.
Front desk help is very kind, No problems with them. Nurses and doctors dont seem to care too much. I was the only person in the waiting room yet I had to wait a good 20 minutes to be seen. I hear the staff in the back laughing and joking about who knows what. I went in for my first appointment on the 13th. I was experiencing bad reflux problems before my visit and ended up having a sore throat. The male doctor that I had seen was very kind, ended up diagnosing me with gerd. This was not the problem though. I went back three days later. I’ve had a sore throat, cough, and clogged nose, plus a fever when im not taking medicine. I tell the doctor all of this and yet all I got was a strep swab, a covid test, and she looked in my throat and checked my breathing with the stethoscope. No ear check, only talked with the doctors/nurses for probably 15 minutes despite being there for an hour plus. I was diagnosed the second time with an acute respiratory infection. I was prescribed cough syrup, no antibiotics or any additional medicine. Ive been feeling so ill, coughing till i choke, sore throat, i cant stand for more than 10 minutes. This morning i realized the infection had spread to my ear. Every time i breathe its painful. I went to the store the other day to buy just a four items and it felt like i had ran three miles. All of this and i was only given cough syrup. I have been taking over the counter medicine to keep myself from feeling completely awful. I cant believe how little they care about their patients. Ive been in my room for multiple days dealing with this sickness, and despite seeking medical help TWICE, i am left to my own devices. I will be going to a different clinic tomorrow. Can’t believe ill be charged for two separate visits when i barely received any help. Worst walk in i’ve visited. Save your money and your time, go somewhere else.
When i went to Express Care they treated me the best they could. I have a secondary issue going on but they dont see any symptoms of it so just like any doctor would they cant treat me for what they cant see. So I had to be proactive and continue looking for the advanced treatment that I need in other avenues. But as a walk in they are great
Having an appointment time doesn’t matter, and they provide no help.
Made appointment/ reservation but still waited an hour. I asked the doctor about it and he had a cavalier attitude and said there really isnt appointments, they just take people as they come in. The people said the same thing. They seemed to be amused by my frustration. The irony of it all is that there was only one patient in the waiting room and both doctors were just sitting behind a desk. One even laughed at me. Their only comment was to call corporate. I definitely felt unheard and dismissed.
Overall, my experience was fine, the front desk ladies are extremely friendly. When I was taken back to my room to have my ppd read, I could hear the treatment area staff, including the doctor on duty, talk unkindly about another employee there. I am a nursing student, and that kind of unprofessional, childish behavior is very off putting. I hope you guys find some new people, that actually work as a team, and not talk behind others backs. To me it’s cowardly , if you have to talk behind their back and can’t say it to their face, it’s cowardly. We are adults, grow up.
I was in and out quickly, and the staff was very friendly.
Made me wait 45 minutes and the woman who checked in after me went before me. For some reason they do not take cash?? I got up and walked out. There are far better walk in clinics in the Dover area, screw this place.
My son’s doctor didn’t have any openings for a sick visit so they recommended express care. I will never return. We were in the waiting room for over an hour. When we finally got to the back they didn’t have the proper scale to weigh a 1 year old. So they guessed his weight. Then when the doctor finally comes in she looks high and didn’t even address all of my son’s symptoms. Needless to say, I was not satisfied with the care they gave him. Took his prescription and will be following up with his PCP.
I arrived 10 minutes early as specified for my appointment. I registered and waited in my car as instructed. 1 hour and 20 minutes later, I received a phone call asking me to come inside and register. I asked how much longer it would be and was informed another 20 minutes in addition to the 3 people ahead of me! I tried to explain that I was sick and could not wait any longer so they replied Okay and hung up on me.
Easy to get in and quick service. PA Erin and the most excellent staff at Eden Hill Express Care quickly addressed my hand damaged by a dog bite, including xrays and antibiotics.I have been here several times in the past and am always satisfied with the care and professionalism of the staffCarl in Dover
Great urgent care with caring staff and doctors. I typically go to Medexpress when my doctor cant seeme. Medexpress was short staff that day and told me I would have to sit in my car for 2 hours! Defaulted to Christiana and will nevr return to Medexpress for any urgent needs.
I was seen at this facility 2 days ago. I presented with coughing and wheezing and was treated for bronchitis. Was given an antibiotic and a pill for coughing. I have never taken this particular antibiotic before and after two doses I had very ugly side effects so I called at 8:10 am the next day to ask that the med be changed. I called again around noon and was told they were busy and that I would be ok. Seriously?? No one could be bothered to address this situation as it is now the next day and I have heard from no one.
On 26 May 2019 I prechecked in, upon arrival I walked up to the receptionist and handed her the information for both of my insurance companies. I was informed that to be seen I needed a credit card on file. I told her I did not want a credit card on file and my two insurances would cover everything. She stated again that it was required to have a credit card on file. I took my information back and walked out and went to another Urgent care Facility that did not require a credit card. On 28 May I called the main office in Maryland and the lady who answered told me that yes a credit card would be required to be seen. As soon as I got off the phone I filed a complaint with my Insurance company. No insurance company should support a company that puts a restraint like this on people to be seen for good health. Everyone should file a complaint with their insurance company and get this place removed from being supported by any insurance company. Take a stand people. In reference to your response I have already called your main office to confirm the need for a credit card what else do you have to say to me? If both the business location and the main office were wrong then you should say it hear for everyone. Part of it doesnt matter anyway. Ive already filed a complaint with the Blue Cross Clue Shield and am in contact with my State representatives. No one should be pushed away from medical care for not letting you file a credit card and certainly not someone insured. In my opinion, and the opinion I am going to convey to my State Representative, is you should not even be allowed to practice in Delaware.
Great professional care provided by Nurse Practitioner Amber and her team at the Eden Hill location in Dover Delaware.
It was busy, which usually happens in the evening. But I still come here for great service. They took care of my concerns and made sure I was heard with any other issues besides what I had originally came in for. Doctors are friendly as well as nurses.
I would have given this place 5 stars but they recently changed which insurance providers they take and didnt tell me until after they called me in the back. They said they could see me, but it would cost like $120 without insurance. I have BCBS and they used to take it. I did like that you could set up your appointment through the website and they always took me in no more than 5 mins past my appointment. Always quick and friendly. Hopefully theyll go back to taking my insurance. Ive gotten 4 letters in the mail that they do, then Ill go in and theyll tell me they dont. Not sure whats going on with them.
I would not recommend coming unless you check in online before coming I checked in in person at 8:01 and was not given paper work to fill out until 8:55! What part of Express is that!? I understand checking in online but wouldnt you think they would still keep slots for walk in since you know thats what you are....a walk in Doc? So by the time I finally filled my paperwork out and was seen it was over a 2 hour process! The vist itself only took 10mins!
They really do tried to deal with my health issues. I had shortness of breath and could hardly breath. Diagnosed and treated.
I had a severely blocked left ear. Check-in was quick. Dr. Sitta Alie examined me, said there was a heavy build-up of wax in the left ear, the right one was okay. She had the nurse, Allyson, flush my ear and first attempt didnt work. She put drops in my ear to soften the wax, re-flushed the ear and the blockage came out. Both the Dr. and the nurse were very thorough and friendly. I would definitely go to ExpressCare before the ER.
Checked in at 6pm, was not called back for 2 hours, only to in the exam room for an hour. Finally at 5 mins to 9 I went to the desk to make sure I had not been forgotten. since they close at 9. Finally seen was only checked for strep throat even though I expressed a problem with sinuses as well. Having to go see another doctor now. Definitely not worth the time or wait.
New urgent care. I registered online and was told there was no copayment but then when I got to the window she said I needed to pay a copayment which was fine but they are cashless and I wasn’t told prior to my arrival and I only had cash on me. I wanted both a rapid test and a blood test for COVID-19 and when I got there I was told they don’t do rapid testing. They need to be more forthcoming with information before you get to the location as I made my appointment at 8am And wasted two hours only to have to go somewhere else
The website to pre-check in did not work so I just went in as a walk-in. The wait wasn’t bad. When I got in to see the doc, I felt like they took the time to hear me and examine me thoroughly. It was a great experience and I’m glad to be feeling better.
I had a good experience at the Express CAre Center. Although I had difficulty using their sign in machine, ended up asking for help. The staff were profesional and the sign in process was efficient. I was a walk in, so I udnerstood they take the online appts as they come up first. I would recommend this facility for urgent/sick care.
Went in yesterday. Made appointment online was very easy. Sign in was super easy. Everyone was super nice. They called me back at my appointment time.
I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Do not go here if you are a minority. Extremely racially biased staff who kept my 4-year old (bleeding chin after a fall) waiting for 3 hours, accommodating their people who had made online reservations. What’s the point of urgent care then!!
Went here for the first time on Sunday. Everyone was very professional, my problem was taken care of in a very timely manner.
Upon walking into the office I was not greeted or acknowledged and then After signing in on the touch screen I sat sown and waited for over 30 minutes before being called up to the front counter. I watched the receptionist/ back staff sit on her personal cell phone. Very disgusted with the sign in process. Lack of professionalism. Nothing express about this visit.
My husband and I are very pleased with Express Care!! We did the Rapid Testing for the Coronavirus and we were able to get our results back in about 15 minutes. Thank you Express Care 😊
We had excellent care, personnel very friendly and helpful.FNP, Philip Hsu, was one of the finest professional Nurses,We have ever had. Thank you to all. Will go back if we haveTo use a walk-in in the future.
They really took Great care of me thanks again
I have a extremely busy week and became ill one day prior to rendering a graduation speech. Needless to say, I lost my voice. I visited Express Care and was diagnosed as having an URI. After taking the prescribed meds, I was able to deliver my full speech to the Class of 2017 without losing my voice. Thanks Express Care; wonderful staff and excellent service.
Great visit on time and very professional. Would recommend to anyone in need of urgent care.
I went in for a rapid covid test...I booked an online appt..which was recommended..the rapid tests are said to only take 10 minutes however even after arriving 10 min prior to appt for paperwork I waited over 2 hrs btwn signing in, being seen, awaiting results, and being discharged. Staff was friendly..but I feel they need some improvement on schedule management..
Worst medical visit ever. I was there the minute they open which is 8:00am. They dont let u in a minute sooner. Once inside u must use the iPad to check in plus go to the front desk and do paperwork?? Front desk not at all warm and fuzzy. Not one patient taken back before 8:34. I waited 2 hours to see a PA that talked about his own issues and was out of the exam room in 5 mins. And Im still not sure what I have.
Excellent staff and nurse practitioner
I went to Eden Hill Express Care because I was suffering with a terrible cough and congestion. The doctor examined me and sent me for a chest X-ray. She then prescribed some medication. The staff was very friendly and efficient. It was a very good visit.
The staff is really nice, but the bad part is:Made an appointment online. Spent an hour in waiting room, then an 2 hours waiting for a doctor to come into the room. You should consider going to Milford instead.
Front desk staff very courteous. Medical staff professional. NP very courteous! I will go back if need be!! Keep up the Good work!!! Also place was clean and fresh smelling!!!
I love the way they treat me. They care about me and my health just as much as I do. The wait times are short, I receive personalized care, and theyre referral program is wonderful. Im satisfied overall.
Very nice staff efficient and short wait times
Dr. Sitta Gombeh-Alie and the medical staff were outstanding. They were cordial and professional and provided the expedient administrative and health evaluation I was seeking. They offered a very positive visit experience.
Fast, efficient, and expert knowledge of Dr. Amber Manning!
Fast, friendly, VERY knowledgeable Medical staff. Efficient & caring personnel. Treat almost anything except heart attack and stroke. X-ray and CT on premises. Almost all insurance accepted but if not .. visit is only $120.! (Written 7/2013). Unless you KNOW you need to be admitted- THIS is the best place to go ...7 days a week! 10 stars!!
Horrible. I paid cash when I went in to get seen. I heard the other receptionist speak to the one at the window about my amount.. Lizzie Yoder then proceeded to say Thats what she gets when she has no coverage I straight looked at her like really?? I said well its expensive to have insurance and not have insurance but you dont need to be discussing or adding your two cents about how I choose to pay or what I decided to do!! Very unprofessional. I heard her and we were in between glass.. I know she had to have certification on HIPPA! So if Eden Hill is reading this.. She needs to be out of that job! More happened but I wont put their business out there.
This place is a joke. I went in there for lower stomach pains and they didn’t do any tests or anything. The little bald man was so disrespectful and treated me like I was slow or something. Gave me an attitude multiple times. And the doctor didn’t do anything all he said was as long as I’m pooping okay and eating okay I’m fine. 🤦🏻♀️
The worst walkin Ive been to sign in at 1000 am they let tou sit there for 30 minutes then tell you to. Cone back and register at 2 pm . No thank you. They are to worried about giving covid tests rather than seeing people who need medical help.
Dr. Alie was amazing! Diagnosed. Explained. Took action. Done. I have gone to another urgent care a few miles away. There is no comparison. The best in the area.
Express is the wrong word..... it takes just as long as the hospital! We waited 2 hours and then it took about an hour to get an X-ray and receive a brace for a sprained ankle. We went in on a Tuesday at 9am. I wouldn’t go here if you’re looking for quick care to avoid going to the hospital.
As usual, I was treated very professionally.
They will not do your physical if it requires a neurological or mental health assessment.
Always in and out. Everyone so helpful. Doctors and physicians assistants are knowledgeable. Super clean and understanding. Love it here.
Excellent professional care! From entry to exit I felt well cared for and visible!
Great care. Great patience
Very professional & agree with the care thar was given
I would give a 0 if possible. Rude and unhelpful staff, laughing at someone who is in pain instead of trying to help. These staffers are obviously in the wrong line of business.I will never recommend this walk in clinic to anyone
Staff was pleasant. Answered all questions
When trying to figure out information they acted rude and stuck, also literally talked about us under their breathe when we were right in front of the front desk associated. After this a walk in came in five minutes after me and still got seen first even though I had a appoiment.
