Dr. Kovac is by far the best Urologist Ive ever had the pleasure of working with. He is flexible, attentive, and shares a genuine interest in his patients. Very grateful for all that Dr Kovac and Posterity Health has done for my family and I.

My experience with Posterity Health was great. It has always been difficult for me to schedule doctor visits with my work schedule, but the Posterity Health team was very flexible and always willing to help me figure out the best way to get my visits in. The lead doctor, Dr. Bakare, is an amazing health care professional who helped me to feel comfortable and gave me a piece of mind every time we met for visits. Also, since I live in Louisiana and they are in Texas, I was able to do all my health care meetings virtually, which was extremely convenient for me and just as informative as if we would have met in person. Overall, I had a great experience and best of all I am a much more healthier person now and I couldn’t be happier. Thank y’all for everything y’all do, keep up the great work!

This was based on my experience with the Portland, OR office but should be extended to Posterity as a whole.Dr. Mason himself is an excellent provider very knowledgeable and skilled. The office staff/model at Posterity is of concern; different people are responsible for different aspects. For example one person schedules office visits, one person schedules surgical interventions, one person receives payments. As well, be careful because the office staff is in different time zones. Christin Gardner is the only helpful office staff member I worked with. The call center and office staff model is very disorganized and needs to be rebuilt completely.Thought I would update this post. Posterity Health has continued to be an incompetent fertility provider. Dr. Mason no longer works at Posterity Health for this reason; he is now a faculty member at Miami University. 3 months after a scheduled surgical procedure we received a surprise anesthesia cost of $2400; which was not included in our original estimate. My wife and I made the decision to receive care from another fertility company.Please do yourself and your family a favor and stay away from Posterity Health.

I had minimal wait time before my appointment. Dr Kovac is so knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He sent me home with a written plan for my treatment. I appreciate that!

Dr Brems conducted a thorough, but understandable initial health assessment and answered all of my questions regarding the potential procedure. He was professional and competent, while also relatable and warm.

I enjoy Dr Kovac’s demeanor a lot. He was a big help putting me at ease when I was having a pre surgery panic. The surgery went well with good result.

Dr. Kovacs office was very polite. They answered all the questions my wife and I had. Will be using them in the future if needed!

Fantastic! Dr. Cowan was excellent at making a vasectomy seem like nothing more than a friendly chat and then it was done. If you are thinking about getting a vasectomy definitely go to him.I have always been nervous about any kind of medical procedure, Dr. Cowan made the entire process friendly and comfortable.

Hands down the greatest medical/doctor related experience Ive ever had in my life. Dr Cowan is not only one of the most professionally skilled and competent doctors and surgeons Ive ever had the pleasure of encountering, but also just an incredibly friendly easy-going personality with the best bedside manner for someone about to get some veins on their testicles ligated.I cannot possibly recommend Posterity Health and Dr Cowan and the entire team at Posterity Health more highly. From start to finish, Dr Cowan immediately diagnosed my likely infertility issues as stemming from a varicocele and did all the proper diagnostic and screening work to confirm the issue before doing the surgery himself on me out in Colorado.The surgery experience convinced me that truly - if youre going to have to have surgery, you must go with the best, and Dr Cowan is the best. I read countless horror stories before and after the surgery from other hapless varicocelectomy patients online who went to less experienced doctors, and my god - my experience couldnt have been more different.The entire time post surgery I was waiting for any kind of pain whatsoever, as essentially universally everyone says theres at least a few days of bad pain once the meds wear off...but nothing. Literally nothing - absolutely zero pain whatsoever.The surgery was also flawless, and the most miraculous of all things happened exactly three months post surgery, which is the minimum amount of time it takes for a cycle of new sperm to be produced - my wife became pregnant very unexpectedly after two months of unsuccessfully trying.To put things into context - my semen analysis prior to surgery identified my sperm as 0% viable - my counts per ml were 20% of the low end of the spectrum of normal (1% of the top end of the spectrum of normal), and progressive motility of my sperm was literally 0%.3 months post miracle surgery by Dr Cowan, and all my sperm motility counts were above normal baseline cutoff - and thats just the earliest results begin improving, with improvement continuing to progress for many even up until 12 months post surgery, so quite optimistic.But the real proof for us was in the pudding - my wife got pregnant with my new set of fixed testicles, and she didnt for years with my old defective ones.We wouldnt have even been able to do IVF successfully without this surgery since my sperm was so bad - DNA fragmentation results similarly decreased from ~40% pre surgery to 21% post surgery - from way too high to even have a good shot at IVF to now essentially normal with no increased risk of miscarriage even with regular pregnancy.Ive thought regularly since doing the surgery, and even now more so post pregnancy, that this was one of the most life changing and profound experiences Ive ever had in my life. Im probably obligated to name our kid (if a son, at least) Barrett, since Dr Cowan is literally 100% responsible for us being able to have kids. I was definitely getting ready to be resigned to a life without kids, and definitely had regret that thats where our life was headed - but a simple day in and out procedure with Dr Cowan changed all of that.Truly, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything. If Posterity Health hadnt existed to fill this severe dearth in the availability of male fertility specialized urologists in the US, theres a very strong likelihood I would have just gone the rest of my life without ever having kids (not to mention with essentially no testosterone and all the consequent detrimental health outcomes associated with that), especially given that the window of time was fairly rapidly closing for us. Cant wait to meet baby Barrett!

The level of care and skill of staff is wonderful and I felt comfortable every step of the way; Id recommend Posterity without hesitation.

Posterity has been very supportive. They helped us with lab results, gave us information on supplements, and helped us find doctors where we live for our next steps needed.

We all obviously seek out Dr. Kovac because he’s widely known as the best in his field. I first sought him out with urology of Indiana and after my appointment today in his new building at his own practice, I can say the experience was top tier. It’s very one on one and never felt rushed. Dr. Kovac as always was very patient in listening to my concerns and had a game plan put in motion that I felt confident in before I left. 10/10 will recommend Dr. Kovac to everyone!

My wife and I had a great experience with the doctor and staff of Kindbody who worked together for this procedure. Dr Mulloy was awesome with great communication.

Terrible customer service. They over billed me for services they did not provide. They couldnt even provide a receipt. I have been calling them for over two months to resolve this issue and they refuse to answer the phone or take multiple weeks to return a call.

My doctor was extremely nice and very knowledgeable and helped me with all the questions I had and made everything extremely easy. I would go back again anytime.

Dr Walker was the person who pulled me from an absolute whirlpool of bureaucracy and frustration when I was trying to get a genetic sample frozen. My husband and I travelled to Colorado from Toronto, Canada to see Dr. Cowan. He was able to perform a less invasive procedure on my husband than we had anticipated to retrieve sperm for IVF. We got more embryos from this round of IVF than our four previous rounds combined!Dr. Cowan is not only highly skilled but also one of the most caring and personable doctors we have ever encountered. We highly recommend Posterity Health!

Though it isn’t indicated on the appointment info or website, this discriminatory office adamantly requires you to wear face diapers and submit to Covid data disclosures. You are a fertility specialist, not an actual clinic treating Illness. Logically, you’d think this office of PHDs would be more worried about miscarriages caused by the faulty vaccines instead of worried about catching a common cold from someone that you have 4 jabs to protect yourself from. Wake up.
