Annandale Fertility

I personally had a good experience, but my boyfriend did not. So the rating reflects both of our experiences. For me, Samantha was very nice. She walked me through the process and answered all the questions and concerns I had. They do have a phlebotomist there and I felt like that process was very slow. I dont know if I was forgotten about, but there were definitely people that came in after me that was seen before me. That was frustrating.For my boyfriend, the biggest concern is billing. He was charged erroneously and had to reach out to get a refund on a service that he paid twice. They then refunded everything and then later sent a bill. He called and got that fixed and then received a bill AGAIN for the service he already paid for!!! Naturally, anyone would be frustrated with that. I dont know whats going on with billing and why they cant get their stuff together but that doesnt exactly give comfort to the capabilities of the facility.Due to the issues that have happened, we wont be moving forward with them.

Annandale OBGYN/Fertility is absolutely 5+ stars. Ive seen their PA, Samantha Stern, who is the best medical professional Ive been to. Shes incredibly thorough, asks the right questions and I never feel rushed. She takes the time to explain things and has a great bedside manner. Anyone would be lucky to be seen by Samantha and her team. Everyone from the front desk staff, to the medical assistants, to the PAs/doctors, make me feel heard and cared for. I know Im in good hands with their team. I highly recommend going to Annandale OBGYN/Fertility for any of your needs.

Samantha was incredibly kind and empathetic in addressing our concerns, making the entire experience pleasant. Scheduling an appointment was easy, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout the process.
