I’ve now had Caroline twice. The first time my blood would not draw but she accommodated her schedule to let me come back in when I was more hydrated. So I lucked out getting her again, she is calm, and super gentle for someone terrified of needles. And I feel nothing with her, where I’ve definitely felt with others. I’d definitely ask for Caroline if I have a fear of needles or have any nerves, truly the best!

Quest is the best! I have a problem everywhere else especially at hospital visits because my veins are hard to hit but the employees at Quest always find one on the first try. It’s painful to keep getting poked over and over because my veins are hard to find. Quest employees are trained well because I have never had a problem there! Highly recommend them!

Worse experience ever.My appointment is 10:30am checked in no problem but I got 3 shots by 3 different people to get blood. Every one blamed me not drinking enough water and tried to get me reschedule. I had already did fast so I won’t. I always make sure I drank the water as I’m 52 years old and I know what I’m doing before blood draws.My husband appointment is 10:20 , 10 mins ahead of me. We did the same check in. For some reason the computer wiped out his name. And then we re did his check in. He is the first one on standby list; but they kept call other standby behind him. We have been here almost 2 hours and he hasn’t got blood drawn. We both fast and I told them I have low blood sugar problem. But they totally ignored.Are we going to spent whole day here? This is totally a torture.Now is the lunch time. The woman guarded door has gone. And finally after a couple of other walk in, my husband’s name got called. OMG. 10:20am appointment got checked in before 10:10 finally getting blood draw 12:20pm.

Quest Post Road Fairfield is short staffed and feel that they would be more efficient if they hire more people.Lot of people had to wait to be seen ( some walk in a and appointments)However the providers who are there , seemed to strive to do their best job to care for the patients that they served.Very polite and professional staff as well as proficient in what they do.

My appointment was for 7:30. wasnt taken care of until 8:10. Only one person working. The person working was awesome. She didnt let the fact that she was the only one there effect her work ethic. I felt bad for her since 2 people didnt show up.

AVOID at all costs!!! Be prepared for a LONG wait, over 2 hours possibly—doesnt matter if you have an appointment.Technician said I wasnt here when she called me when Ive been here since 10 minutes before my appointment. Ive never had such a bad experience at Quest before and will not be returning to this location. The other patients in the waiting room helped me calm down.... I started crying.I checked in AGAIN as a walk in (third time trying), and finally someone took my blood. She didnt apologize for my wait or the fact I was crying, just, hold your arm cause youre shaking too much.

System was down, which i understand happens, but the customer service was terrible. The woman was so rude like I was bothering her. I went to a second quest and they were so nice, calling people to have them come back and get bloodwork. Why is good customer service so hard?

This place has no time concept at all . Don’t remember being called out for my schedule. Then you step out 1 minute they don’t take you in!

Checkin system does not work, and you have to knock on the door to get somebody to come out and help you. It’s the worst check-in of any medical facility I’ve ever been to. The staff is a bunch of automatons that refuse to help people who have special circumstances and miss their appointment by 10 minutes.Their check in system is not HIPAA compliant. People standing behind you can see all of your private information. It is too high for someone in a wheelchair, making it not ADA compliant. And this is a medical facility.Further, their telephone system is a nightmare to navigate. Just don’t bother calling.It feels like robots, manage it.

Great experience at my visit yesterday. I often get light-headed and my veins are hard to get, so I am a bad patient! The phlebotomist was so kind, caring and gentle with me. Will definitely go to this location again.

I just had blood work done there today. This is not the first time that a phlebotomist was rough. Its not that theyre bad people, just not trained very well to deal with the public. The location is so convenient but Im not going back there for my next draw. P.S. I thought it was just me but after reading other reviews I can see this location needs a revamp and fresh blood!PS 1/18/22 was just there recently and I don’t know if it was just a fluke but they had new staff, more professional, friendly, considerate. It was a completely different experience

I go to this lab monthly and I have only had good experiences. Even before Covid, they switched over to a virtual front desk. That check in process is very efficient and is as quick as you can enter your details into the touch screen. Then I take a quick seat, it’s a quick wait if any at all. I like that I can view my estimated wait time and see how many people are ahead of me on any of the screens in the small lobby.Best not to go the first hour of their day, in my opinion of course.

It was my first time at this quest location, & will most certainly be my last ! I work for a surgeon and have worked in the health care field for a very long time. You never treat patients with rudeness and disrespect ! I was brought in by “Cheryl Jeffrey” that’s the name she gave me- and her attitude was the worst attitude I’ve ever come across. If people hate their jobs, please leave! Patients shouldn’t be treated unfairly because an employee is having a rough day! I will never go to a quest again! Disgusted by her behavior

I was at this facility Tuesday, March 15th @ approximately 9:15am. The phlebotomist yelled from the hallway to the other phlebotomist to get me yelling my name(can we say hippa violation)! The other phlebotomist whom she demands to get me, was there to get her own patient. The phlebotomist that came to get her own patient gave me directions on how to get to the room of which the other young lady was yelling from! When I got in there her attitude made me so uncomfortable I wanted to just leave! She has no idea what people might be going through when they come in there and she has no right to have a cold cutting attitude towards the patients! She should not be working with people! Reading through the previous comments, I can only assume this is an on going issue one day it could result in a law suit and then MAYBE SOMEONE WILL PAY ATTENTION!!

I waited over 20 minutes for a scheduled appointmentNo apologies and they asked again once inside for all my information again.My suggestion use another vendor or a different location unless you have a half hour to forty minutes to waste

The staff was very friendly. My complaint is that I took my antibodies test 2 weeks ago and I’m not allowed to see the results yet. I emailed them many times without an answer. Apparently, they just have an automatic machine that of course can’t give any real solution. I already called 3-4 times and I always “talk” with a robot. Btw, I payed my test before they did it. I’ll not recommend them never. Customer service is awful

1305 post road I’ve never been to a quest lab with worse service. Tech had no clue what she was doing. I had to leave I couldn’t wait any longer. Never going back here. Find another location this one is horrible

I had an appointment this morning and I was incredibly lucky to have Porscha as my technician. First of all, she was warm and sociable . Second, very helpful and efficient. Last but not least, didnt feel a thing! it is so nice to come across someone in the medical industry who isnt rushing you out the door or rolling their eyes at you because youre there in the first place. I left feeling in a good mood and looking forward to all the errands I have to run this morning. Thank you Porscha for such a great attitude! You are a gem!

This is a a TERRIBLE clinic to get blood drawn from. I had to take my kids for their routine thyroid check, the nurse’s mask in our tiny room barely covered her nostrils. We had to wait in the room for half an hour and she accidentally shredded the lab order. It was extremely stressful to have two kids in such a vulnerable position. I am so grateful for our frontline health care professionals, but to be treated rudely and with little regard for health and safety protocols was a bridge too far. We won’t be returning. NOT a COVID safe environment.

Lady at the front desk was rude. My patient and I walked in we weren’t greeted. Then we are sitting here with a bunch of other people waiting while they are in the back gossiping and blasting music which is very unprofessional. A lady left cause she was here waiting for a half hour she said. Never again will I bring my client to this quest and will be contacting cooperate !!!

I arrived for bloodwork. There were no wheelchairs or chairs available. I have been on crutches since breaking an ankle. I had to stand outside in line for 20 minutes! Very poor accommodations for those with disabilities.

DO NOT use this location if you don’t have an appointment. They DO NOT allow walk-ins but will tell you they do. I came in for a test, was told it was a 16 minute wait and then an hour and a half later I was told that if I didn’t have an appointment they didn’t know when they would be able to see me.

The Worst!! They have no system & no clue!! There is no human contact, just a waiting room with an Ipad & folks waiting for hours not knowing what is going on!! 😖 Its all wrong! You would think they would have a plan!!

I was there last year, and the technician was very rude and unfriendly making a not-so-pleasant-situation even more unpleasant. I am due again for my yearly bloodwork and will not take any chances - I will definitely go to a different location this time around.
