Each time I go to the Old Fannin location, I feel like I’m heard and receive the care I need. I’ve been seen by two different practitioners over the last 3 years. Each time I’m treated with respect and end up feeling better a few days after. Now, I will say that their medical billing could be improved. However, the people that actually work at that location are awesome! Don’t hesitate to give them a try!
I had an excellent experience at this urgent care, thanks to the exceptional receptionist, Ashley. She was welcoming, efficient, and made the check-in process smooth despite for me. Her professionalism and kindness truly stood out, making a stressful situation much easier to handle. Highly recommend!
The 2 visits I had were very efficient, professional, and greatly appreciated. I felt trusted and cared for and would honorably recommend this medical practice to everyone in need. They were recommended to me and I am pleased to continue the recommendation forward! Thanks!, Trustcare.Sincerely, Jack stuart
Love the nursing staff. Check-in has zero personality but still ok. Long wait but ‘‘tis the season. I enjoy my nurse and my doctor. Very sweet and thorough.
Very slow. Wait is too longThey are short on staff...but thats not my worry. They need staff.Ill call next timeI would have walked out except Im going out of town in the morning.Simple... issue....Very frustrating
I went to this TrustCare. The “express clinic” there was 1 person in the waiting room and I went on my hour lunch break because I’m breaking out in hives. I waited 20 minutes just to be told that it would be well after 12 BEFORE I WAS SEEN? The ladies behind the desk seemed occupied by their phones as I was explaining my issue. Do not recommend whatsoever
The staff up front were very welcoming and nice! I wasnt there long at all -which I love! The nurse came in to ask questions and was really sweet & helpful! Dr was super nice and helpful also. It really was a good experience for having to go to the doctor on a Sunday morning. I will definitely be going back there if I need someone outside of my doctors hours! Thanks guys so much!
This was my 3rd visit out of state from California. Always received excellent medical diagnosis and treatment from Kristen Deason , NPI . From spider bites, Covid or sinus infection she was exact andthrough in her care ! She does everything to make sure you feel better soon. I brought my 88 year old Mom to Kristen Deason, NPI , who diagnosed pneumonia and treated her appropriately !!In an age of doctor shortages I appreciate her training, and experience! She is also polite and professional. THANK YOU Kristen !!
My wife insisted I go here, rather than a GP...She loves the place. Well, she was right. Was seen very quickly, everyone from front desk to the physicians were very pleasant. Sure better than the hours long wait, then having to deal with people who wish they were anywhere but at work.Great experience...and I will return. Thanx yall!
Hey All, If you happen feel bad and to get better come over to the Flowood trust Care on old Fannin Road. You won’t be disappointed but I will say this due to the Covid and the flu. You may have to wait a while but it would be worth the wait. Dr Kristen Deason has a good bedside manners. She understands and knows how you feel. She will do her best to get you back to the healthy you.
Horrible service!!! I sat in the lobby for over an hour and watched 6 people get called ahead of me. I was told I would be pushed through the system to go ahead and get called. No, that is not what happened. An additional person was called back. Now all of these patients arrived after me. I’m very frustrated and hate it for those sitting in the lobby waiting around me. I am very sick and symptomatic!! Asked for a refund to take my services where the care is prompt and much better!!
I went to trust medical clinic n the workers was so polite n the doctor was so friendly n she made sure I was taking good care of n she made sure I had what I needed to make sure I was good.
I am traveling from Florida my back went out and my friends recommended this facility. Everyone from the front desk to the nurse and doctor who attended to me were wonderful, Caring kind and considerate. They were very quick to get me some relief from my pain. I truly feel blessed and grateful for their professional and and rapid treatment!
Very accomodating! The nurses, doctors, and staff really make you feel like a human being when you interact with them. Real, honest conversations and they make you feel comfortable in their care! The building and entire facility was clean and very organized!
They were so kind and personable here. They were fast but not in a way that you are just a number. They got me exactly what I needed to be healthy and on my way. Would recommend to anyone who needs to see a medical professional.
Great staff, Nurse practitioner and facility! I am super sick and struggling to walk around and loved hearing Christian music in the background when I walked in it brought such a sense of peace and serenity! Samuel Sharp, NP has an awesome bedside manner and is a great listener and communicator! I highly recommend this clinic to anyone!
The Trustcare team working today was awesome. They all treated me with respect, professionalism and cared about my issues. Great group of people 👏 👍
The practitioners are and nurses are very helpful and Friendly, but the place is understaffed.I am editing on behalf of todays experience. It was obvious the front desk did not want to check myself & my daughter in today and instead she said its going to be a long wait... basically discouraging us to get seen. I looked around and there were only 3 people in the waiting room. Then she said there were a lot of people back in the room. Only 6 cars in the parking lot. I got my id cards back and left out. I wont be going back until there are new faces in the front that want to be there. I can usually get checked in without any problems and in a prompt manner. Ill be going to the other new clinic that just opened up.
TrustCare at Dogwood is a great place to go if you are sick. Very nice and pretty quick I might add
If you want to be treated like part of the family stop by and see Codi, Conner, Ashlee, Amber, and Amanda. From the receptionist desk to the Exam Room, they were professional, knowledgeable and full of hospitality. I went in for respiratory issues and pink eye so they fixed me up. They are the best!!! Thank you all so much for your unmeasureable care for your patients. You are simply the best!!!
The team was great and any concern we mentioned, they addressed. They are the best!
Great staff. Fast service. The NP was very respectful and listened to all of my concerns. The medical assistant was very nice and made sure to write down every detail as well. They also were very cost efficient and made sure to discuss treatments that met my financial and medical needs. 10 out of 10 experience.
Everyone in this clinic was warm and helpful, especially Ashley at the front desk and NP Sam Sharp. I highly recommend!
The staff was nice and friendly. The NP Samuel Sharp made me fill very comfortable. Best visit I’ve had in an office. The guy that took my blood was so knowledgeable with the way he answered questions before I even asked. I truly felt heard
The staff was very polite and the service was very fast as always. I felt like the NP took the time to hear my concerns and address them appropriately. The office was quick to call in my prescriptions so I did not have to wait at the pharmacy. Overall great service!
Nice new facility but takes forever to be seen. All I came here for was an employment drug screening. Took forever. This just made me thankful for MEA.
It was a busy waiting room but the staff moved us through to a room in a timely manner. The front desk staff, nurses, and NP all had a friendly, positive, helpful attitude. It seemed like a team of people who were working well together! Really appreciated everyone’s friendliness and professionalism!
Waited over an hour and a half for the doctor to find out the staff never checked me in. There wasnt an offer to let me go ahead and see the doctor.
I was in and out within an hour. Samuel was very attentive to the medical issue I was having. He made sure he asked questions to find out what was going on with me and recommended me to an outside doctor for additional help and support. Everyone was nice and welcoming. Great service!
Andrew Sharp, NP was very personable and thorough. I will definitely be back to see him if the need arises. Extremely pleased with the care and service received!! 10/10 recommend!!
Awesome experience. I was in and out pretty quickly. Everyone was super polite. Checl-in took.about 5 mins. The NP was thorough, efficient, and chatty. If you must be sick, this is the place to go (but try to stay well).
Very helpful, they listen, are compassionate and respectful. Their bedside manner was perfect, and calming in my most vulnerable state. Im very grateful for their empathy and professionalism
Casey Hill at the Old Fannin location took such good care of me. I explained to her how much health related anxiety Ive had lately and instead of brushing me off she listened and walked me thoroughly through all of my concerns. She has been such a blessing to me and Im just so thankful for all the tests she ran and her patience with me.
After waiting for Kristin for almost two hours. My mother inquired on how much longer would it be before I was seen. I came in with an infection in my eye and stitches. I was in a car accident 3 days previous. Well, Kristin entered the room shortly after my mother inquired about the wait however she didnt exam me. She took one look and said o my, it is infected. She asked where I received service and told me that I needed to return to the emergency room to receive antibiotics through an IV. She suggested that it would be the best method of treatment. My mother inquired whether she could write a prescription. Besides the fact that I was dealing with body soreness, I also had a hairline fracture on my tailbone. So sitting for the length of time was excruciating. Kristin replied no that it wouldnt do any good that the I V would be better. Needless to say I went to the emergency room (River Oaks). I was there for 20 mins. The doctor working through triage explained that there was only a 10% difference between antibiotics through an I V verse pill form. He said he didnt understand why they would have told me that. He kindly wrote the prescription for antibiotics and tropical cream. He took the time to explain the medication and how to move forward with treatment. Thanks to the emergency room I was able to not only receive care but be cared for.
I typically go here when I need to see someone for an illness. I’ve taken my child here before too and they are always friendly and helpful! I know at least one, maybe two nurse practitioners here too who do an awesome job! Would recommend this place.
I received the absolute BEST care I’ve ever received in an urgent care or primary care clinic from K. Deaton, NP & entire staff from the front desk to the nurse that checked me in.I’m a retired RN and I appreciate the care so much! I had a complex wound with infection and Kristin did everything necessary & was so kind & professional. She set me at ease 100 percent & educated me on wound care and the next steps to take.I will never go to another clinic & I’ll happily drive the trip from Crystal Springs to the Fannin location to receive this level of care. The facility was also very clean & well equipped.Just exceptional staff and an overall good experience during a difficult time for me.
Nurse was amazing and seemed very interested in what i had going on. the provider was knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable! i wish she was a primary care provider. she’d be mine for sure!
Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable, the young male nurse who helped me with my dot drug screen was professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this facility. 5 star for sure.
This TrustCare was amazing!!! From the minute we walked in we were treated with compassion & kindness by all staff. Even though we came around closing time, we were still welcomed. My mom’s Nurse Practitioner Andrew Sharp was wonderful! We did not feel rushed & he had a genuine desire to help my mom feel better! Many thanks not only to Andrew but also to Kiara, Amber & Mildred!!
If you’re looking to do a fire fighter physical, go somewhere else. Got here at 0900 on 11/07/2023 and just got finished. The front desk lady originally told me that my agency didn’t send the packet but once I called up my agency and had our representative on speaker phone, she magically found the packet? She also somehow let 15 people go in front of me after I was waiting for over two hours. When I asked them what was up, they could provide me with any kind of response.Highly recommend staying away. From my personal perspective, it looks like they don’t like fire fighters. I understand that you should wait but letting 15 people ahead of me is uncalled for.
Receptionist was horribly rude, ignorant & disrespectful & a liar. I would never want a friend, family member or anyone to experience what my daughter and I experienced with that woman. On the other hand, I can truthfully say we were totally satified with services rendered by NP & X-ray tech.
Highly recommend the Old Fannin location!! Alyssa, Andrew, Amber, and Conner were truly the best! Very fast too!!
Wait time is long when face is swelling and hurting. Didnt know what was wrong. Just happened so very quickly. Perhaps need more physicians on site. But I was very impressed with the doctor who treated ne.
The doctor and receptionist were wonderful and very kind. They listened and did not rush us. You can tell the doctor is highly intelligent in her field, she knew right away what was wrong with my child and made him feel very comfortable.
Today is Christmas Eve. The Flowood clinic was packed even when I got there at 1pm. The staff worked steadily to get us all checked in and seen and I was #24 on the list even with getting there at 1. There was a line out of the door. But I’m so thankful for the front desk staff, nurses, and nurse practitioner who are sacrificing their holiday to meet our needs. I was able to get in and get taken care of and out to CVS at 4:55 before they closed at 5, otherwise it would have been a costly unnecessary ER visit. God bless and Happy Holidays
The experience at TrustCare was great. The best part was easy registration, professional front staff, and fast service. Thanks Andrew, NP for caring for my daughter!
I was warmly greeted by the receptionist who politely asked if I had been there before, my response was tes, she asked for my date of birth and quickly began helping me and she informed me she was sending me information to sign in. I was seen immediately and the services, nurses and staff were wonderful. I felt better and I am truly grateful for the care I received.
I am absolutely elated with this recent visit. The doctor, Miss Hannah, and the nurse practitioner, Miss Ashley were so incredibly professional and thorough unlike any healthcare providers I have ever seen in this network. I had previously attended multiple TrustCare branches in the area, and have had my problems overlooked, but today’s visit was the total opposite. I am so impressed by their knowledge and compassion, and I felt like I was actually seen heard and valued. I especially love the fact that they did not discriminate against me because of my mental illness or disability unlike some doctors in the network in other locations. I am thoroughly impressed and will be recommending my whole family to this specific location whenever they are in need of a quick and professional visit without the hassle of emergency room wait times.
Ive been to trustcare 4 times. The first two were great. The 3rd was OKThis visit was awful.I waited 1 hour and 40 minutes to be seen.I did not receive any real help and was told to go to er for a cat scan . I have insurance and came to trustcare not to sit I. An er forever .I simply needed medication for extreme gas and constipation.I just got the impression trustcare didnt want to deal with the problem so passed it on to someone else .I dont believe I will return there .Everyone was nice but far too busy to help.
No wait time for me. Check in is easy. Very professional. Building clean as well as exam rooms.
I have already shared to about 4 different people how please I was with the care I got at this Flowood location.I want to talk about Milli at the front desk. She is Really GOOD! With a Smile even after being there All Day….long day! Lots of sick people!
Ladies up front were welcoming.Tech that took my vitals were very nice. She checked me She asked me questions about my symptoms. Very nice nurse.
Everyone was welcoming from the time I walked in the door! The receptionist’s greeted everyone with a smile as well as the doctors and nurses! I am usually nervous at dr appointments, but friendliness and compassion from staff eased my anxieties and I was in and out within an hour!
I was instructed to visit Trust Care in Flowood, Mississippi for pre-employment requirements for a potential employer. Upon entering the facility, it was clean and availability of seating was plentiful. The receptionist was very courteous and assistive. The entire process took less than one hour. If I had to visit a healthcare facility of this type for a minor ailment, it would be this one.
Excellent and quick service. From the receptionist to the nurse, and finally the NP Andrew. I felt like they were genuinely invested in my health and well-being. Ultimately the NP suggested I seek further follow up at a local ER because this location didn’t have CT scanning capabilities but I still felt very well cared for by this team.
Have use this medical facility twice, both time the staff was professional, courtesy and efficient. It beats waiting in a hospital waiting room for hours hands down. Special thanks to Ms. Amber and Ms. Angelica for processing and getting to doctor quickly. Thanks lady 5☆
Overall clean waiting area. Only thing I would suggest is a more open line of communication when you check in. Communication is key let your patients knows a wait time. Especially when hardly anyone is waiting.
Got in quickly, stitched up in a flash, out the door and back home in an hour. Professional staff & really like my doctor, Kristen Deason. She was GREAT!
They were quick, especially for how busy they were. Everyone from the receptionist to the nurse to the provider were awesome! They were friendly and polite, I would absolutely recommend them!
Everyone is so nice and experienced. The facility is always very clean. Each NP I have had is wonderful!!!How I wish you would take appointments!!!!!
Went in for a simple employment drug screen. Almost 1 hour later I go to reception and ask how much longer : she checks and says they will be out in a few; 5 mins later they come out; 3 folks in waiting room when I got there: drug screens should be a streamlined event
The wait time was short, and the doctor was thorough and listened. A very good experience.
Post from Allison Moore: From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, my son and I were both totally satisfied! We were both ill today unfortunately and were both seen together which was really convenient. Everyone was so friendly and professional! We were in and out in just over an hour which is fast for a walk-in appointment! Thanks so much!!
The staff and medical professionals at TrustCare Flowood are always very kind and caring! They are my go to facility when I am in need of care after hours or on the weekend.
My visit was great, everyone was so nice and my NP stitched up my finger in just a few minutes and I was able to enjoy the rest of my weekend! Thank you sooo much!
Front desk was unable to pull up my insurance so I had to pay cash for the visit. I was given a number to call to obtain a refund! Dx of paronychia….very sore and swollen finger. The N.P. sprayed the area with lidocaine but area WAS NOT desensitized and stuck a needle into my finger. Causing even more pain—-no drainage came out?!!! Sent a prescription over for ABT. Told me to soak my hand. I left there and went to a Medical physician office where they perform a I & D, prescriptions x2 ABT for the entire finger was infected; ordered warm soak with betadine-rinse-dry-apply mupirocin ointment at least 3 times a day. Pain medicine was ordered as well, for to touch my finger sent chills down my body. Unable to drive my car after the I&D with all the pus/blood/pain pain.
This was my first visit, and I was thoroughly impressed. Everything was so nice and clean, the staff was super friendly, and they had me in and out in 25 minutes (that’s including the time it took to run a strep test)!! I couldn’t believe it! Plus, I went on a Sunday, yet I didn’t get stuck with a weekend/after-hours fee. Even better! I will definitely be back :-)
The entire staff were great 👍 I had a short wait, everyone was friendly and acted like they really wanted to be there, and meds were promptly sent to my pharmacy.
My son and I both were able to walk in, sign in, and be seen in under an hour. This was very efficient due to the fact I was seen for an employment drug screen, and my son was seen and diagnosed with the flu. In spite of us both walking in without appointments for separate reasons and separate insurance coverage company’s; we were both seen and able to walk out in under an hour with prescriptions called in immediately. The NP even took the time to provide us with a discount available for my son’s prescription. The entire staff was friendly and efficient!
Trust Care stayed open for Super Bowl hours unlike corner clinic. Corner clinic kicked out a baby and a momma and a child just for the Super Bowl and they had no car! So they were standing in the rain with nothing to cover them up!
The BEST experience!!! Dr. Sharp & his team are so wonderful. Quick, welcoming, fast, and efficient! Could not ask for a better experience!!! Thank y’all so very much! :)-Kayla Saxton
The staff was very personable, efficient and helpful. The wait wasnt long, office neat and tidy. I would definitely use the clinic again.
10/10. Exactly how I would have liked to picture a good, wholesome family care clinic to clean up nicks and scrapes and (in my case) a cough. Fast, friendly, excellent.
It was a nice visit. The wait was long but the doctor acknowledged that and apologized, but other than that, all of the staff was nice and friendly
I was there for an hour and a half. I heard that they can get you in and out a lot quicker. However, it is probably my own fault because I went at lunch time. Still, an hour and half total at an urgent care is pretty amazing to me! They did apologize for the wait and the doctor was great. The front desk person was very kind as well. Very pleased with the service here.
I was seen quickly. The nurse and doctor were very thorough. They listened to me and made a treatment plan. Great experience.
I had a good experience. The customer service was excellent. I felt much better after my diagnosis and my medication prescribed.
Receptionist friendly, kind. I very much liked the nurse practitioner that I saw. I liked his manner. I have confidenceas to what to do going forward. I had a sense everyone cared.
I was greeted in a friendly way & was seen in about 15 minutes. The nurse was attentive & tested me for all options. The dr was friendly & knowledgeable & prescribed medication to make me feel better.
Nurse practitioners are the greatest!!! They listen, are very knowledgeable, make excellent diagnostic decisions, and know right away when they need to refer. They also give a lot of instruction and teaching. I have been three times to this clinic, and each time was treated with excellent results, was in and out quickly, and the entire staff was courteous, compassionate and professional. I sort of wish I could say they were not so good so it wont get too busy!! I have been most impressed with all three NPs, and I am a veteran nurse, so I watch closely. I would not hesitate to recommend them if I didnt think it will result in staggering crowds. They deserve that! What a great place. Clean, pretty, calm.
I saw Nurse Practitioner Andrews, and he is wonderful. Hes very patient and very helpful. He really listens and tries to help in whatever way is best for you. You feel like he truly cares for his patients.
Andrew is wonderful. He did my stitches. All the staff ( front desk, nurses, NPs) is very cooperative, soft n helpful.
I was very pleased with my experience. The ladies at the front desk were super nice and the wait time was very minimal. The nurse and Nurse Practitioner were very professional and kind. They answered all of my questions and had a wonderful bed side manner. I will definitely be using their clinic again!
Everyone working today when I went was extremely kind, personable, and professional! The lady working the front desk was well organized and quick and friendly. The nurse was understanding and very knowledgeable and put me at ease. Claudia (forgive me for not remembering last name) was very courteous and understanding! I am very appreciative of the service I was provided by trustcare today and glad to know I have somewhere I can go and my family can go when we need urgent care!
Great staff. Helpful and they listened. Fast service.
Very professional people. We checked in around 7.30 PM . Though they close at 8 PM, they received us well. There was not much paperwork to do even though this was our first visit there. Unlike other similar clinics, there was no waiting in a small room; excessive charging for visits around their closing time, etc. The staff who treated us were very knowledgeable and gentle. Glad to have come across such a nice medical facility in the neighborhood for any urgent medical needs.
Very professional, I did not have to wait long. The check in process was simple. Staff was courteous and listened to me.
The staff here are very professional and K Deason is a great Nurse Practitioner she is not afraid of her job what do ever you want the truth she will give it to you very good.
Staff was so kind. The RN was especially patient with me and the NP: Casey Hill went above and beyond.
Extremely quick and efficient. All personnel that dealt with were courteous and respectful. Definitely beats sitting around in my primary doctors for hours (if can even get appointment, like I can schedule being sick) when feel horrible. Thanks again and you’ll be the first stop next time I’m sick. Hands down and excellent job!
The clinic was clean, fast, and friendly. This was my first time going and I was dreading a lot of new patient paperwork. To my surprise and relief, the paperwork was very minimal. I highly recommend it! Jeremy was my nurse practitioner and was thorough, kind, and caring. I definitely will be back.
Very friendly staff and I was serviced super fast and had no problems on my visit. They really are express care. Would recommend them to anyone. The doctor was really nice and explained everything well. My nurse Kelly was very easy to talk to and super sweet!
My visit was enjoyable, considering the reasons. Staff was great, cared for my needs and explained everything thoroughly. The check in process is different but very easy.
I can’t say enough about trust care! I used to go to another clinic, and while they were perfectly competent and nice -there is no comparison. I wish I had timed to my visit so I could say just how quickly I was in and out the door. Everyone from the receptionist to the nurse to the practitioner was nicer and more helpful than I could have ever hoped! I now tell everyone I know about it!
Nurse Practitioner Deason is awesome! I injured my knee from falling and went to an orthopedic specialist and was told it was a bad sprain. I asked for a brace or boot because I couldn’t bear weight on my foot and was told that neither was necessary. I was given a rx for NSAIDS and to follow up with an urgent care clinic in a day or two if I were still pain. I am so glad that I did and NP Deason was there. Immediately upon examining my knee she ordered a Toradol injection, a brace, a CAT scan and a MRI of my knee because I told her that the X-ray with the orthopedic specialist showed only a sprain. The MRI confirmed too much to type but bottom line I have a torn ACL and torn meniscus, conditions that should be obvious to an orthopedic doctor/surgeon. NP Deason also suspected it was more upon examination. She is very thorough, she listened to my concerns that it felt more than a sprain and made me feel comfortable explaining my concerns. Her care is a 10 out of 10. I highly recommend.
Everyone was very nice. The doctor was great and took his time to ask questions and explain things. He didnt act rushed to get out and move on to the next patient like some doctors do. I will definitely be returning.
The receptionist greeted us with a smile and very polite and helpful. Kelly was very thorough and gentle with the shots that was administered and very caring. The Nurse Practioners were terrific in my diagnosis. This was my first visit and I would recommend Trust Care to anyone. If I am sick again this will be the place for me!!! Thank you Everyone there!!!
I’ve been waiting in my car since 9:00 it’s now 11:08 the receptionist doesn’t answer the phone . I could do her job and mine even with all the people there . Seriously either hire more staff or train them to be efficient . Currently no ones updated us and considering I finally got a link at 11:00 to sign in and I’ve been here since 9 there’s a problem . I’m doing a routine test for son and heaven forbid something was positive I would be exposed in the close quarters of my car ! This isn’t acceptable practice to wait several hours. Time to reanalyze and prioritize their MPUs and determine what’s a better business practice STAT!!!
Very professional, courteous, knowledgeable. The NP walked and took time to explain what was going on and was very concerned. Will definitely be back
Today I was seen by Nichole and Samuel Sharp. Awesome duo! Both very attentive, and made sure I received the absolute best care!
I went to trustcare with an upper respiratory infection. I wrote down that I had an upper respiratory infection. I was about 34 weeks pregnant at the time. I was seen by someone I believe their name was Sharpe. It was on a Tuesday. I asked him to write me off work for the remainder of the week. He said I have an upper respiratory infection (which I already knew) and that he could not write me off the remainder of the week. He would only give me off until Friday. I was pregnant, not sleeping well, and I knew my body would need longer to recover. Thursday came and I still felt terrible. I called trustcare back and spoke with someone else who extended my time. It was very frustrating to experience this. How are you going to tell me about my body and how much time I would need to recover?? So, I wasted my time and the next providers time trying to get this extension off work because I wasnt initially handled properly. Furthermore, I was only tested for Covid and not flu or strep and ended up getting a $50 bill. I will not be returning to this facility.
Everyone has been very nice.the doctor was fantastic.the nurse was great.will go again
The staff is friendly and efficient. From the moment I walked in until I was finished and leaving was less than 45 minutes. The Nurse Practitioner on duty was upbeat, willing to listen, unhurried. An all around positive experience.
Worst experience I’ve ever had for my child. It was empty, but we waited over 30 minutes for vital signs and for them to take a height and weight. She took my child’s height with her heels on- even after I asked to do it after she took them off. We gave urine. About 60 seconds after returning from the bathroom, the NP, Shaw stated she had a UTI. Still unsure of weather she ran it that quickly or if she just went off of the chief complaint I gave when walking in. Urine was not cultured, now my child will have to go back to see another provider in order to get correct antibiotics. Because she is complaining of pain again.. no pain medication was given like blue gesic, she did not even ask her about pain. My child’s urine was pink tinged so I imagine that if she had actually ran the urine she would have been more inclined to prescribe pain medication since the blood would have been quite prevalent in a urinalysis.. Lastly, I had to ask the ladies at the desk TWICE to spell my child’s name correctly. It was still put in wrong. I asked again for it to be changed while checking out because insurance would not cover it if spelled incorrectly, nor would I have been able to pick up her prescription. Sub par standard of care. Do not recommend for your sick child.
I came in with a laceration to the L hand. The staff processed me in quickly and escorted me to a room. The doctor was nice, made good conversation and sutured my wound with expertise.
The staff at the Flowood location are awesome. Everyone is friendly and efficient. I was there a month ago for an issue and had a recurrence today. The NP, Stevie, remembered me from the last visit and took excellent care of me. She is always kind and she is an excellent care provider. I walked through the door of the clinic at 1:00 and walked out of the pharmacy across the street with my medication in hand at 1:54. I am a busy professional and would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality medical care without waiting hours for diagnosis and treatment.
Was very pleased with the wait time and Andrew was very nice and professional. Will definitely be going back in the future!
I have been to the Fannin Rd clinic 3 times. They are so nice and concerned. Short wait and friendly staff. I went yesterday and they discovered I had double pneumonia! The NP took her time.. explained it to me and how she would treat it. I highly recommend them.
The staff were all very friendly and I felt like they helped each other as well. The nurse was busy so the NP gave me my shots!! Teamwork at its finest for the patients!! I highly recommend them!!
I was greeted with a bright atmosphere from the time I arrived until the time I departed. The entire staff were very friendly. Location is extremely clean and made me feel as If I’d walked into my home. I stopped by the desk and thanked everyone for the warm welcome Spirit!! Awesome staff team 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
The nurse Anthony gave the best shots Ive ever had. No pain and no hard sticks! And Meg Pearson was great. She even took time to explain medications that may be helpful OTC after Rx is out.
Warm greetings from the receptionist, I had called ahead and she actually remembered our conversation. The waiting area was nice. I had a very detailed intake professional who talked with me with a smile in her voice. Dr. Hudson deserves an Oscar, he just let me go on and on and he listened and could respond with a smile. He even laughed at my jokes about letting this be our last meeting. Super visit and the distance between my home and the office is a plus. Wonderful experience and meds called in and picked up same day. Thanks Trust care Express.
I went in for what I thought was infected mosquito bites.... turns out it was shingles. The nurse was exceptional, as well as Dr. Hudson! He described what I was feeling to the T! I just moved here from Tn, but I have found my new PCP! everyone from the receptionist to the Dr. Was very polite and caring! 2 thumbs up to the TrustCare team!!!°
Mildred Redmond was a great help she made sure I got everything I needed today. Wished me well and made sure I left with a smile it was very generous.
Quick check in with only short wait to be taken to exam room- thorough examination and staff takes time to listen to you.
The facility seemed clean and the staff was not rude that is the only reason I am giving any stars. The doctor I saw was not very direct almost wanted me to decide how I wanted my ear infection to be treated and on top of that she prescribed me something I was allergic to. I told tech during questions I was allergic to it. Thankfully the pharmacist at wal greens caught that! I called to get a new medication and it took a day for them to call something new in. I had to call and remind them. I won’t be back.
My oldest son was playing in a baseball tournament & had a hand injury & we got to the office around 5pm on a Sunday afternoon. I was very impressed with the friendly staff & quick visit. We were literally in & out within 30 min. Thankfully we only had a bad sprain. Keep up the good work Flowood Trust Care!
Entire staff fromcheck in to Dr. were all very efficient, professional and very polite.
They will be polite to you at the door and give you good care. They will say you paid in full for services and send you home. You apparently have not. I received my bill 2 months after care and my boyfriend received his almost a year after care. Do not come here, just go to the hospital, it will be cheaper.
Great experience! The staff was wonderful and they were attentive, fast and efficient!!
I thought the staff was friendly and helpful but I had to wait 2 hours to be seen when it wasn’t all that crowded.
Never had a bad experience with the staff or doctors, they are always very caring and friendly!
The office was clean, the staff was courteous and AMAZING, and the wait wasnt to bad,, i would DEF go back AND refere them for services. WAY TO GO YALL!!
I had to bring my husband to the Flowood location. We didnt have a long wait, everyone was so kind and courteous. Excellent care, compassionate care, they listened and were great with us. They ran the test for the flu, which he didnt have. Gave him a shot and meds and he was feeling better the next day. Not cured by any means, but when you are as sick as he was, it was a big help!! We will definitely come back here, when we are unable to see our regular doctors!!Thank You to the Personnel for doing such a great job with my husband, Paul. I appreciate You All and I am Thankful we have this nice clinic and great care!!
Good service, very short wait time to be seen. Very clean clinic and nice staff. Maybe too quick on the exam, think they good had done a little more because 2 days later and the treatment is helping with the issue I had.
I went to get a drug test done for employment and they waited until I filled out all paperwork to tell me they don’t see national accounts after 5pm. Their website and registration clearly displays that the center is open and testing till 8pm. This just ridiculous due to the having to return again to do a simple test. I will only return because I have to other than that I will not return. Poor services!!!!’
Front desk was very pleasant. My nurse who screened me was kind and the person who treated me was also thorough.
I ended up having the flu coupled with a high fever. Staff was extremely compassionate and patient. I felt like I mattered.
The staff there were very nice and friendly, I was in and out of there very quickly. It was a great experience!
Wait was a little longer, but I understand sometimes it happens . Very professional service.Side note.. the clinic I usually use has 2 Nurse Practioners and this has only one. The wait time was longer there and I chose this one instead . I will start coming to this location. Since they were able to get me in and out promptly!
The wait was a decent wait for 6:30p. I got there around 6:30p, only 2 people were in front of me and I didn’t leave there until almost 7:30p. The nurses were great and helped. But I thought the wait wouldn’t be so long.
My np was very attentive to my needs. He gave the medicine I needed. I am well now.
This was my second visit and both times the entire staff was amazing. This has become my go to stop for lifes little illnesses.
Pleasant experience. Everyone was nice. Didnt feel well, couldnt talk , was in and out to see the Doctor in 30 minutes tops. Good experience Good Doctor relationship. Overall good care. Will definitely return.
Great place! Went here for the first time ever suspecting a sinus infection. Great staff and wait times. Loved the NP.
Not very busy. Had to wait about 20 minutes to be seen. Very nice staff and very clean facility. Best shot I ever got. Truly didn’t feel a thing!! I’ve been here before and will continue to come back.
I had a longer than usual wait but the staff was friendly and very helpful.
We always have a great experience. Jeremy Hudson, MaKayla and the rest of the staff are great! Jeremy has a great bed side manner and is very thorough. I feel very confident taking my kids to seem him. Makayla has a great personality and really makes you feel at ease.
Waited 3 hours to see a doctor for a simple ear flush. I had ear flushing multiple times and never received the worst experience than I received at trust care. I went into the office with zero pain to excruciating pain. I will never go back to trust care.
Didn’t spend a lot of time waiting. Saw a nurse practitioner who was pretty thorough in her exam. Asked lots of questions and told me the antibiotic she normally prescribes hasn’t been as effective for some people so she didn’t waste my time on that on and called in a different one. Very professional. Will visit again.
Very nice staff working there both times we have been. Quickly got us in and out. Love how clean the facility is as well! Conveniently located! Definitely will use them again when needed in the future!
Ive been to this location in the past for work purposes. So I decided to go this time so I wouldnt have to fill out a gang of papers. Plus Ive never waited too long.
Excellent customer service! Ms. Mildred was very helpful and kind. I came in a hurry and she got me in and out fast.
I’ve always had a good experience at TrustCare, even when they are super busy. Very personable and caring!
They were great and answered all my questions and made sure I felt taken care of and treated well.
My experience at trustcare was great. The X-ray technologist, Theary, greeted me with a smile and was very effiecient at what she does. Conner was so kind as well. Last but not least, Claudia came into the room with a big smile and was very professional in what she does. I was in and out of there very quickly. Very pleased with the staff and the professionalism each one had. TWO THUMBS UP.
The staff is friendly. Had to wait a bit was only an hour till their closing time but we were the only folks in the waiting room and no vehicles were in front of the office so not sure what the hold up was but once Dr Claudia came in she took care of my daughter!!
Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. One of the best Trustcares I have been to.
Dr. Deason is very professional and thorough. Thank you for the care.
Do not use TrustCare unless you are prepared to pay the out of pocket cost for their DNA (Alere) Flu and Strep testing. They are not using rapid testing, which cost significantly less. The billed amounts are $79 and $181 respectively. Not to mention an excessive charge for an office evaluation for a sinus infection to the tune of $168. Insurance is not covering these billed amounts and you are left with the balance.
Very nice staff and quick turnaround time in and out. Doctor listens very well.
Very nice staff. Very caring and compassionate and they were not in such a rush that you felt like a number. Thanks to my NP Alice and Nurse Antonio for being so great.
The NP, Jeremy, was fantastic. I have had a LONG month of clinic/ed visits without healing. In fact, felt like I have been ignored. Yesterday, I wrote out a timeline of my symptoms, diagnosises and prescriptions since I first became sick. When I read it off to the NP his first question was one I’ve had all along. He gave me what I’m used to getting with these symptoms without being asked by me and just 18 hours later, I feel SO much better already. While I certainly must set up a PCP here in my new city, it does appear that’s not an easy task... so, until I do, this clinic, specifically to Jeremy, will be where I go!
I did not enjoy my visit at all. I was in the examination room for about 2 minutes; felt like all they cared about was getting me out. The medication they prescribe me did not help at all. And I ended up paying $175 total on top of my insurance. So, basically do not go to this place unless you want to be overcharged for the medications that may or may not work.
Very nice and fast! I would recommend you do the paperwork online to make the process even faster! Jeremy was extremely nice ask for him! Glad I went there instead of other places and wasted a whole day waiting!
From the front to the back was a great experience. The nurse, I cant remember her name, and Andrew Sharp were very compassionate and professional. I would definitely recommend Trustcare Flowood. Thank you for your great patient care.
Andrew, NP very professional, prompt and courteous. Front desk staff and nurse was also. Very clean facility. 👌
The NP was very thorough during the examination. He explained everything so that I understood. He showed professional and compassion.
Awesome customer service. They were very professional and fast. Wait time was 5 minutes. Whole visit was 30minutes. Very affordable with self pay.
Walk in appointment - receptionist was very nice, professional and efficient. I was seen quickly and the nurse practitioner was extremely helpful.
Everyone was very professional, kind and efficient ! Great care given !
Mr. S. Sharp was very quick and attentive to my son needs will diffently be going back nice friendly clinic
These guys are awesome and can give a rocephin shot virtually pain free!!!
Everyone was really nice, plus they got me in and out super fast. The nurse practitioner that saw me didn’t want to prescribe unnecessary medication, unlike other clinics that try to push medication.
Horrible...my sister went in with excruciating eye pain..didnt see a Dr but a Nurse Parctictioner with an attitude. Jeremy Hudson he sent her home with nothing for pain...from Flowood to Clinton to pick up prescription and they still had not called it in. Had to call back...I have seen my sister cry as adult maybe 5 times...she was crying and shaking asked me to call for medication for pain. Jerk nurse tried to tell her he couldnt give her anything for pain .What the hell...after 5 minutes on the phone with her he said put an ice pack on it and Ill call in a steroid. He is awful if you have ever had a scratched eye or any eye ball issue it is PAINFUL .Dont go there for real medical treatment. When I called to see if they were open it rang about 8 times and then someone picked up and hung up the phone. There was no one in waiting room so they were not busy .TERRIBLE. We are going to a real Dr. For real medical attention .such a waste of time and money .
Everyone was very professional and kind, from check in to check out. I felt very comfortable and at ease throughout my entire visit.
There fee for service provided was extreme. Saturday visit with insurance, basic exam with no test $305 + $20= $325. Extra $20 charge was unable to be explained when called. $305 for look in ear, nose, throat, temperature, and Auscultation. The NP was friendly and competent.
The experience was fantastic… very quick and efficient
Probably my fifth visit to this clinic for various reasons. Quick in and out... obviously slower due to the pandemic, but still efficient. Medical team is very knowledgeable and communicates well.
Everyone here is very fast and professional. If you work and need people to assist you that respect your time this is the best place to go. From the receptionist to the NP everyone was great.
Very courteous. Very clean facility. Medical attention provided in timely manner. Great to have a clinic nearby when you are staying at a hotel and unexpectedtly need medical attention. My first visit and I was very satisfied with their care.
My doctor was very knowledgeable and did what she could to address an ongoing issue with my current symptoms.
Thanks so much for the quality service! My family will definitely return again.
First time in this office and I waited only 5 minutes before I was seen. Very prompt and professional.
They were so kind and fast. They took their time to ensure that we were properly taken care of.
The staff at TrustCare is absolutely wonderful. We have been coming there since it opened several years ago. Everyone is so friendly and professional especially the Nurses and Nurse Practioners!!!
My wife and daughter waited 1 1/2 hours before they did insurance paperwork. We xam on a sunday for covid 19 test so they could go back to workNow after over 1 1/2 hours they still in waiting area
Staff was very professional and caring. They took care of me in a timely manner and referred me for further treatment to specialists I needed to see for my condition. I highly recommend these great folks! 😉
Went on Saturday afternoon as a walk in, we were in and out in 30 minutes or less! So efficient and everyone was very nice!! Great experience and will use them again!!
I was a walk-in at TrustCare after every other clinic I tried was closed for Memorial Day. I was suffering with all the symptoms of a UTI. I was seen right away and my condition diagnosed and cared for by the clinics very knowledgeable nurse practioner. I am very satisfied with my experience with TrustCare.
Everyone was very efficient. Good care and concern for my needs.
First time signing in on the phone, but got it very nice.
They always take their time out to give you individualized care. They are the best in my opinion
Everything was wonderful and the staff was so helpful, professional and kindhearted !
Went there over the weekend for strep, one of the nurses gave me the decadron shot (I’m guessing) and ended up putting it in the complete wrong place on my behind and popped a vain or blood vessel. I bled a good bit and she acted as if it was normal, which I know is COMPLETELY false. I’m now on day 4 not being able to put pressure on my right leg with a huge hematoma on my behind. Will not be back.
Very friendly and very sweet! It’s awful being sick but walking in and feeling welcomed helps tremendously! First time visit, arrived a little after 9 and was gone by 10.
This place puts Baptist clinics to shame!! In & out in under an hour. Friendly, caring staff. No snotty, judgemental nurses, or anyone, for that matter!!! Just quick, compassionate care, and thats why we ALL need!!
I’ve always been able to walk in and be seen without a long wait and the staff are very friendly.
The staff was very polite and friendly. Unfortunately I went after work so the wait was as expected. They allowed me to reschedule my visit which was a major plus
You know…. They treated me well, but with humor and humility that ensured I was gonna be okay. Appreciate it
Wonderful service all around I actually went in at 7:50 right before they closed and they still treated me with the absolute best care. I just moved here and have already made my mind up where I plan on going anytime I get sick.
Professional. Compassionate. Prompt! Great service, and friendly staff. I was visiting the area, had an accident and made a trip to this urgent care. I would highly recommend them.
The nurses and the practitioner was great! Very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. I will definitely be going back. I am feeling much better!
You always know what to expect when you go to trustcare. You go in there you get your help you meet wonderful people sweet good nurses learned doctors get the medicines you need its a wonderful experience.
For quick care you can’t beat them!! I have to use them twice, and both times they hit the nail on the head with a diagnosis, one being my appendix! I highly recommend the flowood location!
It was very professional, prompt and courteous. I was in and out within 30 minutes. I will definitely be returning and will refer all my friends and colleagues.
I pulled into the parking, signed in, and was in an examination room in less than 5 minutes. Within 10 minutes the nurse did triage, the nurse practitioner saw me, I got two shots, and was on my way. All in less than 20 minutes. Cant beat that.
It’s always a smooth check in process. The doctors & nurse practitioners are consistently knowledgeable, kind, and attentive.
Always a great experience and able to get in/out fast! Have loved all the NPs that I have seen, and will go back for every after hours clinic visit I need!
