This place has really been my downfall!I was promised a hotel voucher and never received it at all the passed 4night I have been literally outside even under a freeway bridge and received no help. I do not at all recommend this place to anyone thats in need of housing or help. I have been really out with no family at all found both deceased and thought they were going to help me but never did .

Richard is the main guy who runs the switchboard everybody needs to be alarmed if you know your number on the caller ID can you call for a person the first time the person you called for dont pick up he see you called again the second time and wont acknowledge your call in other words WONT PICK UP OR answer YOUR CALL HELL JUST FORWARD YOUR CALL to the person AGAIN AND AGAIN. NO HE WAS CORRECTED THE FIRST TIME FOR DOING THAT AND HE IS STILL ON REPEAT MODE IN OTHER WORDS REPEATING THE SAME THING HE WAS ALREADY TOLD NOT TO DO FROM HIS MANAGER TIME FOR YOU GUYS TO HIRE A NEW PERSON WHO CAN PROFESSIONALLY AT ALL TIMES CONDUCT THEMSELVES

Javier Gonzales has been the most efficient more than helpful case worker i have ever had. He made sure in the 1st meeting with him took the time to get me every source of help needed. He is emphatic to your situation and makes every effort to have peaceful dealings with him. Words can’t express the gratitude i have for his actions as a client.

Tony Duncan is the guy who gets things done. After several dilemmas getting an appointment rescheduled, I reached out to Tony directly since he was the one who I made initial contact with, and he placed me on a brief hold and came right back on the line with the Department of Health appointment setter. This type of professionalism is few and far between, but it is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Tony!

Andrew Carron’s costumer service is outstanding! He went above and beyond and you can tell he loves what he does and his sense of empathy and to help others is out of this world. I am sure not only him but all the other members of Broward house work very hard to make the world a better place. I have no words to express my gratitude to him! Thank you Andrew.

Karen at the front desk, thank you. You went above-and-beyond in helping me over the course of two days to keep me both informed and ready to walk-in and renew my RW. Thanks to your efforts, I did in fact get my RW renewed with only 7 hours before my doctors appointment. A+!

Leslie was my tester and he was very kind and made me feel very comfortable. This place was professional and I didn’t have to wait long at all. Total process took about 30 minutes. Go get tested for free!

Albert Taylor was the best case manager ever.

And I went to this place to attract free vegetables on Saturdays but the volunteers almost dont want to give anything. They give 2 or 3 classes of fruits and vegetables. They have everything, but they dont have everything and they have plenty of tables full and everything is taken by the volunteers. Its better for them. hir alludar they sevene fisian are the first to bring everything for the car and ultimately they bring the tables full until me 😋 hir as a volunteer
