Absolutely love and recommend Mooi and Dr. Botha. I went through several surgeries over a 19 month period which lead me to needing HRT. I went to several doctors and all turned me away stating I was too high risk. Dr. Botha was recommend and I went into my consultation thinking she will turn me away also. She didnt! Her approach to health is so different and exactly what my body needed. She has personalized a treatment plan specifically for me. She has also helped me direct my endocrinologist with recommendations that are not the norm in standardized healthcare. I cant thank Dr. Botha and her staff enough. Every visit is comfortable, they treat me with care and are always available if I have questions.

This was my first time coming to Mooi and I loved it! I was getting a massage in the building behind and saw the pretty neon lip sign and instantly looked this place up. It was easy to book and get an appointment in and they made it convenient around my schedule. The prices aren’t bad and are reasonable. She made her building so cute and inviting and the people that work there are all so sweet and never had one bad interaction. Dr. Tracey Botha is a sweet and bubbly person and it made my appointment go by so much easier because I was nervous about trying someone new. Love the vibes and the aesthetic of this beautiful place 10/10 would recommend.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Tracey Botha at Mooi Med Spa a few weeks ago. I’ve never had any type of laser procedure before so I was initially hesitant about it but my sister had such great results and loved her experience there so recommended her to me and I definitely know why. Dr Botha is an over 20 year expert at laser procedures and her knowledge of the procedure and process and technique with the instrument were awesome. She explained everything from start to finish and my dreaded tattooed eyebrows are gone! The office is so beautiful and comfortable, and the whole experience was very personalized and enjoyable. Truth be told I cancelled my first appointment with Dr Botha because the focus seemed to be on esthetics and I was struggling to find a competent practitioner for HRT. Well I spent money trying other options to no avail. Being quite frustrated with the lack of personal care elsewhere I made another appointment. I quickly realized I had misjudged. Not only did I find her down to earth and easy to share with, I also found her to be brilliant. As a retired nurse it was lovely to be seen and heard by a medical professional. She answered all of my questions and eased fears. I am beginning to feel like the person I used to be only better. I appreciated learning some of her story. Yes it is expensive but since main line medicine falls so short at focusing on health verses sickens it has been a breath of fresh air infused with hope of better tomorrows. Aa’Keiyah is God sent!! My facial was super comfortable and she educated me the entire time, from start to finish. I was so comfortable that I almost fell asleep (and that’s a great thing for me)! She was confident in everything she explained to me, we talked the entire time, she kept making sure I was okay and made adjustments to the strength of the equipment as needed, and most importantly, she doesn’t treat her job as a task but a passion! Unfortunately I was not happy with my experience at this establishment. I went in for a filler treatment and it was a bit uncomfortable for the provider to say she uses off brand toxins because theyre less expensive. It seemed that she wasnt very familiar with skin and conditions as I have rosacea. I was unhappy with my results and on my own choice made the decision not to return for any further treatments

I came in for a vampire potenza, which is like a high radiofrequency needling. I was a lil worried bc I have fickle skin with hyperpigmentation and redness. Dr. Botha took her time doing me in sections. She used a frozen skin roller (felt amazning) to cool the area down immediately along with a cool hose that was held towards my face. She told me what to expect following my treatment. My hyperpigmentation actually lightened for the first time...I was thrilled!! Id definitely go back in a heartbeat. Thank you soooo much!

I had such high hopes. I came wIth severe, hormone related symptoms, including lots of brain fog. If you want a compassionate physician who cares about your severe symptoms, go elsewhere. She’ll leave you hanging and confused, but don’t ask questions. You are nothing but a dollar sign to her... sort of like a heard of cattle. She wants it easy. Fork out the money, get your pellet, and get lost, but DON’T let it be known that you are confused and dont ask questions.
