I came as a walk in late night (around 2 am) for my daughter. I’ve used the check in app before so I went straight to it. I felt a little frustrated because I felt it was slower than if a person was at the desk but I also understood the hour and appreciate the availability. The only issue I encountered was uploading my insurance card images. After about 4 tries it went through and auto populated several fields which was very helpful because I forgot my glasses in a hurry. My point is the good outweighs the bad. And any frustration I felt was washed away by the kindest nurse I think I’ve ever had. She spoke so gently to my daughter that I even felt comforted. The doctor was quick and to the point! No extra stuff… no fluff… just in and out. At that hour I was good with limited conversation. No points taken away!I highly recommend this place
The scheduling was good. The staff in the front when you come to check in was nice but once you got to see the doctor or whomever she was, I didn’t seem like she really wanted to assist me. I was not giving verbally the results of my Covid or flu Test. I had to look at the paperwork myself to find that out and because of the illness I had the information that I gave about myself was incorrect on the paperwork. I felt uncomfortable. It took the practitioner all of 30 seconds to tell me what I had without even checking me. I did not feel like I was being acknowledged. I felt that there was more that should have been done. I wasted my time my money and the energy that it took me. I would never recommend this place to anyone and I will never come back there again. I would rather sit in the hospital for three or four hours to be seen and acknowledged.
Made an appointment so I wouldnt have to wait so long whilst feeling like trash. At over an hour wait right now. Only just got into an exam room. Now, Im waiting for a doctor. I have never felt so cared for.Front desk staff seem nice.Doctor ended up being very nice and doing what she could. My only issue is the wait.
The wait in the lobby took about an hour and a half but the staff was nice and professional I had set an appointment time for 4:30 I was not seen till approximately 5:30 but a lot of it had to do with process of paper work since I was a first time visit at this urgent care the team that saw me where very polite and professional. out of all the urgent cares sites I have gone to this one was the most polite and customer friendly
I was able to schedule in advance. The check-in process was simple and easy. I was called to the back shortly after check-in. The medical assistant was very nice. Anthony, NP saw me pretty shortly after I was put in a room. He was very professional and on point with diagnosis and treatment. I was extremely happy with the care I received here. I would highly recommend this provider.
Came in as a walk in around 7:20pm, was told that there were 6 patients ahead and that maybe an hour and half wait. Was brought to a room and seen pretty quickly. Friendly staff who answered all my silly anxious questions. Physician was so nice and friendly. Was in and out in no time, Overall very content with my experience!
Yesterday was my first time coming to urgent care, the front staff was pleasant, the physician that treated me was very nice and knowledgeable and caring. The only downside to my experience was that I had an appointment at 12:20 and when I got there, the lady at the front desk told me that they were running about 45 minutes behind even if I had an appointment needless to say I waited an hour and 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment to see the physician that’s the only reason I gave them a four star other than that, I would’ve given them a five star rating. Because the doctor really was great she wrote me a couple prescriptions I got them filled and I must say I am about 75% better than I was yesterday after I left the urgent care.Hopefully I don’t need to go back to an urgent care again, but in the event that I do, I would have no problems in going back to this location.
The provider was efficient in all of her ways. Most importantly, the prescription was submitted quickly and available at our pharmacy before we left the building and my son is rapidly feeling better! Thanks NextCare, you are a mothers next best thing!
Staff was nice even at 11:00 pm. PA was great, super nice, knowledgeable and easy to talk with. Would recommend. Wait was a little long but I was a walk in and had 8 people in front of me but didnt feel like you were waiting forever. Took about 2 hours from start to finish.
The staff was very nice however, Kareem Anderson, PA is extremely rude and has the bedside manner of a rock. No caring just get in and get out, asap. Do not get to ask questions at the appointment and no follow up. He should change his profession as being in the medical field does not work well with his personality.
The nurse that checked me in very kind, friendly, n soft spoken. The Dr. that examined me GREAT, EXCITING, FUNNY, GREAT SENSE OF HUMOR. I feel she treated me like a family member o a friend. For the 1st in my life as a patient, I got the best treatment EVER from a urgent care center.
I’ve used Next Care urgent care before but it has been a while. My most recent experience was with an emergency room and that was a 6+ hour affair. However, my recent visit with Next Care was outstanding. I was able to select a same-day appointment time and the waiting room was almost empty. Sierra Tieige, PAC who treated me was very friendly, informative and professional. She answered all my concerns and discussed with me the best treatment plan. And she even wanted to know if I agreed with her plan. This is how all medical appointments should be conducted. Thank you for your help and the understanding you provided.
I got an ear infection late at night and was in so much pain. I went there cuz it says 24 hours. When I got there at 12:30AM there was 3 workers and a cop doing nothing but talking. I was told they were getting ready to close. I said but it says open 24 hours and the guy said not tonight were not. So I left, in pain, not knowing where I was going to go and I ended up in the emergency room. Change the hours on your website so they are accurate and not a waste of peoples time, especially when they are in pain. Its not 24 hours like it says.I see it still says open 24 hours which is false advertising. I went in at 12:30 and was told they are getting ready to close. Thats not open 24 hours.
The nurse was very very unprofessional and rude; she did nothing to help me and kept saying to follow up with your primary care. If someone is at an urgent care so late then they obviously dont have the time to make an appointment with a primary care doctor and need the help right away, not weeks from now. I needed help with my symptoms and she didnt seem to care at all, it seemed like she was in a rush just to see the next person before even finishing with our visit. All they care about is the money from the visits, not to ACTUALLY help the patients. She did not listen to me when I was explaining what was wrong and just assumed it was something just to go on to the next person. We all have lives and jobs and no time to wait weeks for symptoms to go away and to see whether or not we need to go see our primary care if they didnt go away. People that go to URGENT CARE, need care right then just to get on with their lives and go to work the next day. This was the worst experience Ive ever had at an urgent care and will never be coming back to this location. It was super disappointing and disgusting to see how they were treating me!!!!!
First the website said walk ins welcome, when I got there I got grief for not having an appointment and for not filling out the information online first. The seating was ridiculously not conducive to filling out all of this stuff online then having to take my own pictures of my ID and Insurance cards. I could have totally uploaded someone elses info cause I dont think anyone looked it over. The place is old, outdated and dirty. I was in extreme pain from having strep throat and was given no consideration that I can barely talk. The nurse practioner seemed very condescending assumed I was probably wrong because their rapid strep test came back negative. Assumed I probably had the flu or an ear infection. Didnt once feel how swollen my glands are. Finally took a glance inside my throat and prescribed me some low dose amoxicillin for an extreme case of strep. I was in so much pain and not once was I asked. There was no sympathy and she barely did anything. When she had mentioned that the flu was presenting with sore throats this year there was never an offer to do a flu test or a covid test. There was no real effort to find out what was wrong with me. Just shoved me on out of there so they could sit around and do nothing. What a joke this place is. Next time I will wait for BANNER URGENT CARE to open. I talked to a doctor friend later and got a zpack to take instead. I will not be recommending this place to anyone. In fact I Will make it my mission to tell everyone to NOT go here.
I did a follow-up appointment for my last visit. I scheduled my appointment the morning of and I was happy to be seen within 10 minutes of checking in. I definitely recommend scheduling an appointment. Everyone there was very pleasant. I was able to get a new prescription that worked better for my symptoms. Thank you NextCare team!
I had to go in for what I thought it was the flu . I checked in online and the process was very easy. Once I arrived at the facility they apologized in advance because they were running a little bit behind. However, after they got me into a room they were very fast doing the needed test and coming back with the results and treatment. I highly recommend this clinic.
Came with no appointment, waited about an hour which was way quicker than I expected because there were a lot of people waiting. The staff were so friendly and so helpful. It was clear to them I didn’t feel good at all and they addressed that quickly. Definitely recommend this urgent care.
I scheduled an appointment online. My slot got double booked and even though I arrived first and the other person arrived late, they gave my appointment to the second person. They let me know the slot was double booked by sending me a text 10 minutes before the appointment (while I was driving) to reschedule with no other information. I ended up waiting another hour and a half. I had to tell the doctor to prescribe me meds and they implicated that I probably wouldnt be able to afford them. Then I got stuck with a bill double what my insurance negotiated for, leaving me with a wonderful Christmas bill. Ill drive further to go to another business if I end up sick again.
They took our insurance, billed us for way less than our copay. The receipt doesnt show we paid a copay just that we paid them $. Got a bill in the mail for the full balance of the copay and the billing dept will not answer phones. Been trying to contact someone for days.
Scheduling was easy. However walked in after scheduling and was told 1-3 hour wait due to tech difficulties. Saw me before the 30 min mark so that was good. Nurse gave me a breathing treatment. Waiting 40 min then doctor comes in. Doctors sends me on my way knowing I’m still weezeing and not feeling well. Normally I get 2/3 breathing treatments and an IV with fluid as this is not my first asthma attack.Got told to wait in front to pay. Was told total for 1 breathing treatment is $200 yet I still don’t feel well.Refused to pay, staff attempted to make a scene in front of other patients.Terrible experience and will not be returning.
I was seen an hour after my appointment time. Dr. Kareem Anderson walked into the room and immediately began lecturing me in a condescending and belittling tone. He cut me off repeatedly, asserting that he knew better without allowing me to provide important medical history or context about my condition. I tried to explain when the issue started, the new medications that may have caused it, what I had already tried, and what had or hadn’t worked, but he refused to listen. Instead, he spoke down to me as if I were unworthy of his time or understanding, treating me as though I were incompetent. His behavior was not only dismissive but also reckless. The medications he recommended were flagged by the pharmacist as dangerous to take together due to serious warnings. When I described my issue to the pharmacist—something Dr. Anderson failed to ask about—the pharmacist explained that the over-the-counter treatment he suggested would not only fail to address the problem but could actually worsen it.The woman who took my vitals was extremely rude and continuously interrupted me, often saying, “I don’t need to hear this,” without letting me finish speaking. It was clear she wasn’t listening or trying to understand the real reason for my visit. This lack of communication was evident when the medical provider also focused on the wrong things instead of the situation I was there to address. This experience was humiliating, disrespectful, and deeply frustrating. I came to a medical professional seeking help, only to be treated poorly and given unsafe and inappropriate advice. I will never return to this office, and I will share this experience to ensure others are aware of the lack of care and professionalism I encountered.I want to acknowledge that the front desk staff at check-in were incredibly kind and professional. Despite it being around 2:30 a.m., and spending a total of three hours in the waiting room, they consistently treated everyone with respect, kindness, and consideration. I only wish the medical providers had demonstrated the same level of care and professionalism.
Terrible terrible service… waited for an hour for a room and waiter for another hour for the nurse to tell us to go to the ER just to drain my sons cauliflower ear and he also had a messed up finger but they had no X-ray tech so they couldn’t take X-rays. Huge waste of time please don’t go there. They’re super understaffed and just turn ppl away to get them out of there. This was the third time I go in and the tell me they can’t help me. The nurses don’t know what they’re doing go somewhere else where they’re actually going to help you.
This was my first time at this location, 1: I like that this location is open 24hrs , has X-ray if needed and a lab. My sin and daughter have used this location as well. Signed in and booked my appointment.I would recommend this Nextxare location
I had an allergic reaction and woke of with hives. Never experienced this in my life. I went to NextCare Urgent Care and it was easy to check in through my phone, though uploading the docs does take a little but of time. I was called in 15 minutes after check in and paying my copayment. The staff really listened to me and were very kind and empathetic.
Had an appointment for 9:30 didn’t get seen until 10:50. My son’s vitals were taken I was told his temperature was 102 it was actually 104. We were told it was 15 minutes for test results and we waited an additional hour before I had to take it upon myself to ask when we’d get results. When I asked they redid his vitals which is when I was notified his temperature was still high. We waited over an hour in a room with no relief for my 6 year old son because the attending nurses NEVER notified the provider of my son’s fever until I spoke up! I’m HIGHLY disappointed in the care that was provided and how we were put in a room and forgotten.
NP Amy was awesome! As a Flight Attendant who never gets sick but was not feeling well the night before my next flight. NP Amy evaluated me and performed all of the necessary testing to ensure I was safe to continue my flights as scheduled. I was even able to pick up my medications before my departure! Thanks again, NextCare Glendale staff!
Place is great, they got me in quickly, doc was great other staff too. Definitely the best urgent care on this side of town. Thanks guys
Went to this urgent care Monday morning on the 13th of January from work. Hurt my wrist at work and had to leave work because of the pain and throbbing. I guess no xray was needed, because they didn’t mention it. I was sent on with brace back yo work and nothing for pain. Til this day, the 15th still in a lot of pain. I couldn’t make it to work this morning because I was in so much pain. I would like something to help my pain. I can’t take this pain in my wrist and fingers. Don’t understand why I was sent off like that. I call to see if the doctor could prescribe something for the pain and I was told I would have to come in again to be evaluated for the same injury just to get something for my pain . Why do I have to come in again for the same thing, when I should have been given something for the pain in the begin with. That’s crazy, so I can be charged for the same thing, it doesn’t make since. I won’t be going here again.
My father in law brought my son in to be seen. Had large cut on his eye and needed glued. The doctor refused to see him. The nurse even seemed agitated the doctor wouldn’t attend to him. They poorly cleaned him up and sent them on their way. I was out of town and good thing. I don’t throw fits but I’m sure I would have been a Karen that night!I keep getting ask to write a review to here it is. Otherwise I would have left it alone. This location is not recommended.
Some of the staff were friendly & thank you for the doctor that helped me out but the wait time was too long. I was there for almost 2 hours and this was with appointment. I usually go to banner urgent care which takes me 30 mins for the type of visit.
I love this place!! So I walked in because I had an infected in big toe because I kicked corral while snorkeling in the ocean and it got infected. Was scared because the place was busy busy because it was THE ONLY PLACE AVAILABLE so I figured I would be here for a long long time. Well surprisingly it took way less than I thought and was fully impressed by the Dr and her staff. They crushed it with kindness, speed, and genuine concern for my issue. It was a blessing in disguise that all the other places were closed. I will 100% always go back to Dr. Amy Amore and her staff!
My first visit for a minor, but infected splinter removal on a finger. I was a walk-in. The wait was a little long, approximately an hour give or take. The doctor / nurse (not sure) was pleasant & got it out quickly, and prescribed an antibiotic because there was infection appearing and we were done in just a few minutes but I had to wait for some paperwork to be done and take with me, which took longer than the procedure did. Check-in had to be done online after scanning there QR code.
Didnt have much of a wait which is pretty good considering its cold and flu season. The nurse was thorough in her questioning, and the doctor was as well.
I went in today, given it is New Year’s Day, but I was in an accident about four hours before making it, they knew this, I unfortunately did not know they closed at four, and got in close to when it closed, but they completely rushed through exam only got one nice person and the rest of the people I encountered were very rude and disrespectful. I’m 18 and went through something super traumatic and they had zero remorse and were only rushed to get out for the night. If I could put zero stars I would.
The provider on staff was amazing with my 3yr old son! We were visiging from out of state and my son ran into a door lock on the door frame which split his head open and needed liquid stitches! It was his 1st major injury and they were so AMAZING with him! I definitely recommend them and their staff! His scar is practically gone and it hasn’t even been 3 months!
My husband and I were very pleased with this urgent care facility. He had a cold and sore throat that he felt he needed to be seen by a medical professional. I called, got a front desk person right away and an appointment was scheduled that morning. Everything from check in to check out went very well. Dr Jason was attentive and asked great questions and listened. His medical assistant was kind and compassionate. They both were. My husband received the care he needed. I recommend NextCare Urgent Care highly. I also suggest calling and booking an appointment rather than walk in, if you can. Your wait time will be less. Either way, great facility! Thank you.
Doctor was extremely rude didnt want to treat me. even tried to turn my neck when i have bolts holding my head on with a plate i told him i could not turn my neck the doctor stated i dont believe your story saying it very rude. i would not recommend this doctor to anyone hes not professional and if you have any serious medical issues i would not recommend going to this location this doctor needs reported for his behavior and needs to find another job
Very professional considering it was 4am. Got me in and out in extremely fast manner. Everyone (3) people were all on the same page and made my visit quite painless. So just wanted to say Thank You everyone. Happy Holidays!!!!
I took my son in for a walk in treatment staff was very knowledgeable and caring. But the bathrooms were disgusting and the overall upkeep was subpar. And it was literally freezing in there abs there was no blanket for patients
I am so impressed by the way I am treated there. Everyone is so polite and helpful. The doctors are so kind. They know their business. I am in and out before I know it and with all the answers and treatment that I needed. My pharmacy has my medicine ready for me right after I leave the office. The staff is so understanding and make me feel so comfortable. Thank God for places like this in the neighborhood. I would rather go there than to my primary doctor. I tell all of my friends and family about the service that I receive and that they should try them whenever possible.
The dr I saw was very uneducated for breastfeeding moms. He said I couldn’t take any meds as a breastfeeding moms and pretty much left me to suffer. I told him my whole house was positive for the flu and I wanted the meds because I had the flu but got a false negative because it was so early. I try to go to this location for continence but it’s not worth it when staff is uneducated and rude.
They got me in within a timely manner. The Dr was extremely polite and attentive to my needs. Overall a great experience!
I made an appointment and upon arrival was greeted warmly. I was taken promptly and my problem was already known and handled quickly. I was out and back to work with the hour. By the time I got to my car the pharmacy already had my prescription requested
I went in because my 5yr. Old needed stitches on her forehead. We checked in at 8:09pm she finally got seen at 11pm. Great service when you do finally get seen.
We started at the 43rd Ave and Peoria location and they got us in right away and saw us, friendly staff. Unfortunately I needed X-rays and their tech had left for the day, so we had to come over to the 94th Ave and Northern location. Peoria transferred my appointment over, cancelled the payment and sent us on our way. 2.5 hours later we were FINALLY called back, and spent about another hour in the room. Staff was incredibly rude (except the X-ray tech, she was great). We will never come back here again.
I didn’t have to wait long since I scheduled an appointment. They were polite and kind and very thorough. If I need to, I’ll definitely return to them.
Was feeling sick for a couple of days and decided one night to go to Urgent Care. I was able to book my appointments with in the hour. I was able to register from home and once I arrived to the Urgent Care my visit was completed with in an hour. The front desk staff were friendly and medical staff were very attentive and helpful. I am very please with my experience. Would highly recommend this office.
It was a long wait which was understandable but I waited almost 30 minutes for a doctor to come in. When he came in, he didn’t listen to a word I said and just picked the symptom that was the easiest to deal with. I tried explaining why I was there which is for the bump in my throat that makes it hard to swallow and didn’t give me time to explain when it happened or why I was concerned. He just looked at my throat, ears and nose then prescribed me antibiotics and walked out the door. I’m leaving still in discomfort and unsure of what’s going on with my neck/throat.
Every person, from the minute I walked through the door to the time I left, was courteous, professional and helpful. Those are traits that are rare and welcoming these days.Kudos to all at NextCare on 9494 W. Northern Ave. in Glendale, AZSharon CookUSN Veteran
The front office people were great they get 5 stars! The care was a 1. I went to get something embedded in my foot out for the past cooler weeks that wasn’t coming out enough for me to get it. She picked at it a couple times and told me to soak it in Epson Salts and if it didn’t come out in a few days go to my primary care Dr., they could to an XRay to see it better. Oh, and a prescription for an antibiotic (foot swollen). They have XRay capabilities there … what the heck? Seriously? I left with it still in my foot to deal with on my own. It was a waste of time, copay and I feel my insurance shouldn’t have to pay for it.
Came without app. Dr Amy was amazing she answered all my questions and conerns . Xtray was done at 11pm . All stuff was grreat All 5 ⭐️ to this place . Highly recommed it
Girls up front were friendly, so check in was good. Wait time was long but they were busy, so they couldnt help that. Nurse or nursing assistant was very nice and had a nice welcoming sense of humor. PA that diagnosed me was excellent, got right to the point but wasnt rude. She never hesitated, very confident yet didnt make me feel incompetent. Smiled a lot, very friendly which I appreciated.
Considering there was a line of ten plus already upon arrival. I would like to say it moved really quick. The crew were respectful and attentive. Thank you all!
I needed a 24hr urgent care because of a very bad toothache that hit at night. I’m so glad I went here! I showed up with no appointment but I was in and out with a prescription within 30 minutes. Best urgent care experience I’ve had.
I have had to visit this Urgent Care facility on three different weekends in the last year and each time my experience has been great. I highly recommend this facility and what makes it really nice is you can book an appointment a head of time. During each visit my care was provided by a Nurse Practitioner and each time the the diagnosis and treatment were spot on.
Had an unexpected allergic reaction to nuts that I have eaten for years. As soon as I let the front desk know what happened I was taken to the back within minutes and given Benadryl and steroid injections. As a RN this was the level of care I expected and I was not disappointed.
Terrible administration. Went there twice. Waited 3 hours despite appt each time. Wont check the patient, but too quick to bill and double bill. Just inept and useless. They are just there to milk tourists and travelers who come to desert ridge.
I’ve never been to a cleaner, more friendly establishment in my life!! Everyone made me feel right at home & the care was so gentle. They found out why I was feeling so bad. Thank U!!
Had to wait 3 hours to be seen, I had been to nextcare 2 weeks prior, felt better for 1 -2 days after completing all my antibiotics. Went back to nextcare, waited 3 hours to be seen, only to be asked if I still smoked, once the doctor came in (which she was in the room for all of 5 minutes) she stated that I had COPD and there was nothing she could do. I just left my primary care doctor and he has but me on a stronger antibiotic and steroids. He at least listen to what I had to say and treaded me like a human being that was worthy of his time. Thats more than I can say for the doctor at nextcare.Update: After chest X-ray it was determined that I had bronchitis - had the doctor given me antibiotics I would have gotten better 2 days earlier instead of having a horrible weekend of not being able to breathe.
Booked an appointment 8:45pm was unable to breathe throughout that entire time span when I was taken to the examining room with a fever as well no one checked on me finally got some treatment at 9:40pm after that it was another 1hr before I was released at 10:40pm when asked to get some medication prescribed that I’ve gotten at this location before the worker said they don’t do that and kept referring me to my provider they were basic medicines nothing crazy but was declined
There was a little longer wait than anticipated but the waiting area was full. The medical assistants were professional, efficient and friendly. FPN Jalloh was through, kind and meet our needs completely!! Thank you!!
Pa said I had a choice if I wanted Paxlovid, since I met all the qualifications, but rescinded because she felt it wasnt right to give it to me because she didnt have my medical records. Then she lied and said she wasnt qualified to write out the prescription because she wasnt a doctor. A lot of double talk. I didnt appreciate I was given a choice, then it was taken away. She also would not prescribe a z-pack for my breathing. I have been here before and always felt cared for, but not this time. With all my issues, I should have received better care having COVID-19. I also had to wit longer for my discharge paperwork, while patients were leaving after me. I had to ask what was going on. After another brief wait, she finally completed the short form.
I went and got diagnosed with a viral cold, they prescribed me medication for allergy’s. When I called to tell them this, they were extremely disrespectful and told me I can come back in and pay again to get reevaluated, even though they prescribed me the wrong medication. Decided to go to another urgent care and got prescribed the correct medication. Don’t waste your time.
These people suck theyre stuck in protocols from the covid era they have marching orders from someone up above that have price points and believe you me that not educated at an accredited organization they will probably hired online and they definitely did not help me please Ill never use these people again my God theyre horrible
Great service, same day appointment! Dr was very caring and understood my needs. Thank you, Ill definitely be using NextCare again
Profesional, fast, so kind, loved the service. Dr. Toko she was so gentle and caring. I will definitely go again.
I sliced 3 of my fingers badly with a knife while cutting up some meat for cooking. Since the bleeding was profuse and would not stop, I headed to Nexcare. The ladies at the desk helped with check-in and I was seen relatively quickly. The nurse and the Nurse Practitioner were kind, efficient, and effective. I received excellent care and service at this facility. I would definitely recommend this facility!
NextCare has always been trustworthy in my eyes but I won’t use the one on Northern again. (I have picture) the blood pressure cuff was so tight I had popped blood veins and bright red marks surrounding it. Then the Dr came in- did not let me speak, lectured me on non medical ways to not cough and told he my chest just sounded tight and advised he was going me a shot. Ordered medication without advising he was. Waste of money and time. If your sick- please go somewhere they care
After making an online appointment for an X-ray at 4:30pm, then seeing a wonderful FPN, at 5:10pm, I had to leave after 6pm because the X-Ray technician couldnt get the X-ray machine to work. Lots of wasted time, having to find a place for an X-ray. Things happen, but super busy clinic.
The staff were extremely friendly. However, the wait time was terrible. I was stuck there for three hours, even with an appointment scheduled several hours in advance.
I originally went to Urgent Care on 2 September suspecting that I had an infected tooth, but stressed that I also believed that I had an ear infection as my ear hurt more. I was given drops for my ear and antibiotics. When I returned on 18th September to state that I was significantly worse, that I was screaming in pain, and that there was blood, fluid, and pus coming out of my ear, the provider only looked in my mouth and provided me oral relief. The provider did not at any time look in my ear. I was sent home with a second cycle of antibiotics and told to let the antibiotics do their job. I was given some oral pain relief in the form of some kind of viscous fluid. 3 days later I was in the ER with and severe infection that nearly traveled to my brain and I was hospitalized and on an aggressive IV antibiotics for several days. I firmly believe it was the doctors negligence in failing to even look at my ear that caused this, despite me many times trying to get her to turn her attention to my ear. I expect to speak to somebody in an authority position on this immediately.I did not at any point have an infected tooth
Check in was easy.. appointment was at 9 arrived at 845 got in at 9 doctor explained everything...everyone in the front was really nice & helpful
I called this morning to make an appointment for a UTI. It didnt take 5 minutes to make the appointment and my appointment was an hour and 20 minutes later. Perfect amount of time.I would definitely recommend this provider,Sogol Elam. She has a wonderful bedside manner. She is friendly and caring. She is very through and cared about me and my well being.
I rarely write reviews but if I could give this place 0 stars I would. We were there on Saturday night for my daughter. Everyone from front to back staff was unfriendly. The PA barely spoke to my daughter or I and was short and cold. What really upset me was the person taking the X-rays. I asked if I could come along and she said no way. Well, I told her I would like to come and she said again no. I went to the door anyway. There she slammed the door in my face. I have never heard of not being able to accompany a minor. Usually, you can stand behind the glass etc .. ironically there are signs indicating to be mindful about how to act and treat personnel. Maybe they need to change the sign .. how to treat a patient. Especially children. Attached is a pic of the witch working the x-ray machine.
The Worst experience ever in an urgent care.I booked an appointment online to save time but they overbooked 10 extra people so i have to wait 1 hour or more. I do not know how they manage urgent care center like a grocery store and do not care about people health and time
The urgent care on 91st and Norland if you can avoid it, don’t go to it. They don’t care how long you wait and suffering. I was the only patient at 2 o’clock in the morning and it took them an hour to see me and treat me and then when the doctor came in to treat me, he jammed my neck and my sore Shoulder, I couldn’t care less that I was in pain
Daughter had a minor cut near her eye that required some glue to close. The doctor got some glue into her eye. My daughter would cry saying she couldnt open it and it hurt. He kind of brushed her off saying it wasnt pain just the glue tugging on the corner of her eye. I looked at her eye in our car and could see all the glue that was left hardened in the corner and waterline of her eye. With a simple baby wipe i cleaned it off. I understand accidents but to allow her to leave when it was clearly still bothering her was unacceptable.
Came here needing relief for my asthma on a Sunday evening. I expected it to be packed and a long wait. To my surprise I only waited 30 mins to be seen and the dr came in the room about 5mins after I was taken back. She not only gave me prescription for the pharmacy but also gave me a breathing treatment and oral steroids right on the spot. She was so kind and efficient. I’m very thankful for her
I love this place when your sick in the middle of the night. It was 45 min from walking in to do paperwork to leaving with scripts. The staff is super friendly and caring.
The whole QR Code was really redicalus I was asked to fill my name,DOB,phone number, address and my gender and I was asked if I am the the legal guardian it felt like 500 times more than nessary just check my both of my sons in to urgent care and in the middle of filling it out you call me to basically get the same exact information????? Then we had to wait 1.5 hrs but that was ok because we where able to feed the kids and the care was great !!!Thank youDarren
PA Kareem Anderson has the worst bedside manner. I’m assuming he’s only employed because of medical practices being short staffed.I was the only patient in the building at the time of my appointment. I waited 20 minutes in the exam room to be seen while the provider sat on his phone at the desk outside the patient doors. He barely spoke to me for 2 minutes. Rushed me out the door. Didn’t seem to care I was sick nor wanted to provide adequate treatment.I was seen by him a couple years ago when I was recovering from Covid and my cough wouldn’t go away, he insisted I had pneumonia and needed a chest x ray, I refused. He’s very dismissive and does not appear to care for patients who are ill.
Had shorter wait than I expected due to being a walk-in. They were excellent and fast, always in a good mood and were very thorough when trying to diagnose me. One of the better experiences of urgent care :)
The staff start to finish were awesome so nice and understanding I think it is a great place number one in my book thank you
First it took hours to treat me, finally get to the back and they sutured me up then one of the nurses demanded I sign a consent agreement to be treated after I was touched already. Then quoted me 3 different prices after I was already treated. Then I’m after they gave me the price was demanding I pay it right away. So I reluctantly signed it made my payment. But definitely this establishment is crooked and needs more practice to be a more professional establishment especially when they quote 310- and it changes to 789 for 3 stitches and you don’t even sign the consent, crazy how I sat for hours there and they didn’t have any urgency then to have me fill out the consent form. I know it says 310 and can go up but still this is completely ridiculous and a robbery.
I was terrified to go to the doctor cause I hadnt been in so long. These guys made me feel right at home.. super nice staff
Spent nearly 3 hours here hoping for answers but left without a diagnosis. I understand things take time, but not that much time. I could have gone to the hospital instead and possibly received the care I needed. It was frustrating and disheartening to leave without any clarity
Arrived at 11:45pm, no one in waiting room, was told they are not taking walk-ins even though they are a 24 hour clinic. We explained that my boyfriend had cut his leg and blood was spurting out. Receptionist just chuckled and said still not taking walk-ins. DO NOT GO HERE, THEY WILL LET YOU BLEED OUT IN THE PARKING LOT!!!!
Liked that everyone there was actually work and not just standing around. They got you in and out and you dont fill like if you were cheated out of time with the doctor.
Busy busy busy. I even made an appointment but still waited almost 2 hours just to see a provider. They need a better system. I probably wont return.
I know I visited outside of a peak season but it was a lifesaver being able to not only go in the early hours of the morning but make an appointment so I didn’t have to wait. I barely had to wait and all of the staff was friendly. Each time I’ve been to this location, they’ve always had a cleaning crew making you feel like you aren’t going to leave with a new illness you didn’t come in with. I always appreciate the quality of care here - especially in those early hours when you have to be feeling awful to be there.
Sierra did a great job working with my wife after she rolled her ankle. The wait time was better than expected.
My daughter woke up with a very sore throat I looked up on google urgent care and the Glendale location was 5 minutes away from my home. I began to book an appoinment on the website and was surprised at the amount of available appoinment times.
I was in really bad pain and no insurance at all so i chose to go to urgent care because its cheaper than going to ER. As soon as were in front of the urgent care one of the employee going inside the clinic saw me walking in pain but didnt even bother asking if I need wheelchair instead she just walk past by me. But other employees from front office to nurses and the doctor that took care of me are all nice and helpful.
I had a positive experience with the provider; however, I found the overall cleanliness of the facility, both inside and outside, to be quite filthy. I would have given this place a 5 star if it was cleaner.
If this place wasn’t so close to my house? I probably wouldn’t have used them again. The girls in the front desk really need some classes on Customer Service. They have that face on them as if they hate their job and they don’t want to be there. I don’t understand the point of having to make an appointment and still waiting pass your appointment time especially when in the app. It keeps saying you’re the next one that’s up. People in the back ,the nurse and the doctors were good so it is what it is. I just feel like the front desk needs new help… unless you have an emergency I don’t think I would recommend this place.
When I had my online visit, the PA wanted me to follow through in-person with lab work (test for COVID & flu). I tested negative for COVID & flu, but feel awful. Will I get a call from the PA informing me of what I need to do?
I recommend this location. We didnt have to wait long. They have friendly and helpful staff. We got to see Abby, she is professional, friendly and kind, excellent employee. Thank you!!
I was seen quickly. The provider only listened to my lungs. She never looked at my throat or nose (I was there for complete loss of voice, sinus issues and eye issues). While I did receive some care, it’s not the level I would hope for from a provider. If I need to, I will use them (they are open 24 hours) but I will be sure to make sure to ask to be fully examined and receive the appropriate medication.
I had a really bad experience with Nextcare Urgent Care, l went there at 8:30pm and left at 11:40pm. Before I went there l check in online and the available was 10pm however l noticed that a lot of people that came after me and they passed them almost immediately. I asked the reason and they told me that my appointment was for 10pm.
They rude staff front desk guy was unpatient making face gestures .Acted like he didn’t even want to be there. The lady that took the vitals asking questions with attitude face gestures that seems like she didn’t like me. Had a very bad cold fever. The doctor didn’t even bother to give me anything not even Tylenol or ibuprofen. He told me to go get it off the counter to buy. when I have job insurance that I paid for for this type of situation.. very unprofessional will never go there again waste of money waste of my time. Northern and 94th never go there Urgent care. This is in Phoenix, Glendale, Arizona. Horrible Experience!! 😞
Elam Sogol is amazing!! I apologize I don’t remember her title. I think she is an NP. I’m so glad I got her for my visit. She was so caring and attentive. It felt like she cared about my issue more than I did! Which is rare in the healthcare field because usually I always feel the need to overly advocate for myself. But it felt like she was advocating for me! Thank you and I appreciate you so much Sogol.
Such a bad experience. i had pain in my shoulder to the point i couldn’t lift my arm and was super concerned. they had me waiting in the room for over 30 minutes and they were all just sitting around the back office talking to eachother. my fiance and i ended up leaving before i even saw a doctor because it was so ridiculous.
I was seen by Mark, he was quick to the point and made me feel validated. I was in and out in about 1 and change. This is the best urgent care.
The staff were friendly and efficientMy fiance had a 5:10PM appointment but was seen around 6:30 PM. Everything else was stellar
The worst ever care they took for my baby b she was having 104 when i went they just told we don’t have the right equipment to test for.. then why the hell did you charge me 50$ to just tell that? And top of that they gave 3ml of tylenol to my baby which i already can get it from cvs hello I’m coming to urgent care so that you can test us better and give proper treatment not just time passing ..Please don’t go hear especially with your babies nothing useful
I got there on time so I don’t know if this is what made the difference, I was in and out super fast. I was there less than 30 minutes. The dr working at the time was very personable and professional. Everyone there was great! Gotta love Nextcare! (I am a little bias beings that I worked for them once upon a time.)
Was not feeling good. Did everything on my phone. From making the appointment to checking in. I was in and out of there in good time. And I’m feeling better.
Setting an appointment made this process very smooth. I only waited 20 minutes after I got there. Staff was very friendly and professional.
Great experience at this location. Waiting time was minimal at the beginning, service was quick. PA was very knowledgable and knew the cause of my son’s symptoms. Will come here again!
It was ok... I found interesting that I was the only person there... Arrived at 6 am and left at about 6:50 am, and the nurse saw me for two minutes. So, a lot of time waiting time. My appointment was at 6:20 am. The personnel was friendly. One thing that was super interested is that the front desk girl required me to use a,mask, but didnt require it from the other people who were in the waiting room. Why? Good question and who knows!
It was late and we were walk in around 10, although it said we wouldn’t be seen til 1130 we Didn’t have to wait long at all and walked out with a diagnosis and prescription before 11I do feel as if we were a tad rushed out but doctor was great with our 2 yr old
It was very easy to schedule . Everyone there was very nice and I saw the nurse practitioner in a timely manner! I would recommend this location. I will use again if needed.
Negative for flu, covid & strep. Still examine me knowing it’s negative and charged me $300. Why bother even supplying my insurance card. I feel like I was ripped off.
The nurse that took my sons temperature and weight & walked us to the room is such a sweet heart she really seemed concerned and it really felt like she cared my son was having temperare of 103 yesterday early morning so ty SM!the whole staff was really helpful and sweet. Thanks again the best part is that it’s 24 hours 🙏🏼
Most ridicules experience I have ever had at a urgent care. The 3 girls working up front when you first come in, well dont expect much from them. Except a bunch of.untrue stories. And then after Im told I have COVID, they dont even bother sending my Rx over to Walgreens . Theyndidntn do that b, and when Walgreens called them they still didnt cal the Rx in. The worst part of all of this is. I called out a lazy employee for lying to me and she did whatever she could to make my day harder. Yea real professional.uou know if you didnt lie to people you wouldnt have problems like this Im sure.l I guarantee I never hear word back from this place f plus plus plus plus horrible service overall horrible experience
Receptionist rude and no compassion what so ever for patients. Asked if can confrim if takes BCBS Ins. receptionist stated she couldn’t answer that question and I would need to come in . So she can see the physical card .
I had booked an appointment for 10:45 for abnormal pain, i waited an hour just to be seen, while many other patients who were walk-ins went ahead, and came back out to leave within 20 minutes. Eventually I was brought to the back, and waited another 40 minutes before being seen by the provider, and they didn’t touch, move me, or hear me out when I was trying to explain. I received a diagnosis that I felt was unsatisfactory, along with a medication I cannot take (didn’t have the chance to ask for a different one) and went home in more pain. The bathrooms lacked toilet paper and paper towels, and the staff at the front were cold and rude.
System is down, couldn’t sign up for the advantage program. Of course the system is up and running to charge me over 300 dollars , plus whatever the “doctor “ recommends if I want to be seen . It’s not NextCare is DontCare
Horrible experience I’ve gone here before and it wasn’t bad. My bf got metal in is eye and we waited 3 hours for them to say they can’t do anything about it but in those 3 hours of waiting all employees were giggling and joking around and just hanging out instead of trying to get clients in and out. Night staff is horrible.
This doctor shouldn’t be a doctor if one he doesn’t have patience and two gets annoyed with kids he was sighing at the fact my child wasn’t staying still , and wasn’t really any help just to tell me it’s a virus wait it out , bad experience and simply if you don’t like your job find a new career path
Terrific staff, I was in & out! Very much would recommend! The fact that it’s 24 hours is very convenient. I came at midnight & it all worked out.. Thank you guys! May God bless you alll….💙
After being stuck at an airport all day with poison oak spreading, trying not to scratch the intense itching all over my body, I am grateful for the staff at Nextcare on Northern for being open. I was treated within 45min of walking in the door late at night. Thanks to all of you for such convenient medical care at an inconvenient time of night. Guy in triage, I didn’t catch your name 🙌🏼 thank you that was the least painful injection I’ve ever had!
Lino Vela just replied in the most recent reviews and he, nor I were able to reply to their response. So I am writing a new review since I was there with him when this happened. If this place isn’t 24 hours, then take if off all social media as well as the front door. It is very misleading and can be very dangerous. Also, every response this place gives is very poorly written and has no solution to any issue.
Great service! IJust went walk-in for my son sports phiscal and the service was great, fast and affordable cheap price, thank you to Marina Chavez was amazing and kind...
Excellent care! Wait was about 2 hrs but went pretty quickly once at the bach. Would definetly recomend.
Both the Dr and assistant were very patient and very friendly. My Doctor’s office & needle anxiety were acknowledged and I was offered great care to ease my worries, and reason for visiting. I am extremely satisfied with today’s experience! Great job to all staff on duty, you rarely see that type of positive work environment and patient care in urgent cares anymore.
Super quick and the doctor was really nice and worked with me on the certain situation I needed help in, I always come to this urgent care bc its 24 hrs first, second Ive always had nice nurses and techs and its overall really fast and always clean. Better than most urgent cares thats for sure
100% recommend this urgent care.my 3 year old is autisic and non verbal so we couldnt figure out what was bothering him.the staff was very gentle, patient and understanding with my son. Dr. Samantha was amazing and made sure he was comfortable.
I am so appreciative that they were open on a Sunday evening. They got me in and out efficiently. My concern was addressed.
If I could give more stars, I would. The staff is friendly, NP Erin was amazing and so helpful! She went above and beyond with patient education and has the best bedside manner! I cant thank her enough!
I scheduled an appointment for late night. I usually have gone in to be seen during Morning/ Evening never at night. Well my experience was not good! I waited almost an hour in the lobby although I was the only appointment everyone else was a walk in! Then waited over an hour in the treatment room. The night staff are very unfriendly and had no bedside manner! I was diagnosed in 2 minutes then sent out. Spent over 2 hours of just waiting. A few walk in people were in and out before me.I have always had a positive experience here during the day! Something is off at night!
Everyone was great! It was an easy process to check in and wait. You had the option to wait in your car. It was quicker than I expected. The PA had excellent bed side manner, you can tell she cared. The nurse & X-ray tech were awesome too. The whole experience was great!
Other than wait times, the experience was good. Medical staff was polite and attentive. Thank you.
This is my third time coming because I had to get a tb test and I had to wait 2 and a half hours just to get check in, to be in side for 1min and done. Then had to come again to get it checked and another wait then need a chest X-Rey and another 3 hours, horrible experience and horrible customer!!! Front desk lady’s were so rude!!!
Quick and easy process. All staff members were very nice and helpful!
The Receptionist is helpful. The Dr. is great and she finds out what my sons problem is. She is nice and sweet. I want to give 5 stars but the medical assistant is unfriendly. I dont know why she is having a bad day. Its beautiful day why so grumpy? Its early morning. We should be thankful everyday that we are alive and fine. She needs to put aside her personal problem and be professional about what job that she accepts. Hopefully next time. We can see her happy and smiling because the people who are sick want to see a smile that will make their day good. 😊 Thank you Nextcare!
The wait was a little longer than I wanted. However, once I got in it was quick and easy. I’m already feeling better.
What an absolute disgrace. I had to take my son here at midnight for an ear infection. Although the facility is clean the experience was not. I told them I’m cash pay and they said it’s $300 and up for cash pay. What??The girl that checked me in was kind. I liked her. But the nurse practitioner is a different story. He walked into the room, didn’t even say hi. All he said was sit on the table. He never even spoke to my son who’s 5. Checked his ears, yep it’s an ear infection. We saw him for less then 2 minutes and they charged us over $400.00For what? A “code” you used.? Such poor bed size manners and overcharged for terrible service.. No wonder people don’t like the medical profession.
I absolutely loved my care team today. I saw Erin Woodward. They were efficient. Friendly. Funny. When someone goes in sick and down its nice they can joke with you
I get it working the grave yard shift at 12am sucks but its your guys job. Then not having any menstrual products when you guys are an Urgent care is pretty weird, and then offering a grown adult a baby diper, like come on. Then when I tell you my exact symptoms and you ask me if Im totally sure if thats what the issue is, and I say whats that supposed to mean and you dont explain yourself its also weird. Then you dont really listen to my breathing and tell me Im dehydrated, when on the outtake paperwork it says my pee is yellow clear, Im pretty sure that doesnt mean Im dehydrated. I do want to thank the person that initially took my concerns down but he didnt tell me is name. Also thank you for the medicine, even though I can tell you guys didnt really want to give it to me.
[January 15, 2024]It was late at night on a Monday, approx 11:30PM! I went to several Dignity Health urgent cares, & they were full! I was in a lot of pain, & didnt want to sit around for hours in a waiting room with people who were sick! I Googled NextCare urgent care, & to my surprise, they were open 24 hours! I was able to get right in! The front staff welcomed me & helped me sign in! It was an easy process that I did on my phone! The triage nurse was so understanding & kind! I was taken to a room, & the doctor came right in! The doctor was amazing! He listened to what was going on, then he went over everything with me, & put me at ease! He reassured me that I was on the right path to recovery! The nurse came in after & gave me a shot! She was great! I didnt feel it! It was a pleasant experience, & Im not one for doctors because I have severe health anxiety!
Fell yesterday and injured my right knee and left foot. Called today and was told to come in when I was ready..upon arriving was greet and told how to check in. Was a sort time before I was called back..everyone treated me with great concern on what I was there fir..great service. I am here visiting from Nevada and deeply appreciate the fast friendly service I received from everyone. Will always come here if I need to when visiting..would recommend this place to everyone I know.
Great customer service. In and out quickly. Staff very professional.
Absolutely the BEST experience I’ve had at an urgent care. We are in town for a wedding. They had us in and out within a half hour and we were a walk in. Everyone was so nice. My son is feeling much better. Maryland could learn some things from you. Thank you!
Great staff and very knowledgeable! Despite the system being down and paperwork was being done manually, we were in and out in under an hour.
The wait time was a bit much, especially with an appointment, but once past that the entire staff was on point and accommodating.Would recommend.
Every other time I came service was fast and great but today the wait was long and ridiculous I even made an appointment on line and still spent 2 hours there today.
On Dec 17th, I came in with severe headache & body ache. Didn’t wait long time in the waiting are. A young nurse took my vitals, then I saw Dr. Seidler. She did examine me and based on my symptoms prescribed the meds.Today ( Dec 18) I feel much better, meds kicked in. Thank you Dr. Seidler
Had an appointment for 945pm and waited until 1230 to be seen by the provider. What is the point of having appointments if walk ins are going to be let in first. It was a complete joke.
**Update 01/12/2025**Went in due to extremely swollen lymph nodes and inability to eat. Met with Doctor Kareem. From the moment he walked into my room he was clearly in a bad mood. Refused to hear me out and literally walked out of the room as I was asking for advise on what to do. He ended up giving me 2 prescriptions, one of which was a disgusting tasting liquid that the pharmacist said could have been prescribed as a pill. She couldnt understand why the doctor would give something that tastes so bad when other options are available. The appointment took a total of 1 hour, of which Kareem was in the room for about 2 minutes. Didnt hear me out and I ended up at the hospital later in the day.Not sure why you have a Doctor working who doesnt want to help or give patients the time of day. He is the worst. If you have to go here, avoid him at all costs.**Original Review from 2020**Called and was told they made a 2pm appointment for me. I get there to a full lobby and am told I was at the back of the line. What good is an appointment if you let walk ins ahead of a scheduled appointment.Beside the front lobby, the doctors are great and willing to help
The ladies at the front desk were kind and efficient and the doctor took time to understand the pain in my knee and was knowledgeable and compassionate. After a shot of Toradol for pain and inflammation, I was on my way to feeling better. Thanks
Wait was long because.of volume of patients! All the employees were excellent.Thank you to Doctor & employees
Made an appointment and had to wait an hour and a half after my appointment time to be seen. Only to go to the back to have to wait another 30 until the NP came in.
The actual doctor (Amore) was great, as well as the xray tech. While they didn’t find anything they didn’t act like they didn’t believe me which was fanatic and they were both very friendly. The font desk people not as much, they were all very rude and announced my business to the whole lobby of waiting people.
Great customer service. Had no appointment, but they sent me up fast and took care of me in no time.
This was my best place to go until last night. I do all the usual, booked my appointment, fill the paperwork everything. My daughter hurt her finger and just need make sure it was not broken. After 1 hour waiting, the Dr came in and check her. My expectation in a urgent care is they are able to take care in small things that you do not want to wait until next business day. They charge me, they did not treat my daughter, they did not gave me a diagnosis and finally, they gave me an order for a X ray. That was why we where there for and they did not do anything. Just put on her hand a huge cast and an order for an x ray.
This place is a complete dump is dirty. The walls are all scratched up needs to be clean. Doesn’t like the place is very old, but it is old. The doctor wrote me a prescription for something I needed that wasn’t even available at the place and tell me there was over-the-counter, he looked at me for a brief second telling me I need to go somewhere else when I don’t really need to figure I need to go somewhere else. I just need him to give me what I need and move on from your charge for your insurance and then after you get done, you still owe more money.
Always a good experience when I go to urgent care! Everyone is very friendly and helpful
For 3days had chest pain, coughing and trouble breathing. I have cardiac history. They wouldnt do anything for me and sent me to the hospital.
Although it’s far from home, it was the only urgent care with an X-ray tech on duty and I am so glad I went! I had never went to an urgent care where I had better service than a primary care provider, or any kind of medical provider. They truly care about your well being and do not make you feel like you’re being rushed. Every employee at this location truly loves their job and is there to help. Will definitely come to this urgent care if I ever need to again.
I got to the urgent care at about 7:20. I was takin care of the second I walked in the door. Filled out paper work. Waited for about 10 minutes before I was called to go into a room to see the doctor/practitioner. The only thing that was a little irritating was that I had to wait in the rookfor about 20 minutes. Other wise got my prescription and got out of there. It would have been even more ex citing if wally world was open. 10-6 were their hours.
Great staff and the NP was quick, knowledgeable and professional so thankful for businesses like this
The front desk lady Serenity seemed irritable. Wasnt the best friendly experience at NextCare Urgent care. Shouldnt feel like Im bothering someone for doing their, that they applied for.
The wait was a little longer than Im used to, but I have to take into consideration that is was 9pm. Most Urgent Cares close at 8pm so lots of people had to come to this one. We were one of them! Thats the way I see it. Anyway, our medical provider was amazing! He was kind, caring and professional. Thank you so much!
Well, 1st off, the Physician i saw was AWESOME!! 5 STARS!! Very friendly, helpful, encouraging!!The support staff 3 stars They need more training and coordination to work as a team!I went a day early to pick up paperwork to fill out, for a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, because the website they sent me, to fill out online didnt access, it wasent working properly. The day before my Appt. I used the restroom and informed them the paper towels needed replenishing in the restroom. On the day of my Appt. I arrived before my Appt. Time and when I used the restroom, the towel dispenser was empty, no towels to dry your hands after washing:(I got checked in and paid for my visit then waited, I was finally seen 1 hour after my Scheduled Appt. Time!! :( when I was called back they were training another member of their staff, no big deals, but as we conducted the tests, they were inaccurate in the distance where you stand for the vision test!! So of course I failed! After retesting, at the correct distance I passed with 20/20 vision!I understand its difficult in the current environment to to hire quality/trained staff, However, this is an urgent care! Peoples lives and their livelihood are at stake here! Some form of procedure and Training should be mandated for the safety of the customers!!!!!Again, 5 stars to the Physician who attended to me!! The support Staff require training.Overall I spent almost 3 hours in this clinic because they didnt know how to conduct the tests correctly! This was NOT my 1st time patronage This urgent care, my family and I have frequented numerous occasions over the years for illnesses and I hope they are able to rectify the problems so it does not continue!
Very professional staff did not wait long all done about an hour I would recommend
Title: First-Come, First-Served PolicyI recently visited next care and wanted to share my thoughts on their first-come, first-served policy. While fairness is important, I believe that prioritizing patients based on the severity of their illness would be more beneficial in urgent care settings.During my visit, I noticed that Next Care operates under a first-come, first-served policy. While this may work for non-urgent cases, it can lead to delays for patients with more serious conditions. Urgent care facilities should prioritize patients with priority illnesses to ensure timely treatment.I would recommend that Next Care considers implementing a triage system to better allocate resources and prioritize patients based on the severity of their conditions. This would improve the overall quality of care provided.
Wasted $190 for these people not to do anything. I had a fever four days in a row and my lower back hurting. I went in for them just to tell me it’s prob a virus. Tested for Covid, turned out negative. They didn’t prescribe me anything, and just told me to rest and be hydrated. They didn’t ask me much questions, and didn’t have any answers to my questions.
It was an awful experience when i went in the clinic they did not test for any type of infection at all and rushed me out of the building I understand I came around 10 at night but as a patient who does not feel well at all I felt as though they were not listening and just prescribing medication just to send me on my way and the room was very hot and made my symptoms even worse
The front reception and the doctor that took my vitals were super friendly. Checking in and waiting time was super quick just wish when the doctor came in he would’ve taken more time to actually see me I feel like he was so rushed and didn’t check properly but other than super friendly staff!
The front desk was extremely condescending and rude. We had booked an appointment ahead of time for 2:15 and showed up at 2. At least 5 different people walked in after us with no appointment and got called back to be seen before us. By 3:15 when I asked if I was going to be seen next since people who came in after me had already gone back, I was told I clearly didn’t understand what was going on and that there had been an emergency. Unsure of how that answered my question I sat back down. I wasn’t brought to the back until almost 3:45 and didn’t leave almost 4:30. All I needed was a tetanus shot.
Best Doctor everThe cocktail 🍹Albuterol 2.5Benzonatate 200mgPrednisone 20mgAlbuterol HFABromphen-pse-dmm 10mgAzithromycin 250mgmy respiratory issues are 😞😔 Ill be in tonight with my meds and my machine... 😂
I have been to this location several times for myself and family members. They are so friendly and welcoming. The wait in nothing compared to other place or emergency rooms. I was a walk in and only waited 49 minutes with 6 other people in front of me. The providers are so helpful and answer my questions. I love this place
I had a great experience after it had gone to to NextCare Urgent Care @the Glendale office!! We went in for a plugged ear & they took care of my problems & all the staff & provider was excellent in the getting through my experience!! I recommend this office highly!!
Due to unforeseen circumstances I am forced to leave one star. I drove all the way across the valley to get to the only open NextCare only to be very surprised that nobody updated the hours for the business online and it let me check myself in for a 1:30 am appointment.
This place was one of the worst urgent cares I have ever been to, they have no empathy for their patience nor do they care to listen about their problems.. all they do is make you wait hours for a spot and paper work, and the physician is the most nonchalant person I came across. 1 stars because I have give them something. But to me it would be 0!
People were very nice. But I wish I hadnt gone. I understand the long wait. However, only getting Tylenol after all the wait was not worth it. For a 4yr Olds earache. Also realizing it I could have been able to get her to take it in the first place. I wouldnt have needed to go.
Out of no where I’m getting charged 274 dollars a for urgent care now even though my copay is $25 and the deductible doesn’t apply. Urgent care has always been at most $50.
It’s hard to walk on an injured foot and ankle without crutches and no follow up blood pressure after a hypertension moment…I did not hear the tech call to discharge me and waited almost an hour to leave.
Office staff couldnt be bothered, acted annoyed that I was there. Threatened me with an expensive deductible before they would check me in(Chump change). Both were on their personal phones and had bad attitudes. This happened 07/06/24 around 17:30-18:00.- The PA-C (Miller) was professional and friendly, offered resolutions.
Walked into Nextcare and had about 5 people ahead of me already there. I figured Id be there for at least a couple hours but to my surprise was called back in about 15 minutes. The medical assistant took vitals, etc. and the provider saw me about 5 minutes after that and gave me a fairly quick diagnosis. All in I was there for less than 45 minutes. Was a great experience and I highly recommend Nextcare if anyone needs to get into an urgent care.
Very good wait time very good knowledge from the practioner. Very good with the shot girlMy over all experience was excellent, and iam someone who sees a lot of specialists for organ failures. This place impressed me!
This is now the 2nd time time this office has exceeded my expectations in the outcome, gone above and beyond to hear me out and to actually help. I am truly grateful for their understanding care I received today. I highly recommend this Urgent Care
Instead of being told about the app, was told to wait in an almost three hour wait. After getting into the actual doctor office, the nurse checking my vitals would rather argue about which pharmacy was 24/7 when I already told them my preferred one. All the staff looked like they were dead inside, they did not want to be there and gossiped about life events loudly while I waited into the room for 40 minutes after being called in. Did not mention that they were out of the medication shot I needed until I wasted 40 additional minutes sitting there. I told the nurse practitioner that I needed a note for my visit, she agreed and understood. However, when I went out to receive the letter, there was none in the works and had to re-explain that I needed a letter. Best thing about my visit? Getting out of that stink hole of a place. How do you work in a healthcare business when you don’t even “care” about the work you do? Honestly, it’s sad to even fathom this. Good luck with your business because you really need it.
Quick and easy. Waited for several minutes, then saw Dr. And got the meds I need ordered.
Ot was terrible it was 112 out side and we had to wait outside because they had sprayed for bug. Our airconditioning wasnt working in our car so for 2hr we had to suffer. It took forever for the xray tech to take my exray. I walked by two times and she was setting talking with the 4 girls and the PA. I know I woint be going to this ergent car agian. When I explained that I had fallen and my side on the bathtub and I wanted an exray to make sure I hadnt broke a rib. She said ox. As she was walking out the door she asked if I had a brush, I lifted my shirt and showed her. She never eaven touch my side to see wher my pain was comming from or what part should have been exrayed.
It was smooth except that I am a previous patient the check in software made me fill in previously entered information. None of it had changed since my previous visit
The NP didn’t check my blood test even she said Hemoglobin is low I was having black stool. I really want to see my hemoglobin as previously checked it was low.
NEXTCARE urgent care always takes care of me as well my family. They are so friendly, kind and caring. Todays PA was Morgan Anderson and I couldnt have asked for a better service! She took great care of me. Listen to me, explained how she was going to drain my infected finger and did it so smoothly! I wish she was my primary care physician. She also answered all of my questions and concerns. Thank you Dr. Anderson!
Been sick for couple days , and yesterday morning I blew my noose and felt liquid coming out when I cleaned it look like blood didn’t think anything of it . Then pain got real and hurting a lot I hate doctors cause they treat you like if they don’t wanna help that exactly how I felt from vitals taken with nurse in the back to the doctor who rushed me out . This why I don’t go to this location unless I need too 🤦🏽♀️
I went to Next Care yesterday fir an eye infection which had my right eye completely closed. I was seen immediately after completion of new patent paperwork. After evaluation, I was given a shot to Jumpstart my recovery as well as four prescriptions. By bedtime my eye was beginning to open and by morning was nearly fully opened. I would not hesitate to return to Nextcare in the future if needed. Staff was very caring and efficient.
Treated like a drug abuser. Having extremely painful muscle spasms in my shoulder and the muscle relaxers aren’t working. When I tell them I need something for pain they ignore me. Sometimes you just need relief from the pain so the muscles can relax and heal but they aren’t concerned about me. The physician assistant was rude and didn’t even tell me his name.
Was seen within 10 minutes of appointment time. Excellent staff. Asked all the right questions. Doctor explained everything in detail. Called in my prescription and I am good to go!
Dr ben was the best. I was very nervous he was very informative and gentle I really appreciate that.
The Staff was wonderful. My daughter has disabilities, and they interacted and treated her wonderfully. With an appointment, our wait was minimal. Thank you for a pleasant experience. We would recommend this facility for medical care.
Had an appointment for 9:45pm and didn’t get seen until 12:30am. What’s the point of having an appointment if walk ins are going to go in ahead of you.
Horrible and dirty go someplace else. I was there with an extremely hurt 18 month old, and there was one homeless lady holding up the line just so she could charge her phone.
Through check in process is all contact less, you do it over an app on your phone. They were very efficient and took care of my condition. My prescriptions were ready asap! They electronically send them.
