Found the best prices in the city!! Came in they helped me right away. And they offer so many testing here!! It was just down the street from my house.

Top notch place. Highly recommended. I was able to walk in without an appointment, see the doctor and do my screening. Now thats what you call service.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted with great hospitality and information to where to sign in. Wait time wasn’t very long, in and out process. Shout out to Clarisa and the staff for their Professionalism. I Highly recommend this place of business.

Very prompt, timely, and lovely staff. Granted I was the only one there, but I was taken care of within all of 30 minutes. Thanks ladies.

5 star rating?! How?! I would give -5 stars if I could. My experience today was purely awful! I felt like a test dummy. No one knew what they were doing. Stuck twice! Once in my arm and then in my hand. Hand is bruised, swallon and hurting! Three people could not draw my blood. I am a military VET and have had my blood drawn a million times and never had an experience like this before. Buyer beware!UPDATE:Vein was blown…swelling, pain and limited use of R hand. Brought this to the clinic attention and basically was told that my account of what happened doesn’t match what the staff says happened. Was also told that my injuries could not have been sustained from the unsuccessful blood draw. Because this has never happened before in their lab there’s no way this happened to me at the hands of the staff. I reported that I had pictures, ER visits and visited a specialist, however no one asked for any of my documentation. I asked why and was told that I am making the claim so the burden is on me. Then I was questioned as to why I didn’t reach out to them sooner than I did. Well, I didn’t until I had seen another doctor for confirmation of the cause of my injuries. Needless to say…I reported what happened, they “listened “ to my claims and end result they took no accountability. It was all made out to be my fault and there was no way they caused my injuries.They may have a high accuracy rate of drawing blood but I don’t recommend this place based on the fact of no accountability of their actions. You have been warned.One good thing out of this entire experience is that they refunded me for not being able to draw my blood.

I went in for drug testing for my workplace, and the walk-in was very quick and easy. The staff were friendly and made the process of testing very smooth.

They’re precise at what they do, but I suppose precision comes with lengthy waiting times.

The receptionist is nice and polite when checking you an. The Doctors are very patient and helpful when it come to you asking questions and letting you know about whats going on with your body. The office is nice and clean as well...

This place was very fast paced. Some other places for screens will make you wait 1-2 hours. Check in time to exit time was 12 minutes.

The ladies here at arcpoint labs did a great job… Quick and easy in and out… Ariel was Very clear with the information needed… NO LONG WAIT… I signed in sat down and opened TikTok about 5 videos in i was being called for my labs…. Thanks Ariel

Had a DOT physical and drug test done by Monique and Clarissa. They were patient, kind, thorough. 10/10 would pee in a cup again.

Easy in and out. Went for drug screen. Was there less than 45 minutes. They do have a schedule for walk ins. Best to get an appointment. No one was there I came so it was pretty quick.

Today I needed information regarding a specific type of lab work for my son. I called the two most well-known labs from coast-to-coast, from La Jolla, California to Dallas, Texas and never had the opportunity to speak with a human being. Finally I called ARCpoint Labs of Grand Prairie-South and upon the second ring a human being answered the phone. I was astonished!!! The person answered all of my questions with precise knowledge. So for future reference, this is my go-to lab and I HIGHLY recommend it for anyone else who lives in the Dallas /Fort Worth Metroplex.
