The staff there were very polite and friendly. They made me feel very welcome and comfortable. The nurse brought me a water because I asked her if they had any water and she’ll Blige and brought me a water with no complaints. Overall, my experience I would say, was very stupendous, and I would definitely refer family members and friends to your facility as Well as myself thank you

I was completely satisfied with my visit to Vybe Urgent Care. The wait wasnt long when I dropped in, and once I was brought to a patient room, I was treated immediately. They were pleasant and friendly throughout my visit. Everyone explained everything they were doing, and were thorough in making sure my problem was resolved. They were genuinely happy when I was feeling better and discharged. I will go there again without hesitation.

Front desk staff was very pleasant, tech that did my x-ray was very nice. The Dr gave no eye contact, no assessment, came into the room said we would wait on xrays and walked out, never once did he introduce himself or address my complaints. There after a medical assistant came and gave me paperwork that was falsely printed and given with inaccurate information and thought that I would just leave. The 1 star is given for the front desk and tech staff only.

Used for the first time when kid had a sore throat on the weekend. Got an appointment in 40 minutes and they were quick to see us when we got in. Erik, our vitals tech was kind, quick and great with our teen. Katie, our doc on call, was great and answered questions well. We left within 40 minutes, with a diagnosis, plan and prescription called in. It was incredibly smooth! Very happy with the experience and will go again.

I had a great experience at Vybe Urgent Care in Havertown . I made an appointment on line , which was somewhat easy to do . They had an available appointment for 2 hrs. from filling in all my information on line . Got on time & only had to wait 10-15 minutes before the nurse-tech brought me back to the exam room. She (“Apple”) was very friendly yet professional while taking my vitals, etc. She then got the Nurse Practitioner (“Tracy”) who also was very friendly , sociable , knowledgeable & professional . Her diagnosis of my illness was very informative & caring .I am very grateful & pleased with my appointment. Both “Ms. Apple & Ms. Tracy”are assets to your care provider.

Ive only had positive experiences here! Anywhere from upper respiratory infections to a scratched cornea, the teams and physicians here really take care of you. The office is clean and everyone is so pleasant and attentive. Ive had Eric a couple times to take my vitals and hes always a pleasure and makes the intake process seamless. Thank you all for the work you do! 🫶🏻

I must say I was very impressed with the staff – Eric and Dr. Jose! The nurse and the intake person were also great. I suppose the only part that was a little bit tough was the wait. In the end, it was worth it because my evaluation was so thorough and personal.

This place was pretty good I have no complaints about how I was treated they were very quick I didn’t have to wait long nd the nurse at the front was nice and the dr made me feel less worried!!!! Highly recommend!!

Went in because walk ins were welcome. They then turned me away saying I needed an appointment. Place must have flooded because they had service pro fans in. Absolutely no care about my well-being. Went 4 minutes down the road to AFC and got in no issue. Recommended avoiding if possible

I made an appointment online and arrived at my appointment time. I was taken back quickly and saw the doctor in a timely manner. The doctor was kind and listened to my concerns and gave an educated diagnosis and provided me with a note for work. The facility was clean and organized. I would recommend.

I was a little nervous because I only wanted a female Dr. That is exactly what I got. She was quick and through. The ladies at the front and the assistants were kind and welcoming. Not bad at all.

Barely any wait time. The doctor and all the other staff were so kind and very professional. Good place to come to take care of any quick medical issues. I’ll return in the furture

I checked in and waited under five minutes to be seen by the initial medical person to take my vital signs. The physician came in shortly after and helped me with my issue and prescribed me the medication I needed. The facility was very clean and I had a great, quick experience.

Very friendly and helpful people but pretty long wait between waiting room and in the clinical room (45mins of waiting between both), even with an appointment and on what seemed like a slow day

Received a sms message that I was signed up for text alerts and told to go to the patient portal to manage my account/alerts. I tried to sign in and was unable to. I requested a password reset and after signing in was told there were no patient portals available to me. I dont think I ever used vybe urgent care. Then I got a text addressing me as Michael asking to leave a Google review. Vybe truly needs to validate the information their customers provide, because I havent been to an urgent care in 6 months, and the patient portal through that urgent care is still active for them and not related to whatever vybe urgent care is.

Had to go in for a blood draw for work. Im coming from Delaware so it took awhile to get there. I liked the fast check in and minimal wait time even though I walked in. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Im terrified of blood draws but it was pretty easy!

I was given an estimate of how long the wait would be, but I was seen much faster. I had a compassionate doctor talk to me and assist me, and explained to me what she would be doing to help me get better.

This clinic is one of the best urgent care locations I have been to in years, and it will definitely be my go-to in the future. The checkin process is smooth and easy, and the staff and provider were all competent, polite, and thorough.

Was seen in a reasonable amount of time. Friendly staff and doctor was attentive. Couldnt see my PCP so this was a great place to go.

Terrible, will not go back there. Had to leave work early (12hr shifts) on Saturday to get to a care center. Aches, fever and some other complications. They were the closet place open, till 5p got there at 4:10p. Vitals and diagnosed just by verbal symptoms, given an antibiotic and would not give a note for work(scheduled Sunday 12hr) which was not possible

Everyone was very nice but facility was filthy. Nurse practioner was sick and coughing and did not have on gloves when touched my face. Also did mot explain my medications after prescribing.

To my fellow LGBTQ people. I write this as a healthcare provider myself and I would like to warn you about this establishment. My partner saw TRACY COLLINS BOYLE NP on 10/29/2024.First, the male nurse wrote the patients history on his glove, not very professional. Then the xray was done to the patient’s knee, it was normal. The patient presented with bruises all over her legs, however, in Tracy‘s notes she states that there was one bruise on the right lower leg, and there was not a bruise on her right lower leg. They were all over the rest of her legs. She then gave the patient a prescription for 4% lidocaine cream. She is not from the area and has to drive all the way back to Arkansas having not slept since the night of the 25th. I have been in medicine for 21 years and I’ve never heard of a doctor giving a patient a prescription for lidocaine 4% cream and then stating that “it may not help because the injury is probably joint related” My partner is in a lot of pain and she’s a good woman and she did not deserve to get blown off like she was today.Also, to add insult to injury, Tracy Collins Boyle did not even touch my partner‘s knee. Did not touch her at all. Did not perform any kind of exam. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and just downright lazy.Another issue, the 4% lidocaine cream that she wrote is not even available in this area. I’ve called four different pharmacies, looking for this medication and the pharmacists all but laughed in my face, stating that they typically don’t give lidocaine for this kind of injury and they don’t even keep it on the shelf anymore. Like I said, I am a healthcare provider myself, and I understand the pressure that we’re under right now, however, I would never do this to a patient and send them home like this, especially with the condition that she was in. Vybe Urgent Care please do not respond to this stating to contact you because I have contacted you 4 times and they are recorded.Update: Tracy did reply in the evening and stated that she would send it Ultram for 72 hours and we were SO HAPPY. Only to go to pharmacy and see she sent in Diclofenac. When we called her, we let her know that Jessica has kidney disease since she was a child and cannot take NSAIDS. Then she started to stutter a bit and it seemed like she was looking something up. My girlfriend reluctantly just agreed to her plan, but I will not. I called there last night and left a voicemail asking them to write a paper prescription for her original plan. I have not heard back from anybody. My partner called the office approximately 30 minutes ago and a mail from the answering service told her that he will get a message to them and hung up on her, this is recorded. Look, I understand we all start out new and we don’t know what we’re doing all of the time, however, when you do mess up, you have to do right by the people. I have one of my colleagues taking care of her today. The only reason why I kept going with this is because I wanted Tracy to do right by my partner because she deserves it. We came to your business because you were noted as being “LGBTQ FRIENDLY” I know that you took one look at my partner saw that she’s very muscular and masculine and you suspected that she’s a drug seeker, but she hates taking anything, she extremely health conscious, works out everyday, so I know she’s in a great deal of pain Listen more. Do proper exams. Take proper medical hx. Stop discriminating. Do Better.

The front receptionist shawntay, back staff beth and provider johanna were all amazing! I was in and out with my son in under 30 min!

Been coming to this urgent care for a while now. Very clean and the staff are amazing. The last 2 appointments Eric helped me out taking vitals and made me very comfortable with what I needed from the beginning. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for fast treatment for whatever you need .

Slow service. Front deck help is poor. I had to pay $50 dollars copay to sit in the room and wait for almost and hour. If I had not went out to the hall and ask if someone was going to see me. It may have been longer. The doctor was just as bad in service as the front desk person. I will never go back .

They were super nice and were fast , i was a walk in and was serviced 10 minutes into coming in.

Terrible experience. I went as a walk-in and no one was there in the waiting room. Filled out all the forms was taken to an examining room and told the doctor would come in to check on me. Waited 45 minutes and no one came. I finally left never finding out whether I have pneumonia or not. Unless you’re dying, you Might wanna avoid This location

The Dr. Came in and after talking to him said he’d write a prescription and just left the room, didn’t return. I went out after a few minutes to se if I was done and he actually thought I was a different patient waiting for X-ray results. When he found out who I was he said I was done. I felt it was rude of him to just leave and not say anything and leave me hanging not knowing if my appointment was done

VYBE urgent care on west chester pike in Havertown is great! I scheduled an appt on their website within 30 minutes.Fast and friendy service from the receptionist, the techs, and Dr Harnwell!!I definitely recommend this place .

We told the lady at the front desk what we needed and even though. However, that facility does not provide that service. She had me check-in and wait 20 minutes to see a doctor that told me she cant do anything for me and we already knew that and the woman at the desk knew that, but they checked me in so they could bill the insurance anyways, and I think thats absolutely Ridiculous, and I will never go there again...

Very unprofessional. Booked an appointment, was then made to wait 45 minutes to get my son a sports physical. After he got his 5 minute exam, he was made to wait a further 30 in the examination room for someone to stamp his form. Multiple employees spent considerable time helping a different patient find a lost article while my son was forgotten about. Won’t return.

I went in due to a allergic reaction to poison ivy my eye was starting to swell closed they took me right back thinking the worst case scenario checked me out seen I was okay other then my eye. So they went over everything they needed to got me a prescription and on I went they were phenomenal in my visit from start to finish. Thank you so much Vybe Urgent Care

If I could give them zero stars I would. Waited over an hour for a physical and a little room in the back with door closed staff kept closing the door in a hot heated room were very nasty would not recommend.

The wait time was very long, in the waiting and could hear them just talking to each other, was sat in the room for more than 15 minutes just for a packet of paper, inappropriate use of language outside in the main desk, I tried calling for a question i had regarding my medication and got hung up on, learned the pharmacy i go to also got hung up on, twice

It was great! I had to go to Urgent Care for some minor stomach pains and the staff were friendly and very comfortable to be around with. The wait wasn’t too long and they gave me a very helpful spreadsheet of what medication I needed and the types of things I should eat / drink. Be mindful of the fact that this is not an ER, so if you want to go here for an emergency, it’s probably not the best idea.

This office was clean; high on my priority list. I waited no more than 15 minutes before I was called on. The doctor had a great bed side manner. Id highly recommend.I gave 4 stars because I always leave room for improvement.

Taneash was amazing. Had to go to get stitches in my lip. Im terrified of needles. She made my visit the most easy an anxiety free Ive ever had. From any hospital or urgent care. Highly recommend! The Dr put stitches in my lip! Barely felt it. Great all around experience given the circumstances.

Fast check in and about half hour wait to see a doc, which is much better than other urgent care in the area. The doc I see spent the time to explain to me the diagnosis and also the treatment plan. Will definitely come back when there is a need in the future.

Made appointment (which is not possible with all urgent cares). I’ve been here before and got great care and today was the same. Dr Seriatos along with the entire staff who were involved were wonderful. Took their time with me, were able to give me a needed breathing test and xray. They were very pleasant and professional and I knew I was in capable hands. Mine was a cough and breathing issue which I was very concerned about but left there feeling much better than when I walked in knowing the medicines prescribed should do the trick. I highly recommend this office.

This place is absolutely wonderful. The location has free parking w a huge parking lot. Handicapped parking right across from the front door. The people here are so kind & friendly. I have now been to this location 4 times & continue to have the same great experience. I would recommend anyone to come here. In & out fast & efficient. Keep it up ladies!

I went here for TB and physical for my job, I had insurance but I was told insurance doesnt cover the test. Ok! They said I can only pay from pocket $80, $75 respectfully. I paid, they drawn my blood for TB and got my physical done. They said come back for your TB result. I went back and collected it no problem! Few days after, I received a bill of $369.97 from Quest diagnostics for some blood test. I was surprised, I never went to Quest! The bill kept coming. I had to go to vybe to verify whats going on! The nurse I met said, they sent my blood sample to Lab, thats why I got bill from Quest. So is between me and Quest! there is nothing she can do! She also said manager isnt around! I said no one told me about lab charge! That was how they put me in unwanted debt! How can I do TB test for $80+$369.97=$449.97?I emailed the address given here. Someone from their billing department contacted me and the issue was resolved. Im no longer responsible for lab bill.Thank you Vybe owner!

I will go back to my PCP. Walked in to facility at 3, only 1 patient in facility. Appointment screen showed only 2 Appointment left for after 4 pm. I may as well visit my regular Dr if Im going to wait 2hrs. Theyll be closed soon.

I left feeling frustrated as I went in for a COVID test and hopefully Paxlovid. My whole family has dealt w COVID this week. My symptoms have increased throughout the week. After taking 6 COVID tests at home, all coming back negative. I was hoping for some answers and relief. Instead I was given a script for Flonase and a mouthwash to gargle with. Was told, even though I have numerous chronic health conditions that affect my quality of life daily and my 2 family members having COVID that I dont qualify for Paxlovid. They wouldnt even do a COVID test. So frustrating and I didnt feel listened too.

I’ve gone there a few times, the most recent was today. The staff was amazing. The Dr was very attentive and made sure my breathing was in the safe zone before discharging. I highly recommend!

Good place if you need a quick service, specially in the weekends or afterhours..they are also very accommodating and will try to get you in.Was just there for a COVID vax for mom-in-love, they got us done in few Monon a Saturday.Never had a bad experience with them.

Kelly was the best PA I have ever met! My 9 yo daughter has anxiety of doctors and Kelly took the time to explain and show her everything before doing anything. My daughter loved her too! I just wish we could go to Kelly for everything now.Also, the staff was friendly and we were lucky and didn’t have to wait even though we didn’t have an appointment.

Cut my finger needing 8 stitches. Sandra did an amazing job stitching my finger. The entire staff was extremely pleasant and professional. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Edited to add: surprise surprise I just got the call back saying my results were positive, and because the provider put no effort into listening to me or taking any substantial amount of time with me, I have been walking around contagious with three young children at home. Had she listened to me perhaps she could have called in antibiotics and my kids wouldnt be sick. Costing me time and money. I will not be returning. Terrible clinical skills.Typically I have good experiences here but this time not so much. I sat and waited 40 minutes to be seen for less than 5 with no answers or opportunity to ask any questions. Not sure how you can properly assess someone who youve been in a room with for less than 5 minutes. When I asked the MA if a flu or COVID test would be done they shrugged their shoulders and said I dunno. Not my call.

I thought i would wait 45 min and was seen within 10 minutes. Beautiful intake by very competent and empathetic nurse. The doc Johanna Moore is second to none. We connected immediately and she provided very sound treatment plan. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Love Johanna and all the staff! Hands down best urgent care experience ever!

This was my first time at this facility since moving to the area a month ago. Although we had a long wait for the PAC , the medical assistant Landa was the most kind, warm hearted, caring and loving person towards me in dealing with my condition. Landa was so patient, reassuring and listened, she shared her experience and that gave me so much comfort, and hope. She went above and beyond by giving my husband and I more information and resources. If she ever became a doctor I would be her first patient.

Dr Seriatos was super nice and able to diagnose me right away “pink eye” which is always fun and they had me on my way in 18 min total . Picked up my medication and was home in under 30 min. Poor service responding to help with a prescription. Would not call the pharmacy back. Hung up on my wife when she called.

I had an urgent need to see the doctor and I was able to get an appointment immediately after signing into the website. I was in their office within 20 minutes. When I arrived, they took me right away in to see the doctor. There were no issues checking in or signing out because all of my information was stored previously in their records from past visits that I have had at the same location. An attendant took my blood pressure and brief history almost immediately after situating me in the room. Within less than five minutes the doctor came into the room. She was thorough and very pleasant and I feel she gave me excellent care. She answered all of my questions and got to the root of the problem quickly. To be fair I have had lengthier wait times at this location in the past I suppose due to them being very busy. But today I would give them an A+ from start to finish. I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to go to Vybe today because my own personal doctor was not able to get me in for my acute problem for three days. It was something I felt could not wait, and it was very good to have Vybe urgent care as an option for my health care in this particular situation.

I brought both of my boys here and paid out of pocket for one of them and the cost was $135. My other son I used Insurance and the cost that day was $0 out of pocket but I received a bill for $154 dollars because Vybe decided to charge the insurance company $380 for the exact SAME service. The face that this company is charging more when you go through insurance is beyond unethical. Just because they know they are going to receive more money from them and force you to pay more than what you would have if you went in and paid out of pocket. The customer service reps in billing are beyond rude and unhelpful. I will never bring a child back to this establishment. What a joke.

First time at this location. Entire experience was top notch. Super easy to schedule and check in online. The staff were all friendly and helpful as was the Dr. The location itself was very clean and cheery. Couldn’t be more satisfied with the care and service.

I went this past Friday and was given great service by the doctor and receptionist. They were both friendly, helpful and efficient. I started filling worse Monday morning so I went back… this time the receptionist was barely present, very unfriendly and curt. I was signed up for the 1st appointment at 8:10. I was not seen until 9:15. When I asked the receptionist how long she thought the weight would be she told me whenever her colleague was ready. When I finally got seen it was a quick half done exam. I said I was having issues with my eyes, my throat and ears. I was told everything was fine but she would call in eyedrops to relieve the irritation. Now I have horrible ear pain, a sore throat and itchy eyes and have lost half a sick day at work for nothing! Very frustrated with service!

Really wasn’t happy with my visit. I went in last week for an issue with my shoulder. All the doctor did was move my arm around a little bit to check my range of motion which was none, I had zero range of motion and she didn’t feel the need to do an X-ray. All she did was prescribe me some anti inflammatories and send me on my way. I ended up going to a different urgent care a few days later that actually took an X-ray and discovered I have calcific tendinitis and needed to see an ortho doctor. My visit with vybe cost me $182 for a 2 minute visit. I won’t be back and I do not recommend.

I went here a few days ago, I was suffering an allergic reaction. The receptionist, did not ask me what was wrong just had me do their checkin/walkin process. Then told me that becsuse I didnt have my insurance card on me they could not treat me and/or I would be charged before my service out of pocket. I asked if they could look up my information the receptionist said no. So if you are every suffering an emergency and literally need urgent care, I would not go here.

We had an awesome experience! My daughters earring backing was stuck in her piercing hole. The doctor was SOO patient, and no one batted an eye when she needed extra time to be brave. Thank you!

I had two reasons to visit the urgent care. An injury to my knee and a TB test for foster parenting documentation.I am not even sure where to begin but the fact that I HAVE to do two individual visit instead of one because they cannot run two transactions in their system is ridiculous. To top it off you are not allowed to do both services the same day for the same reason. People with hourly jobs have to lose out on work for this. People with kids have to make arrangements twice. This really discourages health goals and makes it as inconvenient as possible for folks.Technology is far enough advanced to accommodate two transactions. This is a bottom line rule, nothing else.

Even though I made an appointment, I went in early and got right in to see a doctor. Everyone was friendly, efficient and professional. I was in and out in no time at all with very satisfactory care.

The front desk is really nice but when it came to the doctor, it was super impersonal. I’ve been sick with a terrible cough and fever for over a week and all they tested for was Covid, which was negative so still not sure what is wrong. There are other illnesses: strep, flu, bronchitis, pneumonia… and they didn’t test or look for any of it. It’s super frustrating to spend $100 on a copay, wait 40 minutes to see a doctor (with an appointment), and be super sick and leave without an answer. Not friendly and wouldn’t recommend. Not every sickness is Covid, please test for other illnesses.

This practice is professional and welcoming. I took my mother to Urgent Care and we were very pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend their services. The receptionist, nurse, and physician were very caring and kind.

Very little wait time, receptionist and nursing staff were friendly and efficient. I do appreciate the service that the physician assistant provided but the individual seems to be uneasy around patients and has a prickly personality. This was my second encounter with this individual and I may not return to this facility in the future.

I went in for a gash on my toe requiring 5 stitches. Everyone in the facility was excellent. Some of the best care I have ever received. They made me feel comfortable. Made sure i was not in pain. All were extremely friendly. They took their time with me care despite arriving 20 minutes before they closed. I will be returning to have my stitches removed and if ever needed again this is where I will bring my family.

The ladies who checked me in were pleasant and helpful. I was treated very well. Both the MA and the nurse practitioner genuinely listened and helped. A bit of a wait but I know they moved as quickly as they could due to all of Delco being sick right now.

Watch out for hidden charges. I asked what this was going to cost me and I was told the basic price for the visit but they didnt mention that there were additional costs. The lab fees are reasonable but $115 just to write the prescription? $135 to spend 10 minutes with the nurse practitioner and it took her 2 minutes to write the prescription and charged $115 just to write a prescription for 10 pills? Ridiculous! I think the nurse practitioner could have been a little bit more experienced as well. Did not solve my problem. And Ive never had a doctor that charged extra just to write the prescription

Everyone was professional and courteous. Staff really made me feel at ease, even with my medical anxiety. The doctor was thorough and compassionate, making sure to take the time to address every issue I presented and helping me feel validated throughout my experience. I got the care I needed and truly felt better.

Nice environment. The warmest and friendliest staff from reception all the way through to doctor. Despite being busy with 3 patients ahead of me, they moved very quickly and I was seen within 20 minutes of arriving. Highly recommended if you need to see a doctor!

I was experiencing excruciating lower abdominal pain and the staff was very friendly and compassionate. They took me back quickly to see an NP who was also very kind. I ended up going to the ER because they had no imaging equipment, turns out i had a kidney stone. i am very thankful for the kindness and quick response extended to me while I was experiencing such a traumatic medical issue.

So easy to make an appointment online and I’m not a tech type of person. Everyone from reception to the CNA to the DR was really nice, hospitable , and friendly. Will def be back if need be!! Thanks!

Made an appointment for 315 for a reason. I understand waiting 15 minutes to be seen not over an hour. If you Make an appointment you should come before walkins.

UNIMPRESSED- the staff and office are nice. Thats it. The website says my insurance was ‘in-network’ however it was not. Therefore, I was charged $250, even though the self-pay rate is $135. When I called, they told me the bill had already been processed and closed out. I have have made multiple attempts contacting their billing dept. with NO resolution. Not to mention my son was misdiagnosed, sending us to his pediatrician a few days later with viral pneumonia.

Came in right after opening and wasn’t seen for an hour (only one patient in front of me), receptionist was unfriendly, space was not disability-friendly at all.

During these trying time it really nice to see a friendly staff....There was no wait at all because I had an appointment and everything was done professionally!! I’ll definitely recommend this clinic for anyone to visit. A special thanks to the receptionist, Yolanda I believe was her name, she was very helpful and knowledgeable, she answered all my questions without hesitation. As an auditor for my company I would give the receptionist 10 out of 10, however the lady in the back which I didn’t get her name, should’ve explained what she was doing before hand. A little explanation goes a long way. Overall thanks again for a great experience!

The front desk was helpful and wait time was none! The nurse who took our covid tests was the sweetest, including to our 3 small kids who were with us. She was very kind and professional. Thank you for being a part of our adoption journey in such a stellar way. We drove 40 minutes to be seen here and would do it again. This was a Saturday afternoon appointment.

I don’t recommend this office. A few months back, I needed to have testing done and there were huge errors in ordering the testing with this office between Labcorp and Vybe. I called for the results for 2 weeks before receiving a call with another person’s testing results. After correcting the PA, and doing 2 hours of investigation, I wound up finding out the test I really needed was never performed because Vybe uses outdated paperwork and Labcorp does not do the test that was ordered anymore.When I went into the office to discuss why I didn’t have the missing results, they announced my results to a similar test in the lobby for all to hear and an X-Ray technician declared he reads results for a living and how dare I question him. Turns out, he doesn’t normally read these (or know how to), and when I told him it wasn’t the result I was looking for, he basically told me I’m still wrong and I needed to get over it. (I’m pretty sure that this isn’t only a HIPAA violation, but also an ethics violation and a demonstrated his lack of professional integrity.)I was irate over this and had to have a blood draw done over again after another 2 hours of back and forth, because they initially did not want to be bothered to fix their mistake.When the office manager finally called to discuss it, I was told the whole issue is not their fault because they essentially forgot they’d been told by Labcorp that they don’t do this test anymore and that it’s still my problem, not theirs. I was told that they did an additional draw and they did not need to apologize for the mistakes made. I never received any apologies for the violations or the unprofessionalism, and I was told none of this was their problem, even if they did make mistakes. Do not go here.

Terrible place with horrible services. NO X-ray today but will be available tomorrow why not today ?? am i not paying today for visit. doctors supposed to send to medicine for my son but they only sent one. so i called they said my son told doctor that my son dont need it. i was with my son and he never said it. doctors made mistakes and now they blame on my son. and we have to wait three days for covid test results. anyplace covid test results available in 15 minutes they taking three days.vibe charge lots of money but service is poor. nurse practioner is seeing patience have no idea what to do.Definitely wont go there in future.

My experience here today was actually wonderful I was in and out no long wait times or rude workers the nurses are very sweet and helping and will do everything to make you feel comfortable

Great experience from start to finish! The front office staff member was friendly and got me checked in quickly. The gentleman who took my vitals was friendly and thorough in his review of my issue. The doctor was also friendly and quickly diagnosed my issue. I would highly recommend VYBE for your urgent care needs!

As a walk in I expected a wait, but 2 hrs was a bit excessive when your under the weather. When I did see the PA she literally spent approximately 60 seconds total examining me, told me nothing other than it sounded like Covid symptoms, and ordered a test. It wasn’t until I read my summary that I saw what she thought it was, surprise, an upper respiratory infection. So I basically paid a $50 co pay for a covid test. She asked if I needed a Drs note and I said yes, but unfortunately did not receive one. I called the following day requesting one. I had to call again the following day requesting it and still have yet to receive it. However, the gentleman who took my vitals was awesome, empathetic, and super kind which is why I gave 3 stars.

Everyone one that worked there was pleasant and made my visit comfortable. I interacted with 4 different people and all of them were helpful and professional. Everyone took their time and explained everything clearly and took the time to ensure they had all of the information they needed. I highly recommend this urgent care. Also everything was clean and everyone was masked.

The care and attention I received from the doctor and support staff in the rear clinic was excellent. However, the initial intake experience left a lot to be desired. Not very welcoming and not accommodating.

We made an appointment for my son, arrived early and completed all of the paperwork 15 minutes before the appointment time. It took them 35 minutes after the appointment time to bring my son back for his height, weight, temperature. Then they put us in a claustrophobic room to wait another 20 minutes. When we opened the door to get some air, they scolded us. At that point, we reminded them that we had an appointment and that they were not able to provide the service of evaluating my sons illness that we wanted our money back and would leave. Of course, they claimed that they had no authority to do so and had to call their manager, who was unavailable. We left in disgust and will continue to pursue a refund. I am not sure why they accept appointments if they have no ability to honor them. Very disappointed and not recommended.UPDATE 12/13/2022 - VYBE processed the refund.

I had a great experience at vybe. The staff were awesome. Easy check in. Had an x ray done, great tech, and was seen by a wonderful PA. She had a wit about her that really put you at ease. her knowledge and thoughtfulness were a welcome thing today. Great staff, Decent outcome and great advice. Would definitely come back.

Front desk employee had THE BEST costumer service skills that Ive experienced in a very long time. She was informative, patient, and kind. Everyone I encounter was awesome. Facility is clean and welcoming.

I took my son to have his sports physical for school done after finding out last minute that he needed one the next day for tryouts. I was able to get him a same day appointment and it was quick and convenient. Everyone was nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Not happy with the physician care. She’s was very fast, did not do a through exam and it felt like she had one foot out the door for the 15 seconds that she spend in the room. We will not come back!

I was scheduled for both a flu shot and a CIVID booster. Upon arrival I was informed they didn’t have the COVID booster which means I have to schedule another appointment somewhere else. In addition they didn’t accept my insurance which provides for a paid-for flu shot. Highly recommend going somewhere else.

I didnt know what to expect when I booked an appt online. The online checkin process was simple and extremely efficient. I got there and I didnt have any wait. The receptionist was awesome, incredibly friendly and helpful. Everything was quick and easy. They took my medical history and vitals and a few minutes later the doctor came in to check me out.I was out of there in under 45 minutes and my prescription was ready when I got to my pharmacy. I was very impressed with the profesionality of Vybe, and the free coffee station was a nice surprise. I would definitely come back here again and recommend it unlike some of the other franchises that waste you time and money.
