Everything about my experience was impressively easy, from scheduling the appointment and completing paperwork online to interacting with the professional staff. Upon arrival, Kayla greeted me warmly, and within minutes, I was called in for blood work. Yari, the technician, was not only professional but also ensured I felt comfortable throughout the brief procedure. I highly recommend this testing location.

The Lab is clean and spacious. Kayla and Yari were very pleasant, professional and friendly. The check-in process was simple, quick and easy. My appointment was timely. I have been here several times and experienced the same customer service each time. The Lab offers a large variety of tests whether for your personal or medical needs. Its also easy to park at and walk in to their location. I was in/out in under 10 minutes this time. Very efficient service.

What a great experience! Had to take my 3yr old son in to get blood work and this was his first time getting blood taken successfully. Naturally, he did not “enjoy” the process but Alex and Liz were FANTASTIC. They communicated effectively, they were patient, kind, and caring. Liz is hands down the best phlebotomist I’ve ever had. Normally I feel faint during and after drawing blood and for the first time ever, it didn’t happen. She was quick and efficient. I came as walk-in to Anylab Test in Miramar and was pleasant helped by Lisette. She was very patient earlier on the phone explaining about the tests I was looking for and when I arrived she had done some researches herself to make sure it was what I needed. The tests when quickly and I was in and out with my son. I totally recommend it this Lab.

I was promptly greeted by Patricia! She was very professional and answered all of my questions. Literally in and out in about15-20 minutes. Usually I have issues with drawing my blood, but she made my experience great and was able to take my blood on the first draw. I would definitely return.

Liz was excellent, my mother is always having issues drawing her blood in other labs coming home all bruised because her veins doesn’t show well but Liz at Any Lab did it from the first time with no bruising. My mother felt very well. Highly recommended

I visited the Miramar location for lab work and I must say that the place was very clean and sterile. I was greeted by Kayla and she was very friendly and pleasant, this calmed me being I have anxiety and white coat syndrome I felt safe. Alexandria was great also she was friendly and took my labs with ease. These young ladies should get an increase of pay it seems they do their job with compassion and they seem to love what they do. I scheduled labs at the Miramar Any Lab test location and I was in and out. The customer service was great and friendly. I will definitely use them again and refer friends and family.

Amazing staff and environment. I take my mom here to get blood drawn regularly. Always a very pleasant experience for her. Kayla usually takes care of her and always makes her feel calm, as her veins can be difficult to find. All the staff is always very nice & attentive though. Very clean lab as well and staff wears their masks at all times.

I scheduled an appointment and pre paid for the service that I was required to take for my school ( I was recommended by my school advisor to go to any lab now ). I arrived a few minutes early before my scheduled appointment (I was not sure if there would be any required paper works needed to be filled out and wanted to ensure I had the appropriate amount of time) as I walked in I was not greeted with a professional greeting. Instead I was met with an unprofessional and obnoxious “love, I’m really busy right now and I’m by myself so it’s going to be a while”. By Liz. The proper way to greet an incoming customer is to say “hello/ good morning/ how can I help you”. I told Liz that I had an appointment and what my service was for. I proceeded to sit down and wait patiently. After some time past a new customer walked in and was greeted with a more professional response that all customers should receive “hi, good morning, do you have an appointment? “ (she was white ). The second incident occurred on the same day once Liz was ready to begin assisting me she proceeded to shout from across the room while with another customer “are you here for…?” Then walks up to me and motions towards her vagina and lower abdomen and mutters something about some sort of test that SHE ASSUMED I WAS THERE FOR because she thought I was another customer. (Stereotyping and very ignorant mistake) I felt that it’s highly disrespectful and embarrassing. She then says “sorry, I thought you were someone else.” When I checked in first I told her my name and what service I was there for. The third included occurred a day later (December 8, 2023) when I went to pick up the paper copy results. As I am waiting for Liz to make a copy so that I can provide one to my school, in front of another associate at the check out counter she obnoxiously says “you’re negative”. Now I know I was there for a test required by my school and I know that this test was solely for admission process. However it is against hippa law, extremely disrespectful and violating to EVER tell a a customers personal information (test results) in public. My test results was never going to be anything but negative unlike her ignorance and stereotyping expected.I usually don’t write reviews however I found Liz to be UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE and INAPPROPRIATE. Please provide basic customer service and ethic training to your EMPLOYEES.

The 2 ladies that were there when me and my GF walked were extremely friendly, kind, and knowledgeable! All our blood work was quick and easy and didn’t even feel the needle puncture my skin!

I highly recommend Any Lab Test Now in Miramar. I have been using them very frequently for over a year now and Patricia and Kayla have been consistent with exceptional customer service and professionalism. She is genuinely concerned for your well being and makes sure you are ok before leaving the facility. Their facility is always clean and all COVID-19 precautions are taken. The day prior to my pre employment drug screen, I was in the urgent care with a fever of almost 109! Needless to say I wasn’t feeling well when I arrived to Any Labs. The young lady (I believe her name was Kayla.. well at least that’s what my paperwork says) that performed my drug screen was extremely nice, caring, professional & efficient! I really appreciated that. My wait time was little to none! I was literally in and out in 10 minutes!!! It takes that long just to sign-in with Quest! Just overall great experience! What a great experience! Went in for a ppd test and found out that the placement and interpretation is only $39. Ill take it.
