This is a fantastic group of people. You never feel pressured, and they answer all your questions with patience and respect—no judgment or eye-rolling. Paul is extremely knowledgeable, and Dominique and the ladies up front are always a pleasure to deal with. If you’re reading these reviews and wondering if they’re exaggerated, I can assure you they’re not. I even waited a few months to write this to be sure, and the positive reviews are 100% accurate!

I don’t even know where to begin… so, let me share with you some one-year comparison photos. OptimizeU has changed my life. I had already begun to eat healthy and attend the gym regularly when I met Dr. Stohl and his team but I was not seeing the results I wanted on the scale.I was nervous about weighing in (much to my surprise I had lost 40 lbs on my own!) and speaking about my health issues and I had felt much shame that I allowed myself to become so unhealthy. From the time I walked into the office, Dominique and the ladies behind the desk were so supportive and welcoming. Dr. Stohl took the extra time to listen and find the best plan for me.Needless to say, I’m 88 lbs lost and I’m not done.Now the stuff nobody wants to read: Results won’t happen over night. OptimizeU is not a shortcut: you have to put in the work and you have to eat right. But you can do it. I believe in you.I went from overweight and unmotivated to marathon runner. If I can do it, so can you.

Staffs awesome recovery options are endless I use them everyday to recoup from workouts and playing softball the nights before the Doctors are very knowledgeable and get u on the right track. If your on the fence about coming in and trying it don’t wait any longer they can get u on the right track and feeling like a better version of yourself. Remember normal is optimal

Great experience with the provider Paul. He recommended after going over my blood work with him to get on Testosterone. #over50 , Im so glad Optimize came to my town, (so is my wife!). Im starting feel like a real man again! The staff at Optimize is great. Very professional. Go get get your levels checked. (for me its T Injections, red light, compressions and cryo therapy). 5 stars if you could stay open later or earlier.....

I have been going to Optimize U for almost a month. I have done the compression, cryo, red light, and sauna. All have been amazing. The entire team is super friendly and helpful. Hanna, Dominique, and Angie have all been fantastic at explaining everything available and how to use each therapy offered. Hannah draws blood like an expert and she is incredibly funny.

Love this new facility. I’ve literally visited this place at least twice a week since I’ve signed up. The front desk staff gave me a tour of the facility my initial visit. Explained all the different methods of recovery that they offered at the facility, and the benefits of their use. Since I’ve been coming here, I feel like it has truly reduced my recovery time, and the labs have given me better insight on what’s really going on with my body. As someone who really likes to keep track of their overall wellbeing, I’m really glad this facility is around, and appreciate the awesome staff that’s here to support it.

Had a great experience from start to finish at Optimize U - Hopkinsville. From the time I walked in and was warmly greeted by the staff I knew that it would be a good experience. The facility is immaculately clean and up to date on equipment. The Dr thoroughly went over labs with a detailed description of results. They’ve got a ton to offer and looking forward to the new Cryotherapy they will have soon!

I use the red light sauna five days a week when I am able to. The staff makes it easy to schedule and coming into a clean/ welcoming facility is the best way to start my day!I also use the clinic, getting regular bloodwork to make sure that my body is functioning at full potential has me feeling exceptional and has completely changed my life mentally and physically.

They definitely go above and beyond to make sure you are the best version of you..

Stopped in to try the cold plunge, It was definitely cold! But after the 3 minute session I felt great! It cleared up my leg and lower back aches and pains.
