People are friendly buts that’s about it. I went in because i was really in pain! they told me that they needed to run some test to be able to medicate me. So they did and after 3 days (still with pain) i had no word from them. I called and they said it takes long to get the results so idk.Don’t waste your money

My daughter has been to this Clinic. Ive never experienced any Doctors office anywhere in Houston where the receptionist says they cant speak any English at all. The doctors speak English. Theres no excuse or reason for that. So Im assuming that they only see patients that speak Spanish??. Thats definitely discrimination.

Displeased with this clinic, had bloodwork done with them to ensure my metabolic system could take the medicine I needed and was told I would receive a call back to let me know my results were ready within 24 hours. I never did receive a call, I had to reach out to them four days later. When I asked why they didn’t call me they said they called “todo el mundo” to let them know results were in. I don’t even know what this means because I never got a call, if they did contact someone, it was NOT me. This office seems disorganized and uncaring about its patients. Will definitely not recommend nor return.

They are judgmental and the care I received was not a good one. Don’t waste your money on this Clinic I had to pay $75 for nothing to be done.

It was affordable and helpful to get me back in good shape. They speak English and Spanish, they are great.

Horrible intrusive marketing.They leave paper advertisements on the window of my car when it is parked at home. They get wet and adhere to the glass making them almost impossible to get off.Please go somewhere with more self-respect.

This is true ✅.Abusive and deceptive.I came because I have a sore throat (20 dollar consultation) without fever or body ache. After he told me that I need amoxicillin, he told me that he is not going to prescribe it to me if I dont get vaccines ($340) and a COVID test (I didnt even ask how much).Negligence and poor medical practices.Knowing that I feel bad and need medicine, I let myself go without prescribing anything. The doctor didnt want to give me his information and made excuses that “the system” wont let him. That is to say, either I get vaccines (340) or he doesnt give me the medicine that (he knows) I need. (You know why he said it in the consultation).Inappropriate“You dont look Mexican” I dont know what image the doctor has of Mexicans but this comment is uncomfortable and racist to me, especially if I come for a professional consultation. Likewise, to see my throat he used his cell phone because the equipment did not work.

Apart from the fact that they dont explain the indications for the medications, they screw you up. I have had diarrhea due to antibiotics that they prescribed and I have been like this for weeks. Furthermore, patience is what is needed the most because you can see the boredom on their faces.
