I called & asked how much a wellness check would cost. they told me it was $65. I ended up doing a physical & pap smear because it had been awhile since I did so I figured why not.I did not expect to get slapped with a $500+ bill especially because I came to find out the reason for my bruising. I find out that my alkaline phosphate levels are abnormal. I’m not sure who I spoke to but they said normal levels are 41-45 but mine is only 40 which isn’t that significant. then they said I need to come back to get that checked again. I asked “what for if they’re gonna get the same results. I want to know what the solution is to raise them. not pay to take the same test again.” she answers with “because it’s protocol”. to which I respond, “is that necessary if I haven’t made any changes?” then she said she would ask “dr jones”. at that point, i’m frustrated thatI paid $500 for what seems like nothing.it seems like they just wanted to get more money. I was recommended to eat more chicken & veggies. that I would be referred to a hematologist instead. although she was very nice, I didn’t realize NP jones was in fact not a doctor until I saw her certification on the wall upon leaving.

Dr. Jones is not only the most gorgeous soul Ive ever met, but she also possesses an incredible understanding and empathy. Her treatment of me and my entire family has been nothing short of outstanding. She exudes professionalism while creating a warm and welcoming environment. I am incredibly grateful for her care.

Dr. Jones is very understanding about ones health and is very helpful. I have referred her many times to my friends as I feel she is very good at what she does. Well done doctor! Youre the best!!! Keep up the good work!!!

I been visiting Dr. Jones over 10 years, I’m happy to stay with her, her nurses are so friendly any cuestion respond right away. Any time a got the right medicine I don’t have to comeback to see her for the same thing, my family goes to her everybody feels so happy. I recommend her in you medical needs. Absolutely phenomenal service. Ms.Jones has the most amazing bedside manners. My family of 8 has been going to her for years and she’s never failed at excellent care. She is very thorough and our medical needs are most definitely met. No matter the ailment, she always take outstanding care of us, get us the wellness we need or if necessary, refer us out to necessary physicians according to the situation to ensure that we get the best care possible. I’ve also sent other friends who all regaled on the outstanding visit. My children still see her now as adults and I will continue as well. I highly recommend Emmaus Healthcare and wish there were more stars to give.

Dr. Cheryl Jones is an amazing doctor and human being. She is so knowledgeable and her bedside manner is unmatched. She is an angel on Earth. She takes the time to explain what you need to know and even additional advice. She listens. She cares. If she can’t help because it isn’t her specialty, she will find you the help you need. The staff is always so courteous and friendly. Dr. Jones is amazing, she is always so attentive, caring. My mom struggled in finding a PCP where she felt at ease and felt like she was in good hands and we are so glad to have been recommended to see Dr. Jones, we cannot thank her enough for getting my moms diabetes and other health problems under control.

I like the doctors service and attention. I live far away and I come here because she always gives me the right medicine.They give me an appointment the same day and they accept my insurance.

I never wait longer than 10 minutes to see the doctor. Dr. Cheryl Jones is always kind and uplifting. She thinks outside the box with issues and makes sure everything is taken care of. She finds all the specialists for me within my insurance which is a huge help.

What I can say..they are simply THE BEST!!!Dr. Jones is very kind, caring, professional, and listens to all your questions and concerns. The staff is very friendly and make you feel like home every time (they always know my name). Walk-in or appointment they call you in right away never have a waited more than 10-15 minutes to be called in. Every time I go get my blood drawn I dont feel a thing! The results come in fast and they call you right away. They have a system that receives messages and their office phone number also receives pictures such as insurance cards! That was a major plus seeing that a lot of us live a busy and stressful life they make it so much easier for us. They give you referrals and give you any kind of information you need.I took my mom to their office and my mom LOVED them as well. I totally recommend her office 100% for your medical needs. Very sweet ,nice doctor and staff, very attentive. However wouldnt go back since she doesnt provide additional refills. One time fill and then you have to come back , to pay again for visit.

I love taking my daughters to this clinic, since they are all super friendly, I like how they all are. They are very kind people and they do know how to take care of the patient. I like how she is the doctor who really shows that she analyzes the patients situation just like everyone else. 😁
