The lady at the checkin is using her phone while requesting all patients complete all the forms online and scan their own id with their phone, even though they are in pain!!!???!!! So what the lady is there for? She does this so she can relax and browse quietly lol. The doctors are excellent, kind, and polite, but the receptionist is there only for her Netflix 🤮

I recently took my son for a sports physical, and we had an excellent experience. We were seen right away with minimal waiting time. Dr. Ali was very professional, and the staff, especially Maribel, was courteous and efficient. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking prompt and professional care!

Needed to get physical for my daughter for her school to play soccer as quick as possible due to time. And On Point Urgent care accommodated to what we needed. Front personal was knowledgeable and respectful and also provided me with the missing paperwork that I was missing.Great staff.

This urgent care is one of the urgent cares I’ve been going to for around 3 years and they are super focused and worried about getting you in and out as quickly as possible. They are one of many that do walk-ins I really recommend OnPoint Urgent Care

Had a physical done for my child at the beginning of this year. Unfortunately, HISD would not accept it and didnt inform me that all physicals for the next school year must be completed after May 15th. I had to find a last minute place that was able to do it because my childs doctor was completely booked.I went to OnPoint Urgent Care and they got us in and out in no time. Fast service, reliable medical doctors, clean facilities, and cost efficient. At the end of next school year, I will make sure to get this done after the 15th at this location on Richmond.Thanks for being On Point

Came in for a H.S. physical for my Son. No appointment needed, it was quick, the Staff were friendly and courteous. We were in and out in 15min.Highly recommend.

I visited this location with extensive cough, migraine test for most of viruses and high fever. They made me wait for 2 hrs to say at the end that xray technician won’t come and if I want I can go to emergency and check there (pay another time way more). Prescribed with steroids. I found another urgent care with xray in place to get pneumonia confirmed and strong recommendation to stay away from steroids as they can make it worse. Would be better to go to a different place from the beginning to save health, time and money.Update: and a month later I receive a bill that doesn’t count for the charge that was made the day of visit any try to double charge me for the service that was damaging my health. I wish I could give less that one star.

I had to get two physical done today one for my daugther thats in middle school and one for my son that in high school it wasnt bad at all I walked in with two youth kids no appointment at all very clean they took they time really did the physical my son where glasses so it took maybe a extra 10 min but other than that my daugther went threw with it with a breezy very happy I came here for they pcp doctor I would have had to wait for a month in school’s give you a weeks top’s to get this done so I would come here as many times I can if needed

Brought my son here and he loved the theme of the room and very kid friendly. The wait time was not long which is always a plus compared to regular emergency rooms.

No wait when I arrived, and was seen asap. Fast and friendly service!

If I could rate it zero stars I would because they did nothing for me. I have never felt like such a burden to a medical staff in my life until I came here to receive care. I came about an hour til closing and I felt like my entire appointment was so rushed. I explained to the RN & Physician multiple times that I was experiencing alarming symptoms from mosquito bites that became infected from a work trip to a tropical part of the world. They literally brushed off my concerns and spoke to me as if I was being dramatic about my symptoms. For a $90 copay all they did was take a covid and flu test and told me they would call me about the results. After I tested negative, they didn’t give me a referral or prescription for the symptoms I experienced. I felt so neglected from this visit. The fact that I was not given proper discharge directions was literally an act of negligence on their end. In addition, I asked for a doctors note as proof I went to urgent care (as requested by my job) and the front desk attendant just scribbled a half ask doctors note to the point my employer even thought was a fake forged note. Every encounter in this office was just so lackluster. You are better off taking to health concerns somewhere else because they clearly are not passionate about care in this office. Pretty facility in a nice area but lack of professional staff.

Not only were they affordable, but the care was great quality and made me feel very comfortable and taken care of. DISHONEST BILLING. THEY TELL YOU THEY ACCEPT YOUR INSURANCE EVEN WHEN THEY ARE NOT IN YOUR INSURANCE NETWORK.Before going here to take a Covid+flu test, I called them to verify two things to make sure I didn’t get a surprise bill. First, that they were an urgent care and not an ER. Second, that they take my insurance.I paid my $40 copay as expected, but then a few months later I got a bill for about $550. I thought there must be a mistake, so I reviewed the explanation of benefit. It turns out that this urgent care was out of network. I even called the appointment number again and asked if they took my insurance, and they lied again. Filing an out of network claim for a patient is NOT the same as accepting the patient’s insurance.
