Arash Rahi

Very warm and friendly. Dr Rahi puts you at ease with his great smile and great sense of humor. Some times the wait is a bit long, however in my opinion totally worth the time as Dr Rahi is taking the time to listen to you and answer any questions to your satisfaction. I picked him out doing an Internet search, and I feel so blessed that I picked him.

Having had open heart surgery as a child I can panic when faced with any new procedures. Dr. Rahi is an amazingly kind doctor with a great personality and sense of humor that he is adept at using to distract and calm you. He explains conditions and tests thoroughly, taking time to answer every question you may have. Even in the midst of the procedure I felt respected and informed every step of the way, providing me with comfort knowing he and his team were aware of and concerned for my well-being. Highly recommended!

Dr. Rahi and his entire staff are beyond awesome. Everyone seriously knows what they are doing. I was extremely nervous about my condition, but everyone, including the lovely lady at the front desk, was so calm and cheerful, that I felt way better and assured that I had come to the right place. I’m signed in under my husbands account… Dr Rahi was amazing. He had great presence to put you at ease. I was very stressed about my appointment but he was able to give me peace of mind knowing he knows what my issues are and how to fix them. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone! I appreciated that he had several thorough tests to make sure that my complete issue is addressed and will be fixed all at once. The surgery went well. The recovery wasn’t my favorite but I’m grateful for the results. It was worth the discomfort. I’m 6 weeks recovered and have been amazed at how much of a difference the surgery made! I can’t believe it took so long to find the right Dr for this issue but Dr Rahi is definitely the one to see for prolapsed bladder/prolapsed uterus/cystocele/rectocele problems.

Dr Rahi is the most caring and knowledgeable doctor you will ever find. When I initially met with him I was so confused on what to do with a prior diagnosis from another doctor. I almost went and had surgery with someone else until a friend of a friend went out of her way and told me I must meet with Dr Rahi first. She had a similar situation as me and insisted I see him. I was hesitant at first but also desperate to make sure I was making the right decision. I was also so nervous seeing him as I had NEVER been seen by a male doctor before. I made the call and the office staff was so kind over the phone and worked some magic to get me in. From the first moment I saw him he made me feel so comfortable, his bedside manner is top notch. After examining me he literally took his time and drew me pictures of what was happening with my body/uterus/bladder etc and what a “normal” woman looks like. I was blown away and even said to him “wow you explained that so well and I was so confused before why can’t everyone explain things like this” his response was “I just really love my job.” Needless to say I scheduled my surgery with him that same day and now almost three years later I have no regrets. This review is well over due but I think it’s also good to hear that I’m still great years later and living my best life. I’ve recommended several friends to him who’ve also all been pleased and happy. I actually look forward to my appointments and checkups, the entire staff is so sweet and welcoming. First time visit. Office not busy. But waited a half hour half naked for him. Centipedes crawling all over the floor. He said I guess we need an exterminator. Not too informative. The girl that checked me out was born with an attitude. I asked her to cheer up as it would help the patient and I left.

Very welcoming reception desk staff,,office waiting room was not crowded indicating to me that appointments are spaced with respect for time with the doctor without being over booked. There was a steady flow of patients coming in and leaving.Nursing staff were warm and welcoming. Doctor was likewise. Where do I begin? I have been a patient of many offices, but this office by far has been the best experience of my life. Dr Rahi has blessed hands. I suffered depression for over 17 years because of incontinence and because a previous foreign faulty object was implanted years ago I felt I had no hope. 5 star office and Surgeon. Dr. Rahi makes you feel so comfortable durning a thorough consult, very informative test to really see what he can do for optimal help for you. I had surgery 2.5 weeks ago. From the minute I arrived at the hospital for the surgical procedure I had done he had me smiling and laughing . I stayed in the hospital 1 night and home the next day with very informative post care. The follow up is within minutes if you have a question about anything pre or post op. The staff in office is amazing as well. Always very attentive and helpful. Thank you Dr. Rahi and staff for helping me feel so much better.

The doctors treatment is good, he explained to me that I had to have surgery and that my insurance covered this operation, he gave me a cystoscopy and another test and they will coordinate the operation which was changed twice, first because the assistant did not send the documentation on time to the insurance and this one did not approve for the date and second because the doctor was going on vacation for the arrival of his baby, something that the assistant did not anticipate and so on the third time as scheduled they operated on me. Only 1 person in the doctors clinic speaks Spanish and translates very poorly. They do not use a computer translator like in other clinics, which makes communication easier. I felt discriminated against and misunderstood. The nurses were very friendly and treated me very well.The day of the surgery when I left the room I did not see the doctor until the next day when I was discharged, there was no explanation for anything.Once at home they never called me to find out if I was in pain or if I was okay, the assistant made a mistake again and instead of giving me the appointment for 15 days she gave it a week and I went to the clinic out of pleasure, supposedly it was to remove the tube from the urine that they had already removed from me at the hospital and they didnt know, then I returned the other week and the one who recognized me vaginally was a nurse, NOT THE DOCTOR) THIS AMAZED ME, I called and told me about my pain and discomfort and they did an analysis urine It was fine, finally almost a month later I managed to see the doctor who did an examination and said that everything was fine and that after 4 months it would no longer hurt at all, I told him that I felt the same or worse than before the surgery but I didnt worry, I received 2 bills to pay and the insurance informed me that the assistant did not send the documents required for payment, that she did not respond to her emails, I called and they did not pay any attention to me, so I filed the complaint and I am going now by a second medical opinion because I am not sure that I have done everything that I have in my written report, I am still the same or worse without counting the mesh that was put in, that procedure is already somewhat obsolete and has given very bad results, so I feel very Frustrated with all this, my advice is to go somewhere else because the assistants work very poorly and the doctor in my case remains the same.

My perception is that the Doctor has a lot of experience.
