The Vice Practice

This place is amazing!! I can not express how wonderful the staff, doctor/NP and just everyone is. Not only are they great individuals but they are amazing at their jobs and love their job. You can tell this is a lifestyle for them and not just a job. Their level of care is just phenomenal. It is very hard to express over a review how lucky and happy I am to have found this practice and how much they have exceeded my expectations in just the first visit. I will be back for more appointments and looking forward to getting the care I feel like everyone in this life deserves. I am from AZ so I drive a little over an hour and a half to the practice and back home (3 hours on the road) just to get this level of care and attention. I would 1000/10 recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

I just had the pleasure of meeting with Dr. Visceral and her staff. I would highly recommend this practice based on the great service I received as a first patient. The doctor was very personable and thorough.

A very clean, welcoming and detailed primary care. Walked in and was greeted by the staff immediately and was helped out in an efficient manner. While waiting to be seen by a doctor, Gary comes around, welcomes you and offers water as you wait. So kind. Doctor was so informative during and after check up. Gave great care advice. As I wait, Gary comes around again to check on our experience, making sure questions were answered. They offer many treatments for men and for women.

I’ve been coming to the Vice Practice since July. Since my first visit, I’ve felt very taken care of and listened to. All of my concerns have always been addressed and taken seriously. I’ve also never felt more physically “well.” I used to get sick every single month. Since coming to the Vice Practice and starting the medication/vitamin regimen they recommended, I haven’t been sick and feel better than ever. I almost don’t want to tell people about them because I don’t want it to start being hard to get appointments, but everyone deserves good healthcare, and you’ll definitely receive that here. Highly recommend!!!

After going through a few doctors, my housemate found this one and I’m glad I finally switched. Big sell was a LGBTQ+ page on the site, and no one has made me feel like I could not share important information here. The staff have all been incredibly wonderful, welcoming and personable. Heard all my concerns and looking forward to establishing a better care routine for chronic issues.

The Vice Practice is a delightful surprise! All staff are so kind and welcoming. Providers are thorough and are incredibly mindful. Every bit of my medical history was picked apart and considered when discussing plans for healthcare moving forward.Preventative care is a huge focus as well as mental health. Providers take a holistic approach to your care.LGBTQIA+ friendly to boot!

I finally found a home doctor office where I feel soo comfortable!! The Vice Practice is the absolutely best place for all your medical needs. The whole staff are like family from Angel,Tamika, Annie , NP Ramos and the rest of the staff! I could go on and on but without a doubt they are full of love ! I can’t wait til my next appointment !Not to mention LGBTQ friendly!

I am a very picky person when it comes to Healthcare.. But I have to say the team at the vice practice are always so sweet, kind, compassionate, understanding and just all around a great office. They are always smiling and offering water or ways to make the patients feel welcome. The Drs are great and I love that everything is explained to me not just dr language then out the door with a bunch of unanswered questions. I highly recommend and the fact that they are so understanding with the LGBTQ+ communities is just a bonus bonus🥰😍🥰😍

Clean facility. The staff was wonderful and Dr Viceral was awesome. Came here a little weirded out because of prior experiences with Drs in Vegas, but this place was nothing like I thought. She was quick and very informative!

I have never felt so comfortable going to a doctors office. The staff was amazing from the moment I walked in. It almost felt unreal. And to top it off, the Dr Ramos, was so kind, friendly and made you feel heard. It almost felt too good to be true but I’m happy that I am now a patient at this office. I have never felt so comfortable coming into a new practice, from the moment I walked in the front desk staff was amazing and welcoming. Miss Tamika was so nice and understanding as I was getting checked in and getting vitals checked. Annie was especially nice in getting me all checked in. Dr. Viceral was so thorough and listened to all of my questions and concerns and never once made me feel rushed. I’m excited to continue with this practice and with Dr. Viceral. I truly felt like I am going to be cared for here.

The Doctor and staff here has been the very best with assisting me with my health and my transition. They are very knowledgeable and always care about the wellness of their patients. I truly would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a physician that gives the best healthcare.

Best place I’ve been to. I always have anxiety coming to the doctor but they make me feel so comfortable. Anytime I am here, they never fail to make me smile and a part of their crew. I don’t feel like a patient which is important for me. They always listen to my concerns and don’t have me waiting a long time!

I came to Vice for a new PCP and they are so welcoming. Cristina is nice, attentive and answered all my concerns. We set up a gamePlan for my physical and getting screened for breast cancer. Can’t wait for my follow up

This place is AMAZING!!! I am a 45 year old woman who has had 46 surgeries and have gone through many primary Drs because I could never find one that would listen to me. They would look at my history and age and make their decisions based on those two things and not my experiences. Dr. Visceral was very different! She, not only explained everything in depth she also took the time to listen and base her treatment decisions on the full picture that I gave her!! I can’t say enough about how different her approach has been. For the first time in many years I have hope of getting the right tests and referrals and finally getting answers about my health problems. Finally, I’ve found a primary care physician that I not only trust but feel safe with. Highly, highly recommend this clinic!

Do not go here! Wrost process ever! I have to call every month for new prescription because the do not know how to write one. They accused me of filling a prescription in TX which is not true. Then they treat me like crap when I try to correct the situation. Worst front desk and the doctor will not listen to your side of the story. I have yet to be able to speak with her about the issue since its started. My prescription is now going to be 2 weeks late at no fault of my own. We have blood work on the 24th, appointment on the 13th and refill due on the 1st. But no refill until seen by the provider. Dont go here if you want to save your sanity.

I should probably wait a few days to calm down before I write this, but Im just so disappointed and frustrated. I work with a functional medicine provider out of state, but need someone local that is an md or np for labs and one prescription. I came to this practice because of the stellar reviews despite it being across town from me. It was totally worth it to find someone willing to work with me and my other healthcare provider. I was very upfront about what my needs were and Dr. Visceral was enthusiastic and fully on board. I was elated.Fast forward to new lab work that I requested. I made my appt, met with the other provider in the office, I cant remember her name, she was very nice. My labs were drawn on 10/5/24 at LabCorp and by 11/14/24 I still had no results from the lab. So I called the practice to see if they had received them. I have an appt with my other provider on 11/15/24 and was very much expecting to be able to share those results. But No. The Vice Practice would not send my lab results to me because they had only received part of them. I was fine with them just sending what they had. They refused. Im beyond frustrated that my personal health record is being held captive. Its my lab work from my own blood that I paid for. I do not understand the issue. So Im leaving what I thought was an ideal arrangement and I have to start over again. I am fuming. Beware if this might be an issue for you. I would not recommend this practice.

I would get this place negative stars if possible not only that I wait for over three hours and send over numerous pages of medical documents that are not even reviewed until my time of visit. I was lied to about the services that were offered and told that they could help me with my pain management after Ive been displaced from the hurricanes however, the only thing that happened was I was charged $150 and no services happened. In fact they wanted to charge me another $150 for blood work. They offered to give me a script 7 day script to come in after when the blood work came back. all of this wouldve been fine. It couldve been explained to me prior to my visit, but none none of this was I was told they would be able to help manage my pain and management since Ive been displaced from the hurricane from Florida and now I feel like Ive been robbed out of $150 for no reason and got no help. Additionally, they asked me to pay another $150 for blood work I dont need or want. Pretty terrible experience after you lost everything in a hurricane to be treated by a doctor like this

Best primary care in las vegas. They are lgbtq friendly and the staff here truly cares about their patients. They are family ran and will treat you as part of their family. They take the time to listen and address your health concerns and dont try to rush you out like a lot of other places do here in Vegas.

So where to start as soon as you walk in the door you feel like youre at home! The staff is sweet attentive and just all around wonderful! I appreciate that everytime I come for an appt or call with an issue they are more than accommodating. If youre LGBTQ I 10000% recommend the vice practice. Even if youre not theyre still just as good of a practice. Tameka is newer but theres not a time weve visited that she didnt have a smile on her face. Lizet is one of the providers I see and shes never made me feel uncomfortable or unaccepted in any way. What can I really say besides theyre all amazing and nice and the doctor answered all my questions the best she could. Im glad I took the chance and chose their office!! Keep up the amazing work vice youre doing it the way all drs offices should!!

Staff from reception to the nurse practitioner , nurses and staff who did my bloodwork were all exceptional and very professional. Morever, it’s also easy to talk and ask questions. They made my visit really comfortable

Just got done with my partners first appointment with Dr. Visceral and am very pleased. She was very thorough and made sure we understood and had everything we needed for our next appointment. Great bedside manner.

I would not recommend this practice to anyone. I had the worst experience here. First of all, I was charged a co-pay with my insurance because they decided not to verify my insurance . My insurance agent contacted them and tried to get it taken care of and we sat on the phone with them for 35 minutes on hold and no one came back. My agent actually got it taken care of after a week and stated that they should be reimbursing me the money. After waiting for two weeks on the reimbursement check to come , I inquired about it and I was told I had to wait an additional 30 days for them to mail it out. Then I was given a referral to have imaging done on my foot and the referral ended up being for the wrong foot. Mind you the NP examined my foot in the office. When I called about it they informed me that in order to get the referral corrected they would charge me an additional fee for another visit.(This is after they incorrectly charge me the first time) And that it was my fault that the NP wrote the referral for the wrong foot. They informed me that they recorded my doctors visit in the office and I told them the wrong foot although the doctor examined the visually swollen foot. I would give this facility zero stars. I actually work in a healthcare environment and the treatment I was given by this facility was not sufficient whatsoever.

I love this place. I’ve never felt so taken care of. The doctor takes a lot of time to make sure I’m understood and I understand what she’s informing me. The staff is so helpful. I can’t speak highly enough!

Was a new patient here and able to get a quick appointment for my concerns with Dr. Viceral, was greeted from lovely staff from each position. Had questions and concerns answered thoroughly by Dr. Viceral, will be looking forwards to continuing to come here regarding my health.

From my first time meeting and greeting the staff here, its been ideal. Office staff is kind and will continously check in on you if waiting in a room for more than 5-10 mins providing an update. Never had this at other doctor offices!Now, Ive been on a mission to interview a new PCP for myself and family, and I believe we have found a WINNER!Lizet Ramos has by far displayed exemplary bedside manners and is completely thorough with wanting to obtain full panels on her own accord without me having to request it myself from actually reading the paperwork that everyone fills out at the time of checking in at the appointment.Ive always had to request full blood panels, advocating for myself (advocate for yourself, people!) and Lizet hit that mark right away, which I am grateful for!Ill provide updates as we go along, if needed. :)

Love this clinic! What a great group of people working here, everyone was very helpful and welcoming. I felt appreciated and cared for. Everyone in the office knew my name and Dr. Viceral listened well to me and explained her background which I appreciated. I will continue to come here for the foreseeable future as this clinic is in my best interest!

Similar to the reviews before me.. My INITIAL visit was wonderful! Unfortunately, my follow-ups with Dr. Viceral kept getting cancelled/rescheduled. I was accused of cancelling an appointment (After they already rescheduled the same appointment twice 🤯) I also had no other option but to see a new provider.

I was looking for a new pcp. And found the vice practice. I had app with dr. Romas happens to be a friend of mine. My experience was excellent and I also felt very comfortable. Would definitely recommend the vice practice and dr. Romas to everyone I know. Entire office staff has marvelous customer service

I’ve lost 40lbs and went from a size 36 pant size to a 31. Everyone at the clinic is very friendly and supportive. I would highly recommend.

Lizet is one of the friendliest, most thorough, and knowledgeable providers I’ve met. She listened to all my concerns and showed empathy. I experienced insurance issues with my last PCP so Lizet and the office staff were very understanding in working with me to make sure the same issues don’t arise again which I really appreciated.

Overall great and welcoming place. The main doctor here was super nice and sweet, she did a great job at informing me and my friend about transgender hormone therapy and sexual health. I recommend and look forward to coming back here for my next appointment.

Ive been seeing Dr. Visceral for the last several months and have had a wonderful experience. She is always so attentive and really cares about her patience. Lizer is another provider in this office and she is just as attentive and kind. I would recommend this practice and these providers to anyone in the LGBTQIA+ community that finds it difficult to be open about their health. Vice has been amazing and Im always at ease with them. Its been over a year with them and I relocated to Dallas, Texas. Even though I have relocated I still fly out to get treatment! I highly recommend them.

Came to Vice with problems on my hormones, Dr. Cristina Viceral was extremely knowledgeable and explained my labs to me with a plan to balance out my levels. The Vice practice is a new up and coming clinic that is ran under a nurse practitioner and amazing staff. The doctor provides great service and goes beyond to ensure that all of your medical needs are met. She is reasonable and patient with ALL of her patients that come in! I highly recommend coming to her for your primary care needs and emergent care as well.

Exellent service, excellent rapport, doctors and nurses were extremely personable, made me feel immensely comfortable, and answered questions I didn’t even know I had. Blood work was done right during my first physical appointment, saw me right away, appointment was thorough but did not drag any longer than absolutely necessary, and if you’re looking for an LGBTQ+ friendly service provider, they are knowledgeable and sensitive to backgrounds of all kinds. 10/10, 5 stars, 100%, A+, already booked my next appointment and I’m happy about it. Never again do I have to be nervous, anxious, or uncomfortable with a new doctor’s office, or any other doctor’s office for that matter, because these guys are the last word in convenient, contemporary, comfortable, sterile, and discreet medicine and healthcare.

I’m very impressed with Dr. Christina’s team! They are friendly, efficient and thorough. For example, they give a “mental state of mind” questionnaire. Your mental health is so important because it dictates the physical body. I’ve never had that before in my routine checkups but it makes perfect sense to me. Well if you want amazing top notch care this is the place to be!Just got out my appointment an it’s back to how I felt when I first walked in with them a few months ago.I was with them when it was “Vhealth”, 4 months of waiting they are back in business as “The Vice Practice”, , they have been amazing with the treatment. I halted me finding another doctor for 4 months because I knew I still wanted them to be my primary care! I would have held on longer but I got that phone about them reopening in a new location an jumped on the first appointment I could get with them , as far as my LGBTQ treatment this is the place to be! I was referred to the Vice Practice by a friend of mine earlier this year and have received services the couple times I’ve come to Las Vegas since. Overall the Vice Practice had a welcoming environment and it was easy to schedule an appointment. When I went in for services, Dr. Viceral was kind and professional, and though I came in for a specific service, she did check to see if my general health okay. Overall great experience and I’d definitely go back to receive services when I am in town if needed.

Phones do not work . They make appointments for you that you DID NOT MAKE and then try to charge you for not showing up, They literally have appointments scheduled for you in advance you DID NOT MAKE. This is FRAUD!
