Leo was very gentle when drawing my blood, i felt very comfortable, the staff is friendly and welcoming as always and Marlene is always a pleasure to see. I highly recommend this organization for prep assistance, they make you feel super comfortable and the process from start to finish is smooth

Marlene, Val, and Romelia are all troopers. They were so kind and patient during my time full of anxiety, stress, and an empty stomach at the clinic. The process was straight forward and all of my questions werent left unanswered. Hey I have hiv and need help but it turns out the only thing this place really cares about is what they get for doing youre blood tests. After all I was told by my case manager there she didnt care is I need housing and she refused to do anything unless I took labs there after I already told her I just had them done from the state.so i was kicked out of office to sleep in the cold. Seems fare with me having hiv. Go them

I recently moved to Las Vegas from Florida. I was very anxious about finding a new HIV provider in a new city. I was an executive leader at a very large HIV/Infectious disease clinic that was prominent in Florida. When I got here I was familiar with AHF and the work they do. I had not had great experiences with AHF in Florida. However I was gonna give it a try as resources in Las Vegas are not as available to the same extent as Florida. I can honestly say, what a INCREDIBLE team AHF on Maryland has. First off, how quickly I was able to be seen was outstanding! When I met my provider, Brooke, she was engaging and listened to my needs and where I was at on my journey to great health! She fights for her patients to get the care they need. She is educated, informed, competent and thorough! She’s also has a great sense of humor. Brook tackled some hurdles for getting my meds that I needed flawlessly and never grateful for her!The MAs are so sweet and patient as well as the nursing staff! The lab is beyond efficient. The front desk ladies are so kind and keep this ship running smoothly. I have been about 8 or so visits. The provider and staff are always ON TIME and I have never seen them be behind or late all while providing above amazing care that is comprehensive and cutting edge!AHF has made me feel safe and welcome and cared about. They said they take my insurance sadly not exactly true. My cost at the pharmacy is extremely high they don’t use the mail order Cigna insurance wants now my blood work cost are not covered they are being deemed “medically unnecessary “ by insurance same thing with tests at a Radiology center. They might be good if you don’t have insurance but there not for me.Left several messages not one return call. Not acceptable

This facility is FAR superior to University Medical Centers Wellness Center (sorry Jerry). The staff is warm, friendly and inviting. They only treat patients with one particular condition and they have been doing so for decades now. They have an amazing source of patient resources. The location is easy to reach and has a pharmacy in house. Its a one stop shop for all your health needs. Highly recommend.

They took care of me made me feel very comfortable and i didnt get a vibe like they were faking it. Very nice cool people. I love the candy dish at the front window extra cool points for that.

The staff is always friendly and very professional. I have been receiving services from this agency for years in several different cities and in all of them I have had the best experience.

Amazing staff and a nice office. Nicole, Patricia, Chris, and of course Dr K are stellar. Very helpful, personable, and have true concern for their patients well being. Im so happy I decided to go here and highly recommend it to everyone.

Of parkingThis is one of the top agencies in Clark County for HIV services. From testing (all STIs) and treatment. Enforced confidentiality. Have a pharmacy onsite. Caring staff. Referr services to other agencies, like mine, for services they do not provide such as Mental Health, Substance Use (particularly in association with HIV related traumas) Plenty of parking. Highly recommend.

The wellness center was over capacity and did not accept new patients. Would either recommend getting tested elsewhere to avoid overcrowding and extremely long wait times or come in early before the clinic opens.

The free STD testing is really overcrowded and it takes forever to be seen. We get there promptly at 5pm a half hour before it opens and it takes over 3 and a half hours until were seen, getting out at 8:30 pm usually.

Very good services and client-oriented approaches are so supportive for me.

Free testing, good for you FREAKS out there. Strap up though. Get there at least an hour and a half early to secure one of 25 spots.

Wednesday and Saturday are good days for it to be free service, draw back is they only see only 25 people!
