Dr. Vicken Sahakian

Awful experience. He was very insensitive to a process that is very vulnerable and sensitive for women, especially when you’re in your mid 30s. I had told him that I had never been pregnant despite being in a 4 year relationship and he responded “that worries me”. He also recommended that T my age I should consider doing 2 rounds of egg fertilization and 3-4 rounds of egg freezing to be safe and that the cycles “don’t do anything to your body” and that there a no side effects. As if, even 1 cycle isn’t $$. He also tried to tell me that supplements do not work, which I also know to be false. Lastly, after telling me my eggs were on the decline, he told me I had a beautiful uterus, which felt inappropriate. Overall, Dr. Sahakian was very insensitive, arrogant, and lacked any bedside manners / empathy. I would highly not recommend him.

Bad experience, I would not recommend this physician for IVF.

He gave us our son! Love his bedside manner, upfrontness, kind heart and staff. Explained everything
