Wendy at Fiu was my clinic person, I felt comfortable with him. He was able to speak to me on both of my languages and made conversation with me. He informed me on information I might not have known before.

Luis was very gentle when drawing blood and didn’t leave a hematoma. The staff is super friendly and considerate and Dr. Watanabe is such a pleasure to deal with. Definitely recommend this clinic.

Today I went in for testing and my nurse was Wendy. He was amazing, very professional, personable, and was extremely informative about medication options and overall wellness information.

Today, I went to the doctor and the labs. I waited until 2:30 hours and spoke with the people in charge, as well as the lobby staff. Unfortunately, nobody paid attention to me. The lack of attention and care from the people is very disappointing. Due to this experience, I have decided to change my doctor and seek another clinic. This level of service is unacceptable.

I forgot to sign up for medical insurance at my job. So I did not have insurance. Thanks to this clinic I was able to get a check up. Mrs Cristal Deleon was very informative about their services and professional. This will definitely be my primary care. I only wish they accepted my dental insurance.

Poor customer service. EVERY TIME I have taken my daughter for a doctors appointment, the staff seems to be completely lost. I asked them to update my phone number and home address and then when I returned the following appointment the information was not updated. The doctor requested for my daughter to get a lab work and the referral to quest diagnostic was never sent. I called the doctors office to see what happened but received no answer. Called back two weeks later and all they could do was give me an appointment to the doctors office for a lab work. Finally took my daughter to her lab work appointment only to be told that my appointment was scheduled on the wrong date and that they contacted me but there was no answer. When I asked what number did they call they called my old number in which I had already changed the information on a previous visit my daughter had with the doctor.

Great medical office. The office is very clean and they have all the necessary precautions to keep a safe environment for the patients and the staff. I am grateful with all the medical staff for the amazing attention that I received. They are very nice and helpful. You could feel the respect, compassion and love that they give to every patient. More like Careless Resources!! Could not get out of bed and need help in a desperate way.Could not get a return call from my primary care still 48 hours later. Hours of wasted effort. I Recomend getting a less busy clinic.

Super impressed with the dental department from Care resource little Havana. Excellent customer service! Elliot the manager was friendly and was able to fit me in promptly . Dr.Casas, took care of my toothache painlessly. Friendly team and clean, I recommend.

The doctors are great but the clinic staff is incapable of doing things right. They were unable to provide lab orders that the doctor provided to a laboratory. First appointment with lab was cancelled because order was not sent. After multiple times trying to contact the office, they said they’ll send the ordered. Today is my appointment again and they still have not sent the orders. After waiting for 50 mins on the phone, the lab technicians conveniently went out for lunch for 2 hours and no one is capable of submitting the lab orders. A simple fax would have been sufficient but that’s clearly not possible. When requesting to speak with an office manager regarding the issue, you’re connected with a ringing line that no one answers.They only seem to work things right if things are done within their practice. But even then, you’re most likely to wait for 1 hour to get things all done. Just simply to draw blood.

Honestly if I had to put no stars I would but need to be able to write my experience. I am sorry this is the worst clinic ever to go to! Like is so simple to make a appointment but not even that the front desk can do !!!! I was seeing Doctor kraus started with her back on 8/2021 first time I went normal check up called On September for results to find out they had lost my lab work and paps smear. I had got a allergic reaction that week when I called to see if can get a appointment. No appointment but no biggie did virtual appt. Now doctor who saw me was different but I did get seen and sent medication. Once I asked for a letter to excuse work because I Didn’t go to work they made me go the location to get a paper no email. Once go there 2 times not once but twice the rude front desk lady said she can’t give me nothing. That is the doc and couldn’t help me and he already left!!! Now I called back on Nov to redo paps and Lab work. Once going in my appt had been cancel. No one knows why. I try one more time in January after the holidays they set my appointment up at 9 am. Again called the day before to confirm appt since called 2 weeks ahead asked for PTO at my job. And again no one knew why but I was not scheduled. What a waiste of time !!! Playing with ppl health and time !!! Not cool at all !!! Someone should do something about this !!! Like you suppose to feel safe and comfortable with your doctor and this ppl make it a horrible experience. Def not going again looking for a new PCP.

They need to do something about dentist. I got there super early just for them to give me something. Not even work on my mouth and they took for everything. Point left with out what they make for me . And when they call me back . Why I left. I ask telling the guy the reason and he HANG UP THE PHONE

It was unfortunate to visit the Care Resource Center I usually visit and find Jose Rodriguez Diaz as a Manager of this institution.Jose Rodriguez Diaz, is a well know individual in my network and community because he was involved in a fraud situation and fake documentation provided by him. There was a lot of lies and a conduct out of the ordinary.After seen Jose Rodriguez at this location, I turn around and left, I did some more research about him after all that time and the information about him is not clear.I don’t understand how some one like him is handling so sensitive information of so many people in a very delicate environment.I am in need of medical assistance and now I am wondering if my information and the information of all the people I know in this center is safe.

I have been treated at the general medicine clinic and dental clinic. In the case of general medicine it is confusing because elesico sends appointments that are not reflected later, referrals to specialists are a trauma because the appointments are after 8 months, the electronic user system is not updated properly. In the case of the dental clinic, it is super friendly and very good attention. The only drawback is that it is a small place and the appointments are very far apart, more than 6 months, but very friendly, professional and with good results.

The worst clinic in terms of dental care, my mother is 70 years old. Seguro Liberty broke a tooth a month ago and they have not been able to extract it because there is no support all year. Today is the fourth day that I have brought her in for an emergency and they cannot attend to her.

Terrible attention, they give appoiment and it turns out that the person made a mistake and the appoiment was another day, and so much so that I recommend them worse wasting time in dentistry is terrible, they do not return calls or answer.

Bad experience with Dr. Karel Cúbelo, I arrived with general discomfort and was tested for Helicobacter pylori, obtaining a response up to 16 days later and it was not until my next appointment that the doctor sent me the medications! After that the bacteria did not go away and I called to make an appointment and they told me that I had to go there, unfortunately that in this country these things happen and that those who call themselves doctors or health professionals do not follow up on their patients! I will never go back there as advice, change location to SANITAS, better cost and better service.Thank you

The worst experience, very unprofessional, they have no humanity in any of the areas, I denounce homophobia, discrimination and intolerance. I also advise them that if they want to look for good treatment and good doctors this is not a good place, I also denounce harassment by the staff. I hope someone takes action and reports these people.

Good morning,Today I had an appointment at the Care Resource Little Havana unit to perform some laboratory tests and I was attended to by Vanessa.I must mention that the attitude of this “professional” from the beginning was very bad, with a terrible attitude and a very bad mood. He didnt even respond Good morning.Seeing her like this, I very politely and gently asked for someone else to serve me, to avoid further setbacks.Unfortunately, the other person who treated me could not take my vein correctly and it was necessary to call Vanesa again.It was the worst thing that could happen.With a very bad face and a very bad procedure, he prepared to draw my blood and as a result, he left a large bruise on my arm.I dont understand how a person works in Medical services with such an attitude, it is very unfortunate.We all have a bad day from time to time, but NOTHING justifies not being professional and providing cordial, humane, correct care.I believe that a person like this should not work in this area, much less have contact with patients.I suggest that she be trained and educated, because what is unacceptable is that she continues to mistreat other patients.Awaiting your comments.Welcome,Daniel

Dr. Fernández is an excellent pediatrician but the front desk never does the Appointments well, they charge you more and never do. Your appointment is well done, what a shame it is like this since Alicia Fernández is an excellent pediatrician.Disastrous I hope not to return to repeat this experience

In this clinic they play with the patients needs... the doctor sends me referrals and the managers never give them to me... I have been in this process for 2 months... and they only say later it will be ready.
