Dani, Kristi and Carlota are wonderful people and excellent professionals! I started with them to improve my diet and nutrition as well as to regulate my hormones. Before meeting them I went through 2 operations since my tubes were blocked. I also have a low ovarian reserve and had some problems with my estradiol and prolactin. I got pregnant at the beginning of the program, but they were still very attentive to me and my baby in the first weeks, they recommended the best vitamins as well as what tests to do in Germany to keep my pregnancy under control and avoid any loss. I came to Integro Nutrition to improve my chances of getting pregnant, they are a group of highly competent health professionals, I was under their guidance and support for 9 months and I learned how our body is interconnected and that everything we do or stop doing influences our overall health. I received great advice from the first appointment and throughout the 9 months we were working hand in hand, the 12-module online program is quite complete and I learned a lot about nutrition, food, how our digestive system is connected to our brain and what More importantly, hormones play a fundamental role in this process. At each appointment, we followed up on the results of blood tests that I had to take from time to time to evaluate hormones and how my body was functioning in general. We monitored my weight (I had lost some weight) and received advice on how to reinforce my meals to gain weight. and body fat.
