Had a great experience getting fingerprints done at wellness mart. Selena was fantastic, super kind, sweet, and helpful. I was a walk in and she helped me out right away. She even offered me juice and water. Highly recommend going here for livescan! Thank you so much Selena! :)

I had an excellent experience with the service provided here and highly recommend it for live scan and fingerprinting needs. The staff is incredibly welcoming and professional. Michelle and Selena were particularly impressive in their expertise and attention to detail. This is the only location I know that offers both fingerprinting and TB testing services.

The staff were very attentive and worked quickly. Selena was a great help and answered all questions. She had me in and out in no time! The prices are affordable as well, highly recommend.

Selena and Elaine were so wonderful!!!!! I told them I was going to be 20 minutes late due to traffic and they let me come in with no additional charges! The test took 20 seconds max, and they even offered to have my results read at a location closer to me so I wouldn’t have to drive an hour to come back up. Definitely come here for any testing needs!!

My experience here was awesome! The staff was super friendly and they were able to attend me for everything I needed to complete as a walk-in. Definitely would rather come back to this location than any other one!

I have been to this wellness location several times for pre-employment services and Selena has assisted me every single time- providing the best service. She demonstrates a level of care that I haven’t received from other nurses. Wellnessmart has a good LVN on their team.

Friendly staff and quick service! Came here to get a LiveScan and Tb test done for work. It only took about 20 minutes for both to be done and I got my results back incredibly quick.

Selena is the BEST! 👌🏾I usually have very deep veins and its very hard to draw blood from me. Today Ive been poked so many times with no results by other people. I needed the test done today and decided to take my chances at the Monterey office. Selena on the very first attempt was able to draw my and get my test done with no pain. 👏🏾 Thank you so very very much ❤️

Please dont go here; even creating an appointment online or through the phone wont help you. I dont know if its an employment issue, but the service is horrible. I received two canceled appointments, and I had to reschedule two times because they overbooked themselves. In two, one of the workers did not show up and made everyone reschedule. Also, the hours for appointments are crazy. I have to sign up 20 minutes before they close, and I assume it is enough time for them to assist me, but clearly, they need more time on the review section. So yeah, please dont go to this place because I am tired of being rescheduled so many times and have to delay my job. I recommend going to your local clinic or neighbor clinic; even if it is expensive, it is more worth it than dealing with this.

There was only one person working and they did not know how to draw my blood properly. They spent 10 minutes trying to find a vein, and ended up just referring me to quest. Would not recommend for any bloodwork or tests.
