NextCare Urgent Care Montgomery

This doctors office makes it so easy! I walked in and was seen within 15 minutes. Brittney at the front desk was able to help me check in since my phone was taking forever. Jalyn the nurse was wonderful! We had a great conversation and she was so quick with getting tests done. John Davis saw me and was so quick to get me in and out while listening to my concerns. Thank you!

My experience for this facility was very pleasant and willing to assist me, nurse was very nice. Doctor came in greeting me with a hand shake, introducing himself. He was also very pleasant, and straight to business with my visit. Analyze the problem, send the email prescriptions. Gave me instructions for myself and said if not better I can come back. I was in and out in 30 minutes.

I have been sick going on a month and the doctors I had been seeing were not helping me get better. I drove over an hour to see John at the clinic and within a few hours after the injections I was way better. I am on medication and continue to get better daily. My daughter also was ill for over a month and John helped her get better. I just made another trip for my son and husband. I am sure with the treatment plan they will be better later today as well. The other staff members were also helpful and very courteous. Definitely worth my drive.

Had an urgent need to see someone as my blood pressure was spiking dangerously high and my primary care physician is in another state. Called the Montgomery office and Brittney was able to schedule me an immediate appointment. I was impressed with how quickly they were able to see me, and the super short wait, especially considering they needed to confirm my out of state Medicare insurance. The staff were all friendly and accommodating, and the office and waiting area impeccable. Dr.John Davis was a pleasure to meet and very understanding of my concerns - he has a great bedside manner, immediately putting you at ease. I feel super comfortable with coming back again for follow-up or in the event I have a new concern to treat. I would highly recommend Dr. John Davis and the entire staff at NextCare Urgent Care in Montgomery.

What a great place. My first time and had a great experience. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. The young lady who took vitals was sweet. And the Dr. was the best! It took about 45 minutes with a diagnosis and they called in the prescriptions. I already felt better.

Absolutely amazing! The PA John was awesome. He was caring and very personable. Jalynn was so sweet. She is a caring person as well. The receptionist was wonderful, helping me with my paperwork. Im sorry I cant remember her name. I will continue to return to this location every time I need emergency care. They are the greatest! I recommend them 100%!P.s Im feeling a little better. Thanks!

Absolutely the BEST urgent care experience that I have ever had. I highly highly recommend coming to this Urgent Care. I had no wait time and the front desk receptionist, Brittany, was efficient and kind. My kids were crying and they were all so nice. Dr. John Davis and his assistant, Sean were incredible! They truly care about getting you better quickly. I will forever be coming to this urgent care when needed. Thank you for the amazing experience and making me feel so much better! God bless you all!

We love this urgent care! Everyone is so kind, service with an appointment is usually super quick, and we appreciate their bedside manner. Wish they would establish a PCP for pediatrics… we come here instead of visiting a family doc.

My appointment was 1hour and 10 minutes from arrival to departure. I thought it went very smoothly and I was taken care of in a timely manner. My Rx was sent and received by the pharmacist by the time I left the parking lot!!! Feeling much better today! I definitely would return here again.

Doctor John Davis is so amazing , I went to many specialist and many doctors and he was the only one to correctly diagnose me. I wish there were more doctors like him in this world . He really cares about his patients. He’s so amazing. May god bless him and I am forever grateful for him. He listened , he took the time to evaluate me and not just diagnose me off symptoms and treated me . AMAZING !!!

I got to see the doctor after a 30 min wait.The burn was soothed with z cream and bandage. Today no pain and healing. Quick, efficient and a lot less than local hospital ER.

Brittany & Sean greeted me with a smile and answered my questions. I wasnt expecting to be seen right away but Sean got me back very quickly. Adam was very friendly and thorough. He took my concerns seriously and sent me away with hope and meds! Sean administered the most painless shots Ive ever had! Overall a wonderful experience when I wasnt feeling my best. Thanks guys!

Wait time was a little long but considering it was a Saturday and they had one doctor it wasn’t bad. Quick test results and friendly staff. CVS conveniently next door. RX was ready in less than 15 min.

Went in this morning for a cold and Brittney at the front desk was such a delight and quickly got me checked in. Sean took my blood pressure and made me laugh while feeling so cruddy. The doctor john davis has such a caring and fun bedside manner. I was in and out and on my way to be 100 percent again with the help of these wonderful people at next care in Montgomery tx

Such a great experience. Service was very quick yet the care provided was still exceptional.Jalyn was amazing. She did my xrays and even had to give me a steroid shot in my glute that was literally painless.John Davis, the PA was able to identify/diagnos my injury immediately after x-rays and provide appropriate care right away.So thankful to have NextCare in our community and for the team staffed today who seemed to work well together and in an efficient and streamlined manner.

I am from our of town, and have a UTI. I booked an appointment online, filled out the paperwork online, and called to confirm my appointment and that they received my paperwork.So when your make an appointment to do something that involves another person or in this case a medical office your are making am agreement.My appointment was scheduled at 11:15, I was on time for my appointment, although I did not receive any care even after sitting and waiting for an hour. At 12:15 I canceled my appointment and walked out. I have to admit that I am most upset because the front desk did not even tell me that there would be an hour wait, nor did they have the courtesy to keep me in the loop about when I would be seen. There are so many ER offices in the area, so unless you want to wait an hour after your appointment time, and be completely ignored while waiting that hour go down the street to another ER office.

Dr Davis ( John Davis, PA-C) did an amazing job with my injury. Provided instant release, comforting, and funny. The front desk employee, Brittney Dokato, was very sweet.They got us in and out as a walk in.Definitely recommend, they went above and beyond!

Great experience! Woke up at 3am with my first UTI. Went online and made an 8am appt. Was taken care of immediately! Thank you to Brittany up front, Jalyn in back and John Davis the provider! Great team!

Appointment was quick. No wait. They had my daughter back in a room within minutes. Doc came in quickly, did her thing, then said she was putting her on meds. Although the appointment went well and fast- I did feel like it was rushed. I hoped they would have just done a xray, since her condition had already lasted 2 weeks, instead of the feeling of: heres some meds and the door. But nonetheless, she was seen and cared for quickly.

Got in fast, very friendly people, John Davis PA was great!!! Saw Sean first and he was so sweet and helpful. Took x-ray and we were out within an hour.

I have always have a great experience but this visit I felt like we were bothering the dr and it was a very quick check on my Mom. The other dr’s were more thorough and friendly in the past.

This is gem of a place. Friendly, fast service and very thorough! I was so happy I found them and their prices can’t be beat! I’m a patient for life!

Was having back spasms that took me two hours and help from my daughter to get out of bed. Made the appointment for asap, got one right away. Checked in, and was seen within 10 minutes. All was completed and medication ordered at the pharmacy. Quick, efficient and friendly. Perfect.  I definitely recommend this facility

I go here for all my unscheduled medical needs. I can get in and out in less time than I sit in the waiting room at my regular doctors office. As well as I can actually get an appointment when I need it and not 3 weeks down the road. Always friendly people and they genuinely seem to care. I have been going here since about 2015.

It was perfect! I was in and out quickly. The doctor and nurse were friendly. The facility was clean.

I’d crawl over broken glass for my family to have John Davis treat them in their time of need. In 46 years I’ve never met a physician so incredible, kind, knowledgeable. Our paths crossed by the grace of god. John Davis, thank you for being such great man and treating my daughter.

We booked an appointment at 9:15, we werent out of there for about an hour and a half. We filled out paperwork online and then they made us fill them out again in person, When we finally saw the PA, she was in there for 2 minutes, didnt even talk to my little girl who is 7, made zero attempt to connect and dismissed us. Terrible bedside manner., bad customer service. We are new to the area, so maybe this is just normal here. Otherwise I have no idea why this place is so highly rated. We would not return based on this experience.

Update: 12/2024Office manager never called me after I emailed them and corporate, this place is trash. Take your child elsewhere… they will ridicule your child for being a child.My first and last time that I’ll ever come to this office…Doctors/providers shouldnt be too loud when talking about patients at their work station, the walls are thin and you can hear EVERYTHING... his words were to the MA working with him, this what ticks me off, its just allergies, allergies and ALLERGIES, use nasal saline wash and thats all. And Id like to get out of class too.Talking about my 6 year old little girl, she’s been having coughing spells so bad that she got sent to the nurses office in school twice and not because she was trying to get out of school. I dont like bringing my kids for silly things but if the cough been ongoing for weeks, and if I felt like over night it got worse, Im bringing her in. Its not like Im being seen for free. Mr John Davis needs to do better, I also work in medical field and trust me, I wouldnt have brought my child in if it was just allergies.At the end she was diagnosed with acute bronchitis, wheezing, sinusitis, and bilateral ear infection... but before he even saw her or even examined her he was laughing at the fact that I brought her for a cough and allergies.But Of course after we were diagnosed with all that he was being sweet and so caring, talking about how he’s going to Disney blah blah… I can only imagine what he says about other people who trust him and come to him for medical help. IM NEVER going to forget how they were making fun of my 6 year old and talking about her complaints before she was EVER seen and examined. He never said I’m sorry after I told him I heard everything he said outside the room and about the nasal saline wash. I’m concerned that he was talking about her so loudly, what if there was someone else next to my room. I’m a medical assistant and our doctors and staff WOULD never do such thing like that. Bedside manners truly don’t exist here.I wanted to yell, scream and all the above. You don’t make fun of my 6 year old daughter, we came to you because she wasn’t feeling good and this is what we get back in return. I also contacted corporate because this NOT acceptable. Atleast wait till we leave before you start making fun of my daughter’s symptoms.Only person who was sweet and professional was Dakota, and Sean was sweet when taking my daughters vitals until i also heard him agree with how the provider felt about my daughter symptoms.I will never ever recommend this place to anyone.

Minimal wait. The receptionist was very helpful. The doctor and nursing staff were great. Except for being sick, it was a good experience.

Couldn’t do alab. And staff was very clueless in their field. For a Dr i would have expected more. Not you will need to go somewhere else. And self pay was HIGH! Over price. She was right. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. $300 and wasnt there 2min with me and proscribed me with meds that dont even fix my problem.

Booked appointment on line, no wait, quick x-ray. Less than an hour in and out for a broken leg. Sean and Stefanie were so nice and helpful and made a pleasant experience of a not so pleasant injury.

Awesome experience! I went in for a swollen bee sting and the doctor on duty instantly knew it was a brown recluse spider bite! He took care of me right away with the shots and needed medication straight to the pharmacy. Dakota at the front desk was welcoming, sweet and got me checked in with ease. It was Father’s Day Sunday and I was so grateful they were open and happy to take anyone who came in that day. I definitely recommend them for a local urgent care!

Staff listened to the description of my symptoms and did necessary test to confirm my illness then they prescribed appropriate medications. Very happy with NextCare Montgomery!

My insurance online dr support team told me to go to this urgent care and before I did Called them to ask if they took my insurance and the lady checked to make sure and said yes. I repeated myself to triple check and she kept coming back saying they do. I got there and they took my insurance with no problem and now my insurance is coming back saying that they were out of network and won’t cover my visit. Why would say y’all took my insurance when in fact yall don’t.

Needed to get a TB test for my new job and the scheduling was so fast and easy… the receptionist was able to answer all my questions and was able to get me In the very same day at a time that was convenient for my schedule!! The office was very clean and everyone was very kind and welcoming… wait time was a breeze but I was also the only patient at the time. I highly recommend this place due to same day appointment, cleanliness, kind staff!

I love and appreciate this clinic. Always meeting my needs, never a wait. Dr. Davis is the most caring provider, wish he could be our family physician! Been going here for years. I lived across the street in LCF and just recently moved 45 mins away and still make the drive to come here before anywhere else!

The staff displayed empathy and a sincere regard about my discomfort. Test were given to insure that I did not have Covid or the flu which I appreciated very much.

I underestimated my drive time and ended up having to call to see if I could move my appt to a little later time. They said no problem and got me fixed right up. Once there, we were only in the waiting room about 10 min maybe. And once in the room, the PA, John, came right on in. He was kind, friendly, and very informative regarding my daughters diagnosis. I scheduled at this location by accident, not realizing it was almost an hour from my home, but after such a great experience here, I didnt even care anymore. I def recommend this place!

My wife had a bad experience last year but this was my first time there and my experience was great! The lady who helped me even printed my insurance card for me because I hadn’t received mine in the mail yet. Great customer service and was in and out within an hour.

Dr diagnosed me with bacterial infection.  Medicine was super expensive.  Got worse.. Ended up at the ER and was told it was viral and the meds prescribed from urgent care would do nothing.  My dad also went there about a year ago.  He was given a steroid shot.  We ended up at the ER and was told a95 year old should never get one.  He fell and broke his back.  Never going there again.

Made appt online and was seen quickly. Front desk and medical staff were friendly. The care provided started my road to feeling better that day.

Clinic folks are friendly, moved to exam room quickly, with nurse and doctor listening and understanding my frustration with OTDs. I was out in 10-minutes with 3 prescriptions and a shot. Within hours I felt better.

Easy to download app and schedule. Forms were easy to navigate. Staff was friendly and I was a first am appt. Level of care and bedside manner also excellent. Love that they took our insurance. It was a no hassle process and they took great care of our 5 year old grandson. Very happy.

Great experience here. No one in waiting room when I arrived. I checked in with Dakota and filled out the paperwork, which probably was the longest part of my visit. Vuressa called me back and was very friendly and made my visit enjoyable. They administered a breathing treatment, answered any questions, and sent me on my way to pick up some meds. Would return if needed and would recommend to anyone.

NextCare in Montgomery, TX is easy to schedule or just walk in, needing immediate care, they have always been my urgent care of choice!  Staff is wonderful, they are efficient and always quick to provide the care needed!  In addition we always have prescriptions ready at our pharmacy quickly as they send them right away!  Highly recommend for your urgent care needs!

Dr. examined my son but never told us what was wrong. I had to read discharge papers to even know she wrote him a prescription. Knew from Rx that he has arthritis.

Short wait time! Staff was friendly! Especially Sean! He called me back and when he had to give me a shot he made it quick and painless!

The entire staff at this urgent care was amazing and so kind! The doctor actually listened to my concerns and helped me so much that within 24hrs of my visit I felt like a new person. I will go here for now on for all my urgent medical needs and will recommend them to all my family and friends.

My son had not been feeling well and woke up with a very high fever. Next Care was able to quickly get my son seen and the antibiotics needed for him to make a full recovery. Very happy with the service and will use them whenever our primary care physician is not available. I would recommend Next Care!

Amazing experience, had to get my son a physical for camp, went to a doctors office and was told 160 today, called next care and it was 20 dollars for a camp physical.Walked in, and was done within half an hour. Absolutely amazing and kind staff.

Dealing with a sick baby for close to two weeks after seeing his regular doctor we still didn’t have answers. Took him to NextCare and Mr.John Davis took care of us immediately and knew exactly what was wrong. I’m so thankful for them!

Had a cough for 2 weeks. The doctor heard my bronchitis immediately and gave me shots of steroids and antibiotics. Sent home with great prescriptions and feel 100% better today!!!! Would highly recommend this clinic. They’re always friendly and accommodating!!!

Didnt like the fact that I had to pay for another office visit when it was a follow up within three days for the same issue.

This office is great. They are always ready to help. They answer your questions fully. And explain what is going on and what you need to do to feel better . The front desk is friendly. The MA.is professional and friendly while they are getting your vitals and taking your history. The PA. Is great. Timothy has Autism and they are so patient with him. And they make sure Tim and I understand what we need to do. I really appreciate all the effort everyone puts forth to make him feel comfortable and cared for. Was going to alaska for work she would let even call the pharmacy to switch it to a different one laziest and most un professional clinic i ever been to hands down ! zero stars !

Staff was very friendly! The PAC, John Roker that evaluated me was GREAT!!! Friendly, took his time and very informative!!! My visit was pleasant!!!

Setting up the appointment was simple enough, care at the facility was not so as I had an appointment but still had to wait half an hour for a room and then another half hour to see the doctor, then less than five minute talk and out the door without a real check up or diagnosis. I will be going elsewhere in the future.

If all health care experiences were this good life would be infinitely better. I am sicker than a dog, went in coughing, chills the whole 9 yards, and they LISTENED to me. They were nice, and above all, I didnt feel like I was being interrogated, just treated. My visit was quick, but it never felt impersonal, inpact I felt like both Doctor and nurse were really eating attention and hearing me. Being sick is miserable, but at least this experience wasnt. Ill be back for all my urgent needs for sure!

I went to urgent care as a walk in.  I did not have to wait long before they were able to see me.  the stafff and doctors were very helpful and  knowledgeable. Diagnosed with vertigo and treatment recommended during visit was not ordered.  Could not get response from clinic rest of the day (during business hours) and no response the following.  Went back in person and was told would have to come back the following day to see doctor again.  So have to spend 3 days dizzy and nauseous due to their poor service and errors.  Doctor on call today wouldn’t just write the prescription for ear drops, not talking about controlled drugs, ear drops.  Also charged $210 for visit and my insurance is no deductible for urgent care.

Next Care Montgomery is the best most competent staff of anywhere I have ever been. Online appointments work great.

Needed to have a physical performed so that my son can participate in SAC Camp. The right, timing and location were good so we booked the appointment and had the physical completed in about an hour start of booking to exiting the clinic. 👍🏾

The staff at Nextcare were awesome! The front desk, Ashley was so pleasant and professional! The doctor was so professional, caring and listened with patience and genuine concern. The medical assistant had a pleasant attitude and is good with IVs. I also appreciated the care that Christina provided. Great staff! I would recommend making an appointment online and completing the paperwork prior to arrival.

I brought my daughter in a few days ago when she injured her arm in an accident. I was so frantic that I could barely form coherent sentences. On the way to NextCare, I called and spoke with Ashley, who was an absolute godsend. She helped to calm me and informed me that they had an x-ray machine on the premises, so I got there as quickly as I could. There, the entire staff was friendly, professional, and attentive.

The staff was professional and yet delightful. I was in pain and they still made me smile. The provider was courteous and knowledgeable. After talking with me and truly listening to my concerns. Then he examined and we talked again. I agreed with his results. I started to think the shot for pain and swelling wasnt going to work. I was still in pain, but while getting out of my car i was not saying ow. Thank you Jeff. I felt very comfortable with you.

Jalyn and Dr.John where phenomenal in caring for my 2 year old! They were patient and got us out under an hour! Definitely recommend!

Jalyn and Stefanie Krejci, FNP were so nice and professional. They smiled and had a great bedside manner. They listened to me and got right to the point. It was recommended that I have an strep test first rather than testing me for a bunch of possibly unnecessary things. After the strep test was negative, they asked me if I wanted an Covid and flu test, I said yes (which were negative, too). Aside from feeling bad from a sore throat, the visit was very comfortable. I will return the next time I’m sick. Stefanie knew I felt bad, so she prescribed so medications to help ease my symptoms. I appreciate that so much!!

I made my appointment online. Once there, Melinda promptly greeted me and got me checked in. Christina was great about not making my blood pressure go up by getting me on the scales. I actually felt more like a regular patient than I do at my doctors office where Ive been going for almost 15 years.

No one seemed to have a very good attitude on my visit.except the front desk. The nurse and apparent doctors seem to have been having a bad day. There was absolutely no one in that clinic when I went for my appointment. The symptoms I put down would have warranted a test for the flu or other things. Yet all the doctor did was look at my nose. Check my lungs and give me A. Shot of cortisone. Is with the flu on the Rampage and the threat covid still in the air. I think more should have Been done. I felt like cattle with an. I dont care attitude of people around except the front desk. Keep the same people you had the last time. Ive come in there and get rid of these. Especially that doctor. And a footnote why dont they have change for money. They did not have change for a dollar bill and they said they were gonna bill me twenty two cents thats crazy. And totally uncalled for. Next care has always been my go to place to go. In case I cant get a doctors appointment. But I doubt Ill go back to this location after this incident. Unless I hear changes. And seriously, I dont know that youre gonna do anything about it. Reading the other reviews ive read . Lets try taking healthcare dead series from now on please

Don’t go here! Complete waste of time and their prices are ridiculous, even with insurance.When I walked in, I was given an appointment time and was not called until an hour later. Together it took about TWO HOURS from the moment I walked in! There were only 4-5 other people ahead of me with multiple nurses on staff.When I was finally next to be seen, I overheard the front desk man say he was on the phone trying to verify my insurance. I had been waiting so long that I just asked to self pay and was told it would be $350 just to be seen + any tests would be extra. Excuse me? I have the money but that’s just ridiculous.I want to do business with a clinic that’s respectful of their clients time, keeps a sense of urgency, communicates effectively, cost effective, and are empathetic to every client!THIS PLACE IS NOT IT!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!!!On principal and self respect, I chose to leave.Minute Clinics and other Urgent Cares are more cost effective, more empathetic, and more respectful of their clients time.

Quick and easy visit. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The doctor listened to me, did an evaluation, and then prescribed an antibiotic. This is the only urgent care Ill go to.

My wife fell on the tennis court and had several injuries: thumb, wrist, elbow, and thigh. We went to this facility. They took several x-rays and then we waited for them to be read. The report was that she had two fractures around her thumb. We were advised to see an orthopedist. We made an appt with an orthopedist who asked us to bring a CD with the x-rays. We called NextCare and they said they would have a CD ready first thing the next morning.On our way to the orthopedist, we stopped to pick up the CD. There was no CD. We were told that it was not possible to make on until the next day. When I said that I was promised it would be available and that our appt was in 45 minutes the desk lady said, Yeah, our customer service sucks. She had a terrible attitude. Then another women came from the back and joined in. She called me Baby. I told her not to call me that. When she did it again I slapped the counter and told her to not call me that. The first woman threatened to call the police. At that point I was getting pretty upset and left.We went to the orthopedist and had more x-rays taken. They concluded that there were no fractures.NextCare - rude, didnt keep their word, incompetent at reading x-rays.

I am so sick. I have been to two next cares. I have the same problem my wife had, she came home with. She got steroids, antibiotics. Me nothing, except a nausea pill. I havent ate in 4 days.

I had been bitten by a dog and went in for care. Every single person in there from the intake receptionist the nurse and the Doctor were Wonderful!! So nice, professional, Fast and Caring. I was taken care of so well I really just wanted to hug them before I left.

Service and response was good after I arrived. My son needed attention so his friend drove him to Nextcare but they would not see him until I arrived. Glad it was not life emergency.

This is a online doc appointment! I thought there would be a real doc there! No you have to download a app to talk to the pa so you can get any help! Sure the meds work but at the price I pay I believe I am old fashioned and expect a in person doctor not a telemedicine doctor! All I can say is that everyone was nice but the doctor was on a video call to see patients! So I will find a emergency room doctor that can see eye to eye with!

The place was clean, the staff was great, they handled everything with professionalism and grace. I was a walk in and they got me back within 15 mins. The consultation took less than 10 mins. Melinda was very nice during the check in process. Christina was very patient with me (I was having trouble talking). Tina was also very nice and straight to the point.

I love that you can wait in your car and head right to your room. The staff is so professional and courteous. It’s quick in and out and you’re on your way to feeling better!

We had an awful experience here!! The “doctor on call” was actually a NP (nurse practitioner)-in training. She dug around in my sons highly infected foot and claimed nothing was wrong, yet we ended up in the hospital for antibiotics because he was septic!! When actual care and doctors is needed don’t go here.! Do the drive to Memorial Herman in the Woodlands or Baylor Scott and White in College Station. You are going to end up there anyways if you start here.

Came in figured I had the flu or strep. The nurse said it’s prob the flu we had 19 positive case just last night. He said I’ll swab you for all and Covid. I said I didn’t want to be swabbed for Covid. He said he would just do flu and strep then.  Then we he came into  the room he took two swabs in my nose and one I. My throat. When the doctor came in she said you have Covid.  I was a little shocked since I had no idea he swabbed me for something I asked him not to.  So as far as I’m concerned my health rights were trampled on. I have always highly recommend your offices to many including my family which being their children to you. Not so sure how I feel going forward. For your employee to be sneeky and do what I ask him not to do is JUST WRONG!!!If he had wanted to say I really think you should, or something like that…. But I still have rights.  I feel this was very underhanded

This place was absolutely awesome. Inside and out from the front desk to the back room and out again.I took my grandson around noonGot home & school called to p/u my grand daughter whom was very sick. Needless to say we had to go twice in the same day.All these workers we great with my kiddos. The lady up front managed to get me in ASAP, make all of us very comfortable & kept us postedAs far as progress towards getting in a room. I am very dumb when it comes to cell phones & computers, she helped me scan thru the cell phone scan every bit of the was most helpful. The young lady to did the triage Was very knowledgeable , very informative and explained everything to the kids prior to doing anything. She was for sure a people person. When the Dr came in he was very quick to diagnose the kids illness, checked them outAnd as a matter of fact he spoke to the kids as well as myself, Explained everything the way we could understand.We did have a bit of a wait, they were extremely busy, but worth the wait!This whole group was exceptionally tops in my books! I have been to this location at least 6 different times and every time the service has been incredible.Now days this is the first & only Urgent Care I will go to.All these people deserve anAttaboy for a great job well done. The staff are great. Always professional, kind, and courteous to each patient. They take the time to listen and ask questions to treat my family, but somehow get us in and out quickly. Of course during peak COVID testing times, it runs slower, but that is expected. My family appreciates them.

Everything you want when you need help in a hurry. Very easy to schedule online and once you get there everyone is polite, qualified, and efficient. Our insurance works here as well as it does anywhere else and instead of having to wait 2 weeks to see my GP I can see these guys with a few hours notice. Our whole family goes here now for anything thats not routine.

Definitely not urgent care. They told my wife shes need to wait almost 2 hours to be seen and that she could wait in the car and check in online. Then they werent able to pull up our insurance (we found them through our insurances website) so I said lets just pay for it and deal with the insurance later. Then they told us itd be $350 to get checked out plus any additional tests/x-rays.

Im not much of a review giver but ive never had any problem here! Ive always been treated kindly here along with my family and kid! Id like to commend everyone here for always being a great caring person it means alot to be able to go to a place like this!

Great urgent care. Went on a Sunday and there was no waiting. Was tested and given results promptly. Prescriptions were ordered and now were feeling better. Facility is clean and has everything to take care of your needs. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and communicated well. I would use them again. Convenient location on SH 105 and Lake Conroe.

Very unprofessional. I went in at 9:00 AM, there was one person ahead of me. The receptionist was rude, told me to scan a QR code and sign in electronically. I did and filled out a 1 page info sheet. I sat down and waited 45 minutes. The person ahead of me already left. I walked to the desk, no one was there, I said “Hello” to try to get someone’s attention. A voice hollers back saying they will be right there so I waited. I could here people hanging out chatting. The receptionist comes back out and proceeds to tell me she was eating her breakfast. Then tells me I need to fill out paperwork. I could have been doing this while I waited 45 minutes but she was too concerned about eating her breakfast. There are way too my other urgent care clinics for me to accept this treatment. Plus, their office visit along was $155 for self pay. Needless to say I left and went to Family First Urgent care where the fee was $95 and the staff and doctors are great.

Having a video visit from the comfort of my home while I’m sicky is 10/10 recommend. My visit was only 15 minutes and my medication is sent to my pharmacy and work note is being sent to me! Nothing compares!!

I love this office! The lady at the front desk is awesome, and both the nurse and doctor that I spoke to today were super nice and friendly. The wait time was very short (I was in and out in 30 minutes or less), the waiting room is clean and theres even a screen that shows what order youre in so that you know approximately how long your wait time is. Im very glad that I came here and Ill be coming back here for any further urgent care needs.

I did not catch her name, but the lady that greeted me at the window and took my intake information was very nice. The other lady that took our payment when we were leaving was also very nice. This was my first visit to an Urgent Care facility, and I am really happy with the ease in which I could schedule an appointment online, fill out the intake paperwork, and be seen by the doctor, all within the same hour or so. Dr. OBrien was pleasant and helpful. This was quite a contrast as what I have experienced at my family physician (make that ex) where they are rude and pushy among other things. Urgent Care is very considerate and convenient. They actually see us as a person, not just another claim coming through the door. Urgent Care and specialists have made me rethink how I obtain medical care. I am very happy with the care I got at NextCare. I will definitely return when the need arises.

The receptionist was pleasant to talk to and very friendly. She said walk in is welcome but the wait is an hour. I got in and the process was smooth and quick. I was pleasantly surprised. I bring my kids here for after hour needs and I’m never disappointed. We hardly wait and the staff is always so great. They know what they are doing and explain everything before and after. The front desk staff is always kind and professional as well. Their xrays and labs are quick and don’t take forever which is convenient for a mom of 5.
