I’m currently in my third round of IVF with PREG, and while this journey has been one of the most challenging experiences of my life, I cannot say enough about the unwavering support and care I’ve received from their entire team.Dr. Tarwana has gone above and beyond, taking the time to walk me through every detail of my protocol, explaining my options with empathy and clarity. He made sure I felt informed and empowered throughout the process. The IVF coordinator, Katie, has been incredible—answering every question (and I’ve had a lot!), ensuring I was prepared and supported at every step. And the nurses, especially Crystal and Sarah, have been like a lifeline. They’ve been so in tune with my progress, from follicle growth to egg retrieval, and made me feel seen and cared for at every appointment. This process hasn’t been easy, but the family-like atmosphere at PREG has been a rock for me through all the ups and downs. I couldn’t have gotten this far without their compassion and expertise. If you’re looking for a fertility clinic that treats your journey as if it’s their own and walks with you every step of the way, I wholeheartedly recommend PREG.No matter what the outcome is, I will be forever grateful for their care and support during this difficult journey.
We have loved our experience with PREG thus far. Their free second opinion policy is such a huge blessing. They spent two whole hours with my husband and I, and gave us more flexible options with more opportunity for financial aid than our previous clinic. We are moving forward in our treatment with them, and believe we are receiving confident, kind, and experienced care!
I came to Preg under unfortunate circumstances, I ended up with an ecoptic pregnancy from a cancelled IVF cycle with my previous fertility clinic. We have been dealing with infertility for 2 years, and I constantly felt like I was being told my body was broken. My previous clinic would only do a D&C before prescribing me a methotroxtate shot, even though I was adamant about not wanting the surgery due to previous complications from a D&C years ago that led to extensive uterine scarring. We had already had some issues with our old clinic, so this change came at a perfect time. They cancelled multiple IVF transfers because my lining wouldn’t thicken, and told me this is the best it was going to get and that surrogacy would be our best option to have children.Preg was the exact opposite experience. They said we’d have a hard road, but that there was hope. They suggested giving my body a little bit of a break, and then trying to transfer regardless of what thickness my lining was. We got through the ectopic, got my levels back to zero, and then started a medicated transfer cycle. Unfortunately the transfer failed, but my lining had significantly increased, and there was nothing showing that the fail was due to the lining. In the midst of all of this we did pursue surrogacy, and Preg has been fantastic in coordinating everything and working with our surrogate. Immediately following the failed transfer, I became pregnant naturally! It was a shock to everyone. Even though the pregnancy was not due to IVF, the team was fantastic and let me come in for weekly ultrasounds because they knew the anxiety that came along with all of it. We still have a very long way to go with our pregnancy and our surrogate’s, but I cannot thank Preg enough. They gave me the hope we so desperately needed, and I finally feel like I have a team that supports me and truly wants the best for me. Hands down would recommend them to anyone looking for a fertility team with compassion, and the willingness to think outside of the box. Special shout out to Sara, Crystal and Dr T who have truly restored my faith in the fertility world. Thank you so much!!
