I was referred to Tsao by a friend and went in for a consultation. Whatever magic she worked during that session seemed to snap my body into shape for fertility—I was pregnant soon afterward! I then signed up for a pregnancy support package, and it made an incredible difference. Her treatments helped relieve nausea, fatigue, and other symptoms that are so common during the first trimester. Tsao is truly amazing—highly recommend her to anyone seeking natural support on their fertility or pregnancy journey!

I have been seeing Tsao for a few months now for my TMJ issues and it definitely has helped. She is on the pricier side but her long list of accreditations and experience justifies it for me. Tsao is very knowledgeable and emphasizes all of the connecting muscles that are connected to the jaw and treats me holistically. Plus she’s fun to talk to - I come for my jaw, but I equally look forward to the relaxation it provides. If you suspect your jaw issues could be muscular in nature this is a great thing to try.

I am posting this review for women who are struggling with infertility and thinking about giving acupuncture a try. Acupuncture is proven to stimulate blood flow and relieve stress, both of which can help with fertility. Tsao-Lin Moy brings a deep well of wisdom and compassion to the practice as well as a savvy understanding of the fertility industry and the emotional toll of the process. I thought that after so many years of using Western medicine to try to start a family the last thing I’d want is more needles. But with Tsao I barely notice that there are needles involved — all I feel is the transfer of healing energy. Tsao is an author of a book about infertility and an expert in the field. I’ve never had to explain anything to her. She continues to help me to track my cycle and chart my course. A wonderful person to have on your side.

I have been seeing Tsao for 5 months now and I am consistently impressed by the quality of care I receive. Tsao is thorough, attentive, and takes the time to listen to my concerns. I’m so happy I found such a skilled and compassionate acupuncturist.

If there were more stars I’d give them to Tsao! She is thorough, pays attention to your needs and full of knowledge. A true healer all would benefit from with bedside manners I wish more doctors had!

Tsao is a natural healer. Not only did she prep me so well for a fertility cycle and healing the inflammation after, but her practices helped my body so much in gut health, inflammation and swelling. Tsao played an integral part in helping me on my infertility journey. I first learned about Tsao and fertility acupuncture by reading her great reviews here and decided to reach out to her after my first failed FET. Tsao was very compassionate, kind, and knowledgeable during the entire process. She helped me to manage my stress and fears, and was always reassuring and optimistic regarding my results. She also had wonderful and interesting stories that she would share during our sessions together. Although I was unable to get pregnant naturally, my third FET was ultimately successful. Highly recommend to those who are exploring fertility acupuncture as an adjunct to natural methods or fertility treatments.

Ive been seeing Tsao for a few sessions now and Im very excited about my journey with her. My first appointment was spent extensively going over all of the details of my history and I felt I was in very good hands. She cared deeply about everything we spoke of and I felt a real warmth from her. Her office is a very calming space and Ive left each session feeling relaxed and centered. Shes also given me knowledge on vitamins and supplements to take as well. I feel good leaving her office, both emotionally and physically and Im grateful that I was referred to her by a friend.

I cannot recommend working with Tsao enough. I first went to her practice struggling with fertility issues. After two months working together (and months of conventional medical intervention), I conceived. She is now helping me maintain a healthy pregnancy. Tsao is not a run-of-the-mill kind of acupuncturist. She is your partner on your health care journey and is invested in your well-being. She’s very approachable – she listens and never judges. She also has some sixth sense about certain things and is very spiritual but not in an oversaturated way. This was my first time receiving acupuncture, Tsao was extremely thorough about what to expect from the session and gave me a lot of comfort in receiving the treatment. First time doing acupuncture. She managed what nobody can - my mind is always a million miles a minute and she managed to relax it. She took all my thoughts away and I was very calm.Tsao was very professional. Even after a couple of days I still felt a relaxed state of mind with my body and brain. I would definitely go back. I feel like I should do this every 2 weeks!

Went to Tsao for acupuncture to better prepare myself for IUI after TTC-ing for a year (in addition to tracking ovulation, exercising moderately, eating more healthily and taking supplements etc which I had been doing). In short, I got pregnant in a month or two after starting the fertility program with Tsao and BEFORE IUItreatment. Cannot be happier!

I did acupuncture with Tsao yesterday and it was incredible! I went in with little knowledge about acupuncture and she walked me through every step of the process. Even after 1 session I was able to release a lot of tension in my shoulders and lower back, and felt much more relaxed the next day. Hoping to go back as soon as I can :)

Seeing Tsao has been an incredible experience. I started visiting her as we were struggling with fertility issues. Not only was I able to get pregnant under her care but continued to see her throughout my pregnancy to help manage the symptoms. I started my acupuncture journey 11 years ago when I was preparing for my first pregnancy. I wasnt even trying at that point, nor did I know if I was going to have any issues. What I did know at the time was that I wanted to prepare my body for a healthy pregnancy and Tsao helped me achieve those goals. I was pregnant within three months and continued with acupuncture through out my pregnancy. I had a healthy pregnancy and birth since I was able to maintain an optimal balance. I went back to Tsao again in 2015 for my second pregnancy and had the same results. Ive recently returned to address my stress since I felt so unbalanced due to my many competing priorities and dealing with the pandemic. Acunpuncture helped to ground myself and refocus on my health. I highly recommend Tsao since she is a caring and knowledgeable practioner who truly listens to your needs and works with you to meet your goals.

Tsao is an absolutely amazing Healer.I would trust her with anything. She knows exactly what she is doing.Being pregnant, as you probably know Accupunture can be dangerous if it is done incorrect, but I visited Tsao on regular basis till day of delivering my baby. She helped me with balancing my hormones, swelling control, which I ended up not having to worry about, because of Tsao work with me. She released muscle tension on my back etc.Message for women, if you want next to you a person who you can trust while you are pregnant and have great recovery after, she is absolutely amazing! Very gentle, calming, spot on with everything you need. You just need to be clear what you need help with.Also, message to people who are afraid of needles or had an unfortunately painful experience with accupanture , with Tsao you will feel touch or nothing at all. Tsao is such an amazing healer. She is so knowledgeable about acupuncture and how the body works. I have been seeing her in preparation and throughout my IVF journey. She is not only a great acupuncturist but she is a wealth of knowledge about other topics and really acts as a support system for me as I go through my journey to become a single mother. Throughout our time together, she has helped me to reduce inflammation, reduce stress as well as create a healthy physical and emotional environment for my IVF process. She has also told me so many great tips that the fertility doctors and nurses fail to communicate (like dont wear any fragrances, including scented soap, to the egg retrieval as it impacts the quality of the eggs!) I am so thankful that I have been able to work with her.

With her help and guidance we were able to get pregnant, and when the little one was a week late, one last session triggered the contractions we needed to avoid medical induction :)Could not recommend her services more!

I have been going to Tsao for about 7 months now to treat difficulty swallowing and acid reflux. After going to doctors for months and not receiving any relief, I turned to acupuncture and I am so glad I did. Tsao is a true, calm healer. She takes the time to understand and assess each patient individually and is very clear on how she can help.I live in Greece and a friend recommended Tsao back in 2008 during a trip to NYC. I had been hospitalized right before, had just been given an auto-immune diagnosis and was thinking of cancelling the trip all together. I had no energy (neither physical, nor emotional) at all. After a couple of sessions with Tsao, I was able to climb a huge waterfall in Jamaica the following week!A long term healing plan with Tsao is not feasible for me, but I always make sure to include a couple of sessions in my trip every time I return to NYC. I feel energized right away and the feeling lasts far long after my return to Greece!

Tsao is simply AMAZING! I can not say enough great things about her. As a Professional Ballroom/Latin Dancer I use my body vigorously everyday not just training, but teaching students and couples. I have had a number of injuries through out the years. I have gone and visited many acupunctures however, my injuries have either come back or only subsided temporarily, however my body never healed properly. Since the day I have met Tsao (which has been now a number of years) I have not only become finally pain free but on my way to recovery with my back, shoulder, foot and neck pain. One thing that is absolutely amazing about her is the knowledge that she has about what she does and how she does it. If you have ever been afraid of acupuncture, be afraid no more. I honestly have to say that all I feel is just a touch of her finger, but not the needle. There were a number of times that I thought i did not have a needle in me and she actually had them all already done and at all points. I am now pin free and finally able to use my body to its fullest potential. If I was able to give more than 5 stars I would. I strongly recommend Tsao and would trust her anyway with my wife (who also by the way goes to her) and my young son. The power of connection!My husband and I did a teleconference with Tsao and it was very informative and helpful. My husband has Bell’s palsy and Tsao was able to see him and explained what was happening to him. He was scheduled to see a neurologist and she went through my husbands medical history to determine if there was anything that could have brought this on besides stress!The great thing about this conference was we did it at home and during the conversation, which Tsao expertly maneuvered, our scope of conversation grew which gave my husband a wealth of information to then ask the neurologist when he was at his appointment. My husband went through his medical history with Tsao, as things just don’t happen! There are connections to what happened to you in the past which relate to what’s happening to your body now.I would definitely recommend a teleconference with Tsao as she is very calming and extremely knowledgeable in the whole human body and mind.The plus is you don’t have to go anywhere! Firstly let me say that when Tsao-Lin Moy heard about my ordeal with COVID relapses, she offered her services. She was so wonderful to work with! She was very patient and thorough in her recommendations. I only wish we lived closer. Honestly, if we werent in a pandemic, I would make the trip for an in-person consult and acupuncture.

I had an amazing experience here! Tsao was so professional and thoughtful and explained everything she was doing and how it was going to heal my body. The experience was overall so relaxing and healing 10/10 would recommend!

I have been going to physical therapy for plantar fasciitis for a couple months and things were slowly improving. 1 appointment with Tsao and I already feel a huge difference!!! She taught me about the various tendons, ligaments, etc in my feet. She showed me how various parts of my feet works together as a whole and how other aspects were contributing to my pain. I literally walked out a new woman!

I dont know what Tsao did to me/my feet, but I dont care - it made a world of difference to me physically and to my mindset. I needed the pain relief so I could concentrate on moving forward and she did that as an initial step, then set me up for future steps. (And when I say I dont know what she did, that is slightly misleading: she did tell when the process, that just wasnt my primary concern or interest.)

I went to Ms. Moy for facial nerve pain (trigeminal neuralgia). After half a dozen sessions over a couple of months I was more or less pain free, and was able to discontinue my pain medication. I like Ms. Moys holistic approach, discussing health history, diet and lifestyle, a detective looking for root causes and contributing factors. Quite a contrast to my traditional GP, who had immediately resorted to medication. I highly recommend Ms. Moy / Integrative Healing Arts.

Looking back, I can’t imagine not having our weekly sessions to get me through my journey, they have been such a great way to tune out the outside and focus on the inside and my goal of having a baby.
