This was my first time, and Dr. Mbaye was absolutely top-notch. She was knowledgeable and provided excellent professional and personal care. She took her time to listen, answered my questions, and didn’t try to push any medication on me. She carefully explained my symptoms and suggested, with detailed explanations, why a medication would work and its alternatives if the side effects were too much.

As a New Patient I wasn’t sure what to expect. I took my time seeking out a Physician that met my needs. Based upon the most recent reviews I booked my appointment. Much to my surprise it was beyond my expectations. The staff is absolutely polite and personable despite there were some unbelievably rude patients who felt entitled to speak down to them. Others gave them nasty looks. I am a former office manager and I was absolutely blown away at how they held their composure and professionalism. I do hope management takes this into account because it’s incredibly hard to find an amazing front staff with such Professional and Composure. Aside from this my visit with the NP T. McIntyre was also very pleasant. Her professional and sincere attention and approach to my concerns made me feel at ease. The office was clean tidy and very welcoming. As someone with a lot of anxiety surrounding going to the doctor, I had such a great experience at Clear MD. The receptionist, nurses, and all the staff I interacted with were very friendly and welcoming. Genevieve was great and answered all of my questions and was extremely knowledgeable. I had an amazing visit with Dr. Jones. She is punctual, kind, and professional. As it was my first time visiting a gynecologist, I was very nervous. All of the employees were welcoming and helped me feel comfortable. During the examination, Dr. Jones narrated everything that she was doing, which helped me to stay calm. She provided clear, helpful answers to my questions, and I feel more comfortable heading into future appointments.

Office is spotless. Waiting time is minimal. Everyone is pleasant and most of Med Staff are professional, helpful and understanding. PA McIntyre has been leading my follow ups. By far one of the best visits I’ve ever had in my entire life. Teresa took the time to listen to my concerns and asked me every question under the sun . What a doctor should technically be doing for an annual checkup but usually don’t. She was warm and hospitable and gave great recommendations I am so happy I made her my PCP. The male nurse was also very nice and approachable during the visit most nurses are super cold and robotic but not him. He also took his time to get my history and get my paperwork filled out. I loved that they were able to fill out paperwork that I needed for another doctor and got it back to me that very same day. That’s what you call top notch service. I’ll definitely be back.

Checking into ClearMD was very quick and easy. Its my first time so I was asked for my ID and insurance. I was seated and waited not even for 5 minutes and was called in.My doctor, Dr Jones was nice, friendly, easy going and made everything very comfortable.

Doctor Apolinario Mateo was absolutely fantastic. Patient, calm, thorough. It was very clear to me that he deeply cares about his patients and their health. The staff at ClearMD were warm and friendly and refreshingly efficient.

Dr. Mbaye and Dr. McIntyre are some of the best doctors I’ve ever been to. I’m lucky enough to not have too many pre existing conditions, but even so, they’ve both treated me with kindness and empathy regarding each of my concerns and conditions. I literally found them through my insurance, I could not have been luckier.

I was able to schedule and reschedule easily. Dr. Heather Jones made me feel comfortable and gave me some great advice that other doctors had not provided. Highly recommend.

I have had absolutely wonderful experiences with Drs McIntyre, Costa, Jones, and the ultrasound specialist, as well as the very professional, helpful, understanding staff there. Ive been for urgent care twice, gyno, and primary so far. Ive been so impressed with the caring attention I received in every appointment.If I could change anything, it would only be that I wish they used MyChart instead of Healow for the online patient portal, so just a liiitle suggestion if that might be a possibility for the future.... :) also, it seems most of the walls dont go all the way to the ceiling, so sound privacy might be an issue at times, but i dont think that is their fault-- probably a fire code compliance thing. (that said, i was seen in a sound-private room for a gyn appt). I personally highly recommend.

Dr. Jones was so attentive and patient. This was my first time with her and she took her time getting to me. Gave me fantastic advice. I will definitely be a regular and will absolutely recommend her to family and friends.

Terrible office administration and management. My PCP left the practice and I was never informed, which resulted in delayed treatment for ongoing issues. I agreed to see another provider, and the appt was cancelled an hour before. The worst patient care I’ve ever experienced!! Do not recommend.

Went in for STI testing and had a great experience from check-in to after the appointment. Both the provider Krasimir Kolev (NP) and nurse were professional and had great bedside manner. I received my Rx right after my appointment and the lab results the following morning. The provider followed up a few times to explain the Rx and lab results and was thorough in addressing any questions/concerns I had.

Doctor Mbaye was excellent! Very knowledgeable with my issue. Very attentive I loved how I felt listened too and how she explained things to me. Great bedside manners. I will be back!

If youre looking for Primary Care, STAY AWAY!Theyve been my Primary Care for about a year now. I havent heard from my PCP since my first visit, and theres no sign that she even remembers who I am. I have never once managed to even get a routine prescription refilled without hounding them over numerous emails / having to make an appointment. The request refill form in their app (Healow) shows no sign of actually doing anything.Theyre really not setup for this, and you should stick to using Clear MD as a walk-in clinic only.

I had such an amazing experience at Clear MD ( Noho location) the check in staff was so kind, the nurse who took my blood and information was nice, patient, and answered all my questions. NP Krasimir Kolev was also amazing, informative and understanding of yall my concerns regarding my health. I would definitely recommend this ClearMD location.

I had a scheduled appointment with Kathleen Morse, for which I rearranged my work commitments and took time away, only to have her fail to show up. This lack of communication and respect for my time is incredibly disappointing. Completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional!

I recently visited this primary care office for a self-pay STI test, and I couldnt be more satisfied with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff, I believe his name was Afan, was incredibly welcoming and efficient, made the check-in process smooth and stress-free, answering all my questions with patience and professionalism.The medical staff was equally impressive—knowledgeable and reassuring throughout the entire process. I appreciated the emphasis on confidentiality and comfort, which made a potentially awkward visit feel completely normal.Overall, the service was top-notch, and I highly recommend this office for anyone seeking reliable and compassionate healthcare. By far, the worst experience booking appointments. Every single time I’ve booked an appointment online (I’ve had/tried to have multiple appointments here), there has been a last minute cancellation, or change of doctor (I prefer female doctors and was asked to swap last minute to a male doctor). Super frustrating experience. Would never book with them again. Don’t understand having an online portal if the time and doctor selected is not guaranteed.

They put in the wrong pharmacy address for my prescriptions 3 different times causing a 3 week delay in me getting my medication. This was an incredibly unsafe and I went without it, causing me to abruptly come off of a medication with major withdrawal effects. I could not get ahold of anyone on the phone because they will not pick up and the mailbox is full. Be careful with this and make sure you stay on them about medication management.

I saw Alyssa Costa. She’s very warm and thorough. She answered all my questions and listened to any concerns I had. Excellent provider!

Went for the first time and loved my experience. Everyone- from Emily at the front desk to phlebotomist Oumou- were wonderful. I saw Theresa McIntyre, and she’s amazing. Listens and discusses whatever is on your mind, I never felt rushed. I went for a physical and while the nurse had trouble finding a vein in my arm to draw blood - I had to get stuck 4 times! Small veins 🙃- everyone was lovely and calm and Oumou eventually wrangled a vein in my arm that cooperated. Nothing but good things to say about this location, vibes and practice

I had a really wonderful experience with Dr. Karrin G. and nurse Sam and will definitely be back!! As someone with medical anxieties, I can confidently say that they were amazing, empathetic, and kind every step of the way.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Paid out of pocket for some lab work, the office had the wrong tests run on my samples and still charged me for the more expensive tests I requested. Attempted for days to get in touch with someone via phone but have been told someone would call me back each time with no follow up. Very unhappy with this experience.

I’m 40 y.o and today I met the best and nicest gynecologist I’ve ever had, Dr. Marieme Mbaye. She made me me feel very comfortable, she answered all my questions thoroughly and the visit went very smoothly because she was very gentle and I didn’t feel any discomfort. The practice is very nice and all the people working there were kind and friendly.

This was easily one of the better experiences I’ve had with medical staff. Nurse McIntyre took her time made sure I felt heard and understood. Made sure my needs were met and insured I was well educated in the care that was being rendered and that I understood her treatment modality. I left feeling confident in my health and wellbeing.

Dr. Graham Hadley and the whole team at ClearMD are fantastic. They are kind, knowledgeable, and provide excellent care. ClearMD offers easy access to a wide range of medical services that takes weeks to get an appointment for at other providers, and do so with a smile. I love that they have their own lab... I got my lab results a few hours after my appointment. Highly recommended.Additionally, the physicians assistant did an excellent job drawing blood. I barely felt the needle, and it was done before I knew it. The whole team at ClearMD is great.

I was able to make a same day appointment online. The reviews for Theresa McIntyre were excellent, but the one that stood out to me was where a patient said she was very understanding about a blood phobia. I have a needle phobia so its nice to find a provider who respects it and doesnt make me feel shameful for it. I waited for just over a half hour but I wasnt in a rush. The staff in the office are all very nice. I liked Theresa immediately upon meeting her. It felt like I was talking to a friend. She was patient, listened to all of my questions and concerns, and gave me plenty of grace and kindness when it came to doing bloodwork. The office is open 7 days a week, which is extremely convenient. Im glad Ive found my new provider!

First, the location and environment was fantastic. There weren’t tons of patients in the waiting area. I was the only patient waiting actually.From moment I walked in everything ran smoothly from check-in, to waiting time, intake and meeting with my healthcare provider.Genevieve took her time and I didn’t feel rushed at all.Definitely better experience than I thought it would be.

The practice offers online booking through their website, and Zocdoc. I originally booked through their website, and then found an earlier appointment that matched my schedule better. 3 hours later after the practice closed I received a message that my appointment was double booked and that the next appointment available was 2 weeks later than my original appointment which doesnt work for me.

First visit with Dr. Marieme Mbaye and ClearMD, and a great first impression. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and the space is comfortable and immaculate. Truly wish Id found Dr. Mbaye years ago! She made me feel really at ease - quite important in any doctor, but especially in an ObGyn (trust me on this, guys), and she took time to listen and explain. As positive an experience as any Ive had at a doctors office. Will happily recommend her and this office to friends.

I see Theresa MacIntyre at both locations. I followed her after she moved to a new company. She is the most caring and considerate provider ive come into contact with, rivaling years of seeing GPs and specialists. She goes above and beyond without question. I’ll follow her wherever she goes.The ClearMD facility is also wonderful and have only had positive experiences at both the NoHo and 57th St locations.10/10 experience.

Very clean and comfortable space. Personable and efficient staff. Dr Mbaye is wonderful: kind, gentle, patient and knowledgeable. I did have to wait 30 minutes before my appointment, but that seemed unusual and it was my first time there so I cant say how typical that is.

I visited ClearMD today and mentioned that I am a vasovagal fainter. Sam went above and beyond to make sure I was okay throughout the visit, brought me apple juice and a protein bar, and even walked me out of the clinic to make sure I was feeling okay. Thank you so much for truly being the kindest and most empathetic -- so hard to find bedside manner like this and I will always come here moving forward!

Fast-reliable test results, well-informed & detail-oriented care providers, excellent support staff make for a well-run, reliable and accessible one-stop shop urgent care with the option of scheduling / virtual visits here in the NoHo area.

Best place for quick test results. In my case it was for UTI and I was relieved to get such comfortable experience while being at the doctor’s office. The receptionist was a lovely woman who helped me with everything. Not as expensive as other places. No line. Got there 10 minutes early and was able to start right away without waiting.

They take walk-ins and all staff members were very welcoming and friendly. They gave recommendations and provided medication that almost instantly fixed my dizziness and nausea. The office is always very clean and well decorated.

Nice people but wish there were more gender neutral or non-binary options for forms / answers to health questions. Like, are you dating a man or a woman? feels a bit reductive in NYC and in 2024.

I was the only one in the clinic at 5 PM today Thursday the 28 of October, it took 35 minutes to check me in. What would you do if there were 5 people to check in at the same time ? It will take some time, you have to speed up the process checking in to get to see a doctor . However, everyone was very polite, nice and helpful, the clinic was new and nicely decorated, the physician assistant was great and the nurse was officiant .

I visited Noho’s ClearMD in June of 2023. I was lucky to be taken care of by Lizette, a medical assistant who went above and beyond to assure me my needs would be taken care of. I thanked her a million times for being so attentive and helpful to me. The process was quick. I was seen by the medical assistant and the doctor within 20 minutes of my visit. My test results came back in 1 day which was amazing. Thanks Clear and thank you Lizette for such a wonderful visit.

My experience at ClearMD, East Side, in Manhattan today was excellent! Lorenzo and other staff were very courteous, professional, and helpful in testing me for Covid and prescribing medication. If I need additional testing in the future, I will definitely go to ClearMD.

I was able to get an appointment same day either Telemed or in person. I decided on in person. I was told to go to the Midtown location, because they had special eye equipment (I had an eye infection). The office was sleek, modern, clean and welcoming. I was taken into the room promptly, but waited over 15 min to be seen. The doctor was professional and right to the point. He prescribed a medication, but when I got to the pharmacy it was not called in. When I tried to call the office 3 times (during office hours), no one answered. Hopefully I get the prescription tomorrow. I will return. Good location, close to many train stations and hopefully the scripts work.

Doctor Khoi Nguyen was great! He was listening and understanding. He suggested me different options and gave his ideas to make my annual check resultful. I felt myself pretty comfortable. Nurse Rabia is wonderful, she was so attentive.But my waiting time was more than one and a half hour.

Dr. Mbaye was wonderful! She was very patient and took her time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions. She was very pleasant! Glad I made the switch to her 😊

Misdiagnosis at its peak. My visit to ClearMD was for ear fullness and was seen by Sharon Ramjattan. She looked in the ears and confidently told me I had wax blockage and prescribed me a hydrogen peroxide solution for that issue.I used it and was left with excruciating pain, more pain than I was in before I went to ClearMD and saw Sharon.Moreover, she used the information i myself gave about left ear feeling more blocked than the right and told me that the left one has more wax.In reality, my ear canals DIDNT HAVE ANY WAX AT ALL!!!What I had was an ear infection. She confidently misdiagnosed me and then prescribed me wax solution that was not needed in the 1st place.I was felt rushed and the one driving conversation. I mean? Like seriously?As a doctor there was 0 information shared by her, most like the because she couldn’t recognize a simple ear infection. The wax cleaning solution irritated my ear infection and made it a nightmare for me.One question for ClearMD - Why would you guys put my and probably other patients like me in danger by misdiagnosing and then also prescribing me something that is not needed?

Love this office! From the moment you walk in, you’re a peace. From the vibrant plant life, to the calming music that’s playing, this was an experience I really appreciated and enjoyed. Everyone I met was so lovely, professional and at ease.

I waited over an hour to be seen for an earache, was repeatedly deadnamed (I’m trans), and the provider met with me for perhaps a total of two minutes. I would highly discourage TGNC folks from using this location. I will certainly avoid it in the future.For full context, when I told the administrative staff that I use a name other than my dead name, they asked what name needed to be used for billing purposes, and I told them by dead name. They at no point asked the name I do go by, and I should note that my dead name triggers tremendous dysphoria. They then told me that they had to use my deadname to refer to me (which I would understand if they meant in their billing of the insurance company) but this also included when they spoke to me throughout the very brief appointment. I brought it up with the first medical professional I saw and she again made a comment about how they had to refer to me by my dead name due to the insurance company. This makes absolutely no sense as I’ve had plenty of affirming medical visits at other facilities where staff respect my identity, and refer to me by my chosen name in an appointment.

Everyone there was nice & friendly, got my test results back the same day ( which most places would take 2-3 days ) would definitely recommend :)

My daughter recently moved to NYC and unfortunately needed medical care, she was told her insurance was out of network but was still seen, however, no exams or testing was performed, that would have cost extra, my daughter basically diagnosed herself and was given meds with no proof of her condition, she paid full price and now they refuse to send the claim to my insurance company for reimbursement. Why didn’t they tell her to go elsewhere to a facility that accepted our insurance? The extremely rude and unprofessional woman I spoke with refused to give me her name, that’s a red flag! I called on September 5th at approximately 6:40, if anyone has her name I would appreciate it because she will be reported.

Do NOT go here. There gentleman at the front desk was beyond unprofessional. He scheduled me for the wrong location. Then Rescheduled me at a time I did not agree to and hung up the phone. He told me to just show up at the other location and I then when I did I could not be seen for 50 min and ended up leaving and going to another clinic.

Staff was super friendly and informative. I havent felt this comfortable around medical staff in a very long time.

Dr. Genovese is amazing! She is very thorough and has a great bedside manner. The PAs and office staff are also wonderful. I highly recommend this office.

Very inefficient.You better miss this place.I waited 1 hour to get in the doctors office but once inside; they didn’t even know what I needed to do. I’ve been 1 hour in the waiting room and they didn’t ask me anything.They charged my insurance for something I didn’t request.Girls at front desk talk with the screen on their face and they don’t look at you when talking, so how would they know what I came for.Such a waste of time and energies.I wish them the same service they provide.

A really great Clinic, it was very easy to schedule. I was greeted by Athens who was extremely nice. They helped me to get ready for my test, and helped me to calm down and be less anxious for the entire process. 10 out 10 for Athens and all the work they done for me. Overall very nice experience.

The unparalleled efficiency with attention to details, reasonable wait time, thoughtful care and compassion of Lorenzo and Krasimir Kolev, NP, make this ClearMD center a serious competitor to many walk-in clinics.The only minus is that their portal is malfunctioning at the time when you need to get the results. Yet, it is a technical problem- not a clinical one.

I’ve gotten two PCR tests here - one in December 2021 when Omicron came to NYC and one in March 2022. Both times were efficient, fast, and I got my results back within two days (which was impressive when the testing centers were overwhelmed last December). In March 2022 my results came back in less than 24 hours. I especially appreciated how many appointments they had available after work hours. Their website is easy to use when booking an appointment. Would recommend ClearMD to anyone!

We needed a PCR test for travel back into Canada. The process at ClearMD could not have been easier and was totally free. Received our results earlier than the 48 hours promised. Very easy and efficient.

I came in 40+ mins before my appointment expecting to have to wait an hour + but was checked in and seen in under 20 mins. I paid $25 to have a COVID test with

24 hour turnaround regardless of whether you test on a weekend or not. I went midday on a Saturday and there was no wait! You can make an appointment ahead of time too.

Went to ClearMD on a Sunday evening and paid the $175 for 24 hour results, it is now Wednesday and I still have not heard anything back. I had to reschedule a flight due to the late results, and am about to have to reschedule a second time... They also do not answer their phone or email, I’m sure they won’t reply to any requests for a refund.

This place is a scam. You make an appointment but then still need to wait in line an hour and half, you’re treated the same whether you’re a walk in or have an appointment. They just lure you in with the idea of having a dedicated appointment time, but it doesn’t matter. You’re better off at a mobile testing site or city MD, if you have to wait in line, at least go somewhere legit.

Dr.Mbaye was so kind. She took her time to talk through everything and truly listened.

Paid $150 for next day PCR result. 4:30pm appt and got the result at noon next day! The online schedule appt is easy to use, the wait at the clinic is minimal about 15-20 mins, and the staff is professional and thorough (counted to 5 for each swap).

Next day results (paid $150) did not arrive in time, and had to reschedule my flight as a consequence. Not a pleasant experience, especially after queuing 1.5h to get a test.

Advertised that would receive the test result by 7PM the next day. That did not happen. Have to rebook flight. There is no way to contact them either. They dont pick up the phone.

First of all, Im glad this place exists. I needed a PCR with quick turnaround and this location had plenty of appointments at a location near me. So, 5 stars for convenience.I was really surprised, however, that a medical testing clinic would let so many of its staff wear their masks so sloppily. The woman at the front desk had a super loose fitting mask on, she hadnt even bent the nose wire around her nose. At one point it was falling off when she was talking. Then another woman came out with the same thing.A guy came in to get a test and his mask was down around his chin. He was leaning over, basically maskless, talking to the receptionist. NO ONE TOLD HIM TO PUT HIS MASK ON.Other people waiting to take tests had equally loose fitting masks and were sniffling.If this is the level of ineptitude AT A COVID TESTING SITE, then its no wonder the pandemic rages on. People are so checked out its just mind numbing.Professionalism, zero stars.Needless to say, I waited outside for my turn.

Got a false positive antigen test, contradicted by a negative Binax at home test and a negative RT-PCR one hour later ! They did not want to refund and argue that the antigen test is know not to be accurate. These people don’t know what they are doing. Avoid by all means there are many other options such as Sameday Health
