Fast, convenient, but not very thorough. Took my son’s temperature before leaving it was 104. I know with these digital thermometers, they aren’t always accurate on the first press, they said he didn’t have a fever at all upon arrival only 40 minutes after I left the house & he was still very warm. I’m pretty sure my son has walking pneumonia or something in addition to an ear infection. The male PA saw the ear infection and sent us on our way. Kind staff, and I know my autistic son can be hard to evaluate, I’m just not confident they caught everything he needed to be treated for.Update:I returned 2 days later (because it’s the closest to me and I could Bradford the first trip there) and had a nice female PA who actually listened and was patient with my son. She immediately tested for RSV/COVID & guess what he has RSV the whole time. If the first guy would have listened and been more thorough, my son would have had 2 less horrible days of illness.
This location and staff serve an incredible number of people, and are very capable and professional. The wait can be long if you do a drop-in without making an appointment, but the Physicians Assistants have stayed after closing time to see me on multiple occasions if I was on the list beforehand. They are honest about how much they can do to help, and even though that answer can be disappointing, I feel confident that they do the best they can. Thank you for serving your community, vybe staff!
Not very nice or helpful. I hurt my ankle and was feeling pretty embarrassed already. I parked on the street and had to hobble in. The x ray tech wasnt in which wasnt indicated online. I figured this out only after I had checked in. I needed help getting back to my car so that I could go somewhere with an X-ray tech but was told that was only possible if I was seen. The front desk and during staff was nice enough but the doctor was condescending and unkind. He quickly said that, despite my ankle being twice the size of the other one, there was no break and that I didnt need an x ray at all. Made with some other flippant remarks. No one helped me through the doors as I left (and Im talking internal doors) which was hard and embarassing. This is the urgent care closest to my house but I wont be returning and I will be seeking a second opinion. Upside is that I did crutches to help me back to my car after all.
I had a great experience today at Vybe. I was greeted and checked in quickly, then only waited a short time to get be seen. The doctor was helpful and promptly sent in a prescription for me to my pharmacy. The staff at the desk and the tech that checked me in were both great!
I have been to this location 4, maybe 5 times over several years. The facility is clean. However, I consistently make an appointment and am there on average at least an hour before being seen. I find the staff (receptionist and nurses) to be pleasant, relatable, and mostly compassionate. However, the doctors by and large have some of the worst bed manner i have every experienced. Examples are if I say something shoots extreme pain through my face when you touch it, I do not expect an overly aggressive prodding or if I ask what could be causing a reoccurring issue or what can I do to make it better, Im given a shrug. The follow-up from tests is actually really good and the diagnosis are solid as well. I just wish the doctors were just a little nicer.
I was experiencing an allergic reaction and after paying my copay and waiting 45 minutes I was refused treatment because it was “inappropriate” of me to get treated at an urgent care. I was shamed, belittled, and my symptoms pushed off to another provider. Completely unprofessional service.
I just moved to the area and got incredibly sick. Vybe was nearest to me, so I went in hope of finding some relief. The woman at the front desk is so sweet and welcoming. Sign in was easy and my wait wasn’t long at all. The nurses and doctors were super nice, efficient, and got right to the root of the issue! I had to go back a second day because my symptoms worsened, and they gave me a chest X-Ray and a prescription to help relieve some of the anxieties I had. One of the best urgent cares I have been to and will definitely be going there if needed in the future! Thank you!
Don’t go here. The wait is super long. They are not helpful at the front desk and when you finally see a provider they did not correctly diagnose a simple infection. Ended up paying a lot of money and had to go to another clinic the next day because they did not listen to all of my daughters symptoms r give the correct treatment.
Clean and straightforward. I got the care that I needed after a reasonable wait so no complaints there. HOWEVER. I came in with a sore throat and unable to speak (something that happens to lots of people!). I even wrote a note explaining this. But my nurse kept asking me questions and then NOT LOOKING AT ME while I was trying to nod or shake my head, so she kept repeating herself and getting irritated with ME while I was actively trying to communicate with her. God forbid I was a deaf or otherwise nonspeaking patient! I wanted to say Look at me! Im answering you! When she came back with my prescription, she sort of leaned halfway into the room, handed me a piece of paper, mumbled something really fast that I couldnt understand, and then left. So five stars for giving me the meds I needed. ZERO STARS for bedside manner and BASIC COMMUNICATION.
The stars are purely for the extremely nice & relatable person working at the front desk, the lack of stars is because they take the copay upfront and then you wait an extremely long time to be seen even if you made an appt and finished all of the paperwork before arriving. What is the point of appointments if yall can’t honor the time? Disrespectful to people who might really need to be helped!
I had such a wonderful experience here! The PA-C, Tosha Kadakia was professional, insightful, and made me feel taken care of. She ran additional tests for me as a cautionary measure which put me at ease. The facility was clean, I was in and out quickly, and the staff is so respectful and knowledgeable. Thank you, Vybe!
Good experience! The staff were professional and knowledgeable. Wait time was rightly 10 minutes. I was seen, diagnosed and discharged in under an hour. No complaints!
Normally my visits are excellent. Tonight I was rushed through and not helped at all. I was told that the emergency room would probably be a better place to get the refill I needed. I feel terribly sick and rushed to this particular Vybe because they have always helped me in the past ( at least 8+ times) and thats why Ive always recommended them to everyone I come across. Maybe it was the resident physician this time but I normally would give 5 stars.
I chose this location due to convenience. I was not expecting it to be anything spectacular but they were quite organized here and it was extremely clean and they had a welcoming waiting area. I did wait to be seen and waited while I was in my room but all of the people I interacted with were super efficient, helpful, and friendly. I would come here again and I would recommend it to others
I love Vybe Urgent Cares! (I’m a regular lol) Being seen in a regular pcp office is impossible for me when you work the same hours so the later appointment times are very convenient and the staff is always so kind from the front desk to the MA to the provider! Thanks for making testing easy 🫶
They were able to see me same day on a weekend which was great, but I was clearly in a lot of pain when I arrived and the people at the front desk were showing each other videos on their phones instead of greeting me and checking me in. The visit was standard and labs were sent out. After 5 days of no results, I started following up every day to see if they came in, asking if they could be lost. I was assured they weren’t and was told every time I called that I would get a call back after they talked to the lab - I never did. Finally when I called today (10 days after my visit) they said the lab told them they never received my sample. I know these things happen, but it is incredibly frustrating that I had to call daily for a week only to ultimately be told it was lost. And since I’ve been treated the lab cannot be redone, so I’ll never get clarity into what was happening. I would not recommend this location.
Super friendly, clean office and was seen rather quickly, i usually go to the one of 58th and market but I think I’ll take the extra drive and come to this one allot nicer overall no shade to the other one the doctors and staff are great there too just a longer wait there usually.
Tosha and Mike fixed me right up. Everyone there is incredibly kind and well informed no matter which location you visit. I had a fantastic experience with Vybe two times now. Each visit went flawlessly.
This place usually has a lot of same day appt spots available. I did a walk intonight and was seen very quickly! The Dr was great, attentive and helpful. I almost didnt go because I saw they had no appts open, but glad I checked that they were still accepting walk ins. You can do a walk in any day up til 10 minutes before closing.
I really enjoyed this day everything was nice everybody was polite the lady at the desk didnt mind helping me which was a plus and you have some good people on your team I thought I would get my albuterol but she said I couldnt because I came in for one thing and ask for another I guess but it happened before and I got it so I dont see whats the problem great team 🙏
My visit was pleasant and efficient. With only an hour to spare at the noon hr of the day, I was seen, which includes the provider, and out with 20 min to spare. From my first entering, being taken back to the room, questions, vital signs, and point of care testing, to speaking with the doctor, everything and everyone was professional and nice. A very clean atmosphere too. Lastly, I cannot conclude my final experience as of yet because I have not received follow-up. This will ultimately create the entire experience and seal the final vote!!!
Had a 6:50 appointment but they were able to see me 1hr earlier. The space was reallyyyy clean but the appointment overall www super quick yet efficient. Peace of mind with care here.
The nursing staff was very polite and helpful. But the doctor Curt Mullendore was very rude and condescending in my opinion. I was the only patient in the office at the time of my visit, and his diagnosis lasted under 20 seconds. He barely listened at all and talked over me when I tried to explain the logic behind my worries. It was clear my concerns werent taken seriously and he essentially tried to tell me I dont need to take a test for what I came in to get tested for. He didnt speak on the symptoms I presented for some reason which was frustrating as well. Overall I left this appointment feeling as though my health concerns were not taken entirely seriously.
The staff was very helpful and explained each step of the process for my DOT exam. Doctor was friendly and very professional and personable. I will be back and recommend that anyone looking for exceptional customer service to come to Vybe on Market !!!
Everyone, from the woman at the front desk to the x-ray tech and provider, was very friendly, pleasant, and professional. I had fallen after tripping on a sidewalk crack with my backpack loaded with a large laptop, tech equipment, a water bottle, and lunch and so on, and my hand was hurting badly. I knew it might be broken, and I wanted to make sure it was or wasnt and give it the right treatment. I felt I was evaluated properly, and the X-ray tech knew what she was doing (as a sports fanatic, Ive been through this before). The X-rays came back negative, no break, and I was fixed up with a brace and appropriate advice to ice and elevate. Thank you to everyone at Vybe. Ive been walking past your office for a couple of years, so I thought of you right away when I realized I had to get checked ASAP Thanks!
The front desk receptionist was pleasant .She greeted she even let my daughter watch something on TV after we were finished. The MA Vanessa i believe was again very sweet and helpful . Not a long wait time at all . Dr came right in after she was done our intake. Really a great experience . Thx for the great hospitality .
I was seen immediately and the Physicians Assistant was very patient and thorough. Great bedside manners and I appreciated that he listened to me.
I had a great experience at this location. The doctor and staff were extremely attentive and helpful. I didn’t have an appointment I was seen within 15 minutes for a sprain knee and was able to get x-rays at this location.
Got sick while on a trip. I consulted with Dr. Jose Torradas at Vybe in University City. I was nervous about being away from home, but he went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable, I understood what was going on, and I felt safe. Dr. Torradas was decisive with his diagnosis, quick in ordering the necessary tests, and clear about the treatment plan. I feel very lucky that he was the doctor I saw that day! I highly recommend you go see him.
I booked an appointment at one location for an xray. After I get to that location they tell me the xray tech isn’t there that day so to get an xray I would have to go to another location. I go to another location being told my visit will be a priority. An hour later of waiting and still not being seen I chose to leave and go to a different urgent care. In the hour I was there, they only had maybe 3 patients get called back. Not enough staff for a busy location. Won’t be coming back
Literally did nothing - took the wrong lab sample and then forgot to place the actual test order. completely didn’t address my urgent issue and cost me an inane amount after an long wait (even with an appt!) awful awful experience
Very helpful, quick and efficient service. Every individual went through a thorough explenation of what needed to be done to proceed through getting checked in and solving the problem 👍🏼👍🏼
The doctor diagnosed me with strep and told me I could go back to work the next day. When I called the receptionist later and told them I was still feeling very ill and couldn’t work even on the antibiotics they told me they couldn’t extend the note because I was technically not contagious and it would be “illegal” to send me to work cause that’s the CDC guidelines. If that’s how it worked they wouldn’t give people doctor’s notes for physical injuries. Those people aren’t contagious either but they aren’t well enough to work. They said I could come back in to get reevaluated and be seen again which is clearly just a way to get more money. I’ve never had this experience at another vybe and I’ve never had a doctor tell me to return to work in less than 24 hours with strep throat. Insane.
I’ve been to this location several times now and almost always have a great experience! The reception staff and nurses have always treated me with care. The PA I usually see is amazing.I had one rough experience with Dr. Mullendore. A deep cut on my foot that I had stitched up at Vybe the week before got infected (no fault of Vybe’s, it’s just a tough spot to keep bacteria out of) and my condition was declining pretty fast. My fever hit 101 and I felt faint, and the cut was oozing, red, and swollen. I took some ibuprofen to get the fever down to 99 and went to Vybe. Dr. Mullendore walked into the room and without looking at my vitals (abnormally high BP and resting pulse, fever) or my foot, or even saying hello, announced that he wasn’t giving me any antibiotics. I asked if I should go to the ER instead. He then looked at my foot, said “maybe it’s a borderline case” and prescribed me double strength Bactrim. My condition improved within 24 hours and the wound began healing again. If he had continued to dig in his heels I could have died or suffered irreparable organ damage.I see other reviews mentioning his name so I hope Vybe takes these concerns seriously. I really like Vybe otherwise.
Clean facilities with easy checkin. Easy to make appointments and quick once youre there. Friendly and chill staff. Ive been here for covid testing and a couple urgent care exams and havent had a bad experience yet.
Fast intake, doctor dismissed my concerns about an ongoing cough and shortness of breath, assured me it was a virus, and ran no tests. Tested positive for pneumonia two days later. Doctor somewhat condescending and cost me days where I could’ve been on antibiotics
The staff was wonderful, no issues with signing in, doctor saw me in 20 mins, got the prescription I needed. Will utilize them again if I need to.
Always kind and courteous. This is my second time using vibe. I was initially referred by my daughter. Although I didn’t go to the same one as last time, I still received the best of service!
With this being my first time going to a urgent care center I will say everyone was very nice and helpful they didnt make me waiting for hours.
My Daughter recommended vybe urgent care and it was just like she said quick, easy and professional. Thanks , I will also recommend you all…
Everyone was very kind and helpfull except for the young lady who took my vitals she actually pushed me.Im praying and hoping I dont have to return. She asked me how much did I Weigh stated. I hadnt been weighed in a while. She said well, what was it then? And thats what she put down.
As someone who has been chronically ill since I was little, I’m used to a wide variety of health care experiences. I went here many years ago when I sprained my ankle and had a really positive experience. So I suggested this place when my partner sliced their finger this morning and needed stitches. We came as soon as they opened, and the place was essentially empty except us.After we finished the paperwork, it took a while to get the attention of the receptionist because she was too busy chatting in the back. The appointment went smoothly, but my partner was given zero instructions on how to care for the stitches, and when they came back into the waiting area, their hand was still covered in dried blood. I believe they saw “Dr. Mike”. It feels really disrespectful and unacceptable to just send them home without even bothering to clean them up. Have some respect and care with what you do.My partner says they were left to clean themselves up with stuff in the room before they came out of the doctor’s room. Unacceptable and disgusting. After a while (I think the receptionist was watching Youtube or something in the other room) of calling out for someone at the desk, I waited like 20 minutes before the receptionist came out. I showed her how bloody my partner’s hand still was and she agreed that it was unacceptable and had them come back for the tech to clean it up.According to my partner, the tech Aziz complained about how it was “too hard to wipe off” without scrubbing…? There are no other patients in the waiting room. Take the time to properly care for people. In all of my years I have never seen such lackadaisical behavior in a health care environment. They came back and it was still bloody but considerably less so. The receptionist checked back in and I let her know it was still bloody, so she gave me a handful of alcohol wipes and sent us on our way. This whole thing was incredibly upsetting, belittling and unsanitary and I will be avoiding this place and telling everyone I know not to come here.I hope the owners are aware the staff cuts corners, watches youtube, and leaves people at the desk for long periods of time. It was not like this when I first went. The community deserves better than this type of behavior.
This is only my second time going to this specific location and I actually like it. It’s very low-key not crowded at all quick service I was in and out within an hour.
I was a walk-in patient and I was seen within 30-minutes from the time that I came. The people that worked there were very nice. After taking x-rays, I was found to have broken bones in my ankle and put in a boot.
All the staff were very helpful and kind. They worked efficiently and I did not have to wait very long, even though I was a walk in. The one issue was that the EKG stickers kept falling off.
Very positive experience. Caring staff.Provider spent quality time with me and gave good explanations for my situation.
Quick service, PA couldnt prescribe what I wanted but Snow took the time to have a conversation with me about potential next steps and options.
I had a small injury today and went to this Urgent care facility. The place wasnt crowded at all, probably due to the long weekend. I waited for less than 15 minutes by which time I was checked in. My vitals were then taken and I was attended to fairly quickly. I was given good care, given explanation of the situation and what I needed to do.
Staff was courteous and pleasant and helpful place was nice and clean and well taken care of you didnt wait long to be seen by the doctor.
I love this urgent care! I’ve been twice and both times got treated quickly, all the providers were kind and caring, and I got what I needed within the day!
Very kind staff . The healthcare system just sucks in general but I got very good service here when I was sad w broken foot
The appt booking and in person service was all around great but the bathrooms need a deep clean.
Fast, clean, friendly staff and they had TVs in the exam rooms so you weren’t too bored while you waited :)
The urgent care sent me to a closed pharmacy and never picked up the phone to transfer my medicines to an open pharmacy. Only go here if you do not require medicines to be treated or if your medicines can wait a week. Def not getting an “urgent” care here.
I’ve been to a lot of urgent cares and wow this has been the best. They were quick and had incredible customer service. They were also very understanding about the need to be aware of extra tests and the costs as I’m a student. I cannot suggest then enough.
Seen before my scheduled appointment. Staff was polite and helpful. Answered all my questions.
Clinical staff was friendly and efficient, but the receptionist was HORRIBLE. I went to this location for a school physical. I was met with attitude from the moment I walked through the front door. I literally stepped in the door and the receptionist yells do you have an appointment? No greeting or anything. Riddle me this: the waiting room was completely empty, so why was she yelling? I told her that I did, confirmed my name and reason for the visit. Then I asked for some immunization titers in addition. She keeps telling me that I need vaccines, I keep telling her that I dont need any vaccine, I just needed two titers. Confused about why I keep saying I dont need vaccines, I need a titer, she asks to see my school forms. Guess what? It doesnt say what I need because the form is NOT a medical record! Then she tells me I cant get a physical, until after I have had my vaccines. Why not? Because she says the doctor cant sign off on the forms until the vaccine results come back. Mind you, I was standing there with my actual medial records showing that I already had my vaccinations! So I say forget the vaccines and paperwork, I just want to have the physical done today. I scheduled it for this time because it was the only thing time that worked for me for several weeks. She still refuses! So to avoid having wasted my entire appointment, I opt to have the blood test for the titers.Could I have gotten the physical? Yes. Because the physical has absolutely NOTHING to do with any shots Ive gotten in the past. They could fill out the paperwork at any time. Or hell, they didnt have to fill out the paperwork at all. They also had the option to hold onto the paperwork until any needed bloodwork came back. But no, she refused to take the paperwork, she refused to put me through for the physcial, and she told me I would need to come back in a few days to have the physical done.Guess what, I went around the corner to myDoc urgent care and had the physcial done. They kept the paperwork and are waiting for my titer results from Vybe. Make it make sense. This was my first and last time going to Vybe. The inconvenience and frustration caused by the receptionist is enough. The healthcare system is already trash, we dont need to deal with trash people on top of it.
I am scared of needles and when I tell you I was in and out one of the nurses took my blood and he was so patient with me and it was probably the best bloodwork I’ve done
Instructions are smooth and straightforward. Nurse and Doc takes their time to explain next steps
Staff is nice and the doctor was understanding about pain and took the time to explain the next steps.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. I’d definitely go back here again if I need to.
I called ahead to see if my visit would be covered with my insurance, and they said it would be except for my copay. Not true. The 30 second visit from a doctor resulted in me getting a $250 bill that my insurance denied! This is so dishonest.Try not to go here unless you want enormous surprise bills.
The CNA, PA, and MD at vybe urgent care were personable and professional. They showed the appropriate interest in my banged-up thumb and gave me solutions I could live with. This was my first visit. If I need urgent care again, I will return.
The woman working the front desk was lovely along with the medical assistant that took my blood pressure and completed the initial intake. However, the “PA?” young woman acting as the doctor was very condescending in the manner in which she spoke to me. Ruined an otherwise pleasant experience.
The staff at this location during my visit were very helpful, compassionate, informative and timely. I will definitely return when necessary.
Everyone was very nice and helpful even though i came in when they were about to close.
Was quick about getting me seen. Was told medicine would be sent to pharmacy but it wasnt so now I ended up waiting for hours in pain.
Had a very pleasant experience here, all staff were friendly and the thing I came in for was handled quickly and appropriately. Would recommend to anyone
The atmosphere was pleasant as well as the staff. My wait time wasnt too bad and I found the staff very professional and knowledgeable. Considering this is a holiday, I have to give them 5 🤩.
We had an excellent experience. Abram Lishansky was the practitioner who attended to my husband and felt quite assuredly that he had a small bowel obstruction and strongly encouraged us to go to the ER at University of Penn. We did and my husband was admitted with a small bowel obstruction confirmed by CAT SCAN. Abram was wonderful. Friendly, efficient and very competent. He gets all our praise.
Very quick and very fast! I was in and out. The receptionists were really kind and sweet.
I have been provided excellent service at this Vybe location twice and recommend them for your urgent health care needs if your PCP is unable to assist you.
My appointment was at 8am. The front desk staff was nice, personable and professional. The MA was sweet as well and helpful. The PA was professional, polite and timely. I was in and out 20 minutes tops. Great location!
This was not my first time having to use an Urgent care center.I was extremely pleased I choose this one. From reception to staff the experience was very professional and pleasant. The facility was clean and well kept.I received the best care possible .I felt so much better after leaving, even knowing I still have a long road ahead for complete wellness.
I was really anxious and they were very nice! felt a little worried about the set up of one test, but the person i saw was very thorough.
I find urgent care clinics to be hit or miss. Ive had really great experiences at the 36th and Market Vybe and its my urgent care of choice in the city.
Thanks Urgent Care for your quick medical attention and I will gladly recommend you to my friends and family🤗🤗🤗🤗🙏
Dr. Patel was amazing, the best provider you could get who was super fast, listened to the patient, and was able to provide help. He was a 5/5, However, the receptionist ruined my entire experience. I think her name was Pilar or something. Starting off, I walked in, and there was no receptionist for the first few minutes and then I realized we had to check in on the ipad. Afterwards, she came, and was so rude when I asked about wait time. She gave me horrible attitude and wasnt compassionate at all. A receptionist is the first face you see in an office, so it matters alot. Even at the end of the visit, I needed my paperwork, and she was so rude, and was very disrespectful. Please hire someone better
I had a great experience at the front desk and thought I had a good experience with the doctor as well. Unfortunately, they failed to test me for covid and the flu, and didn’t even take my temperature. They diagnosed me with a stomach flu, but I felt with my symptoms it was something more so I tested myself for covid once home and tested positive. I should have told them to test me for it and to take my temp (but that’s their job anyways)…it seems they were only concerned about taking my expensive copay.
The first time I went to this clinic I had to wait for an hour and a half and they misdiagnosed my shingles rash as ringworm. When I came back a second time three days later in pain, they said I obviously had shingles and hit me with a $180 bill for less than five minutes worth of care. Definitely won’t recommend this place to anyone.
Overall EXCELLENCE! Clean, welcoming environment, clear and helpful signage everywhere, very friendly staff, easy check-in, and I was in and out in minutes. Bravo Vybe! You exceeded my expectations!
PA Haley Sutton was amazing. I am very grateful to her and her staff. I was treated with dignity and respect. All my questions were answered and I received the appropriate care and information for my medical issue
Quick, efficient, professional, friendly, accurate. The problem was handled perfectly
Great place I needed lab work done & I wasn’t there for long I highly recommend this place
I was very pleased with the service here at Vybe Urgent care today. The staff is very professional and nice. Their office is clean. I was seen within 20 minutes so my overall experience was great
Ive used this location before and each time, its been positive. Well mannered staff and knowledgeable doctors. Ive even referred people there.
All the staff members was polite, kind, and respectful. The waiting room area was clean and clear of trash and unsanitary items. All hand sanitizer containers was clean an full of sanitizer with clean mask available for patient use at the door.In the back office area was great also, the staff got right to the job waisting no time asking all the necessary questions and listening intently to my responses. The dr. Come in very confident and assuring, leaving me feeling much better then I did, then when I can in..Very nice! Thank you! Keep up the good work!
Ive been here 3 times and all 3 I was misdiagnosed, leaving me in great pain. On ONE occasion, I was even prescribed antibiotics for a supposed ear infection, just to go to my primary doctor after a WEEK of discomfort to find out it was simply ear wax clogging. I was unable to hear out of one ear for an entire week because I was prescribed antibiotics that I did not need, rather than being having basic ear irrigation. Even at my initial appointment with vybe, I specified that I am sure it was wax clogging, and all my statements were dismissed. It is extremely clear that staff here cares more about rushing as many people as possible than providing the bare minimum of healthcare.
Great place to get camp forms done. In and out in 20 minutes.
I popped into this urgent care on my way out of town because I had a soar throat for about 3 days but no other symptoms of a cold, flu or COVID. I worried it might be strep throat, which is contagious, and I didn’t want to expose anyone to it if that’s what was ailing me.I arrived to find a staff member diligently disinfecting the counters and reception area—a good sign. After electronically filling out the required paperwork, I was immediately taken into a treatment room, where a kind technician prepped me for the doctor, who didn’t delay in arriving and testing me for step. What a kind and patient physician (I believe his name is Michael). He answered all my many questions with confidence and care. Then he concluded I had Tonsillitis and did the work to find a pharmacy in New York where he could electronically put in a prescription for me.So glad good customer service and pleasant bedside manner can still be found!
Explained the issue and prescribed helpful medication. Wait not long either!
Came there because of pain from an auto accident. Seen quickly. Staff was very professional and pleasant
I was sick and couldn’t wait weeks for an appointment for my primary provider so I went here instead. The great reviews are true! Within an hour, I did my tests and got a treatment plan. I was so happy to have such quality care so soon.
This urgent is always the worst experience , the wait is forever and you never leave feeling like your taking care of. I’m extremely congested , can’t breath may have other problem and all he said was I’ll prescribe you an inhaler and you should be okay! Inhaler ? I don’t have asthma nor did you test for bronchitis. Have to be arguably the worst urgent care ever. If i had more energy I’d def peruse legal action because i could’ve walked outta there and died with no diagnosis..horrible should be shut down !!
I recommend calling first because my insurance told me this was tier 1 but it was actually tier 2.I probably should have expected they would weigh me but I didn’t which was upsetting on its own - but to then immediately be shuffled into a patient room playing Diners Drive Ins and Dives on full blast was a really jarring experience. There’s no way for the patient to change this without help either. The tvs in those rooms are really unnecessary. It’s not an inpatient facility. God forbid someone not be entertained for 15 minutes. Its not like we don’t all have tiny computers in our pockets capable of showing us exactly what feels appropriate to us during the vulnerable moments of seeking medical care. (Sarcasm)Also the room you give a urine sample in does not have a sink to wash your hands in after. That’s really gross to me. When you exit there’s a sink with a sign saying that it is distinctly not for hand washing. This was another thing that chipped away at my dignity a little. It’s a diagnostic test not a mandatory drug test, let me wash my hands for everyone’s sake. For what it’s worth, the actual doctor was very kind and professional and encouraged me to voice my concerns. I got the care I needed, but I won’t return if I can avoid it.
I had a horrible experience at this site. Doctor Jay Morrors, laughed in my face because he didnt believe I passed out twice that morning. He didnt help me with anything because he had a personal problem towards me. He asked me if I was on depression medicine because I didnt feel comfortable explaining my medical illness to him. He was extremely close and unprofessional. I have PTSD from this experience. These doctors need to learn to do their job and only their job. No in-between. Jay Morrors needs his license revoked. He needs a class to show him how to properly deal with medical patients.
I have been to this vybe location numerous times and every time the staff are super kind and accommodating!
Prompt courteous service everyone super pleasant…highly recommend
The staff was friendly and professional, starting with the receptionist, to the MA who took my vitals and reason for the visit and ending with to the doctor who saw me. I was seen in a timely manner and this is very important when youre sick butyet, still have things to do. I will definitely visit this location again.
Great service, and they had me in and out
Very clean. Staff very professional. The young woman at the front desk was very beautiful and polite.
Hello thereMt first experience at this location was very smooth and it wasn’t a long wait. I was walk in so I went first thing in the morning. I was in and out within an hour. The staff are very pleasant. I was made to feel at ease and thy answered all my questions and concerns respectfully. Over all was 10. Stay Masked up and wash your hands and be due diligent. Stay Safe.
Probably one of the best urgent care visits I’ve ever had. Making an appointment online was easy, and an 8:30am app on a Saturday resulted in lots of parking out front and no wait. The nurse was incredibly engaging and kind, as was the doctor. The facility is also so clean and lovely! They were very thorough and listened to all my concerns, which at other places I can feel rushed or ignored. Couldn’t have asked for a better visit!
The people were very nice. The problem I had was that I made an appointment at 6am for 10am, noting that I needed an X-ray. In all of the time in between no one called or let me know that they didn’t have an X-ray tech at the time/ or to go elsewhere. But I did get a boot, that was nice.
Super efficient staff and really kind. The facility was really clean as well. I was unsure if I had strep or if it was something else. But the nurse and the PA explained everything to me, told me the next steps depending on my test results, and answered all my questions. The wait time was not too much and even the strep test results came back really quick. I was in and out in an hour quickly. I recommend making an appointment - i made mine the same day I wanted to go in. Highly recommend Vybe!
Very clean, the staff was professional and the doctor was incredible! I highly recommend this Vybe urgent care location
Very professional and knowledgeable. quick turn around time!
3550 Market St Urgent care .My experience at this location was amazing ! I was able to schedule my own appointment online and do all the paperwork online in the comfort of my own home I could upload my insurance card and my identification so when I arrived only thing I had to do it was say that I was there and check in the receptionist was kind and very helpful and she meet all my questions and needs all of the staff were amazing kind compassionate people that made me feel completely safe and comfortable in their office today and they cared about my time schedule aswell!! AMAZING Staffing loving and compassionate people.
Excellent staff, clean courteous, very professional.
Says they close at 8pm online and on their phone line. Went in before 8 for an appointment and was denied medical attention
They have free parking behind the bldg AFTER 2:30pm. You have to enter the parking lot on 34th street across from Wawa. Service was quick yet efficient and the employees were very helpful and nice. The lady at the front desk was informative and the MA was gentle and caring. Would totally recommend to friends and family!
It’s nice they are helpful and professional. One thing I will comment on instead of dodging me with the paperwork and bill before they do something I should be notified the minute I walked in what they do .. the extra bill I should pay if there are any it’s totally unacceptable do better please
Very great service and availability with appointments. It was in a great location close to my job.
There is never a wait to see a doctor here. It is also very clean. I had blood drawn here today, they knew what they were doing. Also, all the employees are very nice and helpful. They explain everything that is being done. All the employees work including the office manager she took my blood very polite and respectful woman. I recommend this urgent care.
I actually really loved this place. They treated me fairly quickly and well. I love the environment and the front desk women were so nice and professional. I love seeing so many kind black nurses as well. Super duper clean which is a must right now. It was a bit busy. Someone please give the head doctor there a raise!! She was so kind a professional and answered all my questions even though she was obviously very exhausted from how busy it was and I think she was the only doctor there but she was still so caring and professional and answered every question I had. I hope they keep up the good work we need more people like them in the healthcare field!!
I got hit by a car as a pedestrian and they made me wait for almost 2 hours in the waiting room while I was sitting there with open wounds, bleeding. They let several people in before me who got there after i did even though I was there first, and had clearly much more of an emergency. when I finally got taken back, the doctor was very helpful. if I could just rate her, I would give her five stars but the facility itself gets a one star because of my experience waiting.
Here are the quick answers to every question you would ask about an urgent care: Quick? Yes. Organized? Yes. Professional staff? Yes.
Great, quick and efficient! Very nice staff
Today was my second visit to Urgent Care at 3550 Market. I always have a good visit even though Im sick. The staff there is amazing its like going to my primary care doctor. I have referred several family members to that location.
The staff were very friendly and quick. Had a bit of a wait time but it was a busy night. Listened to my problem, addressed and fixed what they could and sent me on my way. Overall a very pleasant experience!
Horribly long wait (1h 10m) and they sent my antibiotics to the wrong place. Please go anywhere else.
Had a great experience here! Wait time was very short even for a busy weekend. My PA, Alice, was kind and considerate which really helped to calm my nerves over my sprained arm. She made sure I got imagining done right away and kept me updated and informed with results. Nurse Sabrina, who assisted me with putting on a sling, was also very kind and did a great job minimizing my pain levels. The front desk staff were friendly and attentive as well, making check-in easy. I highly recommend this location and will go back in the future if needed.
Everyone was pleasant and friendly. Doctor was funny. My only “concern” not really a big deal but is the flat rate of $100/w insurance.
Great team. Polite, helpful, and quick.
Staff here is amazing. Highly recommend
Staff is very friendly and have great customer service ! I felt comfortable and would come back. Only downside was I had an appointment and was told it would be an hour wait from appointment time , so I had to cancel a few other appointments because I didn’t leave until 2 hours from original appointment time. However it was a busy day and things happen , they did an amazing job accommodating.
Was told on phone and on the web when I made my appointment that the 3550 Market location had x-ray services but none existed on-site. Wasn’t informed till I had already waited in the exam room for 45 minutes. Doctor was nice but basically gave a cursory exam before telling me I had to make a completely new appointment somewhere else. Waste of a day.
Quick, efficient, and friendly! The front desk gal was SO helpful she even got me a tampon when I needed it. She was the best and had super beautiful makeup and lashes! The doctor who saw me was Dr. Summers and she also was fantastic, she was reassuring I would be okay and explained thoroughly what my next steps were as far as healing. The MA was super sweet as well. It’s a little pricey for a quick visit but worth it for the peace of mind in situations that aren’t totally dire but also not manageable on your own (esp without insurance). Would recommend ;)
The care my family member received was unprofessional, the doctor’s bedside manner was deplorable, and he dismissed the symptoms that my family member was dealing with. His solution for the pain my family member experienced was to go see a therapist. Please choose elsewhere for your care. This place only cares about you getting out the door.
Really great experience overall. There was a wait to be seen (understandable with walk-ins), but the front desk staffer was incredibly nice and helped walk me through some insurance questions. Both the doctor and the medical assistant I saw were thoughtful, kind, and great at communicating -- they answered all my questions, didnt rush me, made an otherwise stressful medical issue much less intimidating, and I left feeling reassured. Would definitely go back again.
Don’t accept appointments for sprained ankles if your x-ray tech isn’t there. You know you’re not going to be able to do anything! All they did was tell me to go to another location and then they still made me wait 45 minutes just to print out some paperwork. Very unprofessional.
As far as my first visit, compared to other clinics Ive tried to enroll with, Vybe was the only clinic to not hangup on me during questions I needed answers to, other clinics did. They were able to accommodate me even though I wasnt a former patient, theyre even accommodating with self pay options. The visit itself was smooth, straightforward, and the medical provider and receptionist whom I was paired with was very nice and kept me at ease with their warming demeanor. Makes me want to consider going to Vybe for future services if needed.
Very nice place very good staff clean fast everything I want when I go to any office they are great everyone needs a raise
Very fast service. I came in only sat down for 15 min and was bought to the back to be seen. Ended up having to get an X-ray to check for pneumonia. I would say the doctor I had stopped checking to see why I was so sick once she seen it was not pneumonia. I was not tested for Covid or anything else. It is five days later, I have worsening symptoms. I have to see another doctor. The medicine I was prescribed has not helped at all. I’ve missed a weeks of work. You’re seen in a timely fashion but not tested for everything, once one thing is ruled out you’re diagnosed and sent on your way.
Very good in treatmentTHANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP.
The staff was extremely helpful, kind, and calm. They got to the bottom of the problem, checked a few other things and sent me on my way. It was a good experience.
Urgent care service is good; however, the tablet registration takes some patience to get through.
Front desk clerk & nurse were wonderful. Doctor seemed annoyed and was rushing through the checkup. When he left the room he didn’t close the door completely; knowing I had to get dressed. I Just felt like he did not care.
It is very clean, the staff is awesome and the wait time was minimal.
Very great experience! Very quick, smooth, comfortable, and thorough. I was in and out within 30 minutes, including checkin, some wound numbing and cleaning, and getting 3 stitches. Everyone was very gentle and knowledgable, so I’m confident I received good care.
Short wait time and nice atmosphere inside. The only thing that wasnt good was that there was a TV in the doctors room that even the doctor didnt know how to turn off and it was turned up really loud and for someone with sensory processing and attention issues it was really hard to focus on what the doctor was asking me when the TV was on so loud. Otherwise a good experience.
My visit here was very good. This was my first time and I was pleased with everyone’s professionalism and the place was very clean. All of the people that work here seem to be very nice and mild mannered. It wasn’t crowded and I was seen immediately with my appointment.
Very respectful, understanding, detailed and fast. The first and second visit was fine but now that I just got off the phone with a service care provider who tried to tell me about my health and tells me that I have to come in for them to send out the same prescription that I had 2 weeks ago that was damaged and I only took 2 pills out of the medicine and I told her I still have the same symptoms and that it took me a week to even receive the prescription is just absolutely ridiculous.
I had an exceptional experience at Vybe Urgent Care. The providers there delivered top-notch care with utmost professionalism and compassion. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring minimal wait times. The medical team made me feel at ease throughout the process. Im grateful for the great care I received at Vybe Urgent Care, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of prompt and compassionate healthcare services.
No introduction of name or credentials of PA upon entering my room. No discussion of meds or follow up items, nurse gave me paperwork without PA having discussion with me. Upon asking for discussion with the prescribing PA, was given attitude whereby she said “we’ve discussed this”. Which was in fact not true. Would not recommend this PA or urgent care due to unprofessional staff.
When I first walked in the door the receptionist was very friendly and helpful to me,I feel relaxed after her greeting. And after that the nurse and my doctor was very nice to me very professional I seem in them they have warm hearts and love caring for the people coming to the urgent care.My (rating is a 10) KUDOS TO YOU
Made an appointment and sat in the waiting room for over an hour past my appointment while they continued to take walk-ins. Staff couldnt care less about the terrible wait times. Absolutely unprofessional.
Super quick visit and staff were very helpful! Facility is clean and welcoming!
All of the staff were so kind and I was in and out in less than 45 minutes
Great service and excellent care with my daughter. Would give five star but the wait was long
Very caring staff, nurse, and doctor. will definitely return if I ever need anything! made an appointment ahead of time and was seen very quickly, even for an urgent care!
Friendly staff, clean environment
Absolutely the best in and out I’ve ever experienced with a great price too ! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The office is filled with great staff I appreciate them greatly ! And the place was so nice and clean smelled great !!
I was able to get excellent care and treatment, they fixed me up w proper meds, and made sure pharmacy had them. I appreciated the Dr, very good and to the point. Location near my apartment as well.
Quick and painless… Maybe 🤔 because it wasn’t busy. Great communication from the staff.
They were good and personal explaining and answering my questions about my symptoms. 👍
Doctor and other staff were very attentive, kind, and helpful. Ran all the tests I needed and were thorough. Only complaint - there was no soap in the bathroom! Seems like a big miss for a healthcare facility
The staffs are warm. we see the doctor without much waiting
Making an appointment online was super easy. I arrived early, and to my surprise, they were able to see me earlier than anticipated. The staff were all welcoming, professional, and efficient. I very much enjoyed my experience visiting the facility and recommend this urgent care centers services to others in the area.
Walk-ins not accepted, phone not answered, indifferent staffI arrived at Vybe Urgent Care in Philadelphia 25 minutes before closing time with a non-life-threatening but urgent medical issue. I was unable to get through to the facility by phone to make an appointment, and when I arrived in person, I was told that they do not accept walk-ins. The staff member I spoke to was indifferent to my needs and did not offer any assistance.I am disappointed by Vybe Urgent Cares policy of not accepting walk-ins and their lack of customer service. I believe that urgent care facilities should be open to seeing patients until their posted closing time, regardless of whether they have an appointment. I would recommend that potential patients avoid Vybe Urgent Care and seek care at another urgent care facility.
Thank the universe for this establishment. No more waiting 2 months for a primary care appointment, nor sitting in the ER, forever, when you need urgent care now! The staff is very kind, both the ladies (not gals) & gentlemen are very professional & thorough at their careers. I finally found a Healthcare home, Im absolutely thrilled about & happy with. Thanks again, I appreciate, each & every one of you.
Had really great and efficient care. I do highly recommend seeing if you can get an appointment (I booked one under 2 hours out) since it makes the whole process a lot smoother. Staff went above and beyond to ensure I could get what I needed and were really personable.
Very clean waiting area and operatories. Very professional staff.
Fast, helpful, not rude like at drexels health center
They were very sweet and compassionate. Also took their time with everything and made sure I was comfortable the entire time
Very nice staff very patient and kind to me
It was a very greatest experience. The nurses and the doctors were very nice here they make you feel very comfortable. Think that the same music. I want to help you go to the bathroom o m g
Everyone I met there was super nice. The receptionist was welcoming, the nurse was very nice, and the doctor explained everything well. I did wait a little bit, but they were very apologetic for the wait. Facilities were modern and clean and was overall a great visit.
Everything flowed seamlessly. Everyone was helpful and very friendly. I was in and out in less than 1 hour. The places waa clean and inviting. I highly recommend.
Staff were pleasant and efficient, facility was clean. Doctor was attentive and listened to my concerns and was very informative explained himself well. He also confirmed that I was satisfied with the analysis and treatment.
So I dont like the fact that it doesnt tell you on the website that they dont do walk ins after a certain time its advertised as if they are open until 8 and everyone is welcomed. I feel like people are ill and come from different places for treatment and they should be seen because if its advertised on the site thats false advertisement. I had to pretty much beg to be seen and I am very Grateful that I was. The overall visit was fast the issue was addressed so Im good.
Literally nothing urgent about this urgent care. We waited over an hour in the small back room, even after making an appointment and no one even popped in the check in on us. My boyfriend started to feel even more sick after just sitting and waiting and not being able to rest and they made him sit on the check up seat without paper. The receptionist was super sweet and greeted us pleasantly though!
So quick, everyone was SO friendly. Highly recommend.
I’ve come here before and had no issues. This time around not so lucky. Not only did I have an appt but was seen 30min after that time. While In the room I waiting another 20 mins. Than I over heard some of the nurse/staff talking about either me and my situation or someone else claiming and I quote “she’s lying” I needed a note for work so I don’t know if that was about me or not. When I informed the physician about this she tried and smooth it out saying it was about another patient but that it was still unprofessional. I just have some advice. First you should never be talking about patients and their situations like that. Second to speak so freely and publicly like this women was, is highly unprofessional. I really hope this urgent can do better next time.
I really loved the facility. It was really clean and fresh. The staff is really nice. The doctor was really gentle thought he was a man I felt very relaxed. Feels like family works here. They took very good care of me. Thank you !
Its weird to say I loved a trip to urgent care, but this was the best urgent/Emergency experience I could ask for. Priyanka and Snow were super busy and had a ton to do, but they worked professionally, quickly, and WELL-- real grace under pressure. Ive gotten anaesthetic shots a number of times, and I always hate it--but Snow has skills. The only thing id ask, Vybe, is that you hire MORE staff like Snow and Priyanka-- Id worry that youre exposing the company to more liability by understaffing.
Vybe urgent care is one of the best medical facilities to receive answers for medical conditions that may, for the most part, be unknown. I was seen by Allison, the PA, and she was kind, professional and very knowledgeable in terms of health and the healing process. I would definitely recommend this particular facility.
Lovely staff and quick and efficient appointments. Dr. Patel was great. However, HORRIBLE billing process with the company. Threatened me with collections when they hadn’t even submitted a claim to my insurance for over a month past (while claiming they did). Took many phone calls to sort out.
Loved the short wait and how helpful the Doctor and Nurse was. Only issue was the young lady at the front desk — Cody definitely needs a new profession or to not be in the front. Not only did she give attitude the the other young lady trying to help me when I originally arrived (interrupted her talking to me, made it seem like she didn’t know how to do her job checking me in) but I was just curious as to why payment couldn’t be billed, once it was explained I had no problem paying she still insisted on getting her manager which I’m glad she did, because the manager deescalated the situation beautifully. All in all everyone’s great except her y’all should reevaluate the from desk staffing. People are coming in because they’re having medical issues, the attitude is not necessary if you have to say you’re having a “good day today” you’re clearly getting talked to about your mouth too much.
Staff was super friendly and professional. I was in and out within an hour and a half which, considering the amount of patients theyre seeing right now, is fantastic. Dr. Hirsch was easy to talk to and explained everything clearly. Definitely recommend going here for your urgent needs!
This was such a great healthcare experience. The walk-in process was easy and went very smoothly. Everyone, from the front desk staff to the physician, was kind and helpful.
I had an injury to my lip after falling on my face outdoors. It was the day after Xmas, & nonetheless, vybe Urgent Care was open & saw me within 15-20 min as a walk-in. The care was so good & staff so kind, I decided to ask everyones names to thank them. Pilar saw me first, then Keval, the PA. The receptionist, Shamaya was so patient. I got a tetanus shot & antibiotic cream. Healing will take awhile, but I felt much better, less scared, having been there. Thank you so much!
Got in and out. Nice and clean facility. Very friendly and respectful. Best vybe urgent care Ive been too.
The PA didnt want to be here. Literally didnt even look me in the face one time. Pretty rude and clearly not interested in working. The receptionist and the guy who did my vitals were extremely nice and polite.
Came here while in town for a trip, and it was so easy. Signed up for an appointment online, check in was a breeze, and I was in and out in just over a half hour. Theres a pharmacy right there, making it all the more convenient. Highly recommend!
While I can appreciate the speedy service and the friendly staff, I feel the facility itself could be a tad bit cleaner. Especially the bathroom floor and the hand dryer was filthy. The toilet could be modernized so patients don’t have to touch the handle. I could also appreciate separate bathrooms for men and women.
I recommend very friendly and good employees and I will come back only to you 100%
Very dismissive of extreme pain. explained my pain was spreading and gave me a note saying to go to a doctor to address it. bro you are the doctor.
I really appreciate being able to go to a doctors for office visit for minor/ emergency situations. The ER’s are so overwhelmed and I thank you for creating this concept that helps restore hope for our struggling healthcare system.
Great service. Fast friendly professional
I had a great experience everybodys friendly and professional keep it up good work
I scheduled an appointment at Vybe at 35th and Market St. The service was fast due to the fact it was empty. Dr. Patel was great and informative with my wound and how to care for it. The nurse was great and the doctor as well nurse had great bedside manners. The reason I placed a 4 star was the sanitation division of the facility bathroom. It was unhygienic with dirty Dyson hand dryer and the entire bathroom wasn’t clean. In every health/medical clinic should have an up to par of cleanliness knowing germs can spread and health of the patients and staff should be a priority. This can cause a health code violation.
I enjoyed my entire experience including the online scheduling, reminders, tech tools, the amazing receptionist, and the fact that the healthcare practitioner provided the rapid test for me! There were so many awesome options when I went online to make an appointment and I was able to book something very quickly. The test was quick and I did not have to perform the test on myself. The results got to me so fast too, which is awesome! There was very little wait time and every thing was flowing on time upon my arrival. I do have health insurance and being able to use my insurance instead of paying out of pocket would have been ideal. I ask that vybe continue to work out this feature. This is America unfortunately. Health is wealth so I gladly paid out of pocket, no problem!
Everyone from the receptionist to the nurse and doctor and even workers just walking past were all extremely nice and helpful. I was in and out very quickly and they answered all of my questions. Very appreciative of this staff
Came in with a pretty obvious physical injury looking for help with pain management. The doctor looked me over for a few seconds, didnt ask me any questions about my injury or pain, and prescribed me lidocaine and an antiviral, neither of which were particularly helpful. If the doctor doesnt feel comfortable prescribing painkillers to a new patient, I understand that, but this guy didnt even ask me basic questions like what I was currently doing to treat the injury and how it was working. It felt like he didnt really care and just wanted me out of there. When I asked him about stronger painkillers he implied that I was looking for a score and said that he wouldnt give me anything else.Reception was very nice, but avoid dr Patel if possible.
Not often you go places and the service is outstanding.Today I had a PCR test done today and the young lady Marcia T. who attended to me was an absolute delight. From her gathering my information to performing the PCR test was done in an efficient manner. She gently set me at ease, and explained what she was doing every step of the way.So refreshing to encounter someone who seems to love and enjoy what they do.Thanks a bunch Marcia, all the best in ALL you do.
Enjoyed my experience. Got there early in the morning and was able to get in and out fast. My script was already waiting for me when I made it to the pharmacy. I appreciate their professionalism and how quick they were.
I scheduled an appt online. Was in and out quickly. Very nice, compassionate staff, they did a strep test and within ten min had a positive results and left with a script. Great experience.
Gotta love needing stitches after learning how not to pit an avocado! They were friendly from check-in to check-out. I usually cannot stand hospital experiences but this was pleasant. I appreciate the laughs and the consideration of the student doctor and the trust of the doctor! They made a great team. The lady who checked me in was sympathetic and not rude. I came in around 7:30pm and they close at 8pm and not once did I feel like they were more interested in getting home than helping me (even if they probably were ready to go). Thank you!!!!
