I scheduled an appointment on-line. Seamless intake process. Space is nicely designed and well kept. Staff is cordial and respectful. Doctor and assistants are the epitome of professional, yet make you feel so comfortable. I’ve never been a “go to the Doctor” type. This experience has changed my view for sure.Thanks to all involved in the visit. Your dedication to excellence is undeniable.

From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with a warm smile and welcomed by the front desk nurse. She was patient, kind and happy to assist. I had to leave for an emergency and asked if making an appointment would be better, she then told me they do take precedence over walk-ins. I went ahead and made an appointment on line at Vybe.care and headed to my emergency. I came back, she signed me in (as she remembered who I was) and I was called back in no time! The nurses and the PA took care of me swiftly and asked if I had any questions before they discharged me. I really couldn’t have asked for a better experience today. I would 100% recommend making an appointment if you’re able to. 5 stars for sure, I greatly appreciate the services I received today!!

This is my first time here, check-in was quick and easy with Jocelyn at the front desk. I didnt have to wait long before Kareema, the nurse called me back. Everyone was sweet and I appreciated the quick service. I just would like the nurse to take her time when getting my vitals, I felt everything was a little rushed. But overall her and everyone else was very nice.

So, the first time I went there I had a GREAT experience and even wrote a great review. This time was TERRIBLE! My husband was stung by several bees and hes allergic. His face was swollen and his eyes were about to close. We went in and there was a long line. There was a gentleman in front of me and he asked a question. After that the receptionist asked who was next the gentleman that just asked the question said I guess thats me! Well no, sir you just went when you asked a question but they took him instead of me being next. Then when it was our turn to be seen they woman at the front desk told us that was all they were taking for the day!! I said Are you kidding me?! My husband was stung 5 times and hes ALLERGIC to bees! Mind you it was around 4 PM and the sign says they close at 6 PM. Needless to say I wasnt impressed at all with the service.

They did really great with accommodating my son who is on the spectrum. A lot of time I get nervous to take my son to his appointments because it can be hard dealing with an autistic child in public. They let me wait in my car till it was time and called my phone once I could come in. Very great service!

The operation there just didnt feel well organized. I was a walk-in experiencing a lot of pain. Once registered..I received a texted that stated my appointment was in about 3 hours. So I walked to Starbucks. I was gone maybe 45 minutes. Upon returning I was told they called me. Then I was told to go home and the doctor would call with results of xray. I had to ask for a printed copy summing up the visit. It was never offered. I repeat....I was in a lot of pain so the disorder just added to my distress.

Amazing work done by our nurse- Yessika Rivera. Whom is not just amazingly capable and knowledgeable but really showed my son a great level of care. I am very happy with the excellent nurses at this practice. Their very helpful, whether thats on the telephone or in person.

I had an excellent experience at this location. Kareema was efficient and exhibited a pleasant demeanor.Dr. Patel was also very accommodating and completed all necessary tasks in a timely manner. I was in the clinic for less than one hour.

My finger got bite by a dog. I waited a little too long to get seen. It got ugly. They were great though and really took care of me. My MA was Yessika and she made sure I understood what was going on and felt comfortable.

The staff at Vybe Urgent Care were incredible. I had never been to an urgent care before, but wouldnt hesitate going back. My caregivers, Yessiko and Dr. Banger were wonderful. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. They were attentive and comforting.

The nurse practitioner Sheriann was a little passive aggressive, like if she was doing me a favor in the patient room, and like if Im not paying for my visit or something. Whats worse is that the front staff are very rude and not friendly. I will never go there anymore.

Came by today for some emergency stitches. I was seen promptly and appreciated the staff that made a quite painful experience a really relaxed and comfortable one. Yessika and Sheriann took good care of me! This is my second time at this location and I would recommend to anyone. Thanks!

This is a great location, all the staff around the nurses and front desks were super friendly and it honestly felt like they were concerned for my wellbeing. Awan was really lovely as well as Daria the provider. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I came here for my physical and it was okay, the wait was a little much. The second time I went they were not helpful, I was looking for a doctor to see if I have a heel injury, and they told me we can X-ray you today, so you can come and we will evaluate you today, and then you can come tomorrow and evaluate again and then X-ray I believe that they were just trying to get us to spend more.

Yessika and Daria were excellent and so attentive to my daughter when she came in for her broken ankle. I loved the way Yessika was so delicate when putting on her boot. I love how the staff had empathy and took care of my child. The best urgent care Ive been to.

Staff was very helpful and nice. They provided great care and answered all my questions. My visit was 10 times faster and better than all other urgent care places Ive been too. I will only be coming here from now on!

Really poor service, especially the receptionist, she was a bit passive aggressive like she’s the one paying for my consultation. The nurse did her job well, I also advice the doctors to spend more time hearing from patients,

Staff were pleasant and the physician Ms.Sherry was very nice, took her time to explain my concerns. This is the second time I go there and the service is great. I will go there again if needed.

Recently took my daughter to this location and from the front desk to the nurses in the back were great, and the providers. The one nurse Liz was great to my daughter! My little one wasnt feeling to great and was fussy from the minute we pulled into the Urgent Care. She showed my child compassion and was patient with her. From getting her temp to performing test she did it in the most kid friendly manner and I think my daughter forgot she was sick for a moment. She won my little one over with treats and giggles. First time being here and as a single dad Ill definitely be back if my daughter or I get sick these ladies were great to my daughter.

The staff was so helpful and nice. Doctor was pleasant and efficient. I was feeling awful when I first arrived but it was a great experience. They addressing my issues and the doctor solved them.

Speedy and great service. I was helped by Awan, she made sure I was comfortable and treated with care. Also had a positive and uplifting attitude that put a smile on my face.

All the staff from the check in associate to the medical assistant to the nurse were extremely friendly and professional. We were in and out in less than an hour.

This urgent care clinic is the place to go for excellent immediate care. I was visiting Philly from Oregon and had no wait, fast test results, and comprehensive explanations. Vessika Rivera, MA and Sheriann Wilkins, NP were super professional, and ever so pleasant and reassuring. Sherriann took time to really listen and I felt seen and heard which means so much when you don’t feel 100%.

Not going to lie. I usually don’t like to write reviews but this place I have to say the best urgent care I been to. I had an appointment but I was 5 minutes late. When I walk in place 3 person head of me I figure I’m going to wait like long time. Call me in right await in and out that place less than 30 minutes. Place is super clean!!!

Shenel, is an exceptional and professional receptionist. She made my check in so easy. This is one of the best Urgent Care facilities in Northeast Philadelphia.

The wait was a bit long but the staff was so extremely kind & attentive. In addition, the facility is extremely clean & beautiful. If I ever get injured again, this will be the first place I come to.

I love this location, saw Dr. Justin and he made me laugh even through my worst pain. Everyone was very caring from the front desk team to the nurses and drs.. they were also very patient with my son when we had him seen here.

The moment I walked into the Vybe Urgent Care center, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism that eased my concerns. The staff at the front desk was efficient and kind. She instructed me to complete my personal information through an iPad and informed me about the estimated wait time.Nurse Kate was was attentive, taking the time to listen to my symptoms without making me feel rushed. She was thorough in her assessment and made sure I was comfortable while I waited for the doctor.Speaking of the wait, it was much shorter than I anticipated. I was pleasantly surprised when I was called back in no time at all.The doctor answered all my questions making sure I understood my diagnosis and the prescribed treatment.Overall, my visit to the urgent care center was far more pleasant than I expected. I left feeling much better and had a good Vybe about this place that I would recommend it to my family and friends.

Great and quick service. However, they need to pick up their phone. Waited at the pharmacy for half an hour and script was never sent. Called the whole time and no one picked up. Ended up having to go back there just to get a printed prescription. When asked if there was a number to call incase there’s any further issue, didn’t get a direct answer. Office was not crowded at all. Just pick up the phone please next time.

Liza was my medical assistant who took my vitals and did my Covid swab. Throughout the entire process she was kind and gentle! The staff at the front desk were also friendly. I saw PA Kylie who was also kind and took the time to listen to my concerns!

Dr. Patel and Kareema were both awesome. Check in today was a breeze. Kareema greeted me with warmth and comfort. Dr. Patel entered with great energy and knowledgeable about my discomfort. The x-ray tech was also very nice. Todays visit was a 10 out of 10! Thanks vybe (bustleton) !!!

I visited Vybe on 8/2/24 after experiencing bumps in my head only to find out the issue was a little more serious than expected requiring antibiotics etc. Kylie was fantastic she was warm friendly, understanding, and relatable. Liza the PA was awesome as well very caring explaining the treatment and where I could go to follow-up if the problem still persists. Needless to say I won’t be wearing weaves, dye, extensions anytime soon. However, when I’m in need of medical attention and my physician isn’t available I know I can go, “Vybe” they’ll take care of me, and make feel comfortable while doing so. Thank you!

Had an scheduled appointment.Preregistered online. When I arrived, Receptionist told me to have a seat. Meanwhile 2 other people walk in and get called back before me. When i approched the counter and expressed my concern, she said they were short staffed. Girl had an attitude. Plus she must of brought her son to work. He was behind the counter. Poor customer service.

This site is very efficient! I was a walk in patient and only had to wait about 45 min. The tablet I was filling my information out died on me and the receptionist didn’t even blink. She started where I left off and it was fast. The staff there is great and friendly. They give you options and walk you through everything. Great facility in my book.

So happy I chose this location. NP, Sheriann Wilkins was amazing and so caring to my 4 year old daughter. Everyone was so nice and I appreciate how they helped my daughter and made her feel at ease. This location is really clean and efficient. As soon as you walk in there is the front desk and the front desk personnel is ready to help. I was signed in in no time. My wait time was not long and they definitely made sure everything was filled out and taken care of. Thanks especially to Dr. Daria for her excellent customer service, medical services and I overall rate the whole staff a 5. I would recommend to anyone and go back again for any service. FYI, I went two times and both were handled professionally.

I was literally in and out and received great customer service from the moment I walked in. Kareena took care of me today and I felt so comfortable and knew I was in good hands !

Service and clinicians were friendly however when I called to receive my copy for my physical and test results they could only find my results and my physical was noo where to be found. I was told a manager would call me to find a solution. However no one called and I called multiple times, spoke to two people, and left voicemails. Still no phone call from a manager to receive the physical they must have not documented. It’s been over three weeks.

It was ok wait time, friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness was amazing they could have out drinks and snacks and if they say they want you to go to the ER they need to call for transportation

Fast Forward, i went to the ER today. They gave me an X-Ray, and they found PNEUMONIA in my left lung. I am now on 5 medications… Thanks again Catherine for telling me it’s “seasonal allergies”, denying my request to get scanned, and sending me two asthma pumps that I already have. That worked wonders :) you’re the bestest.

Facility is clean. Staff are very nice and knowledgeable. The wait time wasnt unreasonable. I was able to get everything done that I needed.

My medical Assistant Liza was amazing, she treated me with so much respect, and the provider was understanding and quick. Always a go to place for me.

I went in with a medical concern that is reallyworrying me. Saw the Nurse Practitioner. Shewas fast, dismissive, barely gave an explanationor an answer to what was happening with me.Did not fully hear out my symptoms or concern.She wasnt sure of the diagnosis herself butassumed what it was and gave me meds basedon an assumption. When I kept trying to expressI feel like theres something more happening mybody doesnt feel normal, she dismissed it andtold me to follow up with my PCP which I told her doesn’t have appointments for months out and I could have serious complications by then. I requested additional testing based on my symptoms and concerns. She flat out refused it without even hearing me out. I literally left there feeling like I should go somewhere else to get a second opinion which Vybe was such a waste of my time and money if I have to do that. Also when I got the paperwork, my tests said “void”. I don’t know what that means nor did she explain it to me. It’s a shame when women don’t take women’s symptoms seriously. I also asked her for another test based on the recommendation of a medical doctor and she still refused. Am I supposed to wait until my body starts to malfunction in ways that I can’t go back from for her to take me seriously when things can be prevented? Vybe is where you go to wait on your symptoms to turn to death I suppose.

She was very rude and racist when I told her that I needed someone who spoke Spanish she used an offensive word and then I heard her talking about it with another person, and when she gave me the physical exam she was very rude to me, I am twelve years old and this country and never a person She had been so rude to me because the exams were not free, I was paying, a bad experience.

This is the first time I took my son here! They were all amazing! Front desk the MA and assistant were very helpful and productive to why I was there and the help I needed.

The worst urgent care. Went there few days ago because of high fever and sore throat but Maureen the smarty pants didn’t listen to me, thanks to her I am still having fever and now sick with pneumonia. Won’t recommend to my enemies either.

The staff were amazing from beginning to end. I was recently involved in a hit and run car accident and they seemed genuinely concerned for me and that’s all I can ask for. I was not informed going in, only knowing I had an appointment at 10am. I came about half an hour early, which was fine, but no one told me I had to schedule again and I ended up having to wait for almost another hour. Terrible service and disrespect from one of the staff there, and the desk receptionist was equally as rude. I only needed to be there to sign my Physical and thats it, and ended up waiting a total of two hours. Not worth it.

CHRISTY JOY, PA was the best. If I could choose her as my primary care I would.

White Receptionist was rude to everyone except an older white woman. Whom she spoke to in a normal tone and used kind words such as “hon” vs. aggressive tone she used when addressing patients of color. The medical assistants lacked empathy and professionalism, rushed through verbal information and questions. The medical personnel rushed through exam. The bathroom they have you use for urine specimen has no sink. Your told to use the sink in your exam room however your touching door handles along the way after using bathroom without washing your hands. Dirty. Not a clean, sterile environment. Bathroom in waiting area smelled of urine and also was not clean. Place smelled stuffy. Place does not feel or smell like a medical, sanitized place. Unpleasant experience. ,

Ok so FIRST let me express that you will have to wait 7+ days for feedback regarding anything they send out to their lab . I went for my yearly check up and I was feeling under the weather . The reception is very kind and friendly but the nurses here might as well be managers at Wendy’s ESPECIALLY The person SHERIAN WILKINS .She sucks at her job and boy don’t catch her about to clock out , she’ll prescribe you nasal spray for a swollen knee cap . I wait 7 days for lab results for them to tell me “ the lab said they never received my sample “ WHAT DO YOU MEAN . I called every single day and asks for my results . They are so unprofessional in this establishment. Your better off coming to me for medical needs . I’ll probably be able to do more than that nurse ever could’ve . Iam severely dissatisfied and disappointed that all I can do is write a review. Thank you to the outstanding reception team . The nurse was an embarrassment. This is from the heartI’ll never come back

If I can give them zero. I will. I waited and register for appointment the receptionist did not register me. What a waste of time and telling me you didn’t give me your I.D. She even didn’t ask for it. I show it her before the signing up in the ipad. Sorry wouldn’t change the fact that you didn’t do your job and I waited for that 1 and 1/2 to found out you didn’t register me.

It was pleasant and fast experience. Yessika was very delightful. My NP was also very nice.

Scheduled an appointment only to wait 1 1/2 hours. Not sure what the point was of making an appointment only to get the same treatment as the walk ins who were called before me even though they came after I did. I repeatedly asked for updates and was lied to about being called in 10 mins on several instances. Ended up leaving and not be seen, what a waste of time! Do yourself a favor and get help at another urgent care.

Quick fast acting staff that were very friendly and helpful! Rooms were nice and clean!

Idk what it is about this particular vybe, but, they are hard to reach and inconsistent with testing. Several times now have I went in for testing and had to hound the office for results, WEEKS after the initial testing date. They are also incredibly hard to reach, youll be lucky if you catch them on any day as they never answer their phones. On top of all that, some of their nurse practiioners have strangely bad attitudes. The whole vybe is weird there. That said, Ive had good experiences in the past but lately its just been bad.

Made an appointment the women at the front desk tells me there backed up with an attitude and says even having an appointment I’ll be waiting a long time I asked how long she said 45 mins she doesn’t know…. A couple walks in and she tells them 2 hours… make it make sense please seems like she doesn’t want patients in the building today…

The wait was an hour long just for them to tell me the same thing as every other urgent care did but the assistant nurse was very cool I like her.

On February 1st, I visited urgent care with specific request. I came in as a walk in with my 5 year old child to be seen. I got checked in, the process was pretty quick. I went to the back for my child to be seen. I immediately requested an X-ray because of my child’s symptoms, I believed my baby had Pneumonia and I needed to be sure. She stood in the room with me 10 minutes debating why she felt I should not get an X-ray for my child, left the room and proceeded to speak LOUDLY about me wanting the X-ray, to her colleagues. And I quote “she wants to put that baby through radiation, I would never put a child through radiation I hate to do that”. After her giving me a hard time. Results came back that my child had pneumonia. This particular NP did not look me in my eyes not one time while giving me report, she never apologized for what she said in my “absence”, she never provided patient education on how to care for my child with pneumonia (you know something that can kill you). She also never prescribed any medication for my baby. She gave me a Dx and continued her conversation at the desk with other employees about a party she may or may not had been attending 😂. The only reason I gave this a two stars is for being clean and getting us to the back quickly. The professionals in this urgent were VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I went to be seen for sore throat and spoke to the doctor about a few things that were bothering me. She just listened and prescribed me things i could’ve gotten over the counter. When she dismissed herself, she said she’d give me a prescription which she didn’t include with my discharge papers. So, I brought this up to the nurse, she took a whole other 50 minutes to come back. I asked her for the prescription she said it’s something i can get over the counter. I told her i was paying out of pocket for a visit to get referred to over the counter: her response: ‘What exactly did you expect to happen in this visit’ ? If i hadn’t been in so much pain i probably would’ve responded differently. I told her to just give me my paperwork and i dismissed myself. I’ve never been so disgusted when getting medical treatment then when she spoke in that manner. Dr. Daria Canale was extremely rude. I’m someone who PAYS when In need of descent medical care/ treatment because I’ve exhausted the over the counter options- to get referred back to over the counter and be asked what i expected to happen was just beyond me. These health centers need doctors with some more compassion and skill.

I went for a service. I paid for that service (a test). They did another test, which I didnt care and is useless for my purposes. And now they wont do the test again I went for unless I paid again. After some discussion, they told me to come back tomorrow to see how can we manage the situation. (The test I went for and paid for was USD 80, the one that they did costs USD 60. They said they refunded me the 20 bucks. I still havent checked with my bank if that is so. .. but I dont care for the 20 bucks, I care for the test results I went for..)

It was my first time at this facility. Although it was crowded I didnt have a very long wait. Filled out my info. I was pleased with the staff and physician who explained what the issue is and how to attend to it. The individual who prepped me was terrific. Pleasant first time at this facility.

Just took my daughter to this urgent care. First time at this facility very clean, very professional . We was in there less than two hours. All the staff was very nice front desk and the staff in the back. She was well taken care.

Im really disappointed with the service, I just came for a blood test, two people stung me 3 times and couldnt collect the blood. Finally, they sent me back to a laboratory for a blood test. I was disgusted by this lack of competence.

Made an appointment but still waited 2 hrs to be seen.Would have been nice if during the check in process an estimated time to be seen was given.If going to wait 2 hrs after appointment time , an option to wait in car would have been appreciated.

I was sent to have lab work drawn by a prospective employer. First, the ambiance was dark , dull and very unwelcoming. When I inquired about the wait time, I was told that due to staffing issues the wait would be roughly 1-2 hrs.Once called, the tech was very short and appeared to be bothered! Her way of communication was by hand motion. Lastly, THIS YOUNG LADY TIED TGE TOURNIQUET SO TIGHT I LOST FEELING/ NUMBNESS IN MY FINGERS. I DONT SEE THIS THIS CARE FACILITY LASTING MUSH LONGER

This urgent care in Northeast Philadelphia is one of the best. The staff is really friendly, the place is super clean and well-organized. I highly recommend it if youre feeling sick. The wait time here is very short compared to other urgent cares. A big shoutout to Zack MA and Clinician Christy Joy.

Terrible service. Made an appointment and had to wait 1 hour. When I asked the receptionist, that was rude, she simply told me that they were back up. Finally, the doctor saw my elderly father and never came back to tell us the results or the diagnosis. The nurse handed a paper and let us in our way. Awful service. I will never go back there

They were helpful and fast. I scheduled an appointment for 5:50p and I ran about 5 minutes late. The young lady at the front didnt make me feel bad and just said no problem. I was taken back in about 10 minutes and discharged by 7pm.

Brought my son in for a persistent cough. We didn’t have an appointment but the wait time wasn’t long at all. Was amazed by how clean and courteous the staffs are. Every person we encountered were very professional and kind. You won’t be disappointed!

Came the 1st time because they told me they had an xray tech on staff when I called. Said just walk in. But when I got there, they were no longer taking walk ins. A bit annoying but that stuff happens. So try and make an appointment. Came the next day and the staff was helpful and very nice, place was new and clean and we were in and out in less than an hour and got the xray we needed. Would definitely recommend!

I had a telehealth appointment scheduled but I was not contacted at the time of that appointment so I show up in person with my son and they were very helpful I only gave them 4 stars because the appointment for telehealth was never addressed. Today was the first time Ive been in this urgent care location and the whole visit was only an hour and I think thats a fair amount of time. The staff was very nice and friendly with my son.

By far the best urgent care I ever visited. The atmosphere is very calm and relaxed unlike most medical offices. Everyone who I had contact with was polite, professional and kind. Definitely not the usual jaded and frustrated staff I’m more accustomed to finding when I needed to visit urgent cares in past. I was treated quickly and everything was explained to me in terms I could understand. I came in for a problem with my eye as my eye Dr wasn’t available and the experience here was quicker and more comfortable than my scheduled appts at my regular office. I WIll NEVER GO TO THIS URGENT CARE AGAIN!!!And I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE!!! Now I will explain why. I usually don’t write reviews, but this time I decided to warn people about the situation they also can be. A few days ago my son had a high fever and redness of the skin that looked like a bite. We went there and signed up and waited for our turn. They said the wait in line would be about 2 hours. After 3 hours had passed, I went to the front desk and asked how long to wait.And they told me that they called us an hour ago. When I asked what I should do next? They told that I needed to sign up again and wait in line again. To say that I was shocked and very disappointed say nothing.I tearfully asked the reception to accept us so that we wouldn’t have to wait another 2-3 hours. She walked away and said to wait.I thought that since she said so, it means we will be received soon. But after 30-40 minutes 2 patients passed us, and then I realized that she hadn’t decided anything. I asked to call the supervisor. When he arrived, I explained the whole situation. I said that we didn’t go anywhere, although the child was hungry and asked for something, but I was afraid to miss the recording. Thats why we didnt go anywhere for a second. My son 3 years old, he is small.And he had a high fever, and that we went only to the restroom for 2-3 minutes. And maybe at that time they were calling us. Аnd that someone could make sure that this patient was not there before calling another patient ,or they could call me to make sure we are gone they had my number. In general I tearfully asked him to let us go to doctor , and we don’t want wait another 2 hours. To which he refused me and said that you should wait for 4 more patients, this is not counting the 2 that passed us by in these 30-40 minutes. And we should wait for he don’t know how many more times.It was very disappointing and yet we waited. And after 5 hours of waiting they couldn’t diagnose my son and recommended us going to another urgent care . Despite the fact that the doctor could not determine what was wrong with my child, she treated me like a human being. There are no complaints about doctor.So before you go to this urgent care think 10 times, and even if you have a hopeless situation, do not move away from the door they call and don’t go to the restroom , even for 2 minutes. Otherwise you will wait an extra 2 hours!

The PA Adam was very helpful and did the proper test to make sure I got the proper treatment.

Vybe Urgen Care at this location on Buselton Ave is my place to go. They are nice, kind and don’t try to hurry you out the door but rather check you thoroughly to be sure everything with you is ok. I wouldn’t go anywhere else because my health is important to me and they care about that. I’d go to them first before I go to my primary doctor.

The front desk lady was very helpful & helped me when she saw I was flustered and worried for my child. But the NP was rude to my child during the check up , and when she walked out i hear her talking on the other side of the door about my “long medication list” and saying rude judgmental things. I wanted to like this place, but that is unexpectable. That attributes more trust lost in doctors.

Today I went here for the first time to get a blood test done and I have to say this was a great visit. The staff is nice, no problems. I gotten help from the front desk as I checked myself in for my appointment. Not going to lie, I thought that they werent going to take me in right away because I came a bit too early but they did anyway and I got immediately out. Its a nice little spacious urgent care. I advise if you need to get a checkup or anything else to come here if youre close.

I was able to register online. Everything went smoothly. Once I arrived checked in I was seen within 25min. All staff I came in contact with was kind and professional. If I shall ever need urgent care again, Vybe urgent care is where I would visit. Thank you Vybe Urgent Care🫶🏽

I walked in at 12:30 I asked how long of a wait and was told 30 minutes to an hour. At 2 I went back to desk and said I needed to leave soon to pick my kids up from school she said she would check and I should be next. Ten minutes later I went back and asked if I could reschedule because I had to leave. She offered they could bring me back now but I would not be able to get proper care in ten minutes so I declined and was given a card to schedule an appt. The only appt was at 5:50. I showed up at 5:40 and wahred until 6:30 when I went back to desk to ask how much longer since I had an appt and had already waited an hour and half earlier today. I was told there was three people still in front of me so I asked to cancel my appt. What an utter waste of my time and day . If you dont have youre entire day to waste here do not even bother !!

I like how everyone treated me. Ones Inside everything was quick and efficient. The only thing I didn’t like was the wait because I did had my appointment at 11:50 and I had to wait 40 min to get in. The problem is that I had to wait for people that did walk in.

They made sure to have me in & out very quickly! The staff is nice & helpful! However, I would definitely recommend making an appointment prior to arriving instead of just walking in because it is that time of year! You’re much better off, & will be seen so much quicker if you can manage to make an appointment!

There was about 10-20 people in the waiting room but we had an appointment and we were seen in a pretty reasonable time especially for a Saturday morning , so the service was pretty good

To start at the reception desk, they were busy assisting another patient, they were so helpful the receptionist and the guard until they resolved her issue, great👍🏽. As for me, great too👍🏽. I really felt heard at my visit. I’ve be combating a lingering cough since Covid (2020). I’ve had PFT testing, been to my primary doctor. And this is the first time, I feel I may have an explanation.

Horrible experience will never go again. Very unprofessional. The treating entered the room and never even told me what typeOf provider she was. Then looked over my son for 2 mins and said go to ER. With no explanation i had to ask questions myself.

This was my second time bringing my 4 year old son here and just as the previous visit, I can’t say enough good things about this establishment.From the simple check in the friendly staff and the impeccable bed side manner they hit on all aspects of customer service and comfort.My son had a nice sized gash below his eye and was treated with care, quickness and very straightforward instructions for aftercare. If at all in doubt, don’t be! This place is top notch and I recommend to all especially with little ones.Way to go, and kudos to you all!

Absolutely awful. Called yesterday, explained that I needed a chest xray to show no signs of tuberculosis. I was told that yes that was a service they offered and recommended making an appointment. I made an appointment for the next day at 7:10pm. I waited for an hour in the waiting room only to be called back and be told that I could not receive the xray because the machines were turned off already and that I’d have to come back another day. I am furious. As a bonus, I was required to pay a $25 copay, for what exactly, I’m not sure. It was most assuring to hear the doctor question me as to why they would’ve made the appointment that late knowing they close at 8pm.

The staff provided great service and the doctor understood my concerns.

Had an appointment at 3:20 pm on 12/13/2023 for my sick elderly sister and didnt get called back until about 4:45 pm. Once in the back it took another hour to be evaluated and discharged. All personnel in the back were perfessional, knowledgeable and friendly. The major complaint is that an individual whom had an appointment after us at 3:30 pm was seen before us with no explanation or apologizes as to why.

The service was great and fast I’m definitely coming back for more service thank you guys keep it up

This is my first time Ive visited the office. Im very satisfied. Everyones very attentive and professional. I recommend you if youre sick, visit this urgent clinic. They were pretty fast I didnt have to wait long for them to see me. And the doctor is very attentive to all my concerns and questions.

Great doctor, kind staff, but the place is far from urgent. Waited for 2 hours when there was no more than 5 people in the waiting room. Once getting to the back all the nurses were huddled up chillin. I was back there for a quick physical no longer than 15 mins.Nice but slow.

Very long wait. Came in around 1:30pm and had to come back at 3:50pm. Wasn’t placed in a room until 5:00pm. Nurse’s were very polite but I won’t be returning.

Quick and easy process! Front desk receptionist was nice and went above and beyond for me- I forgot my paperwork for my son’s camp physical and she printed it out for me. Nurse practitioner was thorough and very nice.

This Vybe urgent care was very clean. The staff was patient and friendly being greeted at the door medical assistant Yessika was great with my son very nurturing and thoroughly went over symptoms, Dr. Daria was very caring and comforted my son. She even asked his permission before she checked him! She made sure to listen and double check symptoms and time frames of the symptoms. Definitely recommended!

Very convenient I was immediately able to book online the same day and be seen quickly. The facility was clean and the staff was very pleasant. Good place to go if you need to be seen weekends, after hours or when your PCP is not available.

From beginning to start, I had a positive experience. I called before visiting to asl a question and the woman who answered was extremely polite. The check in process was quick and the lady at the counter was very nice and friendly. Our appointment time was a 3pm and we got called back around 2:15. Erica called us back. She was super nice, patient and thorough. Then Christi came in was very professional and thorough as well. Deborah was the xray tech. She was very kind and treated my dad very well. At the end, the security and Erica helped my dad and I to the car. The care was exceptional. The wait time was acceptable. It was a great experience and we would visit again! If I could give them no stars I would. I made an appointment and got there early for them to tell me we have a few walk ins so you have to wait. So I ask how long is the wait, and they tell me its gone be a while. What is the point of making an appointment? It makes no sense. Then the lady in the front looks miserable like she doesnt even want to be there or talk to people.Dear vybe,If you guys even dare reply to my comment I will make sure there is a whole bunch of negative reviews and drop your score down. You guys know this is an ongoing situation to even reply with fake message of being concerned and giving a fake apology. Fair warning just keep it moving.

The staff is extremely loud, and there was no privacy for the reason you are there. It was asked loudly, and everyone in the waiting room should know your personal business. I had an x-ray done some person just came and gave me a paper and said, have a good evening no explanation.

I went here with a severe cough, head ache, runny nose, no voice and slight fever. They did nothing to help other then take a flu test and give me a cough suppressent. They also stated it was a lung infection but prescribed no antibiotics. Days later I end up back in urgent care with a bad case of pneumonia. I will never return here for help or recommend to anyone. The only one that was kind and concerned was the one taking my vitals

Everyone was professional except the young lady that called me to the back & put me in the room she had a I don’t care attitude about her . She called my name in a rude way & when I asked her about waiting for a long period to leave she was nonchalant & said I can go to the waiting room & wait for discharge papers .

Yesterday I visited with my step father 2 of your offices. The first one in Bensalem, made an appointment for an X-ray, they assured me somebody was there over the phone. Got there and they sent us away because there was no one to operate the machine. I went to the Philadelphia location, waited one hour and left because we didn’t have his insurance authorization yet (it’s a foreign insurance). And now one of the two offices, not sure which one, is trying to collect money from the insurance. We did not go in. This is called insurance fraud and taking advantage of foreign people.

Everyone was so helpful and nice. The doctor was amazing.
