Every doctor should be just like Tonya Workman NP. I didnt trust doctors for years until I was seen by Tonya. She is the best of the best!! She doesnt belittle her patients. She listens to her patients and she truly cares about their well being. She is extremely knowledgeable about healthcare and medications available to treat everything you may need help with.I appreciate her so much!! Im so grateful to her that I can trust doctors again. Such accommodating front/back office staff. They always go above and beyond to reach the highest level of care. Every medical professional I’ve seen has been detailed and dedicated to helping me achieve my optimal health and best self. I can’t even begin to describe the meaning and impact they have all had on my life.

I LOVE this clinic! I drive from Prescott to keep them as my primary care provider! Cant recommend enough! They are open late and even one Saturday a month. Super accommodating, caring and understanding! These doctors have seen me through some rough times and they never gave up on me or treated me any different. :) Their support has really made a difference in my life. :) Thanks Dr. Simon and Dr. Workman!

First off….I just want to say this clinic is beyond my expectations. I’m just so blown away at the care and understanding I truly feel like these professional people care about me. They listen to what you have to say. They thoroughly check over your health. I want to give a special thank you to Melanie she is the caring physician that I’ve ever seen and Rose who is the medical assistant is absolutely amazing and so sweet.you definitely are not just a number. This group of medical professionals are, without a doubt, some of the most compassionate with whom Ive ever interacted.Often times, it seems that each of us tend to become wrapped up in our day-to-day routines while on the job, and we forget that we have been selected for the positions we hold for a specific purpose. Its easy to get lost in the drama within and around our work environments. I, myself, am not absent of this workplace affliction, however, the staff at the Be Well Clinics are superior to the rest in this regard. They are always friendly, always show concern and I think its fair to say that the individual(s) responsible for putting this crew together know a thing or two about customer service and the importance of choosing quality candidates to represent and propagate the vision that has become the Be Well Clinic.I recommend this group anytime the topic comes up in conversation. I couldnt be happier with the care I receive. Be Well Health a Be Well Family clinic holds a special place in my heart! I’ve been a patient of Micaela Simon for a while now and her entire team is a reflection of her care, spirit, and commitment to the community, especially the LGBTQAI + community. I have never had a doctor take so much interest in who I am. You are not just a patient you’re a whole person. When you’re here you are heard, and also held accountable for your health. I am grateful for the Be Well team! And now that they are at Walgreens and walkable it is the cherry on top!

NP Tonya is great at listening to your needs and really evaluates every aspect of what is going on with your health concerns. The ladies are also super nice. Definitely recommend! They helped both myself and my son 16 year old when he had an ear infection.

Their nurses need to get on the same page. I was referred here by a friend experiencing the same exact issues I am. His Nurse (Tanya) provided him with a wonderful experience and prescribed what he needed. Unfortunately I got someone else who was condescending from minute one and made me feel uncomfortable and ashamed. On top of that I was refused treatment. I could not recommend anyone come here especially due to the guise they present of being accepting, when I felt anything but.

I went to discuss and for STI prevention/screening. This clinic is extremely attentive and aware of LGBT-affirming medicine, offers open-access (walk-in appointments) and I will be returning. They also took my Cigna insurance. I will consider them for future PCP -related services. Thank you for a pleasant experience today, I will return.

Best experience I’ve ever had in any clinic. I’ve gone to staff was extremely helpful and nice service was quick and easy I was in and out within minutes I will definitely be going back in the future whenever I have a medical issue Jose and Arely we’re extremely knowledgeable, kind, and caring.

Centrally located, super friendly staff and very efficient. Def a one stop shop for all your medical needs, which is what I was looking for. Also extremely LGBTQ friendly. Highly recommend.

First I arrived was about 45 minutes before the clinic opened so the Walgreens pharmacist told me to have a seat in the waiting area and finally after at least an hour I noticed people were going in and out of the clinic so I walked up and asked if I needed to sign in and was asked if I was there for STD which I said no so she told me no too. I sat back down and after another hour or so I went back to the clinic front desk and asked a different person if I needed to sign in and again I was asked if I was there for STD which I replied no and asked if they were the mini clinic which she said yes. So I told her that I was there and had been waiting for hours for the mini clinic and she finally signed me in. After another hour I was seen by a provider and told that she was sending a prescription to the pharmacy there in Walgreens so I went to the pharmacy and was told that they hadn’t received the prescription yet and to have a seat. Another hour goes by and the pharmacy called out that they were going to lunch for an hour so I hurried up to get my prescription and was told they never got it. I raced back to the mini clinic and the provider told me that she accidentally sent it to CVS across town so by the time I got there it was closed. It has been two days since and I finally made it back to CVS and they said that the provider didn’t do the required ‘over ride’ and that I had to pay for the prescription but I don’t have the money and I can’t get a hold of the clinic or provider to do the ‘over ride’ and the clinic is across town. Another day waisted AGAIN and nothing done AGAIN.

Very knowledgeable and professional from the moment you come to the office till you leave if all healthcare providers treated their patients like this people would know that we have the best healthcare system in the world

What a difference in service. The staff is friendly and I dont have any issues with billing. before I switched to be well health I was always having billing issues with my primary care physician

I was a walk in. They were able to accommodate me shortly. Addressed my concerns was done in about 15 minutes. Ma and FNP were very competent.
