Excellent from start (online appointment) to finish (provider was thorough, gave me a lot of quality time, was sympathetic and knowledgeable. 0ffice staff/nurses were friendly and efficient. Wait time was reasonable. The office atmosphere was very calming: clean, spacious, bright, beautiful music and the monitors displayed calm, serene and hopeful scenes. No noise! No television! What a relief. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

I recently visited AFC Port Chester, and I was extremely impressed with the level of care and professionalism. The staff was friendly, efficient, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Despite being a walk-in patient, I was seen quickly, and the medical team was thorough in diagnosing and addressing my health concerns. The facility was clean and well-organized, and I appreciated how the doctors took the time to explain my treatment plan in detail. I left feeling confident and well cared for. I highly recommend AFC Port Chester for anyone in need of prompt and quality healthcare!

Everyone who works at this urgent care, from the person who checks you in to the nurse who takes your vitals to the doctor, everyone is great and caring. Very short wait to be seen. Great place all around. It’s my first choice for me and my family when we need to see a doctor. Thank you!

Fantastic services today. Just didn’t like the lengthy check-in procedure even though Im a return customer. However, epic customer care and patient service by nurses and providers. Absolute 10/10

I went in for what I thought would be a very simple check up of a cyst, and now, thanks to gym clinicians thorough work and high level of patient compassion, I am now in the hospital getting treatment for a much, much more serious condition (which was, in fact, the cause of the cyst to begin with). The wait time was minimal, the facilities clean and gleaming as one would expect, excellent staff, and the convenience of being in the heart of downtown made for this to be a great experience!

The best urgent care facility I’ve ever visited. Wonderful staff, in and out efficiently, and the medical providers were thorough and could not have been better. 10/10, hope I never get sick again, but would go here.

The only reason I did not give a 4 star rating was due to the wait. I waited almost an hour and the clinic was empty. Then I waited another 20 min in the exam room. That should improve. Otherwise the clinic was beautiful and staff were pleasant.

All around the experience was great. The front desk, the medical assistant and medical provider were all attentive and helpful. We didn’t have to wait long and were in and out in a matter of 30 minutes. Great service.

Lovely people, very attentive, doing their best for me. Since they are new the waits (went twice so far) have been excellent.Edit. Was very happy but now on Solv portal I cant find any records, bloods, images, etc. quite annoying for the regular doctor asking me for those labs.

Waited a hour and there was nobody in the urgent care. Terrible service and receptionist tried to charge me $100 when my co pay is $50 and I told her that she’s overcharging me so continue to fight with me when I go to AFCs all the time. I know the co payment and she kept saying the system says $100 and I’m like well my card says $50. I asked her to bill me and I would correct it with billing tomorrow she said she couldn’t do that. So I waited 45 mins with my kid with me to not be seen because you can’t figure out the co payment. I went to another afc and I was in and out and paid $50 like what my card said! I am so mad tomorrow I will be reaching out to management. I don’t have time to waste not to be seen and I have a young kid with me. SMH 🤦🏽‍♀️ get your information straight BEWARE they are trying to steal peoples $!

I was able to get an appointment very quickly. It was very clean. Staff was very professional and listen to me and my needs. I would definitely recommend if you’re unable to get a quick appointment with your physician.

Receptionist was great, the nurse was amazing and the Doctor was exceptional! They were very thorough and I’d recommend AFC Urgent Care!!

I had a good medical experience, the front desk clerk was very polite and helpful, the nurse and Dr. I saw they were great very understanding and kind and I appreciate their genuine care and concern, I dont mind recommending this location to other people.

The place was clean which is why I’m giving it 1 star. I made an appointment online and still waited over 2 hours to be seen. They do not go in order of the wait list and people that came in after me were seen first. The doctor was not knowledgeable.

Excellent experience.Staff were have amazing bedside manner, are polite and friendly. Emma my provider took quick course of action and knew what to do right away to have me feeling better. I also felt reassured when she made sure that I did not leave until I had everything I needed for my recovery!This is the fastest I’ve ever gone to a doctors office checked In , got care and was on my way!!10/10 DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!!

I went there for some pain on my knees weeks ago, they just told me that they couldnt do much that i should go to orthopedic …It is not like if i would go with stomach pain .. they would have adviced to go a gastroenterologist… …. I was expecting a better check up …

Appointment-making is wonderful! I was seen right away & everyone was friendly & helpful, especially Dr. Lopez!12/10 was much less pleasant. 1 1/2 hrs for an ear infection and 1 1/2 hrs to get scripts.
