The PA, Elizabeth was excellent. She took time with me and explained what implications there might be if my symptoms didn’t subside after taking the medication she prescribed. However the follow up was definitely lacking. When I went to check out i waited for at least 10 minutes before the front desk was occupied. I went to pick up the prescription 2 hours later and it had not been called into the pharmacy.
Elizabeth was the practitioner I saw along with Jose, I think it was, who was my PA. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind patient and professional. Elizabeth was one of the best practitioners I’ve ever had the pleasure of seeing. She was so good in fact that I asked her if she had her own private practice (which she had for 15 years prior).Boy how I wish she was my regular doctor. And obviously the gal at the front desk was fantastic as she suggested I sign up for the monthly membership. I honestly wish that this place was my primary care facility. They’re so great!
I couldnt have been in a more concerning and uncomfortable position. I was in Phoenix for a work trip and all of the sudden my face started swelling. But luckily, as fate would have it, I came to the right place. P.A. Elizabeth Williams spotted my issue right away. I had an extreme case of sinusitis. She knew exactly which antibiotics I needed. Her assistant, Jose, gave me a shot and I was feeling better within minutes. She really took the time to make sure that I was on the right track, and gave me in depth information as to how I should go about the healing process. She even called me the next day to check in on.me and give me more valuable consultation. In short, The staff here is amazing. Elizabeth Williams is a lifesaver. I am extremely thankful that I happened upon this urgent care location. Im 111 percent better than I was. And its all thanks to P.A. Williams.
The visit was short and straightforward. The MA at the front desk was very kind and immediately acknowledging. The MA in the back, giving the initial assessment, was also very kind. As for PA-C Johnson she was extremely kind and thorough. We discussed how I felt, symptoms wise, and compared and contrast that after being assessed. It was a well balanced conversation. She didn’t just look at me and take a bandaid approach. I can honestly say in the time of need I wouldn’t mind coming back to this location based on care. It has to be in you not just on you to care for people!
I made my appointment online and I was able to get in within an hour. I arrived and was greeted and checked in with a QR code. I waited about 15 min past my appointment time. The nurse took me back and was very kind and listened to my situation then I was seen by Adora, the PA. She was so kind and helpful and really took a long time with me. I really had the best experience.
Provider Elizabeth Williams PAC is amazing! Very knowledgeable, empathetic and actually listens to your concerns, very thorough hope she continues to stay at this location because she is very helpful and knows exactly what to do! Highly recommend going here if Elizabeth is the provider that treats you. Just amazing.
I have been to many places in my 50+ years. This place is the best i have ever went to. The receptionist, the nurse and my doctor, was the kindest people i have ever met. They were caring, thoughtful, helpful. I could not believe my luck.I was hurting so badly and they help me in every way.I have no family in Arizona and USA, so their kindness was everything to me.I will always go there for any help i need in care. They are the best. If you looking for a great place to go . Go to themNumber one in my eyes
Everyone at this clinic is incredibly friendly and professional. Dr Williams was the kindest doctor I’ve ever interacted with. She had a wonderful bedside manner- warm and kind. She was also very informative and took the time to explain things to me. This was by far the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. Good vibes all around. 1000% recommend.
I usually expect going to urgent care to be a pain but this place is great! I was able to make an appt, the wait time was more than acceptable, the front desk person was very nice and helpful and the provider was excellent. This is definitely going to be our urgent care from now on!
I had an appointment on Sunday, December 15, 2024, and was extremely disappointed with the behavior of the front desk lady. When I arrived to check in, the receptionist was visibly rude and appeared bothered by my presence, rolling her eyes twice during our interaction. Throughout my time in the waiting room, she was on her phone with an Instagram reel playing loudly, which was both unprofessional and disruptive. While I was impressed with the doctor, who was both great and efficient, the behavior of the front desk staff left a poor impression and detracted from the overall experience. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and I hope this matter is addressed promptly to ensure better service in the future.
I don’t think I’ve ever written a review for a doctor’s office lol. But this Physician is so caring and takes her time to explain to you how she’s coming to the determination of your diagnosis. She is a really caring person and you can tell she has passion in what she does and caring brothers. I know it’s been a hard time for our healthcare workers for a long time now and I’m appreciative of all of the effort she put into my visit.
Extremely surprised and throughly satisfied with the speed of service especially on a Sunday. I went to the Curry location first (the website said they had x-ray facilities but they dint) so consulted with the provider and then went to the Dobson location for the x-ray. My provider had informed them that I would be coming and I was called within 2 minutes of me checking in!
Dr was great but the receptionist and check out desk were both horrible. Tell me why we had to wait 10 minutes after trying to exit being done with the dr for them to just send the prescription from the dr to the WRONG pharmacy. We had to wait at that pharmacy for almost 30 minutes for them to get to us. The one by our house is never busy. The paper with the prescription was sitting on the printer the whole time and only after I voiced how long it was taking did the receptionist look up from playing on her cell phone to look at the printer.
The front desk and nurse where not friendly… the doctor was very kind and helpful. I had low hopes after meeting with the nurse and front desk but the doctor made up for it. Overall, wish it was more friendly as I am sure it would help others feel a lot better.
I saw Elizabeth Williams today, for an issue Ive been to the ER 6 times now to solve. They turned me away but she was able to help me within a few minutes and diagnose a serious health condition. I owe Ms Williams my life!
Staff and wait time were fine. Honestly, it was a good experience overall FOR SURE. The unfortunate part was that my daughter’s antibiotic for strep did not get called in before having to leave town on a flight. Now we are in another state, script still not called in and the phone number to clinic will not work. The pharmacist even tried. It immediately goes to, “user busy”. I have called 45 times. This is beyond frustrating to be in this situation where 19 hours later we have yet to see a script for her arrive to Walgreens to be picked up. Now what? 😞
I don’t recommend this place to anybody. If you are looking for true medical care, this is not gonna be the place you want to go. That was by Far one of the worst doctors I’ve ever come across unfortunately there are many of them, but he Takes first place. Thank you for not helping me with my eye and then forcing a retest of the scratch so you can show you did something for my insurance. Why become a doctor and deliberately not help your patient. This will be the one urgent care I will never walk into again
Although I scheduled online and arrived as recommended, I still waited an hour to be seen. The doctor was very friendly, she went through all of my symptoms to best treat my ear and head pain, that had been plaguing me for two weeks. I would definitely return to this location. Staff very friendly and patient too.
So great! Patient and understanding. Had me in and out. I wish I wasn’t so distracted by my cold to remember everyone’s name they were all incredible!
I booked me and my daughter online, had everything pictured for both cards. Then when I go to my appointment I was told that I had to fill out for my daughter separately, I told the person no I filled everything out online. She ignored me and handed me the paperwork. I put the paperwork down and asked to speak to the manager or someone to make a complaint, she still ignored me. So I left and wont be coming to this location ever again. I am going to call and complain.
Great care! Provider answered all my questions. Scheduled appointment and walked write in to get seen no wait time awesome service!
Great Urgent Care! I am out of town with a bladder infection. I was able to quickly make an appointment and submit everything online in advance, therefore making my wait time very minimal. Staff was great, thorough, and handled everything I needed.
We’re from out of town and had a very sick kid. It’s scary taking your kids to unfamiliar doctors but this crew was so sweet and welcoming. Dr was helpful and caring.
Providers were lovely and the receptionist was pleasant but the wait was insane. Despite making an appointment I had to wait 1 1/2 hours to be seen.
Really nice staff, clean office, very easy to make an appointment and be seen same-day. We will go back here for sure!
Everyone was kind and attentive, from front office staff to the MA and the PA as well. I appreciate the attention and care given during my visit. I would highly recommend if you’re in need of urgent care assistance.
Absolutely amazing in all my almost 40 yrs old the dr was the most kindest sweetest soul and made me feel extremely safe and comfortable during my exam.
Adora Olson was so kind and gentle. Gave me the advice on how to proceed with my burn treatment I wanted and needed. She was the best of the best I have encountered at Nextcare!
Every time I end up having to go to urgent care it’s the same horrible experience. You set up an appointment for a joke because you wait at least 30min past your appointment time. Paperwork was already filled but that never matters or makes any difference, just remove the appointment setting if you’re not going to honor the purpose of appointments.Doctor is very professional and courteous, the rest of the crew no.
Fast and easy. Receptionist was very pleasant and professional. The doctor’s assistant Williams was very helpful and very knowledgeable and friendly.
SUPER friendly and helpful, which is good because I was feeling terrible. Turns out I got The Flu, and everyone there was so nice and friendly that I left very thankful for the staff being so attentive and friendly.
Had a very comfortable experience tonight at NextCare at Curry and Scottsdale. My needs were met and I was greeted with considerate and friendly staff, and felt heard and cared for. I had no issues getting scheduled, filling out quick paperwork, and was seen in a timely manner. I felt that the staff and physician took care of me and my injury to the fullest. I thank them immensely!
Doctor elizabeth is a gem.She its very thorough explains everything completely about your issue. And has amazing bedside manner. The staff is also very efficient and friendly
Time to see the doctor was good and Dr. Williams, the doctor on call is amazing. She makes you feel comforted and has sympathy. She has been this way every time I have been in. She is the reason I choose this facility.
Everyone was really nice, the front desk could a little nicer. The lady who took my vitals seemed a little busy. But very nice. The doctor was MAGNIFICENT always so nice when I go to that urgent care. Overall a great experience.
Everyone at the clinic was patient and nice and kept the flow moving. The space is clean and up to date. My Dr. was informative, thorough, and had a great attitude.
I had sprained my ankle and was looking for the closest urgent care around me. It was 7:45 pm and they closed at 8 pm. I decided to see if they would talk me in, and they took me in with open arms. They immediately got me checked in and I was seen by the doctor in less than 10 minutes. I was diagnosed and given medical advice by 8:10 pm. I couldn’t be more thankful for this urgent care, as they went above and beyond for me. All kind and generous staff!
I went there at 8:30 AM as a walk-in because they open at 8:00 and their website said they were open, but nobody was there and the door was locked. I called to try and confirm that the hours posted on the door were up to date, but nobody answered. There was no sign on the door or any other indication that they would be closed. Not much of a walk-in clinic if you cant walk in.
Attentive and focused on my reason for a visit and finding the right solution to my issues. Great personal care by all.
Had some trouble booking a video call online, so called the office and they said to come right in. My visit with the MD went better than expected and I was in and out with the meds I needed pretty fast. Very grateful for the friendliness and care I received.
Excellent group. Got me in right away on a Saturday. Listened carefully. Explained my problem clearly. Provided appropriate care.
Provider A Olson was amazing, knowledgeable and empathetic in her communication and care. While carrying out a procedure, she was so thoughtful in helping me understand what to expect and why. She gives me hope that our younger generation of medical professionals are more equipped with knowledge, information and advancement in science, treatments and care model that better serves our community than what has been in place thus far! Thank you NextCare, for providing an innovative approach to making access to care and to A Olson not only possible, but also cost effective for someone who stayed away from insurance based care that only serves the insurance/payors.
The doctor was great and thorough. the wait was bad, i had a appointment was 10 minutes early and had to wait over an hour in the waiting room.
My visit to NextCare Urgent Care was greatly appreciated. The front office person was very friendly and welcoming. I was taken in very quickly. Dr. Williams was very friendly and thorough. She spent enough time with me to explain my coarse of treatment and symptoms to watch out for that would necessitate further treatment. Thank you for all your help!
All together it took about an hour. Not bad, the doctor was cool. Everyone was friendly.
Got Dr. Williams. Thank you Lord for that. She is thorough and really gets to the bottom of the issue. All the staff was nice too. Dr. WIilliams is extremely informative, respectful and caring. I am forever grateful that we decided on this urgent care. Ive also seen other doctors here with good results.
I had originally went to a differenturgent care to care for an ear problem. They didn’t finish the job and left me with a terrible earache. So I decided to go to nextcare to see if they could help me, they did amazing cleared out my ears and made the ache instantly go away. I can hear again!!!! Absolutely incredible job!! And everyone was so friendly and polite. 10/10 recommend!!!
I was in and out within an hour and everyone was so very nice. If needed I will definitely go there again
The workers were very pleasant and helpful, it was just a very slow process even with an appointment. Anticipate waiting.
Great experience. Went in for a sore throat and was out very quickly. All staff was very friendly and caring.
The NextCare team went above and beyond rescheduling to accomodate. The paperwork process is quite simple and may be completed, even, on your phone if you wan. My visit was late in the day and it would be easy to rush me through, they took the requisite time to provide a good examination and think through it. Well focused with good intentions, a true professional. While, apparently, all I needed was an ear nose and throat specialist and was not in a life threatening situation, they took the time to correctly diagnose that, and not be negligent and rush me on out the door to enjoy the weekend; which honors theor profession Primum non nocere, (do no harm) and they go the extra mile instead of rushing tou out the door like a number, putting in 100% to your behalf because they are good people and your life matters Fac bene et ultra (Do well and beyond) and they are quick and clever in their diagnosis thinking systemically outside of the box putting good intentions into action as sincerely we all wish some such superhero will step up for us fighting on our side Optime agere et invenire remedium (Act excellently and discover the remedy) A round of applaus to the family and medical community behind this physicians education. Good character prevailed here today and that is a mark of excellence to observe in the whole. Plus they have Beatles memorabelia and Berry Divine Acai Bowls is right next door for a pick me up afterward so there you have it.
Dr. Elizabeth was amazing this morning. She was very sweet and had great bedside manners. The appointment did not even feel like a doctors visit due to the amount of times I laughed and smiled. Great experience!!
Great experience! Timely and the provider was excellent with assessment and treatment.
I dont think I will be returning to this NextCare location for future urgent care needs. My first visit was on April 28, 2024 and my second was on May 9, 2024. During my first visit I had an appointment scheduled at 9:00 in the morning but wasnt actually seen by a provider until almost 1:00 in the afternoon due to walk-ins getting priority. After speaking with the provider, I felt that I was talked down to and wasnt educated about the medication Id been provided. On my follow-up visit on May 9, I had a similar negative experince. I came in shortly after they opened at 8 in the morning and didnt end up leaving until almost 10:30 in the morning. I was there for some follow up testing and felt shamed by the provider for coming back a bit sooner than typically recommended. I can honestly say that I felt talked down to when I explained I had expereiced an adverse reaction to medication Id been prescribed and having to seek out an alternative route of treatment. The provider more or less shamed me for having to take a different medication and said that if my test results came back negative that it was good for you and said the initial medication was the only way that could provide treatment.
No ability to get an x-ray. NextCare needs to increase their pay scales for their help so i dont have to go to an ER for an x-ray
Amazing experience, fast, empathetic care team who listened. Shoutout to Megan for helping get me what I need to put me back together. Front desk super nice and efficient.
I was very impressed with the service and care that I received there. From the friendly front desk guy to the nursing assistant and then the doctor. They were caring and supportive in supplying me with a viable answer to my problem concerning my knee. Thank you all.
Elizabeth is such a caring, considerate, and professional medical provider! She and her medical assistant Jose are very friendly and helpful people who make you feel comfortable the second you walk to the back. They listened to my concerts and provided accurate test to help get the best results.
Great experience with PAC Williams. Nice facilty, kind team and great communication at Curry office. Thank you.
I have alot of airborne allergy, especially this time of year. I find some very thorough knowledgeable Good doctors at this location. Its a pleasure having good service when you are sick and unable to make an appointment for several days with your regular doctor.
The receptionist was very rude. After I gave her my insurance information I could hear her on the phone, talking inappropriately and making fun of the situation I was in. I will not be recommending this location based on this.
Made an appointment online for a physical exam. When I arrived I wasnt asked the purpose of my visit. I was given an intake form where I also stated the purpose of the visit, despite giving my info online.Waited an hour before seeing someone but was sent back to the front because apparently I didnt say I was here for a physical. When I told Suzanne at the front desk that I wasnt asked, she proceeded to gaslight me when she couldve just admit fault, apologize and leave it at that. Instead the staff here seems to delight themselves by badmouthing patients thats loud enough to hear outside treatment rooms. Please reconsider jobs that deal with the public if youre unable to handle negative emotions in a healthy way. While I empathize with the fact there can be bad days here, it worries me that such incompetence and unprofessionalism exists at a place of care. It also scares me that individuals like Suzanne overlook patient information. Glad I didnt come here for a ruptured appendix or something similar!Edited to 1 star. The physical itself wasnt more than 10min and felt awkward thanks to the badmouthing. Total wait time: 2 hrs.
Literally been here for 30 minutes waiting for my appointment after they cancelled my last appointment... I still have a life I need to get back to this isnt an er why did a walk-in go back B4 me
Nice people. Did not seem busy but waited a long time. The reason for 1 stars… these people are weird. The physician was liberal and odd. A little too suggestive about women’s choices.
Thank you to the staff for truly caring about others!! My grandson and I walked in at 7:55 knowing that they closed at 8. My grandson is 3 months old and thought he was possibly coming down with an ear infection. I was hopeful that they would be kind to see him still and they were much more then kind!! They checked him out and thankfully no ear infection and we were still out of there before 8:20!!Thank you for seeing us and with smiles all around. We didn’t feel like a bother although I know we probably were as we showed up at 7:55. They most definitely could have turned us awsy but so thankful that they didn’t.Mae will definitely use this place again!!!
Effortless check-in, zero waiting (although that was probably just good timing) a very kind receptionist and a physician who was professional, kind and easy to understand ☺️
Very short wait to be seen. Staff and healthcare provider were friendly and profesional. The team was patient and explained everything in simple terms. I would gladly use this urgent care again.
I scheduled an appt and still had to wait about an hour for a 5min meeting w the dr. What a waste of time.
We had a 9am appointment but were told they were behind right when we arrived. But we understand thats not something necessarily in their control. Online queue showing where you are on the wait list is awesome. Once we got back they took care of my sons sports physical quickly. Staff super thorough and friendly.
I was wrongfully charged! How are you going to charge someone that’s not even a patient. Now this location won’t answer the phone .
Adora the PA was easy to talk to you and seemed to genuinely care. Shes also absolutely gorgeous.
Absolutely the worst!!!! My adult boys tried to check in last night around 5pm. They tried to use our insurance that we have had for 5 years. The front desk person had no idea what to do and wouldnt get help from her manager. Told me to call UHC to solve the issue. UHC had no idea what this person was talking about as far as an issue. I told the boys to leave and go to another location for care where there was not an issue.
Short wait time and helpful staff. I saw Elizabeth Williams, PAC, and she was so wonderful—very empathetic and took time to explain things and answer my questions.
These people are SO helpful! Not only did we get in quickly and receive excellent care, but after our appointment the front desk walked us through some services to provide discounts for our prescriptions and appointment. I cannot say enough great things about the staff here!
Way better than many hours at an ER. From the young lady at the front desk all the way through the nurse assistant to the doctor was a pleasant experience, very professional and expedient. The doctor got my meds sent to a pharmacy so that I could still get there and get them that night because of couple infections that needed couple kinds of antibiotics. (Complications from gunshot wound.) The swelling is down now days later and I am feeling much more functional thanks to NextCare.
Best urgent care experience! The PA was kind and efficient, the front desk made sure I received the paperwork ahead of time and helped me feel comfortable at a medical office, and the MA made me feel comfortable and brought me back quickly. Highly recommend to anyone in the area!
I will never go to another urgent care facility other than this one! I had some reoccurring pains that started to become too much. I was able to be seen the same day within an hour of scheduling, was seen quickly after checking in and all members of the staff were so friendly and professional. I was hesitant to come here because of past experiences elsewhere, it always felt like they just wanted to get you out of their sight immediately with little to no help whatsoever. This location gets an A++. My voice was heard completely and the staff gave me a detailed explanation + treatment plan and I felt so much comfort walking out of there. Highly recommend this location to anyone needing to feel better!!
They were friendly, efficient & explained everything to Mr thoroughly!
Seen 45 minutes after my appointment. Staff was helpful and kept the process moving. I was able to complete my visit without any hiccups thanks to a knowledgeable friendly and professional staff. I would recommend a visit instead of dealing with what ails you.
The people were extremely right, but my flu and Covid test were kind of a joke( swab barely touched the inside of my nose)- they both came back negative. I was given hardcore antibiotics as a pre caution for pneumonia which made no sense all. I indeed have the flu.
Awful made wait 50 min past apppintment time just to prescribe me absolutely nothing to help with my pain.
Dr Elizabeth Williams is Amazing! Gave me the information I needed and put my mind at ease. The meds are working and Im going to start getting back into shape and quit smoking and drinking .
There was a bit of a wait, however, this is expected. The provider and staff were kind and knowledgeable. My questions and concerns were answered. I do recommend making an appointment instead of a walk-in.
Staff was extremely friendly and very willing to help. Short wait time as well. Extremely clean environment
The whole experience was incredible. Great job. I got a truly ouchess shot. I’ll definitely be back!
This is my go to place for the last few years. They’re very friendly when it comes to my children and I. All the workers make us feel welcomed.
Best urgent care experience I’ve had. Great staff at check in. PA Olson handled my ear ache really fast.
The staff was very helpful and caring. The receptionist was very accommodating getting me set up. The medical assistant in the back had a great bedside manner. The provider seemed bothered by my presence. Overall an ok visit.
Very nice and friendly staff. Took care of me right away, didnt have to wait very long even though it was almost closing time.
PAC Elizabeth Williams and staff went above and beyond the standard of todays care. Im thankful. Ive been there a few times. All except once shes not treated me. When it mattered to me they treated me ,the whole person. Im so thankful. When you give accurate and all the information the treating practitioner& staff can always help you the best. She has a love for her profession even when shes busy. It still shows to me. Shes a leader for her staff too.
Dr Elizabeth is the best!! She is very caring, knowledgeable, professional and made me feel very comfortable. Will definitely be back if need be.
Woke up with the eye irritation, and a lot of fluid came to the clinic. They cleaned it checked. It gave me medicine very professional and fast and friendly. I love it.
Dont come here if you want fast and easy access to your test results.
My Nurse and front desk lady were awesome 10/10
I has a great visit, they were so professional and nice. I felt comfortable and well taken care of. I recommend this office. Will come back for future visits
I set up an appointment online for a cut on my leg, since I completed the necessary paperwork before arriving, my check in only involved me showing identification then I was called back within minutes. My doctor checked out my leg, wrote a script for meds, and I was on my way. Everyone was professional, had a positive attitude, and made sure I was actually okay. Loved being in and out so quickly.
Helpful, friendly & Dr & staff amazing. We got in quickly and the staff was very helpful and Dr was so friendly and helpful to my wife and myself . The nurse helped us find a pharmacy at our next destination as we were traveling and on our way to flagstaff. Thanks to all the staff for your help . Great experience.
Dr. Elizabeth Williams was the best doctor Ive ever seen in my life I wish she was my primary! She was so kind and explained everything and made me feel like she really cared about my health.
Horrible place I waited 2 hours to get seen and they kept telling me “2” people were ahead of me, unless you have the entire day to wait don’t come here
Busy place and I can see why. We visited Phoenix this holiday weekend and I ended up needing some medical attention today. From reception to exam room, everyone I dealt with was professional, courteous, and friendly. My examining PA was thorough and did a great job with both treatment and explanations. I left the clinic feeling reassured and on the mend.
The PA on shift 12/15/23 at the Curry office was unprofessional, had zero bedside manner and was demeaning - saying “you’re going to sit here until your BP is normal” Passive aggressive bullying at its finest. Providers should enquire about a person’s symptoms, background, and take into account supporting documentation they can provide, formulate a differential diagnosis that can be supported instead of making assumptions and doubting or disbelieving everything they are being told- especially when it comes from another healthcare provider who has 20+ years in the medical field. Did not conduct basic physical assessment skills correctly, such as the Whisper Test. She had me sit on the exam table, stood 6ft in front of me, turned her head away from me, took her mask partially off and whispered the first word. The correct way to perform the Whisper test is standing 2ft / arms length behind the patient, have them occlude one ear, then whisper a word or a combination of a number-letter-number, then repeat the same for the next ear. And then comment that sometimes when you say a word a person can’t hear the syllable pronounced correctly- no wonder when she performs the test incorrectly. Also, if a provider wants to assess the stomach, you can’t have the patient in a sitting position and then press once with your hand into the abdomen, as she did, and perform an accurate assessment for tenderness, masses, etc. The patient must be supine with knees supported and then perform light and deep palpation in all 4quadrants, watching for the patient’s response or signs such as rebound tenderness, etc. Perhaps she should brush up on her skills and perform them correctly so an accurate physical examination is conducted, especially when it is being signed off as a true and accurate reflection of a physical examination (which in this case it couldn’t be as it wasn’t done correctly). As a suggestion, a gold standard, evidence-based reference for her to review is Bates’ Guide to Physical Examination. She needs to be reported to her board for misconduct. Zero stars would be the true rating.
These people are so inconsiderate for absolutely no reason. I have been to nextcare with my girlfriend before, and have been allowed to go back into the room. We arrive, she gets called, I try to go back, and someone tells me I cant go back. Confused, I sit back down, but then remember how Ive done it multiple times. I then ask why they said I cant go back with her, and they reply Its up to the provider, in other words, screw off. Because why cant I go back there? What harm could I possibly do? All I wanted was to share as much information as I could to benefit HER. So then, I call multiple other nextcare locations in the surrounding area, and they happily tell me that it is no problem at all and they would gladly let me go back with her. So I tell her to ask the provider for the reasonings of why I cant go back there, and this Elizabeth Williams PAC replies, I dont think we need him, I cant stay 6ft away from two people, I cant get sick hes your companion, I get your information from you. You dont think you need me? Who cares, all I can do is provide more information to help! And then the 6ft one, hilarious, this lady states this right after I watch another couple walk out of the room together! Are you kidding, so you tell me no, but let another couple? How come you could stay away 6ft from the two of them? This chick is on the biggest power trip of her life over what, isnt your job to help people? To heal them to the best of your ability? But no, you are to busy worrying about staying 6ft from two people versus one? What does that even mean! You are a healthcare professional. My girlfriend returns to the vehicle and tells me this information, I then go back in to ask for the providers name, and the reception lady tells me Its on the bottom of the sheet, ok sassy, couldnt just tell me the name. Nice! Great care from these people. Avoid this place, go to another location, the staff at the other Nextcares are much more generous and willing to help!
We took my little lady there today for a uti and they were amazing they had only 1 physician and were busy but they were so kind to her She is 92 and even though the wait was a little long THE CARE WAS SO WORTH IT! Thank you for being so kind with her! And give yourselves a great big pat on the back!! Job well done
Been sick for 3 days so far, with what I figured was a cold. The doctor confirmed it was a cold, and just suggested DayQuil and NyQuil. I go to a doctor to get something stronger to fight it quicker. I could’ve saved my time and the $50 copay to keep doing what I’ve been doing. Urgent Cares are worthless anymore.
Came in for pain and they told me it was probably just UTI and definitely not my appendix and to go home and take advil. 4 hours later I’m in the er with appendicitis having surgery!
Everyone was Amazing from the front door to the exam! Thank you all for all 🥰
I was reading some of the reviews before I came in and it made me laugh because people will complain about waiting for 1 hour when you go to your pcp and wait even longer with a scheduled appointment or even worse you go to the ER and wait hoursssss! People should be greatful. You should be ashamed to leave bad reviews because Google told you that you needed an antibiotics when the provider who let me remind you went to school for this is telling you NO. I work in Healthcare and let me tell you the staff here is great from the front office to the MA (Jose) to the provider they were all very professional and educated. It simply comes down to this if you have a bad experience then dont come back to the same place or adjust your attitude because maybe your the problem. Plus go online you can see the services they provide so you dont waist your time if they tell you thats not something they can do. Concerned about insurance call ahead and ask like I did. Or call your insurance to verify ahead of time dont get mad at the staff. Anyways thank you to the staff and you all deserve a raise! :)
Ive been to any number of urgent care facilities in my life. I have health issues that often need immediate treatment. This was a quickIn and out type situation like the last 8 or so urgent care treatments Ive had over the years. Ive never been quoted anything even remotely close to what they charge as a base amount outside of insurance. Its more than double what the last (also next care) facility charged. Not only was the receptionist rude (she didnt even let me finish my question on payment before cutting me off to blurt out the charge) but she was entirely aloof about it when I said I wouldnt be able to afford treatment. Didnt offer any advice, payment plans or anything to the effect. Or even an ounce of compassion. A quick apology would have been preferable to an instant have a nice day. Like... I wasnt remotely done trying to figure the situation out before this woman booted me. I havent been to a place so eager to lose business. I also thought that maybe a health care facility would be the slightest bit compassionate about someone in need of health care. Kinda goes with the territory. We all know how garbage our health care system is in this country. The last thing we need to do is treat each other like dollar signs.
Always friendly and helpful staff. This was my second visit in over a year. Dr. E Williams is WONDERFUL! Very thorough and knowledgeable. They also take many types of insurance. Love that you can schedule an appointment online. Clean facility too. Would definitely recommend.
Made the appointment on line. Checked in and only waited about 10 minutes. Doctor came in almost immediately. He was knowledgeable and explained what was happening with me and treated me for acute sinusitis. Confirmed I didnt have bronchitis or pneumonia. Good visit.
Everyone at this location is so, so nice and respectful! I was treated with much kindness throughout my visit, and the doctor even sent home a “gift bag” with me with the necessary bandages needed. I had a rusty nail puncture my heel at work and needed some professional attention. After about an hour and a half of waiting, I got a tetanus shot and prescription for antibiotics. They really took care of me, made sure all my questions were answered, and zipped me right out of there! I would have given 5 stars if the wait wasn’t so long, but I think it was just a busy day. The employees were very apologetic and it really wasn’t an issue. Kudos to these health care workers!
The staff was kind and courteous and the doctor was thorough and I felt confident in his diagnosis.
I was able to get checked in quickly, and was called back very soon after arriving. Every person I interacted with was very kind and professional. The physician listened carefully, gave me a prescription and a referral that I didn’t actually request but definitely needed. And before leaving, the attendant at the front gave me a list of recommended PCPs because I’d expressed frustration in finding a new one since moving to the area! All around very nice experience.
I went in with a really frustrating situation. Everyone gave me so much kindness, patience and care that I left with hope and feeling like I was truly cared for.
Very thorough prescreen. Jose very patient and asked lots of good questions. Scott did very completeexam and prescribed meds and gave advice. Admin lady up front was also very kind.
Matthew truly saved my life. Thank You, NextCare of Tempe! Couldn’t have done it without you…or Matthew.
Everyone in the facility was very friendly. The physician was helpful and knowledgeable. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is because the wait time was pretty long. I had an appointment but didn’t see the physician until about 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. It’s pretty understandable for end of day appointments so I was too bothered by it though.
Always have a great visit here. Dr and NP are all great and help with whatever I go in for. Very friendly and helpful staff!! Thank you so much for helping with my issues!!!
I have never had such a good experience with medical facilities let alone an urgent care. Their entire staff has wonderful energy and took great care of my little one and Im beyond grateful. Definitely going to be my first place of choice when seeking medical help.
Unfortunately I needed to get stitches in my hand, 1st time for me. The people here were great, no wait time, easy check in and great care from RN to Dr. Totally recommend!
I went to this location this morning due to a skin tear on my forearm. Sign in was a breeze because I had been to the same office previously. Within 10 minutes of check-in, I was ushered into the back and did standard blood pressure, O2 & temperature check. In the exam room, the PA was friendly and efficient and assessed my injury and described the necessary treatment.I was back home in less than 45 minutes with fresh bandage and instructions for future care.Another NextCare office is closer to my house but, their wait time was 8 patients in front of me. This location had one person ahead of me for just another mile or so to drive.Wonderful service!!!
Dr. Elizabeth and her staff were so attentive to my needs and concerns. She listened to me with genuine care and was able to help me with a chronic issue. I am so grateful for the care I received at my visit.
Nice staff and facility. The appointment system doesnt guarantee you a time to be seen. As far as I can tell, it just puts you in line behind the people already waiting. Even with an appointment it took a out an hour to see the doctor. But it got the job done.
My interaction with the doctor was amazing and she got me all sorted out! However, Brie at the front desk was abrasive and unwelcoming. She treated me like I was an inconvenience for coming in and the only reason I would come back is for the doctor(didn’t get her name).
I am out of state and had no insurance. NextCare treated me very professionally. The staff here is efficient. Brian Rush has an excellent bedside manner. He is willing to answer questions thoroughly. Nancy is amazing. She was able to save me $200 by her suggestion. I am very appreciative of the high caliber of service and care I received.
VERY unhappy with the service provided. I was unable to go to the VA medical office for a medical problem. This location is in network with VA medical insurance and assured me everything was taken care of when I left the appointment and that the bill would be paid directly by my insurance. Still, I ended up getting a bill in the mail. I contacted their payment department where they told me that the clinic never attempted to make the payment to my insurance. I provided my insurance information and they assured me on the phone that they would take care of the issue. I asked if I could get a conformation and they let me know that there isnt really one they could give out since it would be charged to the insurance in the future but it should be fine. Received a letter in the mail two months later (today) saying that I am IN COLLECTIONS for the charge. Please be sure to make sure they actually charge your insurance if you go here. This issue needs to be resolved so that my credit is not affected.
I have been here twice now and both times the providers and assistants have been super nice and caring, tonight she was honest that I would be better helped at the ER. Since they were not able to do diagnostic testing on my stomach. She was straight forward. Coming to Nextcare cost me more than other places but they have been great. And the lady at the front desk who has been there both times is a Gem. She is so pleasant and friendly even 15 min before closing.
Ive been going here for years and have never had a bad experience yet. Front desk staff is always friendly and informative. I checked in online and was in & out in 1 hour....not bad at all for flu season. The Doctor was friendly and helpful. The only thing I noticed is the exam rooms need a good cleaning. Overall this place is great!
Elizabeth (PA) and the rest of the staff were terrific. They provide services most urgent clinics dont, such as an antibiotic injection if you need it. Will do exams and tests others wont. And you can get in right away with the call center making your appointment. Faster and more convenient than going to your doctor when you need something done right away.
Hopefully some of you read this before choosing to go here.First of all, Google lists the different NextCare locations and they all seem to have their own phone numbers. They don’t, all of those numbers redirect you to the Customer Care department which is a national call-center. It is not actually possible to call the specific location you visited or need to visit.I was charged over $200 to be seen for about two minutes for my ear infection. They prescribed me amoxicillin. I finished the prescription over the course of a week and it didn’t clear up my infection. So I called the phone number, Customer Care says they will try to call the specific clinic I need. They can’t get anyone on the phone so they said they sent a message to have them call me. No one calls me back. I tried over the course of four days to get someone on the phone, no luck. I had to go there in person so the receptionist could write a sticky note for the doctor to call me. She also told me I would have to be seen by the doctor again, meaning another $200 out of my pocket for nothing. All I needed was for someone to answer the phone and write me a new prescription for a stronger antibiotic, that’s it. I would recommend checking out CVS minute clinic before going this route.
I always go to this Urgent Care location when I am feeling ill. I use the online system to make sure there is a smaller wait before heading to this office, but generally it is not a very long wait. The staff is friendly and sympathetic to whatever illness/injury you are there for. No question is too silly for the staff and I feel like the providers/assistants go above and beyond to make sure you have a full understanding of the diagnosis. I will always come here for quick care and recommend it to anyone else looking for easy answers, fast results, and quality service.
I walk in and receptionist was on the phone. When she finished, she was very nice and got us started. When I went in the nurse was very patient and kind. Then the doctor came in, she was friendly and her bed side manners was awwsome. I would recommend this facility to those who want quality care. 👍🏾
PAC Elizabeth Williams was excellent. She was patient, listened to all my concerns, gave advise and was compassionate. It was a good experience!
Great Urgent care. The staff is great. From the Front desk to the Doctor. Called back to exam room before I was done completing paper work. In & out in less then 1hr. If ever I need Urgent care again Nextcare will always be my first choice.
Only went here because every other nextcare was booked up. I will never make that mistake again. My mother is over the age of 62 with lots of health issues and one of them being very hard of hearing. We got the texted that it was her turn to come in. So we did, and she got called back. Which, I was obviously there to help her because of her needs of hearing. They immediately told me I cant go back with her. I immediately responded with shes very hard of hearing. Ive always had no issues with being able to be with her. Until today. The MA then said the provider will kick me out and that they will speak loud So my mom just told me shell be fine. Thats not the point though. For someone with health issues, and hard of hearing I dont understand why I couldnt be there. Then, when waiting in the lobby, someone came in and were immediately called up and were able to have someone go back with them with NO issue. No hesitation what so ever. I would really like to know why they were able to have someone go back with them but I couldnt with someone whos hard of hearing. Only good thing I can say is the receptionist was nice. But I will NOT be returning.
I came in with a VERY painful UTI that had me in tears. I also started having a panic attack when I heard the price of the visit which had me in even more tears. The receptionist(black hair and lash extensions) ran from behind her desk to my seat in the lobby and consoled me until I was able to calm down. She made me feel a lot more calm about the situation and helped me with a discount. If youre seeing this, youre an angel. Thank you for being such a kind human.
Front desk needs to be a little more patient with guests but other than that we were in and out. Medical Assistant and Doctor were very gentle and professional really satisfied
Visiting from out of town and my 11 month old was experiencing an ear infection. I was hesitant on bringing him in but I’m glad I did. Everything was so clean and easy. All the paperwork was on my phone and I was able to get in and get out. Definitely would go here again.
I had made an appointment today at 12. Got there only to be told that they are no longer accepting patients because the office is closing early. Whats the point of making an appointment on their website only to be told that I cant be seen. No one had called or made it known that they were closing early. I dont live in tempe and I chose this office because it was the only one that had appointment to be seen. Its quite frustrating because Im pretty sick and needed to see a doctor. Im not trying to go to an emergency room because its not that serious. If I had just be told before going that my appointment was going to be canceled then I would not be as upset. Hopefully there arent sicker people out there trying to go here because they are allowing people to make appointment after they have closed.
Went on Tuesday and it is now Saturday and I am still waiting to receive my prescription. Initial visit was okay, but trying to call afterwards to get the details of my prescription sorted was such a hassle. No one ever picks up the phone, the call gets sent straight to the customer service line. The customer service reps were nice, but all they could do was try to call this location, and of course no one picked up, so they’d then send a message to the location and tell me someone will be calling back. They didn’t. I had to call repeatedly, going through the same process over and over and no one seemed to really care about me or my health. When I finally got through to them on Friday, I spoke with Suzanne and she was so unnecessarily rude I was astounded. She had the worst attitude, kept interrupting me, and needlessly kept trying to pick fights with me. I didnt have the energy to argue with her, I literally just want my medication so I can feel better. The whole point of going to an urgent care was to receive care and treatment as soon as possible. Everyone I spoke to seemed annoyed that I was even calling, as if I was calling just to hassle them for the fun of it, and not because this is my health and I am in pain and just trying to receive treatment. I understand they are extremely busy, especially with being right next to the university, but treating patients so poorly is not okay. People don’t go to urgent cares to ruin your day, they go because they’re trying to seek care for conditions that are demanding immediate attention.
I have been so frustrated with Next Care for the last week. Before my appointment, the front desk collected my insurance card. I have now been billed for an appointment where they said I was fine and sent me home. After contacting my insurance company, they explained there was never a claim submitted. No matter how long I wait on the phone, I am unable to get in contact with ANYONE. Not a single person answers the phone AND once someone finally did, they hung up RIGHT AWAY. I have called more than 5 times waiting around 30 minutes each time. This looks a whole lot like people who scam others. I will NEVER return here.
I love this place. Staff is always great. Im giving 1 star today. I put the reason why we were there online when we checked in and again on the paper work when we got there. After going in back the NP came in and said they do not treat what we were there and to use over counter treatment. I what Im not happy about is I was still charged a co-pay and my insurance will be billed as well. Receptionist even confirmed for me that we still had to pay. Not cool, especially when they could have told me this before going back.
The team was incredibly helpful, quick and efficient. This is my family’s urgent care. I will never go anywhere else.
Going to the doctor is always an anxious experience for me because I don’t have insurance. The staff was really sweet and helpful in getting my throat checked out. It is just incredibly upsetting that it costs $350 to know that I am sick. It’s not this establishments fault that the healthcare system in this country is corrupt. I can’t even afford to get sick.
We walked in with only 1 hr til closing. My daughter had a cut on her foot that was bleeding pretty bad. They took us back to a room right away. The whole staff was amazing! They did everything right! My daughter was understandably upset and they were so patient with her 7 yr old fears. They eased her mind, which eased mine! I’ve been to other locations and always received good service but, this staff was top notch!
Wait was kind of long. Appointment was 10am go seen at 1050am. But was seen taken care of then meds were sent to my pharmacy. Not bad but recommend checking in online and if the receptionist is not there use QR code to check in.
I will never go back to this location. I called in the morning and made an appointment for 3pm for my daughter. We checked in and I will say that the front desk lady was very nice. The wait room was dirty, scattered food on chairs and the floor. We waited 1 hr and 10 mins before I asked how much longer. We were taken back and seen by a medical assistant and vitals were taken. We waited another 45 minutes before the PA - Nia Jarrett came to see my daughter. She briefly mentioned reading her chart and said the strep test was negative. I was never informed of a strep test being taken (and I wasnt asked if her throat was even bothering her, it wasnt). She stayed in the room with us for all of 5 minutes and told us yes the flu, and shell send a script for Tamiflu and hurried out without any interest in our thoughts or if we had any questions. I told her that we waited almost 2 hours, despite having an appointment. She said they werent really appointments - huh??? Then proceeded to tell me how overbooked she is and apparently thought if she smiled while talking condescendingly to me that I would not notice. I asked later why no flu test and she said too many false negatives. I asked what was the %, no answer. I was told to wait for our discharge papers - including the excused absence for my daughter. I had seen a lady wait over 30 minutes for her discharge papers, so we left and were told it would be emailed. That didnt happen, so we had to drive back and pick them up before they closed. Just terrible. I have been to other urgent cares and this was by far the worst one I have been to.
Quick and easy to get in. Friendly team members! Love signing in online. Interior is aged and needs a few Lysol wipes on the items you can see grime on. Like the handles of the tables in the medical rooms.
One of the greatest Urgent Care experiences. The physician was extremely nice and patient. Caring. I left with a smile and feeling great despite my circumstances. Amazing patient care. Thank you 😊
Excellent customer service. I really liked my doctor. She was caring and kind and knowledgeable. Thank you. This was a great experience when I was not feeling well. Thank you for making me feel better!!
Provider Brian was professional and kind. He listened to my concerns and addressed each one. I have seen him before and was equally impressed. The back office staff was great too-Jonathan and Kristin. Nancy at the front desk offered amazing customer service. She was friendly and efficient. It was obvious she enjoys helping people.
Scheduled the same day for a physical, quick and easy. Would of liked the wait to be shorter but it was a last minute appt, I am just thankful they could get my two kids in at the same time.
Everyone I talked to here was super nice despite being incredibly busy. I wasnt waiting near as long as I was expecting for how busy they were. Everything was very clean & I loved the fun decor they had around to make you feel more comfortable.
This place is very unprofessional. They display terrible triaging skills and will have you waiting for hours even after they tell you that you are next. They lack courtesy and function more like a slow clinic than an urgent care. I definitely do not recommend and I will never come back again.
I slipped on the stairwell while here in Phoenix visting. I wasnt sure where to go, but after reading reviews, I called Next Care and I am glad I did. i was able to be seen, get xrays & treatment that same afternoon. The staff was professional & kind. It took awhile because there were busy & had a small staff, but I felt the tme was not extreme compared to regular ERs.
Csme in as a walk in and got seen in under 10 minutes. The doctor was incredibly sympathetic, understanding and professional and made sure all of my concerns were answered and that I got the right prescriptions! Very impressed with the care I received :)
We brought our 6 month old daughter in this morning for a runny nose. We were called back before I was ever done with the paperwork. Once in the room we spoke with the nurse for a good 5 mins and not even 2 seconds after she left the doctor came in. The Doctor, Susan I think, was amazing. She went into detail about what was going on with our daughter and what signs to look for if she got worse. She gave us multiple treatment options. We are super protective of our children and the min the doctor left my husband and I both looked at each other and said we loved that Doctor. Other UrgentCares we frequent make us wait hours and hours, so I was super excited I didnt have to devote my whole day in a waiting room with a crabby baby. We will always be coming to this one from now on. :)
Friday night, no appt, they close at 8pm, I arrived at 7pm. Waited maybe 10 min in lobby and maybe 10 min in room. Front desk nurse is very good at what she does and friendly. PC was efficient and knowledgeable. Scripts were faxed to my pharmacy and ready by time I got to the pharmacy. I hate waiting so the short wait time was magical.
Given that this is the literal definition of urgent -(of a state or situation) requiring immediate action or attention, you would think that they would be a little more urgent in seeing you. I scheduled an appointment for 10:40, so I wouldn’t have to wait, I wasn’t roomed until 11:00 and now I’ve been waiting for 30+ minutes to see a provider. I’m 90% sure they forgot about me. Pretty poor experience overall and this isn’t coming from a person that is just frustrated and not feeling well. I work in healthcare so I understand things happen but this just was too much.
The first time I have been racially discriminated against. I would have expected better customer service from this place. My first visit back in April had been a very good visit. Nice, smooth, and easy. Nancy at the Front desk is very unprofessional. She was on her cell phone gossiping with friends and made me wait five minutes before she finally asked me to sign in. After I had been signed in she failed to file a claim to my insurance provider because my insurance didnt pull up in her system. I had reached out to my insurance provider and I found out that Nextcare has a contract with my insurance provider. A few days later I went back for a refund and to file a claim. Nancy would not refund me my money or file a claim. She had me reach out to her billing department to file a claim for a visit that had taken place 2 days prior. When I asked for a mangers phone number or email address she provided me the number to the clinic and would not leave me with any piece of information to get in contact with her manager. Nancy failed to provide any documentation of our conversation. I spent an hour and a half going back and forth with her on the issue because she kept providing false information. Once the encounter was over I contacted billing and she never attempted to pull up my insurance. This visit was very unpleasant and very unprofessional. Ive had better service here before I expected more.
After a horrid experience at the Chandler location, I once again was desperate enough to book another appointment with this company. I chose another location to see if it might be better. I only chose this one because I knew for a fact they take my specific insurance plan, which is quite limited. The staff gives off the same vibe that they are put off by your presence and do not care about you at all. Wait time was quite long despite it being very slow and not crowded. They did not ask some obvious standard health questions and really seem to care more about getting rid of you than actually treating the problem itself.Poor listening skills seems to be part of the company culture, as they sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy even after I told them the correct one (other location sent lab sample to wrong lab and nearly cost me $1,100).Also, they do not seem to want to prescribe things for pain relief/comfort along with the curative medications. I am not talking about narcotics or controlled substances, I am talking about things like skin-soothing creams for infections or those UTI pain relievers (the ones that turn your pee orange). Overall they really seem to be all about doing the absolute least when it comes to their patients.
I had such an amazing experience at this location. I am a Banner employee and had gone to TWO Banner urgent cares over the course of three days. They were terrible, crazy long wait times, rude staff, and each doc never spent more than 5 mins with me. PA Nia Jarrett was amazing, she ordered tests, thoroughly went over treatment options, and mainly just listened to my concerns and explained why I’m having specific symptoms. As I was waiting back in the lobby for my discharge paperwork, she even had the front desk receptionist call me back as she had thought of another helpful medication even AFTER I had gotten ready to leave. I cannot rave enough about Nia. The front desk receptionist, Suzanne, was beyond amazing as well. She was so compassionate to me and my illness and went into an exquisite, detailed explanation of my billing and discharge paperwork. I will never go to another Banner urgent care again. NextCare has rightfully earned a loyal patient with me. Highly recommend!!!
WARNING: I would not recommend anyone visit this office if you need real medical attention!Front desk assistant had no idea how the online Urgent care access worked. The nurse that took my Fiancé in was aggressive in his efforts to not allow me the ability to support her with explaining her symptoms.Even when she was seen the doctor verbally yelled at her to take a covid test. (Even when we had written proof of a negative one 3 days prior)Kept talking over her. When she had the ability to get a word in the doctors didnt listen or care.
DONT GO HERE if you need genuine help and aren’t feeling well.Came in as soon as it opened just to have the front desk lady (white older lady with brown hair and bushy eyebrows)be extremely rude, condescending, and dismissive of me from the start.I ultimately left after I asked her to look up my insurance because I didn’t have my card and she said she doesn’t do that.Even though the same urgent care down the street I’ve been too, does???She let me know I’d have to pay $200-$400 cash before even seeing a doctor and when I said never mind she told me“Awwwww well sorry about that” In the most condescending voice Ever!If you hate working with people why are you a nurse or an admin at a medical facility I’m so confused? In between being rude to me and sitting there doing nothing she made sure to gossip with her coworker the whole time behind the counterUnprofessional yet I’m supposed to be paying you $400?I think not lolIm telling you I can’t breathe and I’m met with the rudest most out of pocket tone and energy. Big yikes.Tell me you hate your life without telling me you hate your life! This Urgent Care s*cks. There’s MUCH better facilities in this area, skip this one and do yourself a favorYou’re welcome
I don’t like leaving negative reviews often, but don’t even waste your time with this place. Just go to a doctor or hospital. No one was even at the front desk when I walked in. I waited an hour after my scheduled appointment time just to be seen (when you’re sick waiting in an uncomfortable waiting room chair, an hour feels like 5 hours), then they ended up just telling me to go to the ER instead. I just felt unvalued. I paid $35 just to sit here for 2 hours & get told to go somewhere else. That isn’t right.
I always go to this Urgent Care because its runs so smoothly. The wait isnt long and the NPs there are awesome. Front office staff and even MAs are so nice and thoughtful. Its always in and out.
So I had to get a COVID-19 test so I could travel and this one was closest to work ... my appointment was at 8:00am I was in and out in 30 minutes!!!Front desk gal and check-in guy were awesome, profession and polite; the PA was a curt dont know why I was the first appointment of the day you would think she would be in a better mood. ---Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to it. Charles R. Swindoll---Facility was very clean, All-in-all it was a good visit.
Rushed visit, told me go to the ER for a belly scan when the problem was in my chest. People up front were very helpful and nice.
Everyone there is so friendly! Such a nice experience. This coming from someone who never leaves reviews but I had to for this place. 😀
The staff was nice enough and I was seen quickly. However, after leaving, I noticed that they had only prescribed me a three day supply of medicine for a painful injury. Since they dont do refills, I now have to spend more time and money going back for a simple refill. I dont like wasting time or money.
The entire staff was excellent! From the front desk to the medical professionals, they were kind, considerate, attentive, and very competent.
Was worried about the reviews but I had been throwing up all day and couldn’t do it anymore. Nurse and PA were super nice and helpful. Gave me a prescription and a pediyalite and feeling much better now. Thank you!!!
I got Brian and he was an excellent doctor. Very informative. Super helpful and friendly and the diagnosis, though quick, was thorough! Suzanne at the front desk was polite and courteous and I really am happy I continue to use this specific NextCare!
This location is superb! All of the staff is friendly and helpful, and Dr. Williams was amazing! I felt heard and supported when visiting and that is so necessary when looking for medical advice. Thank you to NextCare and Dr. Williams for the awesome visit.
The front desk woman told me that I had to fill out paper forms because she didn’t know how to access the online ones I completed prior to visiting. Wait on site was fine, however my test results were not sent via email as promised. I waited on hold for over an hour and a half, with no answer, so I had to drive back to there facility. The doctor was fantastic, but incompetent staff basically ruined it for me.
I will only go to this urgent care, I have been twice for my special needs child and they always get us right in and know how to make our girl feel better. Not all urgent cares know how to deal with special needs kiddos, but this 1 goes outta their way everytime👍Front desk receptionist gives 100% awesome is a understatement Thank you!!! Had my 4th visit here today 2--7-2020 made an appt got my girl right in , spent time making sure all my concerns were met, above and beyond.Best Urgent Care I have ever been to. Annd the receptionist is the absolute best! Treats My girl like a rock star. Thank you!!!!
The lady at the front desk is amazing at what she does. Despite a room full of ill people, she maintains a genuinely positive attitude and very friendly smile. She was able to answer all of my questions. The service provided was (10x) better than what I received when I went to a local hospital. I highly recommend this location.
I just started school but, have been having a very difficult time breathing for the last week. It was time to see a doctor. I tried booking an appointment with the location at Indian School but there was a 4 hour wait. The curry location had no wait when I booked the appointment so I rushed over.Cynthia took me back, checked my vitals, asked questions, and listened to the account of what was ailing me. Only moments after did Catherine come in. Both were very friendly and warm. They had me in and out in no time with a proper diagnosis and prescription to treat me.Thank you!
Dr Williams is genuinely one of the best doctors Ive ever had. She is professional, friendly, personable, and overall just a great doctor. A+ to her, and the office staff here.
I was badly injured from multiple dog bites and came here, signed in, waited an hour, the doctor was polite and caring, but he said there was nothing he could do to help or stitch me up so he admitted me to the emergency room. As Im about to the receptionist tells me I have a bill to pay for $280 for an office visit. I politely refused to pay the bill and explained that they did NOTHING to help me, and I walked out. Also, another young couple who came in 20 mins after me from a severe dog bite as well didnt have to wait very long because they were told to go to the emergency room too and they didnt have to pay anything! Very unfair situation, especially that I was bleeding the whole time and in severe pain. How dare they try to charge me $280 for nothing.
Excellent attention, the staff (Nora) is super friendly and they take care of you quickly. My Provider was Elizabeth and she is super professional and warm
Fast - waited only 20 min.Professional - front desk, tech & doc were all great!Cost - they accepted my insurance, no issues.Improvements? Facility a bit dated, showing wear.
Check in process using QR code and app was tedious. App didnt want to load insurance card images and link to enter info manually didnt work. Took nearly 20 minutes to complete paperwork when it used to take a minute or two for receptionist to scan cards/enter info. Technology is slowing down the process.
Quick service, and call ahead service available. Urgent care 2 miles away had a 2 hour wait. I was in and out the door in less than an hour.Ive been here twice in the past 2 years and it has been a consistent, friendly, and fast experience.
Amazing service. They set up a ride for me to get the adequate care I need for a serious issue. & they even called back to follow up & see how it went! They made me feel heard & human... something the ER couldn’t even do.Even if they didn’t have the needs to care or the answers, they helped direct me the right way to get the help I need. Thank you ladies at NextCare!
Waited over an hour after my scheduled appointment to see a doctor while they kept pulling patients below me on the waiting list to go first( I could literally see this online). Ridiculous. Never had a problem at any other NextCare just this one. Never again! Would give 0 stars if I could. Dirty, didnt even have blood pressure machine charged. This place is a joke.
Pricey outcome that could have been avoided. I was discharged from here with instruction to go directly to the ER because the person seeing me said there appeared to be something wrong with my heart according to my EKG. Not only that but I was told I wasnt allowed to drive myself. I almost paid for an ambulance and thank goodness I didnt. I went to the ER on Osborn and they found nothing wrong with me and said the EKG I gave them from NextCare Urgent Care was normal. There was nothing wrong concerning my heart, and they even checked again to be sure. Now Im stuck paying a huge bill I cannot afford from the ER. Extremely disappointed :(
I wouldnt go to any other urgent care. My mom is a tourist visiting me here in AZ and she started to have complications because of her previous cataract operation because of the weather. We went yesterday and the service was great! Excellent!I read the reviews on all urgent care near our location first, and sure enough Nextcare urgent care had the best reviews.I went to Fastmed before and I had a bad experience. The front desk was rude and waiting time is too long.I would definitely comeback to Nextcare. Front desk was very friendly. Doctors and nurses were very polite and accommodating. They gave my mom the best care possible. Good job Nextcare!
Ive never had a bad experience here I have been here a few times today I went in feeling awful they got me what I needed and went an extra mile for me and checked out my ear cause its pretty messed up 100% recommend really great nurses and doctor
I was nervous about going in to Urgent Care instead of my doctor, but they were great. The doctor I saw, Dr. Ronan was extremely communicative and went over all the details of the test and diagnosis. It was a bit expensive but it was worth it to not have to wait through the weekend to get a prescription for medicine and feel better.
Called on the phone asking how much an office visit would cost. I was told for the issue i had it would be 161 for everything, so i drove 40 mins to the only open urgent care. Walk in and the lady said it is going to be 191 not including any extra fees. It would be great if everyone was on the same page and not giving false information.
Short wait. The nurse practitioner and back office staff were very thorough and informative with my care. I never felt rushed out of the office.
The PA was very nice, and referred me to the ER for possible fracture. They didnt charge me for the visit. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Good news is nothing broken. Will see if the ER breaks my bank account.
From the front desk to the examination room, the place was warm and the staff courteous, caring and professional. Although the wait for discharge papers was a bit long (they got busy) I definitely would go back - only if I was ailing. Thank you staff!
Worst experience Ive ever had trying to get results. The staff is extremely friendly and gets you in and out as fast as possible. Unfortunately if you need a follow up you will not get one. This is what will happen when you call. They have an automatic 26 minute on hold call waiting list, so if you want to talk to anyone on the phone you have to wait 26 minutes. Once the 26 minutes are finished someone will answer your call almost immediately. Its 26 minutes everytime you call. Then when someone does answer they will have to check to see if a technician is available (what was the 26 minutes on hold for?), when there isnt one available (which there wont be), youll have to have them put you down for a call back. They wont schedule a time because we dont know when theyll be available is a valid answer. Itll be sometime by the end of the day.Ive scheduled a call back yesterday and the day before yesterday and still havent received a call. They also wont send you anything via email. Results must be done on the phone, so save yourself some time and go to another location.Ive wasted essential an hour trying to get any results and I still dont have any.The woman answering my call was also extremely rude each time I did wait the 26 minutes. Like answering calls wasnt part of her job. Terrible.
Today was fast and easy! I was in and out less than 20minutes. But this is probably because pink eye is easy to treat. I would highly recommended going here. Now keep in mind because my visit was fast, there could be that possibility in the future could be longer wait.
Would recommend next care, they have a quick and easy process. The staff and the PA my daughter saw were professional and very nice! Would come back for any urgent needs we may have!
Check in on phone was easy. Seen relatively quickly. The app shows you how many people are ahead of you. Doctor was very nice and thorough.
I was quickly taken back to see seen by the PA and everyone was wonderful. My injury was addressed and I didnt feel rushed.
