The clinic was very clean. The staff was very friendly, organized, and efficient. The nurse practitioner has years of ER experience and was very knowledgeable of my symptoms. She followed up with a phone call to tell me my lab results, didnt just tell me to get them off the patient portal. Made recommendations for treatment relevant to the lab results. Great urgent care

The facility looks very nice and clean. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable from the moment I walked in the door to the follow up call I received after to share x-ray results. The staff made me feel very comfortable and at ease during my entire visit. I would definitely recommend this urgent care to everyone in the Tomball area.

My two-year-old toddler fell off the couch and hit her head on the coffee table. Emily, the nurse and Renee, the nurse practitioner were fantastic when it came to cleaning up my daughter’s wound and giving her staples. We were in and out within an hour. I highly recommend this urgent care

The staff was very kind, personable, knowledgeable and helpful. I was in and out in no time with a diagnosis and the whole process was very smooth which is great when you aren’t feeling your best! I’ve been there with my daughter too and they were great with her as well!

I have recently visited Memorial Herman urgent care of Tomball with my 14-month-old daughter and was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service we received.Upon arrival, we were greeted by a warm and welcoming receptionist who efficiently checked us in with minimal wait time. The entire reception team, including the X-ray technician, demonstrated kindness and compassion.Medical Assistant/Nurse Crystal provided outstanding care, ensuring my daughters comfort throughout our visit. Her gentle approach and kindness were particularly noteworthy, especially considering the challenges of treating a young child. Such an amazing and a professional lady!Nurse Practitioner Renee delivered comprehensive and thoughtful care, addressing all our questions and concerns. Her follow-up on my daughters case and prompt communication of the X-ray results were greatly appreciated.I highly recommend Memorial Herman Urgent care of Tomball for their exemplary service, kindness, and professionalism. The entire staff deserves recognition for their exceptional work, and I believe they merit a commendation for their dedication.

The nurse practitioner and the nurse on duty took their time to really help me. They truly cared and encouraged me during my visit. I went back to let them know what the ER doctor discovered and both were happy that they sent me in.

Didn’t even know this place was here! They were so kind to us and had great bedside manner. We were seen so quickly it took longer to fill out his information then it to to actually be seen. Dr was sure to ask and make sure I didn’t have any questions at all. Very clean and even the check in process wasn’t difficult and I was able to do it all from my phone

The staff here yesterday evening were all absolutely amazing! Very courteous when I walked in. The office was clean. I was taken care of quickly, which is important when your not feeling well.

Anna Marie, my intake person, and Jose Etienne, the PA, were phenomenal. I appreciate how careful they were with me while I was sick, even sorting out a prescription conflict with H-E-B. No wait time and out in under an hour.They both deserve recognition for their work. Thank you.

I took my son there a few months ago and saw Renee, and she was SOOO wonderful. Front desk staff is awesome and very nice too.Today, I had a less than stellar experience though that could’ve ended deadly for me. Went in because I was pretty positive I had pneumonia. The PA, Jose, was in and out sooo quickly, saying, “you have bronchitis” here’s some scripts. I’m not even sure he looked at my vitals as I was tachycardic. No chest X-ray or further evaluation. When my husband and I asked why he didn’t do an xray or further eval, he had an attitude and transferred us back to the front. We ended up having to call the attending physician to discuss the problem with him - which he ended up agreeing with us.I ended up going to an ER and it turns out I do in fact have pneumonia and am septic.This all could’ve been avoided if a proper workup had been done based upon my symptoms I was presenting with. This could’ve been fatal for me if I had listened to him. Listen to your patients, do a proper chart review, HPI, workup, and spend a little more time with them.

I took my daughter into the Tomball location today, their computers were not processing payments and the miserable front desk associates apparently do not know how to call the processing company by phone, or call anyone for that matter to get authorization. We were sent away without being seeing.I drove my daughter across the street to CareNow. Their payment processing worked and we were seen immediately, my daughter had a 103 temp. Thank you for being so concerned with her well being that you turned us away when it was your system that was malfunctioning. Absolutely shameful.Zero stars to the front desk ladies, please find another industry because health care is not it for you.

I had a great experience at GoHealth, Memorial Hermann Urgent Care. The staff was wonderful and efficient. The facility was spacious and clean. I would go back.

First of all, I was impressed how easy and short wait to be seen by a PA. I’m from Seattle, WA and all urgent care and emergency facilities are a nightmare. The visit is about 4 - 6 hours. Your staff are friendly and professional. The facilities is clean and spacious. I would 100% recommend this urgent care.

The admission person was the most friendly and helpful and kind medical staff member I have encountered in a very long time. You should clone her or at least use her to train EVERYONE who handles patients for Memorial Hermann.The nurse practitioner was professional, thorough and listened to me. That is uncommon among the doctors at Memorial Hermann. I was happy and confident with her diagnosis and treatment. I will definitely use the urgent care clinic for future needs and I highly recommend them!

Dishonest. Walked in asked them how much a service was paid for the service up front. Now theyre billing me three times the amount. Try to access my credit card without permission. Now are harassing me for a payment I dont owe.

The wait was short.. that’s the only good thing I can say about this place. Save yourself and go somewhere else. ThePractitioner barely even checked me. I came in with a temp of 100. That’s not a fever in there eyes. He didn’t even listen to my chest, did check my glands that a swollen and hardly looked in my throat. Didn’t receive antibiotics which I needed to knock this out. He told me just to wait it out. Like I said don’t bother coming here, if you want treatment go somewhere else

Went in for xray on my back. Was miss diagnosed. Got a phone call the next morning stating my back was fractured and I needed to see an orthopedic dr. Said they would send a list of referrals within 24 hours. That didnt happen so I called and was told they picked a dr for me but they didnt know who it is but the referring dr would be calling me at some point. So far I havent heard from anyoneI wont go there again and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone

My first time in, the place is nice and clean. Plenty of room for patients to spread out in the lobby. The staff is warm and welcoming. Great bedside manner.
