I cannot recommend Dr Levi and his staff enough. We found him after having a bad experience at another fertility clinic, and experienced a night and day difference. Everyone there was invested in our care. It’s so reassuring to see the same faces each time. He and his team are confident, compassionate and capable. They made a grueling process like IVF feel manageable. When it was time for the embryo transfer, Dr Levi could tell I was very nervous. He told me that it’s ok to be nervous but to know that he and his team weren’t nervous because they know what they are doing and they do this all the time. That gave me a lot of comfort!My husband and I were fortunate to get pregnant after only one round of IVF and only one embryo transfer 🙏. We are excited to meet our little one this summer! It had been a long road, and we are so grateful that we entrusted our care with Dr Levi and his team. It’s invaluable to have a care team who is empathetic when it’s tough and who celebrates with you when it’s good. ❤️

Amazing first visit ! Office staff is amazing as , DR . Levi seemed so kind , and extremely confident in my journey also accommodating I am very much against certain medication and he had no problem making a huge note in my chart to minimize any medication . I had a great experience I expressed my concerns I had with a previous office and how awful the office experience was and why I was choosing more invasive treatment while switching to another clinic after years . I never want to experience anything like that again he reassured me and I’m not even established yet handed his personal contact I was in shock ! I’m looking forward to a whole new journey with such a kind , knowledgeable Dr and office staff It takes an entire team not just drs and they seem to have it ! We had quite a few consults very happy with this one .

The best experience we had and very professional staff. Let me start by saying we came to him a couple months after our first miscarriage. My wife and I’s hope were not up but the promise Dr. Levi said that within 3 months of tests and treatments you will be pregnant gave us the hope we so desperately needed. Everything felt speed lined but in a good way. Not like the other guys who feel like bloodsuckers. The day of ivf they did have a nurse practitioner starting to do it but, me and my wife said we’d feel more comfortable if Dr. Levi did it because of the first time we had it done by the other fertility place. He took time out his busy schedule that day and said fine no problem. Now we have a healthy baby girl thanks to him. We will go to him again if need be. Absolutely HIGHLY recommend him to any seeking fertility treatment.

I would recommend Park Avenue Fertility to anyone struggling with fertility. Dr. Levi is empathetic, answers all questions, and seems to genuinely want to help all of his patients start or grow their families. Our APRN, Lindsey, was incredible. She knows exactly what shes doing, listens, is communicative, and answers all questions. The front office staff were always so kind. They knew my name when I walked in for just my second appointment. I dont think I ever waited for longer than a minute in their waiting room. The women who did my bloodwork were so kind and helped ease my anxiety with every appointment. This entire office is truly a well oiled machine. I was so grateful for the communication every step of the way. I feel so lucky to have found Dr. Levis office. I wish Dr. Levi and his entire staff could be my OBGYN!

I chose this practice because I didnt want want to feel like a number. I had a great intake virtual call with Dr. Levy. He walked me through everything and answered all my questions. I was so excited for my first appointment, but was utterly disappointed by my experience. Reception was very nice. Me and my husband were the only ones there and my name was called. Without explanation, the medical assistant says he cant come back with me. No one told me that partners can NEVER accompany you in the exam room. Especially because of my history of SA and the new environment, it was particularly important to me, though everyone should be able to have support with them if they want it. That is standard practice. IVF is such a hard, emotional journey (and an expensive one), so it surprises me that this would not be standard here. I had come from another practice where it was, and Im in maternal medicine, and no one else has this restriction. Their reaction was visible annoyance and blamed the policy on Covid, though no one else was wearing masks. After calling Dr Levy, they made a special accommodation for today only. I felt like I was being a bad/problematic patient for advocating for myself. I tried to ground myself after undressing and asked the NP Lindsay if she could review what we were doing today. She responded snarkily and said Like I told you before,... I expressed that this type of response made me feel like I couldnt ask questions. Without acknowledging what I had just said, with my pants off and feeling very vulnerable, she says lets proceed. I was shocked. I turned to the assistant in the room and asked if I was making sense and she said she didnt want to get involved. I am stunned and so upset. I did not receive good care, spoke to the manager afterwards and on the phone, and felt gaslit. She attributed by discontent to my SA history and said I should seek counseling, though I expressed it had nothing to do with that. I feel like I have to decide between paying out of pocket for excellent care, or this (covered by my insurance). Everyone deserves great care and patients should be made to feel cared for, safe, and reassured, especially in fertility care. I cannot, in good faith, recommend this practice.

Dr. Levi and all of the staff at Park Ave Fertility provided compassionate care and support throughout our infertility journey. He always took the time to explain our options, answer our questions, and address our concerns. The nurses and front office staff were always so knowledgeable and helpful. It was so reassuring to always be able to get a hold of someone when we had questions and even some scary situations throughout the IVF process. We are expecting our first child soon and couldnt recommend Park Ave Fertility enough to any person/couple struggling with infertility and starting a family.

Dr. Levi and his team at Park Ave Fertility are absolutely amazing! We had a wonderful experience with them. Even though doing IVF can be a stressful experience and we had to do 6 cycles, Dr. Levi and his team never let us lose hope. They helped us stay optimistic the whole time. They are professional yet very down to earth. Their dedication helped us achieve our dream and we now have a happy and healthy baby girl. We know many friends who go to Dr. Levi and they all feel the same way! We would recommend Dr. Levi to everyone!

Dr Levi is very nice but his billing team has been constantly causing a lot of work for us.

My husband and I had phenomenal care from Dr Levi and his team. Every visit that I had I was very comfortable and knew I was in good hands. They are very professional and my appointments was always on time. I never had to wait. I am currently in my second trimester thanks to this team! Best thing I ever did was go Dr Levi and his team. I came to find Dr. Levi after having a terrible experience in one big fertility clinics in the area. In fact, knowing of Dr. Levi’s reputation before even starting my IVF journey my gut had always told me to seek treatment with him from that start, but I mistakenly chose a clinic closer to my home thinking it would be more practical, and to this day I so regret that decisionAfter becoming Dr. Levi’s patient, I never again had to wait more than five minutes to be seen, or deal with insurance mistakes, or be treated like a number, or have to wait 24 hours to get a call back.His whole team is outstanding, from the front desk to the amazing nurses who really care about you as a patient and human being. Dr. Levi himself is the most competent and pragmatic doctor I have ever seen, and those are the exact qualities you need in an IVF doctor. IVF patients have a clock ticking, and it’s really important to choose a doctor who doesn’t want to experiment on you. Since day one he knew the exact protocol that was going to work for me, and as a result I now have a beautiful and healthy one-month-old girl. Words can’t express how thankful I am for what these amazing professionals have done for me and my family.

My husband and I cant say enough amazing things about Park Ave Fertility and the incredible staff that work there! They helped us navigate through the incredibly hard journey of fertility and did so with grace, kindness, and knowledge. After a successful FET, we just welcomed our baby boy and we owe it all to Dr. Levi and his wonderful staff! From our first appointment to our final one, we were welcomed and taken care of and will forever be grateful to have found this practice!

My wife and I came to Park Ave fertility, feeling overwhelmed and defeated. We had been on our pregnancy journey for almost 3 years with 3 failed transfers . Dr Levi was compassionate and invested in every detail of our process. Coming from a much larger fertility practice, we really loved the personal concierge services Park Ave has to offer. Every single person there knew us personally, the front desk women, the MA’s, the rock star embryologists, and the AMAZING nurses Michelle and Catherine. We felt that the entire team was committed to our fertility success. Fast forward to our first transfer with Dr Levi, and it was successful! The day we “graduated” to our normal OBGYN was bittersweet but Michelle still checks in to see how we are doing. That’s just a glimpse of the care this team provides, we wish we found them sooner. They really are the best!

I could cry tears of joy writing this review. Thank god for Dr. Levi and his staff. I came to this office for a second opinion after being just a number at a previous facility and wasting years of my life with the wrong treatment options for me.Walking into Park Ave Fertility was such a breathe of fresh air. After 3 months of treatment geared toward my specific diagnosis I found myself pregnant, something I thought I was so far away from. Dr. Levi and his staff give extraordinary care and always have the most pleasant of attitudes making for a wonderful patient experience.Words can’t express how thankful I am, they gave me something I thought I’d never have.Would 10/10 absolutely recommend! Dr. Levi and all his amazing staff truly made this rough situation in our lives a little easier to manage. Dr. Levi was always very informative and helped you understand the process the whole way. The staff were so kind and helpful! We were very happy to have been referred to him to help us along our infertility journey. Would strongly recommend him!

Dr. Andrew Levi and His Staff is absolutly the best. Me and My Husband are forever grateful to Dr. Levi. Before we entered his practice, we tried 3 IVF in a practice in norwalk. The doctors their kept telling us we are a young couple that we will be fine. After nothing we took a year break with only 2 embryos left, we decided to look else where. We met with Dr. Levi who didnt meantion about our age and came up with a different plan for us. One the very first try, we were successful. Now we have a beautiful healthy baby. I needed the best experts after my three NJ fertility consultations and my expectations were above and beyond with PAF. They were never late in responding my questions, I was never rushed during my appointments and they were always there for us. I cannot say enough about the care provided by Dr Levi and his team at park avenue fertility. They are always available for any questions or concerns, very professional, sensitive and kind. They instill hope and confidence which is so very important in this difficult journey. Dr Levi is wonderful, knowledgable and very skill-full. He takes his time to explain everything and is VERY thorough, always making sure whatever is done is in the best interest of the patient to ensure safety and success. Michelle and Catherine are an absolute treasure. They were always available, very flexible with my schedule, funny, kind and professional. The embryologist is excellent, the lab is one of the best of the area. The front desk, the medical assistants, and biller are very welcoming and kind. It was always so very easy and a pleasure walking into the office. I absolutely love that practice.

I cannot say ENOUGH great things about this place. First...the 2 ladies at the front desk...Lisa and Mary Lou are very warm and friendly and make you feel welcome. Anne will help you navigate all of the insurance mumbo-jumbo and finances...I didnt have to do anything. Anne is amazing! Now, Dr. Levi is a miracle worker himself. I cannot tell you how much his knowledge and warm demeanor helped me through my IVF. And Catherine...so warm and friendly and reassuring....well...all of the staff is reassuring and friendly. I never EVER felt that I was wasting their time with my numerous questions (you can call any time!) because either Catherine or Dr. Levi or Michelle was happy to talk with me and make sure I understood everything. Dr. Klootz is amazing too! He was extremely encouraging when I had my embryo transfer when I myself was feeling discouraged. And the nurses! Best group of nurses any practice could ask for! Warm, welcoming, very friendly to even chat with. And I am now successfully 20 weeks pregnant with a baby boy..thanks to this amazing TOTALLY awesome group of people! I HIGHLY recommend this practice!!

On the 17th anniversary of my successful cycle with Dr. Levi, Ive been reflecting on what a positive experience that time was. I was a tough case. Dr. Levi allowed me to cycle on a different kind of protocol at the time. It worked, and my life was forever changed. I now have a healthy 16-year-old daughter. Ill never forget the compassion.

Its been a while since I saw Dr. Levi but I am so thankful to him, we had to do iui before insurance covered my ivf and my first ivf attempt was a success, I chose to follow his advice and did a frozen cycle transfer, I had 2 embryos put in and I still remember him saying that if he tranfers 2 embryos then I would have twins and wondered if I was ready, he was right I had twins I carried to my planned csection and I am one very happy momma! Thank you Doctor!!!

Dr Levi and his staff was very professional. They cared about are outcome and it always showed .I am looking at the results of the office expertise now as she is in the crib , my wife gave birth to a beautiful girl on the due date . I am a proud dad of a 5 day old healthy baby girl.I can’t wait too visit the office and show the beautiful results of the work the office provided for me and my wife.

All the staff at Park Ave Fertility are amazing. They always put the patient first and are very accommodating to the needs of each person. They helped our dream of having a family come true. We would recommend them to everyone looking to expand their family!

Dr Levi, Catherine, Michelle, and the rest of the stuff at Park Avenue Fertility are the most amazing people to work with. I was sad to graduate from them and wished that I could see them for the duration of my pregnancy. Their endless support and professionalism got me through one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. I would recommend them 1 million times over.

I named my first son, Parker, after the practice. This is how much Park Avenue Fertility means to our family. Dr. Levi and his staff are compassionate, knowledgable, kind, and they make miracles happen. There are no words to truly show my gratitude for my two children they have given to me.

What a fantastic staff from Dr Levi, to the nurses, to front staff. They made this difficult process much more manageable. We received personalized care that was adjusted when needed and we were kept very informed and had input in the path forward.

I cannot express how impressed My Husband and I were with Dr. Levi and his whole team!!! From start to finish everyone I worked with in the office held my hand and walked me through the whole process. Thanks to Park Ave. Fertility we are expecting and due in October!!!!!

I did IVF treatment with dr.Levi very professional, his staff was very friendly. If I had to do it again he would be my first choice again. 2 yr old boy was the result.

By far the most amazing staff and team of doctors and nurses. They are knowledgeable and genuinely care about you as person and the journey youre on.
