Patricia and Nina were very nice and efficient! I was in an out of there within 15 minutes with no problems. They know what they are doing and they are quick. It’s nice nit to have your time wasted and given the run around! I appreciated them!

Not only are the people here friendly, caring and gentle, they welcome you with a beautiful smile and positive energy. They helped calm me down when getting my tb shot. I hate needles and anxiety spikes. But because of the atmosphere they provide, I instantly relaxed and was able to walk out without needing any water or a second to rest and regroup. I appreciate this place and would recommend it to anyone I know. Thank you ladies again. Youre awesome!

I was scheduled to get a TB test but my work had not sent the paperwork. The front desk was kind and patient while we waited for the paperwork. And, she let me do my Livescan while I waited, so that I didn’t need to come back in a couple of days. The Live Scan tech was professional and sweet. The TB tech was efficient and very professional.

I went in for the first time to get some blood drawn and the ladies were super nice and welcoming to the clinic. My nurse was Jasmine and she was gentle, sweet and very dedicated to her job! Highly recommend!

Everyone here was extremely nice and kind. One of the best wellnessmarts out there. Did not take up too much time and made my Monday experience even better. I didn’t even feel the needle for my TB test. All professional, kind, sincere and great caregivers.

5 stars! I came here to get blood work done today at 12:15. I have trouble with needles and passed out the first two times I got my blood drawn at a different location. Dalanie and Allie were both very hospitable and understanding of this and comforted me and talked me through it. I didn’t even feel the needle. I’d give them 6 stars if I could for going as far to cutting into their 12:30 lunch break to get me done quick instead of having me wait for them to be back at 1! Give ‘em a raise.

Had a very pleasant experience coming here for my physical, I am scared of needles so I was nervous about getting my blood drawn but the ladies here did a great job making me feel comfortable and distracting me that I didn’t feel the needle at all. Thania, Ana, Alezza, and Jasmine were all very nice and helpful and were able to make the whole process very quick despite it being very busy at the time I got there.

Friendly nurses!!I came here for a school physical exam, TB test, blood titer. The place is clean and well organized. There are plenty of parking spots in front of the business. The nurses are very nice, friendly and helpful.I think the nurse helped me is Jasmine and the 2 girls in the front desk I forgot to ask their name. They are super sweet and gave me brilliant service. Im glad I found them. They do everything I need with an affordable price. The results came out pretty fast too. My school requires me to get some test result papers filled out by nurses and theyre willing to do it for me too. They also have the vaccinations there. Ill definitely come back here in the future

I came in earlier than my appointment and was assisted immediately. I had to do fingerprints for two different employers and didnt have one of the forms. They reassured me I could do it regardless and saved me a trip. Everything was made so convenient. Awesome service!

5 Star is an understatement!! All the way 100! The nurse Jasmine and the entire staff here are Amazing, the Embodiment of Team work! From getting me in, to the workflow and ensuring that I was taken care of.

I went to have my TB test, physical and drug test here. All of the staff was hospitable and awesome. They were reassuring and optimistic. Great service.

The vocational nurse, Jasmine, was so kind and personable while running the tests I needed for my new job. She was thorough in her assessments, and still managed to give great bedside manner as she conducted each!

I came in a Wednesday as a walk-in for a work physical. I was in and out in less than 1hr while they were busy with at least 3 appointments and a couple walk-ins. Affordable and quick service 10/10 recommend them!

Came in for a TB blood test, the process was fast, efficient and organized. From the time I checked in and got my test I was in and out in 15 minutes. I will definitely be returning for any future services!

I told the lady helping me I was terrified of needles(Ive had terrible experiences from nurses)I get crazy looks sometimes and people have even laughed . She made me feel so comfortable, she was so quick I didnt even feel the tb test , thank you it means a lot ! I truly appreciate the amazing service .

I came to this facility as my last resort for a school physical for my uninsured child and my experience was great. After calling numerous other clinics which either had a long wait list to get in or exorbitant prices I settled on this clinic. The receptionist was extremely kind and courteous and so was the rest of the staff. They took me in and the price they charged to do the physical and complete my child’s school form was very reasonable.

Went in for a pre-employment physical and blood work. The staff was great. They made the experience easy, enjoyable, and were efficient. I wouldnt mind coming back for future work.

Really kind and professional staff. I appreciate how they communicate to each other as well as each customer coming in. They let each customer know that they will be helped. Arrive a little early before the appointment just because it can get a touch busy sometimes.

The ladies who work here are VERY nice, patient, and helpful. I was greeted right away when I came in though it was a little busy. Note that they are closed between 12:30 and 1PM. I felt taken care of and well-informed of everything that was happening.

They made an error on my report, I would not suggest this clinic to a friend.

Would not recommend this place!I had a fit test procedure done incorrectly.They should re-train their staff doing this procedure. They skipped the sensitivity test, the hood should never be tightened at the neck. They are understaffed, overbooked, so they rush, cut corners, do mediocre work.As an RN, I know how the the procedure is done!Moreover, I get the mask fit test annually, I had never seen such unprofessional nursing staff.

Let me start with Gabby she made me feel comfortable and fulfilled all my needs in todays visit. It was a pleasant and effortless visit due to the fact that not only Gabby (only nurse that gave up her name) but they were all very attentive and informative. I called them the 3 nurse angels.

The staff is completely disrespectful. I walked in and after they had let me know I had to retake my tb test because no one told me I had to come in at a certain time. one of the workers laughed about it right to my face. It’s usually great at this location but the staff they had today were insensitive and rude. I wouldn’t go to this location.

I was scheduled today at 10am for a tb and LiveScan. The staffs were rude while checking me in and then informed me that they cant conduct the tests because I needed to bring a copy of my live scan form and the nurse wasnt it coming in. And when I ask why wasnt I notified about this soon. They said, its not our responsibility to contact schedule appointments about cancellation if the nurse doesnt show. They give me a card to contact management and management was just as rude.

The service was quick and easy! The employees were very kind and it was an overall warm and inviting atmosphere!

Very nice staff. The only request I have is that the eye test chart on the wall should have a bright light shining on it as cloudy days makes it dark and harder to read.

The staff on this location were very helpful, polite and attended to my needs promptly. After my skin test result, I had to call WellnessMart to ask for the list of imaging services. One thing I did not like about our conversation was that I had to go back to the clinic to ask for the list. It means I had to drive for at least 30 minutes! Its just a list! I wish it is available on their website or send me an email. Note: this customer service staff did not work in this location but somewhere else. I want to rate it 5 stars for the staff on this clinic but I was unhappy with the system.

Went in to the Sherman Way location on 10/10 for my Live Scan and TB 2pm Appointment the Woman with Dark Hair and Glasses was Super Nice and Profesional. I was taken Care of right away

Professional clean efficient caring staff quick service I walked in no appointment I was taken care of immediately and there was a revolving door of patients.

Be very careful with them. I was given bad information on the phone, and paid for something I couldnt use based on that information. Then they said theyd refund me. THEN said they wont. What makes it worse, is that they made money from me with other tests and were just plain greedy. Gross.There are so many other better options. Try those.
