Seriously one of the best urgent care experiences ever. Easily made an appt and was seen promptly. The doctor listened to all of my concerns, was knowledgeable and compassionate. Top level!

Everyone was very nice and attentive and got me in right st my scheduled time. Would recommend.

There was no wait time when I got there. All the doctors took care of me. They all worked together as a team. And gave me a remedy for my issues. I did still have to go to the ER at the end. The bathroom should be better though. It is weird that the sink is outside the bathroom. Other than that the facility is nice and clean.

Went in with a sore throat and congestion last Friday. They did a strep test but didn’t bother doing a Covid test and here I am three days later and tested positive for Covid. Felt as though the Dr totally downplayed and dismissed my concerns. Very disappointed with new location and Dr on that day. On a positive note, the male nurse who initially took vitals was excellent! Super friendly and helpful.

The staff were extremely helpful in just being there to help me talk out my issues and provide a safe space. I appreciate all of them!

I went to the location in Radnor like an hour before they closed on a Friday. The lady at the front was so pleasant and had a great sense of humor. I was taken back shortly after arriving and the nurse came in a few minutes later to discuss my symptoms/treatment. Overall, wonderful experience. The staff was so personable and empathic

Had to take my son here today for a wrist injury. Walking out he said, Mom, we should come to this one all the time they’re actually fun! He’s pertaining to how the staff seems to be more personable and even have a bit of a playful nature about them. Now keep in mind my son did not have anything serious going on and they were also slow at the time so the mood was chill. But I do agree they have personalities that stand out and it makes you want to stick with the St Davids location.

Overall I was not impressed with the service I received at Vybe Urgent Care. I brought my infant daughter in with suspected chicken pox. Firstly, the experience with reception was unpleasant - the receptionist treated me as if I was crazy for being there and tried to insist I would have to go to the emergency room. When they finally agreed to have someone look at her, I did not have much confidence in the physician’s assistant. Aside from being vague and not appearing very knowledgeable (and consulting Google), she actually gave several incorrect pieces of guidance, one being potentially dangerous. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Vybe, especially for children.

I went in after cutting my finger with a pocket knife. I knew I needed stitches. They took me right back and took wonderful care of me. I was a little nervous since this is the first time I’ve ever had to get stitches in my 60+ years. Receptionist was super rude and not a people person at all. She is in the wrong job field!!

In severe back pain and they sent my Rx to a pharmacy that was closed and then they closed themselves so I couldnt fill the Rx. I tried calling them back and even went back to their center. Couldnt get in touch with anyone phone wouldnt even ring.

All the staff was very friendly and helpful. They were compassionate and helped me feel comfortable while they patched me up.

The PA I saw tried to get me in and out as fast as possible and didn’t listen to a word I said. Prescribed me a medicine she knew wouldn’t work. The PA then told me if I wanted a different antibiotic I’d have to go to a hospital. They gladly took my money and didn’t help my problem. I went to a hospital where they let me know that medicine I was given would have actually made me worse and it was a good thing I didn’t just listen to vybe. The infection would have spread through my chest if I waited. This is the 2nd time I was disappointed by a vybe in 6 months. Don’t waste your money it’s a scam. They don’t help, just make problems worse.

Initial nurse who brought me in was slightly dismissive, then left us in the room alone for around 30 minutes. The PA who came after was really understanding however.

I am very impressed with Vybe Urgent Care. It was quick and easy to fill out the required information. I was called back super fast. The staff was very thorough and caring. I felt so comfortable with them. Will definitely go there again if needed. My son had a great experience there too. Highly recommended!

Very grateful for the late hours. Was able to stop in after work, I couldn’t get away to do it earlier as I planned. They were open until 8 PM. I’ve made an appointment at my desk and filled out all the paperwork electronically. Walked in, it was a breeze. Everything was submitted electronically, didn’t ask me for all the information again. Which is so annoying. I enjoyed the care & service. Definitely recommend.

Sorry I did not get the names of the people at the front desk or the person who did my vitals. Otherwise I would compliment them by name.

I recently visited this clinic and was extremely disappointed with the care I received from PA Kristina. Despite knowing that I was in significant pain and had to travel back home to Birmingham, Alabama, she only recommended Tylenol for pain relief. When I asked for a doctors excuse to cover the days she suggested I rest, she said she could only provide an excuse for one day. I found this response inadequate and appalling given my situation. I expected more compassion and support from a healthcare Professional.

My first time at VYBE urgent care and I was VERY impressed. I had no trouble getting an appointment, andvery little wait when I got there. Bill handled the reception very efficiently. I had a tiny stone embedded in my foot. Katie, the PA, did an amazing job probing, finding and removing this little irritant. She was amazingly patient and persistent. It would have been much faster for her (and more painful for me) to really dig into the area, but she managed to extract the item with a pin and tweezers.

Excellent experience considering the circumstances. I was taken quickly and everyone-desk, radiology and doctor were incredibly nice. I would definitely recommend this location!

This clinic is great in person and I was happy with my treatment. However their phone service is not great. When I call I can never get ahold of anyone, and when I finally speak to a person they aren’t really helpful. If they update how they receive and answer calls I would give 5 stars.

I just want to say if I could give this place 10 stars I would. When I came in I was assisted quickly by Jennifer and she helped me figure out my insurance with no hesitation, she was very pleasant and her customer service was amazing. Then Billy was very kind and friendly when he took me back, he made many jokes and made the experience enjoyable when having to come to Urgent care to begin with. He was also so kind about pricking my finger, since I’m 21 and still scared of needles. And lastly Amela was so quick to get to the bottom of my visit she checked every possibility and went the extra mile. She listened to everything I was saying and took into consideration anything it could be, I was satisfied when I was leaving and the place was very clean and smelt good. To be fair I think they all deserve a pay raise a really great Staff. If in need I would definitely come back or recommend people.

Visited today for a sinus infection that was causing pain and swelling and redness in my eye. The PA who saw me was very kind and thorough and explained everything well. She took me back 1 minute after walking in as soon as they opened because the waiting room was empty and she could tell I was in pain. So thankful to have such an efficient and caring place so close to my house. Will definitely visit here again if needed in the future!

Was decent. Everyone was friendly and I got in and out quickly but I was confused/turned off by a few things.1. My temp at the office was 97.8 and at home it was over 100 all day. When I came back home I started burning up and checked my temp, it was 101.9. My blood pressure was super high, 152/102. But was it?2. I went to wash my hands in the sink in exam room 2 and there was dried blood in the sink.

I had an excellent experience at Vybe urgent care in Radnor! The environment was very clean and well designed. The staff was friendly, very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Vybe for your urgent care needs!

Would not recommend.You check in first via tablet, which seems nice and technologically advanced. It even asks for your insurance info and to take a photo of your card. Once youre signed in the person at the front desk then asks you for......your insurance card and insurance ID number. The front desk woman was also apparently the nurse l, who led me back to a room. She acted like she had never heard of any of the meds I was on and made me spell out each and every one, often multiple times. That is just an annoyance though.I did finally see the doctor who was decent enough, and she took a culture of the wound and said Id get the results in three days. Three days came and went, and on day five I tried to call to get the results. Good luck with that. You call a general call center and wait on hold for a while, only to be told they cant tell you anything and transfer you to a clinician.Regardless of the number of times I called and requested to be sent to any clinician who could legally check my results and give me the verdict, I was always sent to a number which rang for a minute and went to a voicemail.....which was not able to take messages.On day 7 I still had not heard, and I was now 7 days out from a major surgery and needed to get the test results, I went through the same process again, multiple times. Finally, a call center worker took pity and read me the results, nothing outside the normal range. Great, I thought. Then I got home and looked at the test results where it was clearly noted that there was a significant amount of staph found. So I of course reached out for clarification. Another day has gone by and no word.While the doctor seemed capable, the rest of the system and staff are frustratingly and annoyingly inept and inefficient.Not sure if all the high reviews were for hangnails, they were made by their own staff, or maybe I just went on a poor day, but my experience can only be given a single star.Update: Its somehow salt in the wound to have posted this only to get such a quick response from customer service and finally have someone reach out by phone. If only they didnt need a negative review to be prompted to do that. And I dont think their response could have been any more generic. We have a patient-focused culture. Sure ya do.....

Positive Experience! The Vybe UC in St.David’s/Radnor is great! It is very accessible, plenty of free parking - no stress. The entire staff was extremely friendly & very helpful. Heather, the PA, was knowledgeable & patiently answered ALL of my questions. This will be my go-to UC for all future needs.

Called at 3:45 pm on Friday 12/9 to see if we could walk in with our toddler - we were told the Radnor location closed at 5 pm so we drove and it was locked and lights were off at 4:05 pm, no sign or anything! Disappointed because I had read positive things about this urgent care.

Just received the most comprehensive care of tge Vybe facility in Radnor. The facility is clean and bright.The receptionist was cheerful and welcoming. The medical assistant who took my vital signs was also very pleasant and thorough.ThePA Sandra Fernandez was extremely thorough in her assessment and very knowledgeable abput urgent care issues. I am an advanced practice nutse and wpuld strongly recommend this facility.
