Main Line Fertility

This was my second time back at mainline with Dr Alexa. My husband and I LOVE her. But it doesn’t stop there. The women who had helped me time and time again.Nicole who would greet me in the morning with a smile on her face and ask about how my week or weekend was. Some days walking in there was so hard but she was a breath of fresh air.Heather and Bree would take my blood and vitals. Again always so nice positive and considerate of what we were there for.Going in for weekly sometimes twice a week checks I would mostly see these three women every time and they worked like a well oiled machine. These women made me like a human EVERY SINGLE TIME. I can’t thank them enough.

My husband and I are so incredibly grateful to Main Line Fertility, especially the West Chester office with all the nurses, ultrasound techs, front desk staff, and Dr. Brasile. We had left another fertility consult feeling defeated and hopeless, but after one conversation with Dr. Brasile we immediately felt relieved to go on this journey with the Main Line staff. Dr. Brasile is confident but also realistic and will do whatever she can to help you achieve your goals. With the help of Main Line, we were able to attain our first pregnancy and are so excited to become parents in July. We felt so much care, compassion, and hope from the staff at the West Chester office and could not be more grateful!

Do not go to this clinic. I was being seen by Dr. Brasile for fertility issues due to an autoimmune disorder and her level of care was below subpar. From day one she claimed she had no idea how to treat my issues and we agreed to simply monitoring me for months. After months I had to push her to check my dhea levels which were abnormal and only then did I get put on medication. After being put on medication there was ZERO follow up, which can be very dangerous considering that dhea meds must be monitored for complications. I was feeling gaslit and unwelcomed at this center which led me to a Facebook group for women with my autoimmune disorder, through discussions I was informed that Dr. Jerome Check had experience dealing with my particular issue and went to see him. At our first visit he informed me that he had many patients who he had successfully helped reach pregnancy and that he had in fact TRAINED Dr. Brasile in these methods. In fact she is on countless papers detailing treatment of women with my autoimmune disorder. Disappointed and disgusted is an understatement. I am currently still seeing him and he has managed to control many of my symptoms through medication. If you are feeling gaslit and forgotten by this practice, it is not in your head. We have to stand up and speak out when we have not received the level of care we deserve. Do not waste your time here and contact Dr. Jerome Check in New Jersey at the Cooper Institute if you are someone who doesn’t want to be sold donor eggs and would like to try naturally. As a side note. There is nothing wrong with donor eggs if you choose it. But you should be given the time and care to come to that decision after you have been treated ethically and given all the information you need before making that decision. I’m a current and former patient of MLF (I have one beautiful daughter and am now trying for a second baby). Dr Alexa is very competent, caring, and kind. There are obviously a lot of ups and downs to the process and she has been excellent support both logistically and mentally through them all. All of the staff are always so kind and friendly as well.

I just graduated MLF and can’t express enough how helpful Dr.Alexa , the nurses, ultrasound techs, and office staff were. Dr. Alexa explained the whole process and put me at ease during this whole journey. She was very thorough and was always very responsive whenever I had questions. Everyone was always so kind and helpful. I would highly recommend main line fertility. I can’t thank them enough!

I have had a great experience so far with Dr. Brasile and NP Rachel Bruner. I appreciate their patience and kindness. Everything else is up to my body. Prayers for a positive outcome!

It was not a pleasant experience with Dr.Alexa. She was rude and made me feel uncomfortable.Except her all the other staff and Dr.Brasile are nice so far. Thank you.

During my meeting with Dr. Alexa, she took her time to explain the process to me and re instilled optimisim when I was beinging to feel hopeless.

Do not go here unless you have all the time in the world to be a patient here and can sit on the phone for days making an appointment/getting test results. We are heartbroken about this clinic- from not getting answers for our tests to being completely ignored. I mentioned that we might be moving due in the summer to a family emergency and we were dropped right in the middle of hundreds of dollars of tests that Dr. Alexa had ordered. Her and her staff never went over my husband’s sperm with him, refused to set up a phone appointment with both of us, and never gave him the results of his over $300 genetic test. All this clinic cares about is money and if your insurance can pay for it.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I was very anxious when we started our journey and Dr.Brasile, the nurses as well as the rest of the staff were so welcoming and kind. I just graduated from MLF and I can say I will genuinely miss going in every week and being welcomed by the staff but we are so excited to continue our pregnancy journey & excited to watch our baby continue to grow thanks to Main Line Fertility, Dr.Brasile & staff!! What a wonderful place filled with great people!

Forever thankful for the personalized & professional care we received from Main Line Fertility. Dr. Alexa went above & beyond to communicate with us throughout our fertility journey & early pregnancy. All the nurses, techs, and staff (especially Kristin) made a hard process a lot brighter with their positive & encouraging spirits. We truly felt like a priority & can’t thank the MLH team enough for giving us our Twins!

We can not say enough good things about the staff at Main Line Fertility in West Chester. From Dr. Brasile to every nurse and staff person, they were so helpful, positive, and receptive. There was a emphasis on education, and I always felt like I understood what was happening, and felt like I could ask any question I had. We truly felt cared for and known during an emotional time - we are so grateful for their part in our story!

Choosing MLF & Dr. Brasile was one of the best choices we made! I alternated between the West Chester & Paoli office. Both locations were so helpful in scheduling appointments around my teaching schedule, answering any questions, keeping me informed along the way, & making the appointments as easy as possible. It’s bittersweet to “graduate” from the doctor & nurses who helped us get here as well as took care of myself and our little baby over the course of our time there. However, we’re so grateful to be in this stage because of them! Forever thankful!

MLF was a great experience even during the pandemic. I saw/spoke with Dr. Deanna Brasile and she was no-nonsense and friendly. My husband and I really liked her. She was able to identify though normal testing that my body didn’t produce enough progesterone. We altered the course of action after the loss and were able to conceive the next cycle. So far so good! 🤞🏻🙏🏻All of the ladies at the front desk and the nurses were friendly and accommodating as can be, especially during COVID. I do want to shout out Alissa Barrie and nurse Heather, I never got her last name but I know she originally worked at West Chester. Alissa Barrie answered the emails I sent during the pandemic and she always got back to me within one business day or same day. You rock! Nurse Heather was so very kind to me during my loss and stayed positive for me the next cycle even when I was doubtful. I can’t thank you enough, Heather! I hope you got one of the cookies I bakes and designed for everyone as a thank you.Thank you Main Line Fertility for helping my husband and I create a family! I’m sure we’ll be back in the future when we’re ready for child number 2. 🤗💕

Dr. Brasile and the staff at MLF were our dream team. Thanks to them we welcomed baby #2 after struggling with secondary infertility. Everyone was so supportive, especially in the middle of a pandemic. From bloodword to the bigger procedures they had our backs. We will definitely return when the time comes to try for baby #3.

Very unprofessional and lots of miscommunication among the staff. I requested a transfer of medical records due to another office having more convenient hours and closer to my job. A few days later my cycle started, so I called asking to be seen. I was told to come in for an ultrasound and blood work but when I came in I was turned away as they said they wont see me because I am transferring care. Wasted my time, effort and gas, had to go into work late. Keep in mind i had to drive an additional hour to my job. Nicole was supposed to transfer records on August 16th , never did. Then Julia gave me the run around when records were supposed to be transferred to the next practice. Eventually, they got transferred. This shouldnt take SEVERAL phone calls. Also, how archaic is this practice? No patient portal in 2022? And to top this off JULIA needs a massive attitude check she shouldnt be at the front desk if shes not a people person and shes a pathological liar who likes to twist up peoples words.

Super disappointed…such a waste of time. Felt like another number instead of a patient. . Staff don’t actually care.Do not recommend!

I did outside monitoring here.The staff inside is very good. The only thing that bothered me was that when I had my blood drawn for the first time, they asked me to pay on the same day, which I did. However, the second month I received their bill. When I called them and even took the bill and receipt to ask them, they always said that I didnt owe money and told me to ignore the bill. The problem is, I got the same bill this month. I dont understand this. I dont know who can help me now, and I dont want to get in trouble for it

MLF is amazing. Even during a global pandemic their staff went above and beyond to ensure my treatment plan went as smoothly as possible. The doctors, nurses, and staff are, to a person, incredibly kind and welcoming. Because of COVID I happened to visit every one of their practices while under their care and each office was warm, welcoming, and kind. I highly recommend main line fertility for anyone on their fertility journey.

Dr. Brasile and her staff made me feel so nurtured through what is a very emotional process. I have never felt such warmth from a medical staff. I could not speak more highly of my experience with them.
