The wait was very long but once I got in they were amazing. They left no stone uncovered and I left with medications a couple needed shots a breathing treatment and I think Ill be fine. They were very professional yet kind and I think thats important in that line of work so I will be back and I will recommend them to others. I would have given them five stars but the wait was incredibly long I checked in at 12:38 and didnt leave until 3:30.
For an urgent care they need to have more testing and equipment. I came in there with a really bad cough. They did 3 tests for Covid,strep and flu. They all came back negative and all they told me was to go home and keep taking over the counter medicine which was not working. Next day I collapsed in my bathroom because I was so weak and I went to the derby Wesley ER which they are amazing and turned out I had pneumonia. You are supposed to be urgent care. Get more testing. I will not waste my time or money on this place again because I feel they wronged me.
I mean, it’s just the convenience I guess. I don’t get the point of making appointments though because I made an appointment at seven did not make it to the back until about eight and I did not leave until 845. Yet they close at 8 so I don’t get that. And then to top it off when I had called to make my appointment, I advised the lady that I would prefer a later appointment if I can come in about 730, She stressed to me why I couldn’t do such a late appointment and I needed to be there at seven, causing me to rush from work and get there. Just for me to not even be seen until past the time I wanted to be there. Unorganized and unprofessional.
The receptionist was so pleasant, and very helpful. I was a walk in, wait time was maybe 30 minutes. The staff and Pa were totally awesome, very informative, and werent trying to hurry along. The facility was very clean, Im so impressed. I would recommend Urgent Care to all family and friends, if they are in need. Thank You so much
I went in for my children and me to see the doctor they said they were prescribing medicine. And it ended up being over the counter. After waiting and going to two different stores for the prescription I was very upset. When I tried to call the girl and ask her to prescribe something else they told me I had to come back in what a waste of time. When they I asked for a prescription they told me that I would have to come back again. This was on a snow day when it was 16 degrees outside and and it was very bad service and I went up there for nothing.
Scheduled online same day on a Saturday. Checked in online. Receptionist was nice. I was seen quickly like within 15 min despite their being short staffed. Nurse that first saw me was funny and helpful, and the doctor was very patient, kind and helpful. What they did for me helped me immediately and prevented an ER visit with a hospital admission.
Nurse Practitioner was top notch, receptionist, however, was not. I had a 10am appointment and at 9:50 she was making copies of my ID and insurance. What she did not do was check me in until 11:07!! Unacceptable!!! She doesn’t seem to be suited for her job. If you go make sure to ask if you have been checked in so you are not there for an hour and 45 minutes before you get called back when you made an Appointment!!!!
The filling out paper work and doing it your self is a joke !!! Loved the doctor though the process on the paper work is awful cna person was nice helping my husband but to complicated with the paperwork too much to do. You should just be able to give your I. D and your insurance? And the secretary or whoever is behind there should be taken care of that. Its sad that you have to go on a lapp or do paperwork on your phone I hate the new technology other than that, we were fine with a doctor.
It was great. They saw me at my appointment and I didnt have to wait. The service of care was top notch. I would return if needed and I recommend you to anyone seeking medical help
I normally and rarely post reviews because of my job and knowing first hand they are not a great measure as some are false made to boost stars and made when people are upset. I was very happy. Made my appointment on line for 8 am the night before. Completed my registration paper work when I made my appointment so from arriving to being seen was only 24 mins. I was seen and out by 9 am. Had an issue with the pharmacy I had my prescriptions sent to not having one of the meds. I had to call them to have them resend one script to another pharmacy and they did it with no hassle, they did it within done 15 mins. Very happy with the kind staff and efficient process.
My daughter was feeling the aftermath of being in shock, after breaking up a dog fight. The staff immediately got her back and started caring for her while I was doing all the things to get her checked in. Throughout the ordeal with me trying to get documents in and rerouting my other daughters bus to drop off at the facility, despite it all everything turned out amazing and my daughter was given excellent care and it felt nice to have that calm in a storm . Love the people today and needed to see the medical field in another Light . Thank you to all may God continue to shine and provide us the comfort we all seek. I Jesus name Amen.
Went in with stomach pains and constant throwing up all week, only went in because my primary doctor wasn’t answering and i hadn’t been able to retain any food or liquid for over 48hrs and i had lost 10lbs in a week, was in waiting room longer than i was in the back being checked out. they just prescribed nausea medicine and told me call my primary care physician. i still have no answers as to what is wrong and can’t get a doctors appointment until late next week.
Waited 2 hrs to be seen. But kept telling us you well be next and then someone else would go in before us. I get walk-ins wait but honesty about the wait would have been nice instead of lies about our wait time. Hate lies and fake crap just be straight with your patients.
Even though I scheduled on line I still was there for 3hrs. I know they where busy but seriously. Then I got my diagnosis but not fully explained to me. Would have liked to had a print out of my lab so I could see what she was talking about.
Came in with bronchitis. Quick wait time. Super clean facilities. Helpful and friendly staff. In and out in about an hour with prescriptions that helped a lot. Thank you. :)
I went into next care and they ordered X-rays 7 days ago now. They said it’d take 2-3 days for results. I have called almost daily to try to figure out what is wrong with my foot. It isn’t getting any better so answers would be nice. Idk why they would even order X-rays if it was going to take this long. Since they have been so incompetent I will now have to be seen by the ER today.
The lady at the check in counter was very rude and not professional, she even mentioned while checking in that I cut her off in traffic! When she just was running late to work so driving crazy. Not my fault. Had ppl waiting outside to get in til 8:10am The male nurse practitioner was also rude. I will not be back to this location.
The front desk staff at this location were extremely helpful and very professional. The lady that provided assistance to myself, and my children was on top of things and assisted me with anything that I needed right away, and she was very pleasant and kind during the process.
Physician who seen my autistic son had no bedside manner very rude and cold and administered no meds for an inner ear infection. Was told to give him. Tylenol and ibuprofen. Will never go back and I advise everyone else to seek medical care somewhere else. Huge bill for her to speak coldly to my child make it worse and no script. Waste of time. She needs to have her license revoked.
1 Star is too many. Horrible business. Website says they take patients up to 8PM, 640 receptionist said theyre all booked up. Pure bs. In fast food not in medicine you dont try to get out on time. Ill never set foot in there again. Hylo is more professional, will take care of you even at 5 min until closing time.
I stubbed my toe in the middle of the night. I woke up to my foot being covered in blood. I guess I hit it harder than I thought. Came into the urgent care center needing them to take a look at it. I ended up getting several stitches.The NP was a very professional and we had a good conversation while she was cleaning up my wound and sewing up my stitches. It was a very pleasant experience given the circumstances.
Daughter had an appointment at 1:30. Didnt get seen till 3:45. Even though I checked in when I got there and paid my copay
Staff is wonderful, check in is easy and the wait has never been more than 10 min. Front desk lady is helpful. Nursing staff and Dr.’s are thorough, pleasant, and so helpful.
Amazing experience with the man Joseph stroud that works there. Nursing staff is amazing 👏 that is the first time Ive ever been treated with respect coming into an urgent care. I had many panic attacks and had flu like symptoms. I had an ekg done and the dr and nurse were so kind they are saints honestly. Thank-you so much for treating me with respect and not a bad person. I highly recommend anyone to this place. Only for that specific doctor I cannot say for the others how they would treat someone. But Joseph stroud is very very kind.
Waited about an hour after checking in before we even showed up, watched people come in, and leave for about an hour, even had some people come in, sit by us, download app, and get seen and leave before we were called, not exactly the most time efficient place, however doctors and nurses/staff seemed nice. If you have things to do, check in two hours early
I was at your Seneca location at 8am on 12-22 and when I finally left at 8:25 you still had not opened your doors. When someone is sick they dont want to sit in a waiting room much less in their car waiting for the sores to open. If you say you open at 8 then you need to open at 8 just saying
We brought my toddler son in for an upper respiratory infection that at that point had been going on almost 10 days and not improving. I am a nurse with almost 15 years experience and I know my child. I explained weve been doing all the usual things: suction, humidifier, want bath before bed, having him sleep more upright, vix, breathing treatments, antihistamine, cough medicine to no avail and he wasnt sleeping and coughing until he threw up at night. I requested steroids to clear the inflammation. The PA blew me off acting like I was clueless. Fast forward to 10 days later, he now is requiring steroids and abx, this could have been resolved 10 days ago had she listened to me. What a waste of my time and money. Dont bother.
I was able to make an appointment to get into be seen was seen quickly nice clean facility they had me in and out within a lot of time I mean I think I was there a total of an hour but that was nothing they were very good and Im pleased

Came in to be seen. Lady at the desk was really rude and just told me to scan the qr code. I guess to check in? She didnt explain anything. So I scan the code and fill out my information and when I clicked to submit it, it was saying processing for almost 10 minutes. I tell the lady at the desk and without even looking at me told me to get on the wifi. So I sit down and tried getting on the wifi. Guess what? Dont know what the password is. Why wouldnt the lady at the desk tell me the password when she told me to get on wifi? Finally I was on their wifi, filled out all my information again, submitted it. Again it says processing for almost 10 minutes. I was there for an emergency. I sat in the waiting room almost 30 minutes and still wasnt even checked in. No one cared to helpSo I left.Rude people. Horrible communication skills. Never going there again.
The staff were nice, but the wait was extremely long. We waited for over 3 hours with less than 10 people in the clinic for 5 minutes with the doctor and nurse.
Waited 30 min to be seen after checking in for my appointment “mind you it was empty” but another 5-10 to be seen just to be told to give my daughter Tylenol, staff was nice
The wait was a little long but they had an emergency right before I got there that required all have on deck. The staff was very friendly very polite very knowledgeable. The facility was clean. They were under staffed that day but they did the best they could at getting people through to be seen.
Staff and helpful wonderful people, the end of ear infection ugh huh seen them got great help with it got my hearing back , its January slipped on ice bruised and sprained my left elbow and wrist once again seen them my arm and elbow is are is getting better:)
Ive been here many times now since my PCP is always booked up for weeks.... All my children have been here too. I have no complaints. Friendly staff, respectful bedside manner, quick and to the point.
I took my son here due to a really bad ear ache, he was hurting so much that he was crying. We waited for about an hour before he was seen by anyone. The nurse who looked at him told us he couldnt do anything but to take him to a specialist and get some OTC medicine from Walmart. We will not go back there ever, whats the point of urgent care if they dont do anything?
I took my 1 year old in to get his ears checked for a possible ear infection our appointment was set for 9:00. We waited 40 mins to get our name called then had to wait another 5-10 for the physician to come into the room. The physician was helpful she let us know his ears looked healthy and that he may have irritation due to teething. We were seen about 5 mins. The wait was a disappointment might not ever go back to this clinic
It was great I walked in and I didn’t have to wait for to long before they seen me and before I got home my prescription was done at the pharmacy. I will use them again
Terrible service we made an appointment for my daughter shes been sick for 2 days with fever sore throat headache the appointment was at 1 we check in at the lobby at 12:45 and I ask if we have to wear a mask she said yes but dont tell anybody else and I it was at least 3 people coughing . So they pass the people it was before us and like 3 people they after us I get up and ask when is going to be our turn she said your next then I mentioned about all this people going before me she said there been before me I said no I saw them coming after us and she did me a mad face . Then I saidok we wait 1 more turn but they call one more people get there after us I get mad and walk out and check my account on the website and noticed that she has even check us in thats no right or fear at all you can check Camaras to confirm that am not laying check time on the screenshot

The meds and care I was given didnt help me at all . Was charged 300 to get in and owe 450 more. I ended up going to another clinic 3 days later and they fixed me up for a portion of the price .
Was told that i had to pay $300 cash only to be seen because i was hit by a car. I dont understand why they would not accept my insurance. They told me that because i was hit by a car that they would only see me if i paid cash. Like WTH people Im freaking hurting and need to see a doctor
I made an appointment earlier in the day for after work. I was able to do all of the paperwork from my phone. When I got to the building I was greeted kindly by a sweet lady. She let me know what the next steps were after making my copay. However, I did notice other people there weren’t having a great time and would snap at her. Those things she had no control over. I arrived an hour early for my appointment and I expected to wait for a while. I only waited about 30 minutes and then I was taken back to get my vitals. The nurse was super kind and listen to me. The doctor was in the room within minutes. She looked me over and told me a treatment plan. She asked if I agreed with that and of course I did. She was kind enough to tell me what to expect and how to handle the next steps in my treatment plan. I had to ask her though on the way out about the dozen signs hanging all over the place about how abuse of any kind will not be tolerated. She told me that more than half the people she treats are not kind to her. All of the staff are on edge all of the time. I felt so bad to hear this. All of them were super nice and kind. I hope that it gets better for them. It would be a shame if they had to close down.
My husband was incredibly ill... the receptionist was amazing and 😇. ...then Medical assistant was awesome made us laugh about things and perked us up....and the doctor was beautiful and kind... And most importantly very thorough when explaining What was wrong and the medication she was giving to heal him..... My husband felt very well taken care of when we left. We love them and wish they were our doctors office.
Wait was two hours. Its not like the line was long either. At 3 in the afternoon??? Visit was for an abcess tooth. I explained the current medication I was on. Even though I provided subjective information about my pain and the FACT that my current ibuprofen medication was having absolutely NO effect on it, the doctor prescribed me the same medication I was already on for pain. I felt stereotyped and was left to deal with an obscene amount of pain. What do I pay, or what does anyone pay, for help for if people get tossed aside as potential addicts? DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!!! For informational purposes, I dont frequent ANY doctors office, not even my PCP.
Booked appointment online got confirmation for a 7:15 time and then they let someone else go in front of my daughter that just walked in. Now been waiting for almost 40 minutes!
I went to NextCare Urgent Care today suffering from impacted ear wax in both ears, a condition I suffer from twice a year. My experience was met with care, concern and compassion from the whole staff from checking in, procedure and checking out. My experience was rewarding and I give this Seneca office 5 Stars, realizing that not everyone may experience what I did. When I need medical attention again, I will go back!! Keep up the good work.
Had us in and out! You can check in online and fill all the paperwork out over the phone so it is very convenient! Everyone was really nice and treated my daughter very well!

Scheduled appointment with ease. Checked in and near my appointment time, I was called in to Triage, where the nurses were very courteous and caring.PA examined me and was very friendly.In an out in less than 1 hour.
Friendly and smiley staff at the front desk waiting and able to help with anything, the Drs and nurses are very kind, gentle, and friendly, and willing to answer all your questions and address all your needs, short wait times if you even have to wait at all. My appointment wasnt until 11:30 but I happened to be in the area a lot earlier so I decided to wait in the parking lot instead after checking in much earlier than my appointment time I got a friendly text asking if I was the one in the parking lot so I answered yes and I was nicely invited in and due to the nature of my visit kindly reminded to wear my mask. I went in immediately they informed me of my copay I paid and had a nurse waiting on me before I could finish paying I went into the room with my nurse she quickly took my vitals and weight ( not the great) lol she asked a few questions she stabbed my nose and off we went to another room to wait for my Dr to come in with my test results. It wasnt long my Dr came in explained my results gave me a Drs note for work and I didnt even have to ask her for one ( Awesome!) And out the door I went being given a smile and a pleasant have a great day and I was all done. It probably took me longer to type out my review then it did the entire appointment time that I was in the Dr office. It was fast easy great and painless. Id recommend this place to everyone. I bet your visit would be a great as mine was easy and not time consuming. What more can one ask for?
This place does not respect appointments. We had an appointment for two but were told there would be an hour wait beyond our scheduled time because walk ins were being given priority. Avoid like the plague unless you want to sit on your thumbs all afternoon.Edit: it only ended up being 20 minutes instead of an hour, but still disappointing that appointments are not more respected.

It was great the Receptionist,the nurse,the doctor was very caring, protective, honest,and showed SOOOO much love honesty caring and made sure people before me left with a smile,and so did I I felt so much better before I left the doctor was so interested in my issue, and made sure I understood my meds and how to take them she was better than my regular doctor.i really Appreciate the Entire STAFF,THEY ALL WERE VERY VERY PROFESSIONAL,MY HUSBAND WAS VERY COMFORTABLE WITH Them (ALL) AND SO WAS I. GOD BLESS THEM THANKS GUYS 🙏
The receptionist was the worst person I have ever came in contact with. I was having issues with the check in and she offered no help at all. I was extremely sick expecting a better experience. The receptionist needs a different career preferably one where she has no interaction with the public.
It is really cool that they allow you to make appointments online but it defeats the purpose if you still have to wait over an hour past your appointment.
At this particular location, I have visited twice: today and 3 weeks ago. The receptionist has been very pleasant and welcoming. Though the male Nurse Practitioner today, 3.27.2024, was pleasant and in my opinion as a Practitioner, average, the female Nurse Practitioner 3 weeks ago, 4.6 2024, was definitely more thorough, provided a lot more information, and encouraged a follow-up in two weeks with my GP. I very much appreciated her practice and had hoped to see her again today. Maybe since my diagnosis of a UTI is a simple diagnosis, the response received was also simple. Regardless, I appreciate this Urgent Care facility and will return if needed.
I just got into Wichita. Started crying being overwhelmed and sick. Brittney Medical Asst. Nurse Practitioner (forgot his name/super awesome) and front desk gal were amazing. They went above and beyond for my grandson and I. I was crying like a baby and Brittney was so kind and empathetic. So happy I found this office. I will be back! Highly recommend.
From Online signing In To being greeded by the receptionist. My experience was very pleasant in an out. Everybody was super nice and they took the time to explain everything to you. I did not feel like cattle being ran in and out. And that alone makes me feel like a human being. LO l, Ive been there before. And was treated just as kind in an urgent needs.❣️🫶
Made an appointment, still waited over 30 minutes in the lobby. Dr said my child has tonsil stones and then rushed the procedure and didnt get BOTH tonsils so she still is in discomfort and I have to take her back to the doctors to get the rest extracted.

Making an appointment was easy and the triage nurse was awesome. The person who seen my child looked at him for 2 seconds and said well maybe he has strep the strep test was negative. Now my child has had a sinus issue for w weeks goop coming out of his eyes ear pain. All signs point to sinus infection. This lady had no clue what it could be. Some medical people get their license from a cracker jack box.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Not sure why I had to wait 25 min past my scheduled appointment considering I arrived 15 min early and there was no other patients in the lobby.
Not the place to go if your looking to be seen in a decent amount of time. Only one friendly receptionist. Appt was made and set. Was told only one person ahead of me. Just to be told 4 people ahead of me and hour and a half later after my original appt time. Didnt get seen. Most of the people ahead of me were walk ins..... quick to take your payment and very slow to actually do anything for you. This place used to be good for medical needs. Now ill never visit again.2nd Visit.Scheduled an appointment for a physical and was told by the nurse Practitioner that I was not able to get it done there because she would not sign off on the form Because she does not believe I could do the job. The clinic then canceled my appointment very judgmental and unprofessional.
They listen and took great care of me. Highly recommend. Scheduling an appointment online made it very easy, I was able to fill all the paperwork out ahead of time.
Online scheduling was very easy and straightforward, unfortunately a very long wait time because it seemed that they were understaffed/only had one physician at the location :( over an hour wait for an online scheduled-ahead appointment. Physician was attentive and listen to my concerns and Nursing staff was polite.
Got in fairly quick but I was in the room for quite a while.
Usually really good but tell me why they have virtual providers?? how does the doctor know i’m sick or what i’m sick with if they aren’t there? might as well not be open cause no one wants to have a virtual doctors. like i had to leave cause i didn’t want to a doctor possibly misdiagnose me and have to come back again. just sucks, cause they’ve been pretty awesome but they need to change that and have a provider onsite.
Went to Next Care today. They were busy but the online scheduling and check in process made the appointment easy. Once there the staff was pleasant and friendly. The doctor took time to talk to me and I left feeling the treatment I was getting would be effective. All in all a good experience.

Not a good experience at all. Lady was very short wirh me. She told me i might have a clogged sinus... wouldnt give any info just a referral leaving me to have to wonder what is going on ans why I cant hear or stand up. Not even like hey you can try this that or the third. I have been here a few different time have brought my significant other and my son. Referred many people here. I was highly disappointed with this experience and still have no idea what i can even do to help w any of it... if i could give 0 for this visit I would...
Tried to make me pay a $20 copay on Medicare. I explained that I have to pay 20% of what Medicare negotiates. I had a 3:30 pm and I was not taken back until after 4:30. The doctor was in the room for less than 4 minutes. The lady that took me back was nice. The one that checked me in was rude.
Excellent facility! I was able to make an appointment and complete all paperwork prior to the visit. I was seen within 10 minutes of the time for the appointment and the care shows. I was afraid and they made me feel ok and asked questions about my after care. That felt really good. This is urgent care and I felt so cared about. Thank you.
Building looks nice, but dont do much good if aint no one in it... Maybe they are closed on mondays, Im not sure, my insurance said this place would take the insurance, showed up and the lot was empty, I thought that meant itd be quick, but alas, the door was locked, no signage to indicate out for lunch or anything. Ended up running clear across town to get seen. But again, building looked nice.
First come first served rather than acuity is horrifying when there is a screaming crying woman in the waiting room and no one else even looked or sounded ill.
The very first time I came here there wasn’t a long wait time . The second time I came here I had to wait for over 30 minutes past my appointment time to get seen . I’m not sure what the hold up was but it was very frustrating all around . What’s the point of me arriving 15 minutes early as requested by the company if I’m going to be waiting 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time ? The doctor was very rude and condescending me . Would not recommend coming here if you are of color . Luckily, I’m in nursing school. I know enough about medical terminology so I was able to defend myself .
This is one of the nicest and most professional clinics I have ever been to. They made it very easy to schedule a next day appointment, fill out easy paperwork online, and I was in and out very fast. They also work with you on the copay if you dont have insurance, and let you make any payment and bill the rest to your account. Saved us a lot of trouble and headache. And the doctor found us the cheapest medication and where to get it as well! No judgement, no rudeness, and no aggression. We will be going back!
Noone seems to know what they can or cannot perform here. Went out 2 times for some resting and still didnt get it all done. No communication between eachother. Said dud have my paperwork which was given to the front desk via email twice while I was in the facility.
I got in and out. Now that I know I have bronchitis I got the meds I need. The woman that checked me was super friendly and efficient ! Better then when I went to the Wesley minor care. They all have positive attitudes. And from this nurse right I love it.
My husband and I had been sick for almost two weeks and it kept getting worse.The lady at the front desk was rude when we walked in, gave us instructions and told us to sit down in the corner. However, she really changed her tune when my husband needed help with the QR code check in they have. From then on, nothing but helpful.We still waited for a long time, of which I’m a little blurry on. But the medical assistant called us back and was super friendly and practical. After vitals, the doctor came in and we both liked her immediately. Again, friendly and practical, knowledgeable and got us what we needed asap. Best care the night before Thanksgiving. Would recommend this clinic in a heartbeat.

My whole family trickled into Urgent Care today right before they were closing and I was met with 3 lovely ladies. Everyone was nice and patient with us. From the lady checking us in at the front desk to the young lady taking our vitals and the doctor. You have a great group of women working here!
Receptionist was exceptionally nice and so was the medical assistant that checked my vitals.
The staff in the back are very nice, caring, and helpful. The people you have to deal with when you first walk in however are very rude and unprofessional. They will most likely turn you away if you dont have an appointment, or tell you it will be hours before you can be seen when in all actuality it will take about 45 minutes. My opinion they dont know what theyre doing, just go somewhere else.
My kids and I spent two hours waiting to be seen yesterday day in a waiting room with no ac nor air. Finally seen (doctor was great) visit took a total of 5 min at most for all 4 of us. She called out prescriptions and I was on my way. Today, I find out that no pharmacy in town carries those meds so the pharmacy at walgreens was nice enough to let me know of a different brand. I call nextcare to ask if we can switch the script and send it over to walgreens. The lady taking the call was very unpleasant and acted like this was a complete bother to her. I finally was able to give her the name of the meds and the new pharmacy. I waited the two hours she told me to give and called walgreens to find out that the doctor did a completely different medication than the name I gave and walgreens didnt carry it. I call nextcare back to get the same unhappy woman. She advised she will let the doctor know and that they would try to get the correct script in by the end of the day! Heres to hoping we ever get the meds we need!
Showed 10 minutes early like I was advised and the front desk lady stood at the entryway hanging up signs she ignored me and didnt open the door 10 minutes past my appointment time.
The women at the the desk was so sweet helped people in and out of the door and even with the stubborn people she kept such the sweetest heart. The nurse that saw me was one of the most sweetest and most understanding nurse I’ve ever had in my life she did not lack a single amount of empathy. The doctor who spoke to me was the most kindest women ever and zero judgment was felt.. it literally felt like the safest place coming here and I’m so happy to share how truly wonderful they make it and how well they work together. The clinic was very nice and clean, the receptionist was very sweet and the clinicians were kind. Overall it was a good experience. I walked in to get a physical and there were a few people ahead of me but I wasn’t there longer than an hour.
Doctor treated me like I was an addict asking for drugs after explaining to him the severe pain I was in dealing with my sinus infection. He didn’t care to listen to any information about what I was dealing with and experiencing, just treated me like everyone else he’d seen with an ear infection despite my own personal medical history. I’ve never been so disappointed.

I often go here because I work during normal doctors office hours and honestly cant afford to take time off. Making appointments here is easy. Theyre open on the weekend. The staff is always friendly and they always take care of me. The wait times can be a bit long (especially for walk ins) but overall its always a great experience.

Came in with an online booked appointment. It was for 5p today. I was brought back about 5:10 a little more. Not a real long wait at all. I was expecting it may be about 30m. The doctor was wonderful! She listened and made some suggestions. Prescribed an antibiotic for me. I was out before 5:30p. Amazing people here.
I made an appointment at 2. We were told to be there 10 minutes early. There was no one else there. We waited for 30 minutes for them to call us back and were out within 10 minutes. So the wait was long but the Dr was great and very friendly.
Excellent care from checking in, to vital signs assessment with nurse, to bedside manner of Carla Hilton, APRN. I came in with the worst asthma and bronchitis I’ve had in over a decade. She listened well, and was very thoughtful in her approach to treating me. I also had a lot of questions about how the medications for my asthma/bronchitis were going to work with the daily medications I take for other health issues. Also, being new in town, she was able to help me figure out where to get my medications and such. Thank you so much!
Everyone working at the clinic has been great to me with the sickness I have had this entire month of Jan. From one issue to another. Very caring and genuine people. Highly recommend.

Never use any of these places. I paid my bills for my kids and they put double payment on an account and not on the other. Then a year later I get a call from a collection agency. I call nextcare and they verified they messed up and will fix it. Then a month later I get another call from a collection agency about the same issue. Call back and they say we documented it but didnt actually do it, let us fix it for you. TERRIBLE BILLING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. They had double payment and didnt EVER notify me. But sent the bill to collections anyways. Shady shady shady.
Have been coming here since they opened and the serves progressively gets worse. Had an appointment at 8am didnt get checked in until 8:30 because their staff was late. Once checked in the physician did a poorly job at evaluating. Just said to keep taking Benadryl when obviously that wasnt working, had been taking that for the past 24 hours. Told him I needed a steroid shot for the allergic reaction. At this point needed something stronger than the Benadryl Ive been taking. The staff was having side conversations in the back and I could hear the whole thing. Very unprofessional.
While everyone who I encountered was incredibly kind and considerate, the wait time was way more than unacceptable! I was told that they are only seeing 4 patients an hour, and I would need an appointment. No problem..I went home and did my paperwork. When I arrived back, I was told there are 2 people ahead of me. I ended up going back to my car to wait. It took an hour to get called back, and another hour before I was given the dr note that I needed. It just did not make any sense, and when you are already feeling bad, it is infuriating!
At first I was doubting to go, because I went there when it was in another name and I had a really bad experience since I entered, but In my opinion I had a good experience, to be the first time at nextcare minor emergency on seneca st, front desk was courteous and helpful, about the waiting time, I waited to be seen approximately 30 min, the doctor was very polite and listened to my concerns, he treated me for bronchitis and I am glad I did go because I think it could of had gotten worse.

Although the doctor was caring and friendly, I will never go back to this clinic. I couldn’t have been more disappointed with the wait time, especially when you’re sick and already feeling miserable. I thought the purpose of visiting an immediate clinic was to be in and out. That’s not the case here, it’s just like visiting an ER. I waited about 3 hours just to be seen. I do not recommend unless you’re okay with waiting this long.
I wouldn’t give NextCare a good review of their staff! The providers were nice and knowledgeable. The wait time during the cold/flu season is understandable. They were busy but got us in within an hour. My son is over 18 and did sign the waiver for them to talk to me but when I called back after we notified a mistake on his return to work form the receptionist said “I don’t have to talk to you because he’s over 18”. If I’m listed as a person to talk to them why does the receptionist get to decide she won’t talk to me? I had talked to a provider just 2 days before and they were helpful but this receptionist wouldn’t even listen to what I was trying to explain to her. Told us he had to be seen and pay another co-pay to get a new note. She hung up on me and I wouldn’t go back again. They need to do better with their staff. So disappointing that she has so little patience or compassion for their patients.
HEADS UP. THEY WILL REJECT TREATING YOU IF YOU DO NOT DO YOUR PAPERWORK FAST ENOUGH. I walked in and confirmed with the front desk they were currently taking walk ins and after I fill out all the paperwork that I was asked to do - I went back to the front desk to see if it was all done correctly and if my child was now on the check in list. I did both their next care app and Solv system paperwork and within a few mins too and they said while I was filling out paperwork they choose to put a pause on walk ins and will no longer take my son even though they said YES they were taking walk ins and to take a seat and start the online paperwork. WHILE I WAS FILLING OUT PAPERWORK they changed their minds. The front desk would not help us other than just say sorry the system won’t let me put you on the waitlist! Even after trying to be patient and asking kindly twice if the front desk staffer could please ask a manager to override the system because we were here inside and doing the paperwork when they said they were doing walk ins and they just kept saying “sorry the system won’t let me”. So not only did they not see us as a person needing medical attention who was doing EXACTLY what they asked us to do; they reject us AND REFUSE to go get help or at least advocate that we were doing our part in filling out paperwork and needed to be seen. We didn’t ask for any exceptions or special treatment. Just did what was asked then turned away.
I didn’t like that a person that didn’t have an appointment was seen before me with an appointment. It makes no sense I was very upset about that specially when I was running late to work because I had to wait an hour to be seen butA walk in had to wait 10 minutes.
The MA and Nurse Practitioner that I saw were both kind and knowledgeable! I was in and out within 30 minutes. Easy check in process all from my phone and the lady at the front desk was also friendly . Will return if needed!

This clinic was awesome. I really liked how the nurse and the nurse practitioner took the time to really find out what was happening with my ear infection. I live out of town and was visiting, they made the visit bearable. I also want to say kiddos to the check in receptionist.

Set appointment at 1030 checked in at 10:01 - clerks sat and talked about Golden Corral buffet instead of getting me into the dr. Spent 2 hours sitting and waiting for a 15 minute visit in the back. Mind you there was 1 other person in the waiting area.
I made an appointment online. When I check in for my appointment they told me there were 5 people ahead of me who were walk-ins. I asked even though I had a set appointment. They said the appointment is not an appointment, it just holds your place in line. That makes no sense at all. Receptionist came off as rude. However, the nurse was nice and the doctor was phenomenal. I wish the dr had his own practice because he would definitely have me as a patient.
I took my son in for a scheduled 8am appointment for an X-Ray. They are very professional, we found out my son unfortunately broke his hand. The nurse who did the X-ray and helped him was awesome! I loved how real she is, he kept wincing in pain while she was putting the temp cast on and she was like “ your hand is broken bud it’s gonna hurt no matter what, but once we get it wrapped it will feel better” We don’t sugar coat things in our house and I just appreciate her being patient but also getting what needed done, done. I will be referring everyone I know to this specific location. Keep up the good work, the staff will get you the proper treatment quickly!

Super disappointed. Took my 7 year old for an IN OFFICE appointment. We get there, we get checked in and we are informed there is no dr on site. It would be a virtual call. My son’s throat had red spots on it. The dr had me a non trained person shine a light down his throat and show him over a video call on my phone. He sent off for a strep test but I had just told him my son had his tonsils out in June. We wait DAYS finally get negative strep results. My son ran a fever and missed school. He had hand foot and mouth and now my two year old has it. If we would have had an actual dr ON SITE they probably would have told us this from day 1. This is unsafe, unprofessional and absolutely asinine. Of an urgent care. Don’t waste your time. I hope they end up closing their doors.

I have used NextCare a few times. They have always had appointments available right away and the staff is always caring, except for this last visit. The provider was rude and condescending about a skin condition Ive had all my life.. She also was short with me about a medicine I was allergic to , like I was making it up or was at fault, because it was a good treatment for my condition. She assumed I had a mersa condition because Ive had the issue before, when it has to do with my glands and another issue. She slapped me on antibiotics and told me to go to the ER or my Dr if it got worse and to just see my Dr, when the best course of action would have been to drain the cyst.
Well it seems like everyone but me got good care.I was kept in a waiting room for 2 hours.I dont think the person whos supposed to be a phlebotomist even knows hows to draw blood .while drawing blood from my left arm she lost it and proceeded to dig around in my right arm ,where I even clearly know clearly no veins are there.My advice AVOID ANY NEXTCARE AT ALL COSTS !!HIGHLY UNPROFFESIONAL , HIGHLY DISORGANIZED WANNABE URGENT CARE

NextCare urgent care got me in and diagnosed and all the help I needed in a very timely way. The care I received with the prescriptions I needed due to my respiratory issues was all very efficient and complete.
Got there around 2 pm on a Tuesday afternoon. Scanned the information and then filled out my paperwork. Their app to receive information worked well.Finally was seen around 4 pm. I think waiting two hours to be seen having no appointment is a fair wait time. I waited in my car, but I could have waited in the waiting room.Once seen, they electronically sent my scripts to pharmacy and I had them in about an hour.Feeling better already.
WAS IN ON SUNDAY the 22nd of Oct. From reseption,to the Dr. Was pleasant! Fast, friendly, and caring! One special person, nurse Denise! Smiles from the minute our conversation started, till I was walking out the door! What a beautiful, caring, sweet, polite, funny, and AMAZING person! Some people are ment to do certain things in life! You found your calling! Thank you for making me smile! Not easy with a tooth ache! Dont come here unless you want to wait HOURS even though you scheduled an appointment. My sons appointment was at 11:20am. We didnt get called back until 1220ish. Then they do swab tests, tell us about 15 minutes. 30 minutes late the doctor finally comes in to tell us she doesnt know what is causing his illness! We are still here, at 1:25!! And all his tests came back negative. So I wasted hours of work just to sit here. Absolutely ridiculous. I am an understanding person and Im pretty patient. Until there is NO COMMUNICATION, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. My child doesnt feel good. And you make us sit for 2 hours. Ridiculous
That lady at the front desk seem like she didn’t want to be at work, and she didn’t even ask me what my name was or anything. I had to ask if I was even check in which is very unprofessional. I didn’t like how I suppose to check in at 7:45 AM but the doors wasn’t unlock until 8 AM. Online it says to check in at 7:45 AM that’s why I came early.
Zero stars. Would no recommend. Very rude and inconsiderate staff. Also, violating HIPAA, I heard multiple patients names while in my room waiting. I was the ONLY patient in the clinic and provider sat at desk catching up on charting and took her time coming to assess me. Definitely not urgent care.
I was very happy with them because they did medical treatment my own doctor didn’t even test me for, I would definitely go back and recommend anybody to go there if I need them again I will return to that facility
Scheduled here because they had an appt sooner than the one on Maize Rd where we have had prior good service. I scheduled an in person visit and wasnt informed until after arrival that there was no provider on-site and it would be a virtual visit. Had to use my own device for the visit as well. Real bait and switch waste of time. Could have done a virtual visit at home. And not all of our concerns were addressed.
What’s the point of a queue if they don’t follow it? I got here right at 8am and after checking in using their online system, it showed I was the first and only person in line. Well, I was not the first person seen. The first person seen actually didn’t go in until 8:35 because of someone running late.This place once diagnosed me with scabies when I’m sure I had mites from a hike I took on an overgrown trail.Not the worst place I’ve been seen but far from the best!

My daughter needed a sports physical. Our family doctor was booked solid for a few weeks, so I thought NextCare would be a great option. It was not busy when we got there, but they were extremely slow and it was uncomfortably hot. It took 1.5 hours to get a simple physical. I will not be returning. If you are looking for urgent care, I would not recommend NextCare. I would suggest that you go literally anywhere else rather than here. I only gave one star, because zero stars isn’t an option. -South Seneca location.
Staff is incredibly rude. My husband has been getting steroid shots for years for Poison Ivy. We have tried everything under the sun, and the shots are the only thing that work. His last visit the nurse tried to argue with him on the treatment he needed saying he needed to try claritin and cortizone cream first, even as the rash was swelling his eyes shut. He tried explaining to her multiple times that doesnt work for him. She could have easily looked up his history and seen he is given the shot every time. Instead, she continued with an attitude and completely ignored him when the appointment was over and he was still nice enough to tell her to have a good day. Not sure why someone like that would be working in this field. We will not return to this location.
The worst practice ever!! my pediatrician had no available appointments, and referred me to Urgent care, being they were close I chose this location. The communication is terrible, then office worker shifted blame to call center taking appointments for disconnect of communication. No Licensed Medical professional on site, so therefore a waste of time waiting, especially since workers were late opening clinic only to inform us that all visits are Video visits. This is the first and last time I ever take my sick child there

Very nice and professional group of people working there. They apologized for the long wait but that is to be expected during this time of year. Overall, my visit was very good and thorough and I would choose this next care urgent care if needed again in the future
I made an appointment on-line for 6pm. Left work early to make it at 5:50 like the instructions said to be 10 minutes early. I get there and told that even though I had an appointment, that it didnt matter and the walk ins that arrived before me had to be seen first. Finally got called to come in at 7:35. Once back to a room, it was another hrs and a half before we got out. What is the point of having an appointment if it takes hours to be seen? I could have been in and out of the ER all ready.
It was okay except for the receptionist.When I first got there I just went & sat down because the phone had said i was already checked in.So she had a total attitude with me. Her body language & all. Was total attitude from the moment I got there. It really upset me especially since that was the first time I had been there plus the very first greeting from the business.I will say the rest of the visit was okay & very much friendly.Debbie needs a class on customer service though for sure.
Ive been to Nix care a few times with my grandchildren and every single time has been a wonderful experience. They really do care and understand your needs and problems and take care of you. I recommend anyone and everyone to go there if you cant get into your regular doctor. Thanks again Nix care.
Went to get my poison Ivy looked at. Showed the doctor my arms where the inflammation was.Without my permission she took my shirt from the bottom to lift it up to examine my stomach. I was just took back from it because I’m grown and didn’t know how to feel after the fact that it happened. The consent would have been better then thinking possibly of “just doing one’s job”
Liked the fact you can register on line they email you when its your turn, saves alot if sitting in lobby for EVER. Staff was very pleasant and actually listened to what you needed to say! Liked them better than my regular Doctor.
I went in paid 190. Then they told me to go to Emergency room. And that was it?Thats all I got four hundred ninety dollars. Told me I need an I v. Went to the emergency room and they gave me some Antibiotics. So I didnt need an I v
Once you get all of the information in, your set to see the Dr. Next time I can see the Dr virtually 👍. Unless Ive actually hurt myself. Very friendly and helpful. Recommend to anyone not seriously hurt or needing X -rays. I went for poison ivy.
Just do everything from our QR code but our QR code doesnt actually have the things that are required, but they are required to check in. Dont rely on this place to have anyone available to help. I left.
My elderly grandparents were expected to fill out paperwork with their phones. There has to be a better option for people who aren’t tech savvy. They also were less than impressed with the unhelpful front desk person. Needless to say they got up & left without being seen.
The perfect place for a sore throat on a Sunday morning! We had an 8:40 appointment and were seen just a little after. Gentle strep test for my apprehensive 8 year old! Definitely the place to go if you wake up sick on a weekend to get in early or to go if you can’t see your Doctor!

The front desk receptionist is beyond rude and arrogant, you can definitely tell by her attitude the nurses aren’t gonna be much better. In my opinion just wait for your own personal care doctor and go to the emergency room because the doctors here do not care about their patients.
Update: my sons arm was broken in at least 2 places. He visited this clinic on February 28 and got results of his xray on March 6. This was not until after we had both been calling multiple times and he ended up driving to both locations to talk to someone in person since they never answer their phones. He has been walking around in extreme pain with a broken arm for almost a week!!!! They did not even splint him or give him a sling until March 6. Complete negligence!!!!!I am in healthcare and this place is the worst Ive ever seen. My adult son came there for an xray to see if his arm was broken. No one there could take the xray so they sent him to another location. Its been 3 days and still no call about the results. Weve both been calling multiple times per day and no one ever answers the phone. I would never recommend this type of care.

The wait wasnt long, the front desk woman and the nurse were very pleasant, as was the Doctor. There was an issue with the location where the prescription was sent but it was quickly corrected.

This is the second time coming here, the first time I came the service was horrible I decided to leave because I waited 2 hours the see a provider but never was called. I told to the receptionist that it will be nce if she let everyone know the waiting time. On the app wasn’t accurate. And today I came because I made an appointment on the website and I got a text saying that I can go to another locations but it never said why. I asked a question a never get reply back. I came to my appointment and they said they don’t have a provider available!! The receptionist said I sent you a text and I said and I asked you a question and I never got an answer and she said we don’t answer sometimes. I mean if they know that you need a provider why they don’t let you know or call you or why they are not making calls to explain it to you so you don’t have to come all the way here and found out that they don’t have a provider, aslo what clinic is open without a provider!!
So went to this seneca location Tuesday to have to halfwit pa tell me I had alergies, she put on a inhaler and Allegra didn’t even catch the fact I had pink eye, more worried bout telling me I was fat probably had sleep apnea. then Thursday went to family Dr I was diagnosed with bronchitis and and pinkeye was given proper medication to get better, I paid 350 to have this half wit pa tell me wrong diagnosis, paid family Dr 50 got the right treatment. Go figure I’ll never come back to your clinic. Who knows what they dignose people with, pa name Morrison FNP Jody 3/28/2023. Good luck going in to that facility getting treatment.I want my money back .
Though this clinic couldn’t actually treat my sister I could not have asked for better care. They were right on her taking vitals and monitoring her while we waited for the ambulance to come….they were rock solid support for me as well Thank you Denise, Jody, and Clearessa
Nice place, very clean, and good service. Other than having to wait awhile after my appointment time to be seen, and the very uncomfortable chairs in the Waiting Area its was ok. Their chairs are very hard, uncomfortable, and not meant for plus size people.
Everyone there was nice but I checked in at 8:58AM and was stuck there until 11:40 and was diagnosed with a sinus infection major props to the dude who spoke with me and gave me some tricks to help but the wait is a bit brutal
Online it said services included back pain and they had X-rays went in and they said they didn’t do wait that here so I wasted 30 dollars co pay for nothing they said to go to primary dr I can’t because of my work schedule only reason I am even giving 2 stars is because the nurses were extra nice

Filing out my info online was kinda wanky. But, I was able to complete it after several attempts. Once, I was brought to the back to get checked out. Im happy to know that I dont have the flu or COVID! I was proscribed medicine and it didnt cost much.

My daughter and I have been here since 8:50 am its 9:46 am. Our apt was scheduled for 9:10 am,and they just now got us checked in. An there one one other person here besides us. Im disappointed!

Went to NextCare and got tested for covid, flu and strep. All came back negative. Now I am waiting for the lab results to come back so they can treat me.
Everyone was polite, kind and professional.
Quick and easy visit. Only giving 4 stars because facility needs some TLC— pretty outdated.

Horrible service got told there was 2 people ahead of us and waited over 3 hours just to see the doctor. They didn’t even checked me when they told me what was wrong with me! I got a second opinion and their diagnosis was completely wrong ! Never coming back again
When you have an appointment I dont think the wait should still be the same as walk ins. Going on a 2 hour wait at this point. They should remove urgent from the name, because there was anything but urgency happening here today.
Wotst experience I have and couldnt get my sick grandson treated. I wanted to pay cash and she made mecsign up for a discount program that I couldnt get a confirmation cord to get him seen. They should becreported to the state.

This place is the worse. They always have an excuse as to why they cant see their patients. Ive tried taking not only myself, but my children several times and theres always a excuse as to why they cant see us. They should be SHUT DOWN. They have zero care for their patients.
