Doctors and staff are amazing here! Only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because the privacy issue. The walls are very thin and we could EASILY hear the entire conversation of what every patient was there for when in the triage room. A simple white noise machine would probably help with this issue. We were there for a bad cough so it wasnt a big deal for us, but if you have some more private information I suggest whispering. LolAgain, everyone is knowledgeable and kind. The place is clean also.
Booked an appointment, arrived 10 minutes before my appointment, and was not seen for two hours. I couldnt wait any more, I had to leave. I understand that they are busy, but they should not take appointments if the time of the appointment is irrelevant. I could have gone to any other urgent care and been seen. This is unfortunately not the first time Ive had this issue, either. Dont go here if you plan to get seen at the time of your appointment.
Scheduled an appointment ahead of time to be seen and waited an hour and half past my scheduled time with no time limit given for the wait. Seemed like everyone there was waiting a long time for what seemed like a 5 minute appointment. The lady at the front desk was very nice.
My son had a rough night and we suspected he was getting an ear infection. We scheduled an appointment online, were able to do paperwork ahead of time and check in easily. Jody was our provider for the visit. She was friendly, thorough, and put our family at ease. She was considerate with our budget/insurance as to what prescriptions to give our son so that they were both adequate for his needs and cost effective. Thank you Jody for helping our family! We will definitely recommend her to all our family and friends!
Nursing staff and the provider were friendly and thorough during my sons visit. The front desk receptionist, however, was incredibly rude and disrespectful. She did not open the lobby until 10 minutes after 8 when our appointment was at 8am, then sat at her desk and watched my son and I stand outside in 10 degree weather. Once I was let in, she made comments about my impatience (because I knocked on the window and waived at her to let her know we were there). Then, when I commented on her communication skills and asked for her name, she refused to provide one to me and continued to mumble under her breath rude comments. She is the reason they have posters posted about not tolerating aggressive behavior... Im assuming I am not the first person that she has treated like this here. Fortunately for her, we were there to see the medical provider and not her, so once we were back in a room we had no issues at all!
Took my 11 month old after calling and making sure walk ins were welcome. Spent 20min in line listening to another patient complain about wait time. When made it to the desk was refused to be even put on the schedule because, “it was to long of a wait.” Even after stating I was willing to wait to help my daughter. Then was told to go to Derby clinic was my only other option. Not happy about not even getting the chance to wait for help.
I had the kindest nurse/medical assistant in the world. She helped me feel validated and like a person. Thank you so much. I was a little bit of a mess of a patient but they had the best bedside manners in the world. Thank you for helping me get through such a difficult day. :)
This place is hit or miss. When no other patients are there they are good. They are not fully staffed or something. My husband and son both had appointments and have been there for over 4 hours. Promised they were next to be called to be seen and then called someone else. When there are this many people sick, they need to be upfront about wait times or stop calling this a walk in clinic or stop providing appointments that you dont keep. Its very misleading to give people appointment times you dont even remotely keep!
Horrible customer service. They tell you to call for results but you can NEVER reach an actual person when you call. I informed the reception of this of this as we were leaving and she gave me a phone number to call, but it’s the same number listed and you can never reach anyone. I got my results on the patient portal but if you weren’t able to set that up, I don’t know how you would get your results. And it’s infuriating that they tell you to call knowing that you can’t get through. Just be honest.
The irony of urgent care here is that there’s nothing urgent about the pace at which patients are seen. I waited an hour past my time to be seen for a scheduled appointment, then waited another 45 minutes to get test results that take 15 minutes to come back, and get a prescription sent out. The people were pretty nice but what’s the point of an appt if I’m still waiting so darn long?
I checked in around 1:30 Friday afternoon. I had not made an appointment, but as I sat there waiting, I saw several people check in after me who also had not made appointments but were called back ahead of me while I sat there from 1:30 to almost 4:00, when I had been told it would be around one to one and a half hours. When the doctor released me, I had to stop by the desk and ask about my co-pay, which took several minutes to determine for some reason.
The provider that stitched up my hand was awesome. Very professional yet personable. The staff were very kind and attentive. I was very impressed with how they treated me.
The nurse was nice, however the provider (Shelly, Bradly) was not a very pleasant person to speak to, she didn’t smile at all she was very rude, whenever I asked for my diagnosis sheet so I could provide that to my employer because they ask that of us regardless of it being a violation of hippa laws. She immediately responded with that’s illegal and she wouldn’t do that because she’d get fired, I never asked her to send anything to my employer just to provide myself with my diagnosis. I’ve never had a problem previously getting my diagnosis sheet from NextCare as I’ve been seen recently multiple times, but this provider was not helpful at all. So now I have to go threw the process of getting my medical records which can take up to a week to receive whenever all she had to do was print of a simple diagnosis sheet.
I would like to start this out by saying, despite me having to wait a little longer sometimes, the service has always been amazing. The healthcare providers always listen to my concerns, pains and aches. They have always addressed my illness or injury when I was there and got me out speedy. Some smaller clinics have not taken me seriously at all. This provider has. I went yesterday and needed something for a sinus infection bad- tried the little clinic TWICE! They said come back when you are sicker. Absolutely not. Nextcare urgent care prescribed me multiple meds. Fast forward next day I feel so much better. Thank you staff for all that you do!
“I’ve been suffering the last two weeks with head pain, congestion etc. I was able to schedule and do a telemedicine appointment within two hours time. The ease of scheduling was incredibly helpful to me. The Doctor was kind and knowledgeable to my complaints. Highly Recommend!”
We have had two poor experiences with this immediate care in a row. Before the ownership changed we had good luck with the clinic at this location. The first time (months ago) we were told they were not accepting walk in patients and we would have to make an appointment. The next appointment was several hours later. Second experience, this morning I made an appointment for this afternoon. When I arrived at the appointment I was told there would be an hour wait. Why even make an appointment if youre going to have to wait an hour? Both times the person at the front desk was extremely rude. I dont know why people choose to get into patient facing positions in the health care industry if they dont want to treat people with basic kindness. Nobody goes to immediate care because they are having a great day and feeling fantastic. The last thing people want when feeling sick or in pain is to go be talked down to and treated like a waste of time by the front desk attendant. Its no wonder people are clogging up the emergency departments of local hospitals if this is the experience they get at immediate care.
What is the point of appointments if you require to still wait ahead of walk ins? We had an appointment at 9:30 and didn’t get seen until 11:48. Absolutely ridiculous. Might as well have came in right when you opened. Be honest and upfront. Appointments don’t mean squat. I
The staff was lovely. The wait was a little longer than anticipated, but with any urgent care and even ER I’ve always expected at least a 30 min wait. They disinfect the lobby regularly, which is a relief. They got me the test results and a written prescription, in less than an hour.
Wow... what a terrible experience. I waited for 1 1/2 hours before being brought to the intake room. She was in such a rush I didnt even get to finish telling her my symptoms. She then put me in a room and it was GROSS. There was dried puke on the floor under the chair I was in. Dried puke on the wall behind the chair. Everything in the room appeared to have not been clean. I waited in that room for just under an hour. When I was finally seen, I received exactly 3 minutes of her time. I then waited for 20 more minutes to get a shot and was sent on my way.
Most of the staff were nice ladies. They seemed perfectly fine with charging money but not offering solutions to really help my grandma though despite her paying her co pay. One of the ladies was really rude and rushing us when my grandma is already very overwhelmed, confused and in pain. But that’s the American health care system for you I guess.
I returned here with my now 5 month old and again had a positive experience. After our morning visit, I had to call back that evening for another prescription, and the front desk lady was very sweet and helpful, recommending that I have it sent to the pharmacy that was open until 10pm, since it was late in the evening. I was able to easily get what I needed and so appreciated their help!
Literally no one is here. Been waiting an hour past my appointment. You can hear staff laughing and joking and hanging out. This is definitely not urgent care. They are turning sick ppl away at this point and rescheduling. There is only one patient back there and all rooms empty. Really sad. Won’t be returning. (Also don’t appear to be short staffed.)
Made an appointment for my son at 12 PM Because I didn’t want to go as a walk-in because I know the wait is always really long I arrived Before 11:30 AM We got checked in. We did everything we needed to do. We noticed some walk-ins got there after us Somehow, they got called in before we did around 12:15PM A15 minutes after my appointment, I asked the lady in the front desk. How much longer was it gonna take because we made an appointment for a reason and it had already been almost an hour since we had arrived there. She told us that we’re about to call us in , that was not true almost 30 minutes later I was fed up and annoyed. I had already been there for over an hour and a half then a couple people got there to walk in. She got called in before us, I got really upset and I told the lady That it was not OK that this was happening and she just tried to give my kids snacks!!!!!!!! SNACKS! She said look they’re about to call you in once they open the door. They called someone else in. This place is so unprofessional What’s the point of making of an appointment if they’re gonna Make you wait until they’re done with their walk-ins ? I got so annoyed and I left and all I got was a text message about the appointment being canceled because we did not Showed up!!
I am very unhappy with my visit. I woke up with high blood sugars and when to seek medical attention as it was the weekend. The check in process was great and the staff was great all up until I saw the nurse practitioner. She came into the room and said “so what do you want me to do for you today?” In a tone like “I don’t know what you want me to do”. I explained my high blood sugars and she said she wouldn’t be able to help me with that and I should call my on call doctor. She then asked me if I work out and I told her I play volleyball a couple times a week and she proceeded to look me up and down and said “you play volleyball?” … I felt like I was just brushed off and judged when I left. I did end up calling my on call doctor and she said that NP could have helped me and apologized. Never have I ever been treated that way by a so called physician or NP. I would have give zero stars if it wasn’t for the ease of check in and the awesome medical assistant that worked me up.
Its was pretty good, most of the nurses seemed new or shy when I was getting my foot into a boot, and kinda stumbling around a bit. But no one was dangerous it was just either too early in the morning or they were new, but everyone was really nice and now my foot is in a boot. Only thing I would fix is possibly getting the nurses to feel more confident, theyre medical professionals compared to average people like me.
They told me they didnt offer the services I needed, so I said thats fine, I would just leave. The staff were generally nice except the one that informed of this. They passed judgement, then told me I they werent going to argue after they had argued with me. Everyone else was great.
I had a great experience here! It was my first time. The check in process was easy. I had a little bit of a wait. The doctor and nurse were extremely kind and informed.
Stopped by NextCare and was told they werent taking walk ins at that time but they could schedule me an appointment. I booked an appointment for 1 hour later and stated RUQ pain radiating to my back as my reason for visit. Went back for my appointment, paid my copay and was called back promptly only to be told they refer abdominal pain to the ER. They dont have the radiology equipment needed to ensure a correct diagnosis. I just wish they would be honest at the point of check in instead of requiring their reception team to check everyone in and collect $. They delayed my care and basically stole my copay for a 2 minute conversation with the APP about why he couldnt treat me. Feel free to refund me NextCare.
The gal working at the check-in desk today (11/9) was phenomenal, extremely caring, helpful, and patient with me and everyone else. The care providers I saw were professional and got me the treatment I needed. Highly recommend.
Had an appointment for 1:30 and it apparently didnt go thow the computer at the front desk even though my mom showed her on her phone, didnt get seen until 3:20 or soDont know if this is normal but the bathrooms have a bucket full of piss samples cups or whatever. Not the cleanest or caring place
Wait time wasn’t too bad. My issues were addressed promptly and thoroughly by the nurse and physician pretty quickly when I went back. The physician covered all basis for me and I left feeling hopeful. Very appreciative. The location is right by my pharmacy and my home, so that is why I chose to go there. The only thing I was slightly annoyed by is the amount of stuff to fill in online in order to be seen, but that is just because I wasn’t feeling good. Would use them again.
I was happy to see only two people in the waiting room when we entered, so I assumed things would go fast, but I still had to wait for an hour and a half before we were seen. The nurse practitioner came in and gave me the results for another patient. I told her that wasn’t us, but at least she stayed and helped us before she went to find the correct patient. She was thorough in her assessment and gave us what we needed to help my toddler, so I’m pleased with that at least.
Horrible. They should do away with the words Urgent Care and say, If you have nothing else to do come hang out here.. After waiting 2 hours I asked the receptionist how much loner it would be. She rudely informed me that if I didnt like it like it always go somewhere else.
Great visit. Pretty quick check-in process for a new visitor with no appointment. And a quick wait. Easy process, and friendly and knowledgeable staff. Definitely recommend.
I scheduled an appointment while I was at work because I had been feeling bad for a few days. I had an appointment at 5 and was not called to a room until 6. After waiting another 25 minutes the PA came in and pushed on my forehead and my sinuses and said “yep it’s a cold you’ll be fine”. I explained I could tell it was more than a cold and that I had been exposed to bronchitis, sinus infection, etc. at work. The provider brushed me off and said take some DayQuil and Sudafed together. I left feeling worse than when I arrived, and called my dr the following morning to schedule an appointment. Only to be diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection as well as an ear infection. Next time I will save my $50 co-pay and nearly 2 hours of my time to go to a real Dr. someone who will listen to me and not rush me out of their office without hearing my concerns or even looking at anything!
Please remove this from your website. This urgent care does not accept walk ins during their business hours. I showed up 40 minutes before closing and was sent away being told I needed an appointment. Not a single person in the waiting room and they wouldn’t take me in. The man working up front was very cold and unfriendly.Went in the next day and felt completely rushed through when I met with the doctor.
Both the nurse and provider were friendly, prompt, and professional. Took less than 10 minutes after I was taken back to be diagnosed and set about my way.
They were busy but were careful to treat us with respect and take care of our baby. They prioritized our child because of how hot our kid’s fever was, which was really appreciated.
Long wait tonight even after booking an appointment but the MA and MD/PA that I saw were both FANTASTIC!! They were incredibly busy tonight and both handled it with such grace. Give this ladies a RAISE immediately - they earned it!!
The staff was pleasant and helpful. They took care of my son in a professional, caring manner.Only problem was Rx got sent to wrong pharmacy. 😒
First visit took 5 hours got my name spelled wrong then sent to a different location for X-ray. My first follow up was sent to a different location after I arrived waited over an hour to be seen my name still misspelled. Second follow up the my name is still misspelled and they had me fill papper work out again. Waited almost 2 hours.
Very nice staff and provider’s I liked the electronic check in as well. Only one little glitch the prescription was sent to Dillons by mistake instead of Walmart (across the street). Staff was helpful getting it figured out.
Very professional staff and doctors. Made an appt for 9:15am. Wasn’t seen until noon. They took quite a few walk-ins ahead of their scheduled appts because they walked in before our appt time. Took a very long time for having a scheduled appointment
Both the nurse and the dr were excellent. We didnt feel rushed by either of them. The wait time, even with an appointment scheduled, was 1.5 hrs.
First and foremost the lady that said shes just filling in cannot accept appointments that they are open. So I asked if walk in is fine she said yes. I asked what her name was so I know who I spoke with. She replied with why does thatmatter what her name is. She is just filling in. I would say good job on costumer service and her kindness on the phone. Thats a red flag from the start
In massive pain, waited 45 minutes with no one waiting ahead of me. All they told me to do was take ibuprofen which I have already taken and tried everything. Thanks for nothing!!!!! No compassion whatsoever. UPDATEThey reversed my co-pay in the office and then sent me a bill in the mail for 4 minutes of time seen and nothing done for me. Avoid this place.
Was able to be seen pretty quickly. They listened to my concerns and took great care of me. Dr and nurse were great.
Called first thing in the morning, she said I didn’t need an appointment, went in and she said she was not able to take any walk-ins. I needed an appointment. So she made the appointment for 1 o’clock at 3 o’clock. I canceled the appointment and went home because they never called me to see the doctor. What a waste of time!!
Great place to spend a day. Book an appointment at 9am and you might be back to see the doc by 11:45 on a fast day! Might get to leave by 5pm.
My experience at urgent care was excellent. The wait time was reasonable and the receptionist was helpful. I really appreciated the care provided by the nurse practitioner. She listened to my needs and talked with me about my symptoms and made a plan through proper medication to help my body recover. I am on my way to recovery! I recommend this facility!
Extremely friendly and professional staff. They were very helpful and kind. Glad that’s where I decided to take my daughter.
At least the PA/Doc was honest and told us we needed to go to a hospital ER since their blood work system did not have a fast turnaround. But it did not solve the issue so I feel it was a waste of my time, their time and my money.
We had a great experience. We made an appointment and were in and out in an hour Everyone was kind and patient and knowledgeable.
I had a scheduled appointment and still had to wait more than 30 minutes to be seen. Don’t accept/agree to any treatments or tests unless you’re ready to pay for it. I was double charged for a flu test because the nurse that did the first test messed up so they had to do another one. I wasn’t running a fever nor was I displaying any symptoms of the flu outside of having body aches. They proceeded to do a test for Flu, Covid, and Strep (none of which came back positive) before I was even seen by an actual Dr. All in all, it was a waste of my time and money and I didn’t feel like I received any real care. Would not recommend going here.
My 13 month old grandbaby was misdiagnosed and passed away 36 hours later…I just took my 10 yr old and there was no doctor there. They sent me a link to my phone to do a zoom visit… no one there to look in her throat or listen to her lungs… Nurse at school heard weezing that the main reason for her visit…Never heard of an urgent care without a doctor….Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere…
I am disgusted with the fact that I have to pay over $200 out of my pocket for at 15-30 minute visit at this clinic. I realize that my son was tested for flu, strep and COVID but the amount of money you charge for EACH of those tests on top of the office visit is ridiculous. This is just another gross example of what is wrong with our healthcare and priorities in this country. I will not be going back to any of these clinics. Also, please do not respond with how sorry you are to hear this. Make changes, do better.
MOST UNPROFESSIONAL!My visit was the most unprofessional experience of my life for a so called Medical provider. This place should be closed down, they’re not a professional facility. They don’t even deserve the one star I had to give them for the review. For starters, all personnel were very rude. I arrived shivering with a 102 fever, sinus drainage and coughing. I felt it was one of my yearly sinus infections or the Flu. First red flag was when the vitals nurse asked me what I wanted to be tested for. (Flu, Strep or COVID) I didn’t realize I was the one calling the shots here. I chose the Flu, she swabbed me and put me in a separate room. Next, a so called PA came in to ask more questions. He never looked in my nose, throat, ears or listened to my lungs. (Which I commented about) He said my flu test was negative and that the flu rate across the nation was extremely low right now. (So why didn’t you tell me that when I chose the flu test?) All he wanted to do was push a COVID test. I declined that test because of their unprofessionalism and my frustration with their lack of effort. Why wouldn’t you even look in a persons nose, throat, ears or listened to their lungs? Why would I give you any more of my money. I commented, “Nobody’s doing anything” and I got up to leave. He commented, “then we’ll get back to doing nothing.” I commented after a chuckle, “take pride in that buddy!” This place doesn’t deserve your time or money, seek help elsewhere.
The front desk lady was wonderful to keep us updated but the wait was one and a half hours, glad we didn’t have a real emergency.
I had two bad experiences this week and last week last week they prescribed me with the wrong medication this week the staff were gossiping about multiple patients and one of them being me. They had also prescribed me with a prescription that made the sickness worse.
Called at 7:11 pm to ask if they could see us before they closed at 8 pm. They said no problem. Arrived at 7:30 pm and was told they werent going to see anyone else and I would have to schedule my child with 102 degree temperature for the morning. Completely wasted our time when we could have been driving elsewhere and took no ownership of the situation. Update: Because Wichita has no other urgent care facilities open after 8 pm on Sunday nights, this led to an ER visit, which we just learned cost $1,100.
They got me in quickly on my lunch break and gave me everything I needed to feel better. My condition already feels improved today. Really appreciate the ease of service, and they always treat me so kindly.
My granddaughter had an earache so we brought her to Next Care due to her insurance. The provider did not introduce herself when she came in to do the examination. We were notified by Dillon’s that her prescription was received before we even got informed from anyone of her diagnosis!! No discharge instructions were spoken…we had to read them from the discharge sheet. Overall, it was a very impersonal experience and will more than likely not be returning to this facility.
Dont set an appointment here. Or do if you wanna be a walk in anyway. 30 minutes past the appointment time. Joke. The front desk said its not actually an appointment its more of a heads up for them that people are coming. Gag.
Very expensive but I guess at least when you leave you don’t have to worry about getting random bills in the mail.
Made an appointment online because we needed X-rays, and their website listed X-rays as a service.Drove an hour to the clinic, but when we attempted to check in we were told X-rays werent available at that location. The website should be updated.
Attentive and knowledgeable FPN, friendly nurse. It is a cumbersome sign-in process only available on a cell phone. I had a very long wait (2hours) and I dont think the people with appointments got in any sooner. Overall good experience.
The staff here was incredibly kind, considerate and sweet. When youre not feeling good and need some TLC this is definitely the place to go.
Dont book an appointment online you will wait for 2 hours past your time and walk ins have priority...terrible place
The place is clean, staff was really nice. However, the transfer of my prescriptions got lost in the computer so I had to wait another 24hrs. It was very difficult considering how sick I felt. 😫 Bad computer!!!
Dont make an appointment, just walk in.Went and made appt around 11:15 am, earliest appt available 4:30. Took it. Got there around 4:20. I still had to wait for walk-ins ahead of me. After waiting 1.5 hours to see a doctor/nurse practitioner I told them I appreciate what they had done but I was going home to bed. They are very nice people.
Made an appointment online. Did the paperwork online. Check in online. Got in and out quickly without a wait. Very clean facility, friendly staff. Overall Great experience.
We had a very long wait even after booking online. But, once we were in the staff worked very hard to get my daughter tested, diagnosed, and treated. I wish they had more than one provider on staff because they could have easily gotten through people much faster. We had an appointment for 6:30 and were told arrive 15 minutes ahead so we did, and we left the clinic at 8:30pm. It seems like a long time when you are hurt or sick.
I brought in my sick 10mth old. The staff and physician were amazing! They were so gentle with her and so kind. They took their time to listen to my concerns and treated us wonderful. We also got right in and seen quickly! I can not say enough great things about our experience. I would definitely recommend our provider.
This had to be one of the best experiences Ive ever had at any Urgent Care facility. The staff was attentive and took my complaints seriously, offering treatment expeditiously and multiple times until they were happy with how it affected my health. I appreciate the caring approach from all of the staff and it made me feel that I was being well cared for. The meds I was prescribed were spot on and my pneumonia is rapidly clearing up. Thank you for being there and for your kind, considerate care for me. I appreciate you!Judith Goodman
Did not have to wait long, everyone was nice from check in and nurse and doctor!
Great clean comfortable facility. Promo serve. Staff wonderful and very concerned and committed. Will certainly recommend to anyone needed care with great providers.
The APRN was nice and knowledgeable. However, no one ever called me about my imagine results.
Went in with some congestion and ended up having Covid. Wait time was longer but they immediately let me know what was going on. I was seen and treated for all the issues that were found. Love this place and the staff so much.
I waited for to be seen for an hour even with an appointment. I then waited for other hour. I could hear the nurses saying they didn’t know who was in my room and then they came in and said the dr left. I left with no prescription or diagnosis.
The entire staff was very caring, and the wait time was nothing which was appreciated while not feeling well. Thanks goes to everyone for all your good service!
Had an appointment for 1:30 but they let walk ins ahead of me and I ended up waiting three hours to be seen.
Not too bad not too good. It was short care and medication didnt take care of pain. Only a little
Had a scheduled appointment but still waited for 30 minutes in the waiting room and saw the doctor for maybe 5 minutes when they said to call a specialist on Monday and sent me on my way.
Dr. Shelley is awesome along with the nurses and the guys behind the front desk. They made it a very pleasant experience. Glad I picked this one.
I was going to make it 5 stars since they were very fast and helpful to my face, but as i was waiting to be picked up after i heard them laughing and making fun of me for my anxiety during the visit. 🥲 still, very helpful and didn’t embarrass me as i was being treated, so thank you for that.
The receptionist was rude. She didn’t even look at me. I was told no appointments were available and I would have to wait for an hour to be seen. She wouldn’t take my name to put me on the wait list and wouldn’t take any info at that time. I sat close to the reception area and this confused not just me, but lots of people who came in. Seems like a weird way of doing business. After over 2 hour wait, I was finally seen. The nurse practitioner was great, nurse that checked me in was good too.
I checked internet open til 800 drove across town and arrived at 730 they were SORRY as not taking walkins even though the website said 800 they were unyielding sons hand eas cut and bleeding Americas health system could do without these people shame on them
All we needed was a blood draw. We waited an hour and thirty minutes for this. The lady taking the blood seemed to have no experience. She kept saying I’m not getting any blood, no blood is coming out, I don’t know what’s wrong. Then blood went everywhere outside of the vial. We didn’t get the test we went there for. We will not be back.
This place treated me like trash because I didn’t have insurance. The receptionist had me stand at the window after checking in for minutes before I asked if I could sit down. Then after I sat down for one minute called me back up for payment. My new credit card was having issues. I was called back sat in a room for 30 minutes then was told they couldn’t see me until I paid the $300 which seems outrageous but I needed it. My card was having issues still. I asked if they could send a bill and the woman gave me a smug look and said they don’t do that. Would not recommend.
If ever I visit this clinic. I will ask what is being called in. Didnt recieve any kind of z pack or antibiotics. Only one of the prescription met my condition. I lived long enough to know the prescription that should be prescribed.
Online check in and forms do not work on phone also shows on website they can do X-ray’s but that is false so was not seen just wasted my time and went somewhere else
Awesome! They were quick, proficient, professional. Thank you for your help!
They could not help me at this facility bc they were not equipped to do labs or get a CT scan. The doctor advised me not to wait 24-48 hrs to be seen and informed me of which ER would, typically, have a shorter wait on a Wednesday evening at 7pm. I followed his advice and St. Theresas got me in before I could even fill out the paperwork. I developed more severe issues while in the ER...severe enough to admit me. Thank you to the doctor/PA on duty at NextCare!
Very rude physician! Cannot remember her name, but was told by staff she normally works at the Derby location and fills in at Maize Rd.
We had a very mixed experience. I checked in my son about 90 minutes before closing time. As we got closer to closing, the woman at the counter was very helpful and reassured us that we would be seen regardless of what time they closed.Once the nurse called us back 19 minutes past closing time and I explained that we were here to have my sons small open finger wound looked at and possibly stitched, the nurse was put out that the procedure might take a long time and came up with excuses for us to leave so she could go home. She said we were killing her. We had been waiting for almost two hours and a doctor friend of mine recommended that we get it looked out, so I insisted we stay. The doctor, however, was very patient and attentive to my son and helped him to not be afraid during her examination.Overall, I didnt appreciate how the nurse treated my son at all (we were all tired and wanted to go home), but I was thankful for the doctor and office staff.
Short staff been here since 545 pm and I am know in the back room waiting to be seen for a basic physical it’s 755 pm. I plus they took my money up front so I can’t leave. Just annoying I’m praying for patience!!!😖
I didnt like having to fill out all the paperwork digitally on my phone just so they could ask me the same questions in the interview room. The Doctor was amazing and I would definitely go back again.
NextCare Urgent Care on Maize Road is the absolute best Urgent Care in town! All the staff is awesome...especially Yesica R. She went above and beyond to help us, and she was very kind! Theyre all very polite and the facility is very clean! Also the Doctor, Dr. Bawl, is amazing! I love nice people, and everyone there was extremely nice, and they took wonderful care of us! I would highly, recommend NextCare Urgent Care! I am bringing all my family! I truly appreciate the kind care my family and I received!
I received the care that I needed in a fairly short wait time. Being able to complete paperwork and find an appointment online was very easy and accessible.
Great staff! They were quick to help, the MA was super kind to my son and patient, only thing was doctor dismissed the initial concern but all is well.
I am so thankful for next care. Every time we have a need we are able to get in quickly and without waiting. Today we saw a nurse practitioner from Hutchison Kansas who was wonderful. She was very wise. , personable and also answered a few questions outside of the reason we were there. Also, the lady who checked in was very sweet & personable which I love. I would suggest this clinic to everyone especially if you want a great medical practice plus kind people who care!
Great staff and no too long of a wait. The facility was clean an tidy forcomfort.
I went in for a fast heart rate. Didnt get an EKG but am under 30 and no excessively high heart rate. Care provider was very clear and helpful, no long ramblings, easy to make a joke with, and gave simple non hyper-qualified statements/advice. It was actually nice to compare notes to find what medicine believed of current diet and exercise, since many online articles dont specify round numbers but rather vague words like some exercise or less fat. The system was much more streamlined compared to a previous visit, only had to enter personal info once, and thankfully no video chat service.
Appointment was easy to schedule on line. I was seen promptly. All of the staff were very kind and professional.I am taking 2 stars away from my original review. I was in around 9-10 this morning. The staff was nice and attentive but they were supposed to send an antibiotic to my pharmacy. It is now 3:15 and still no antibiotic. I have been on hold for almost 15 minutes and no one has come on the line.I’m really disappointed.
I always make an appointment so I am in and out. The staff is always great!
It went well. Due to a surprise of a appointment with my my doctor that was canceled by the staff. I took vacation to go to appointment and they said no appointment. Yes I was very unhappy about it. No phone call was made to or my wife about cancelation.
I never leave reviews but felt I needed to with this place. Scheduled an appt for 2:30p and waited almost an entire hour after that to be seen. Wasn’t too big of a deal, as I understand there are lots of people sick. Front office and lady who did my vital were very kind. Once the FNP, Jody Morrison, saw me, my experience was not great by any means. She didn’t knock when entering my room, didn’t introduce herself, saw me maybe 3 minutes and was very dismissive of my symptoms. Basically made me feel stupid for wasting her time. I was spoken over when I was talking and wanted to ask questions but felt rushed so stayed silent. Prescribed me amoxicillin and sent me on my way. It took her longer to print papers out that says I have a cough for unknown reasons and sinusitis than it took her to actually see me. My husband was with me and he even told me he thought she was so condescending when we got to the car and she really downplayed my symptoms and he never says stuff like that. I’m really disappointed in the care I was provided and shouldn’t be charged my $50 copay to literally have NOTHING done for me and been seen for less than 5 minutes. Will never go to them again.
The staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I only waited about 10 minutes to be seen.
If only all medical establishments operated in this manner. The staff was absolutely awesome. The doctor here is phenomenal…and I don’t say that lightly. She actually communicates and was so kind!!Always my back up when I can’t get into my doctor!!!!!
I scheduled an appointment for my daughter and waited an hour and never got in so I came back later. They were able to get me in but I waited an hour in the room with my two very young kids.. it was a really frustrating experience and my poor infant is really sick. This is the second experience of waiting for a long time but it’s been by far the worst one. I would never write a bad review from one negative experience so this being our second and a really bad one, I felt I needed to say something. Hopefully the staff members can figure things out.
The wait was quite long - but the care was fabulous. I am very appreciative of the thorough work up and explanations as well as the attentiveness of the nurse practitioner. While we were waiting I was thinking I would never go again because it was hours of waiting, but now I plan to return if needed and take advantage of the online check in to save wait time.
The doctor was very nice but I waited in a consult room for an hour and a half until she finally arrived. Everything else was satisfactory.
In Wichita for the week and my little one got sick and wasnt feeling normal. They got us in and took great care of her. The staff was very pleasant and kind.
Dr. Farhar is very sweet, caring, excellent bedside manners..!!! She took very good care of my son, made him feel very cared for. She explained everything in detail. I will definitely recommend her to any of my family or friends.
Next care for me is absolute. clean and organized and Best of all comfortable. An In and out experience for me is what I look forward to when I’m not feeling myself and they nailed it. Angelica and Jo made a quick yet thorough check up. Front counter was also great though I checked in online for everything. Thank you !
My visit it Urgent Care went very well. The stuff treated me very well and I was please with the care I received.
Available appointment, helpful front desk, nice tech, and a provider that listened. Glad to have found this place in the middle of a cross country road trip.
Wait was over a hour with an appt. Staff was friendly.
Very long wait despite an “appointment” and they sent the prescription to the wrong store. The NP was great, though. It’s just the admin side that lost stars.
Had an appt at 4pm that I scheduled previously. Have been waiting over an hour when I go to the desk and the receptionist says oh I’ve been trying to get ahold of you I need your insurance card and copay. I’ve been sitting directly in front of her this entire time. Meanwhile I was first in line bc of my appt while others are being called back. It seems like every time I have came here it is ALWAYS A RIDICULOUS wait. it does not matter if you schedule an appt or walk in. Highly do not recommend. Have another appt in an hour and still have not been seen. I have worked in medical for 20 years and this is the most ridiculous place I have been to. Will not come here again. Other patients have been leaving bc of the wait and no response on wait time. When you are in the medical field, you are here to SERVE OTHERS. Not make them feel unvalued and not seen. 10/10 do not recommend this location.
Be prepared to wait hours past your appointment time. If you don’t have insurance or a miscommunication you have to pay $430 just for an office visit (outrageous). Customer service in billing is no help as well :)
Despite having it written in big bold letters on their website that they offer x-ray services, my husband and 4 year old were turned away this morning because they, in fact, DO NOT do x-rays. In an emergent situation, this is unacceptable and very poor business practice.
I really loved our visit. All the staff were fast, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recommend
Very helpful and I saw the Dr as intended.Thank you
Very professional kind and polite very good experience
The front desk person was nice. Thats the only thing keeping me from wishing I could give this place zero stars. The nurse I had seemed to hate her job and didnt seem to care about a word coming out of my mouth. The provider I had was Jody Morrison. She was very straightforward, bordering unfriendly. She seemed irritated that I was there. She made me feel stupid for the questions and concerns I had. I felt judged. In my patient portal I was able to see the chart notes from the appointment, and even those came across judgemental. She didnt ask me to elaborate on how I was feeling or when my symptoms began. She seemed to just want to get me in and out asap and acted as though I was a burden. I then heard her outside tell someone to tell the next person it would be a 45 minute wait. Why? There was only one car in the parking lot when I arrived and one when I left. While I waited about 20 to 30 minutes for the provider to come in, I heard staff outside the door complaining about other people. I understand needing to vent, but to do so when patients can hear you is very unprofessional. NextCare does not care.
Don’t plan on being in and out with an appointment. I have come here with an appointment over 3 times and have been waiting for hours each time.
Highly recommend scheduling online because they turned people away while I was waiting who were trying to get walk-in appointments. Overall the care was very professional and the facility is nice I would come back here in a pinch on the weekend or evening! Everyone was very nice.
Very caring and compassionate. The nurse was amazing and very supportive. FNP was very informative.
I was impressed with the professionalism and care I received when I wasn’t feeling well and wasnt able to get in to see my PCP. Even on a busy day, everyone was pleasant and easy to work with. If you have a need for urgent care, I would recommend NextCare!
I was diagnosed with a UTI and given half a prescription. I was told they wanted to be sure it was the right antibiotic for the bacteria and when the lab work came back in a few days they would call in the second half. When the lab work came back, it was the right prescription BUT they wanted me to have second appointment to get the second part of the prescription. There was no reason for another appointment other than they wanted more money. They knew the problem and the cure from the lab work. It was pure greed. I am furious.
Staff not very attentive or professional at all. Me and my son walked in I was not greeted I was not asked how I can be helped, lady at front desk was on her phone when she looked up at me I asked her if they can do blood work her doctors orders and she just looked at me and asked a group of nurses that were sitting in a circle talking and on their phone and they said no we dont do that here we dont do any lab work here you would need to go to Wesley or some kind of hospital for that and I said okay thanks and they didnt say youre welcome or anything they just sat back down and got back on their phones. I feel like my son and I was denied service because they simply didnt want to get off their phones and in their conversations wouldnt recommend going to the next Care on Seneca in the evening time.
Made my appointment online. Taken back for my appointment on time, seen by the Dr without a long wait. Answered my questions and explained necessary treatment thoroughly. Young lady who did my blood draw was wonderful. Overall great experience and it was open on the holiday.
Only go if you plan on being in pain for weeks while you wait for their test results! Ridiculous you’ll let people walk around with illnesses and broken bones for weeks before you treat them!!! sad excuse i will never return here!!!!I will letting people know you let me sit there for almost and hour an a half after my “scheduled appt” then you make me wait weeks in pain with no cray result. What kind of help do you provide exactly?
The negative reviews are not lying. I scheduled online and arrived nearly 30 minutes early to my scheduled time and still waited two hours. I would have been alright with this, they were understandably busy on the weekend, if it were not for the rude staff and horrible care. The receptionist was often on her phone and kept getting up and leaving the desk, leaving the customers who were arriving confused and waiting for long periods of time before they could even check in. Once I finally got called back the doctor (Vannie Nguyen) only saw me for about 10 minutes and only gave me a strep test, which came back negative, and told me I must just have a cold and sent me out. She was very rude and short with me, which I understand that they were probably busy and stressed but there didnt seem to be any effort. She didnt give me time to explain what was going on and seemed annoyed with me so I left with what I later found out (the next day at my FREE college nurse) was a double ear infection and a burst eardrum. Vannie looked in my ears for not even a second each and would have caught my ear infections before they got worse if she had taken the time to actually try to listen to and help her patient. Also, there were many nurses in the back just chatting and laughing, seemingly doing nothing as the waiting room was packed with sick adults and children. If you can avoid coming to this urgent care, do so at all costs. Dillions little clinic is a much better option if you can get an appointment; they are much kinder and more helpful. Do not come here if you dont enjoy wasting your money and time.
The Nurse Practioner that we saw was great. But the wait time is extensive. We waited for an hour and they only called back two people in that amount of time and only two came out. Im not sure what takes so long.
Was seen pretty quickly. The nurse as friendly and the doctor was great! I will come back when I need urgent care
Very friendly staff and wait was not bad. Ran tests and asked great questions to try and figure out what was wrong. Nurse was nice and great with child.
Don’t waste your time! Booked an appt. Received confirmation, took kid out of school, arrived to find the doors locked and no sign of anyone during posted open hours and after confirmed Appt messages. Go elsewhere.
TLDR; Seen quickly, but given poor treatment that threatened my partners life. They are able to see people quickly, which is their main benefit, but the service is not very good. I took my partner there and found out she had a serious infection. They emailed the lab results, but did not reach back out within 24 hours. When we made our own appointment the next day, we were criticized for not waiting for them to call back. She was prescribed medication that did not help the infection. After her infection got worse, we went to a PCP who criticized the treatment of the clinic and said that my partner could have died from the infection if she had continued on the wrong medication. The PCP was very clear that the correct treatment was very well known by doctors.
Never use any of these places. I paid my bills for my kids and they put double payment on an account and not on the other. Then a year later I get a call from a collection agency. I call nextcare and they verified they messed up and will fix it. Then a month later I get another call from a collection agency about the same issue. Call back and they say we documented it but didnt actually do it, let us fix it for you. TERRIBLE BILLING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. They had double payment and didnt EVER notify me. But sent the bill to collections anyways. Shady shady shady.
Nurses were amazing! Very kind and and understanding. The reason why I give two stars is because I wait over 4 hours in the lobby and another hour in the waiting room. It’s not fair that these nurses were understaffed and not receiving help from other facilities! Do better!
I’m giving two stars because I’ve visited before and had a good experience but this most recent visit was dreadful. From the get go the nurse who saw me seemed like she was ready for me to leave and was very dismissive. I went in for ear itching and pain, particularly my right ear, and BEFORE she even looked in my ears she had already decided that the reason my ears were irritated was because I was eating too much sugar. She then fixated on my left ear, as it was clogged, which is fair except she barely spent any time examining my right ear which was actually in pain. She then reiterated that I had a fungal infection from eating sugar and that I “needed to cut out all sugar, bread, and potatoes” from my diet “although if you really have to you can have a quarter of a potato”. Which honestly felt insulting and rude. On top of that she told me to pour olive oil into my ear (??) but I noticed on the paper she gave me to take home she said NOTHING about olive oil and instead suggested to go to the store to get over the counter ear drops, which she did not even mention to me as an option while I was there. This morning my right ear is in excruciating pain, to the point I can’t talk, and I’m beyond frustrated that I have to go to my primary doctor and waste my time some more for something I should have got help for when I came here.
My appointment was at 4:30, did not get called back until 5:15 and finally got seen by the doctor at 6:25. I got a script and asked them to send it to a certain pharmacy. When we got there I had to call the urgent care and ask them to send it again. Probably wont go there unless I absolutely have to.
I show up for what I assume is an Immediate Care five minutes before they close and I’ve been told that they’re not taking any patients and that I can schedule an appointment for the next day. WTH!! Why doesn’t there website say we have the right to say we’re not taking any patients right now so come at your own risk. HORRIBLE customer service!!
I made an appointment online for the very next day. I scheduled my appointment for 8am (first apt of the day). We waited 30 minutes just to go back to see someone, and weren’t actually seen by a physician until 8:45! Went in for an X-ray for my daughter due to a fall and they didn’t have a tech there to accommodate. Went to the place that they recommended for an X-ray and their machine was down! Finally found a place (on my own) that was able to take an X-ray… they said they would get the results to the prescribing Dr within a few days.(which would be the practitioner at nextcare) It has now been over 2 weeks and I haven’t heard a thing! Tried calling nextcare several time and nobody answers the phone!! Complete lack of care and compassion for their patients. I will never be back!
Appointment was quick and efficient. We made an appointment. We were a little late being called back but not bad. MD seemed caring and talked me through what was needed for my injury. Visiting from out of state.
I was a bit skeptical using this facility after reading some negative reviews but they were the only ones open so I took a chance and was very happy I did.I checked in at 7:25pm and they closed at 8pm. I was apprehensive we would be turned away but they saw us and stayed open to get us through the appointment. (Dillon’s clinic turned us away because we showed up at 7:09 and last patient was accepted at 7 even though their website says 7:30pm)The staff was very caring, attentive and reassuring our little guy would be okay. Our FNP was very knowledgeable and everyone was very patient with our little guy not feeling well and being uncooperative for most of it. Thank you all again! He is doing much better today!
The wait was much better than going to an e.r., and I totally understand being understaffed, it’s not the clinics fault it’s the height of cold/flu/respiratory season. Thankful to be seen on Super Bowl Sunday.
Front of house and administrative staff here are amazing. I felt really bad because the staff was getting chewed out by a patient when I was waiting in the waiting room. I thought she was a little unreasonable for being mad about the care.Until I saw the provider. Granted, the site says this location offers x ray. It doesnt. It does say they treat injuries. I had an injury. I did have a lengthy wait despite the app saying no one was ahead of me. Fine. I saw the provider for less than a minute, who moved my arm around. Then told me I could either go to Wesley and wait or drive 20 miles to the Derby clinic to get me immediate care. I took her advice and drove. The staff in Derby was also kind and friendly. They did an x ray and called the original provider, who told them to tell me to go. Confused, I let and received a call telling me I didnt have a break and to take pain pills, as well as some vague generalizations about inflammation. When I asked if she had seen inflammation, she said no.I had informed the provider that I do not take pain meds and that I was there for a tear, not a break. So I received zero actual care from the provider who did not look at the injury or provide any diagnosis or review anything themselves. If I receive a bill for anything other than administration and x ray fees, I will introduce your company to what an unethical billing lawsuit looks like. Also, I understand I was dressed sloppy today, because Im tired and Im in pain. But I can assure you I can afford care...I probably make three times more than your provider and would happily pay for care given, but I dont do bad medical practitioners. Your low scores are from your practitioner, not your administration staff.
There were circumstances out of the staff’s control that caused longer than usual wait time. The receptionist keep checking to make sure there was nothing we needed. My son was in for a high fever and she provided a pedialyte popsicle which lifted his spirits. Once we finally got back, the nurse and doctor took care of in a more than timely manner. I appreciate everything they did to take care of my little guy.
Go in at 7 and having an allergic reaction and they say they are not taking anymore walkins
The only suggestion I would make is if you have customers who made appointments you take them in and maybe take your walk ins every other appt patient. Putting everyone in the same exact list and taking them as they arrive makes making an appointment absolutely pointless. But staff was kind and efficient once we were back. The people who logged in and made an appt should get some sort of benefit for doing so. Thank you though for being efficient and courteous once we were back ❤️
Nurse was great the provider however was not.
I feel like with how little amount of people there were in the urgent care at that time, I could have had way less of a wait time for how little time the provider spent with me. Didn’t even actually get my full medical history or medication list. Frustrating to not be heard to say the least. I guess this is American Healthcare.
Fast and easy, the front desk lady was very nice, same as the practitioner, I do have to say that they do NOT HAVE A WAY TO TEST YOUR LUNGS IF YOURE HAVING POST COVID SHORTNESS OF BREATH, I didn’t hold that against them with the stars because it must be policy
Very convenient. Staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend and use their services again. The app makes being seen a lot easier.
The nurse and practitioner are both super understanding and patient. They are knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I highly recommend this place because of the staff
Check in was so easy. Didn’t wait long at all to get my vital checked. Yesica, Angelica and Joseph were quick and very efficient!! Very happy with my visit today.
There were TWO other people there and I assume they were waiting for a while too because I sat there for THREE HOURS with a appointment beforehand. A few other people I know had the same exact problem and when they actually were gonna get taken care of, they were told they were fine got charged $300 and it did not help.
They were all so amazing ! Definitely will go back again if we need there services.
No one seemed to care what was going on. Didnt even barely look at the spot and just told us the name of a medicine and left the room. They didnt tell us what they think it is or anything. I have never felt so disappointed in a provider... well definitely not be coming back.
Very friendly staff. If I could give those ladies 1000 stars I would. Even with a day that probably seemed very long with the current Flu going around, all the ladies that were there were still pleasant, still doing the best they could. I appreciate every one of them!It took a little longer then I was hoping for, but it was definitely expected.I will probably be using this facility more often. The only issue is when I checked online, it said “1 person a head of you” “walk ins welcome” there should be some kind of better indication on those two things. 1. There were 4 people a head of me when I went in and got all checked in, 2. They had to continue to turn people away, because there was no more reservations. In which, online it doesn’t seem like you would need one, when it also says “walk ins welcome” … very confusing.
The doctor that seen my daughter was very nice and communicated with me about everything that was wrong with my daughter. I highly recommend going her for your urgent care needs.
Went last week for mild illness, front end staff was sweet but somewhat distracted. Jodi? ARNP never introduced herself, told me to move out of the way and did a lot of other rude gestures. She seemed annoyed and was dismissive for the 1 minute total spent in the room. Ill go elsewhere in the future.
I went in on Sunday morning, its very time consuming to wait, but its an emergency place, so understable. I have to say that the gal Nicole who takes your vitals was the only one , she had no help with all the people in there to deal with. She was absolutely great, even with all the crazy she kept a great attitude and was very nice, very professional, also made me feel she cared all the way. She was a hero. That was my first time there , I will go back if I ever am needing emergency. Brandi Thurman
Provider was nice, informative and helpful. The front desk lady was also super nice and seemed to care about doing a good job which is something I don’t often see in comparison to other urgent care centers where they were rude, slow to respond, and didn’t seem care about my concerns. Would definitely go back again!
We didn’t have to wait long. We were in and out in less than 45 minutes. The staff was great! Very nice and caring.
I suggest going literally anywhere but here. I just waited for over an hour while multiple people that got there after me were let ahead of me. Finally the front desk lady called me up front to let me know I was going to have to pay full price for the visit because of my insurance. I have had this insurance my entire life and have NEVER had to pay a deductible or full cost of visit so that was incorrect on their part. I also should have been notified of that before sitting there for OVER AN HOUR.
My appointment was at 5:30pm I have been waiting for an hour. There was Noone here when I walked in. All you can hear through the glass door is laughing and horse playing. If I knew I wouldnt be seen on time I would have gone elsewhere. I wont be coming back!
Made appt and took 3hrs even with an appt time.
My daughter’s appointment with Joseph was definitely one of the best. He didn’t seem like he was in a hurry and he took his time with us and educated me on RSV. We need more of Joseph’s at every urgent care.
I made an appointment online which is what I would recommend for everyone if possible. The check in was really easy and they got to me within about 30 minutes of my appointment time. In total I was there less than an hour. I wouldn’t expect much more than that for an urgent care.
The wait was long even with an appointment however the ARNP was amazing and the nursing staff too
The care here was iffy. My nurse was barging in and out of my room, no knocks, and fairly sure she’s not certified cause a different nurse had to give me steroid shot. Go to the one on Seneca, they’re nicer and cheaper.
Got really good service and care from this place. Highly recommend!!!
Would give zero stars if I could. Waited there almost 2 hours (wasn’t told of a wait time when I did the online check in or when I got there) and there were only 2 other people in the waiting room when I arrived. I was hoping the new name would give a better experience than the last urgent care that was here but sadly this one is worse. When I asked how long the wait was after being there almost 2 hours, she said I was next but it could be up to 40 minutes bc the doctor was suturing a wound. Would recommend going anywhere over thisPlace.
Great help getting an appointment booked. Saw that there is an app, but the app sucks. Tried to create an account and it takes me on an endless sending of texts to activate my account and then says I have an account already. Ive never used this app. Tried several times and used a different email address and same thing happened.
The wait was long but that is to be expected at an urgent care. App is helpful to know how long your wait will be. Once I was taken back to a room the visit was very quick. Provider was very kind and knowledgeable.
Fast clean and helpfulGreat placeThey saw & understood by needsI was there maybe 30 minThe front desk person was caring the doc was amazing and sympathetic
This was our first visit to NextCare and I was very pleased! The receptionist was friendly and the facility was very clean. I scheduled on line and the wait wasn’t very long. I will use this clinic again.
Easy access and navigation thru their app, office and doctors staff very friendly and professional. Dr. Benbrook diagnosed me and I was in and out in a timely manner. I wasnt even halfway home when she called to let me know that my prescriptions had already been called in to my hometown pharmacy and should be ready when I get there. Later that day she called again to follow up. Great Service, this is the way it should be. I recommend them highly!!
Check-in was fast and the staff is very nice! I got in and out. Got the care I needed since I needed an appointment on a weekend. Thank you!
By far the worst urgent care place ever. The doctor saw me for all for 2 minutes and clearly didn’t know what to do she missed diagnosed me and wrong medicine to help. Which caused me to be in the emergency room a week later with worse symptoms than before. Never coming here again.
This location was open on a Holiday when basically all other locations were closed. I had to take a family member while visiting. Greeted by kind staff, RN, and very happy with FNP Vannie Nguyen who had wonderful bedside manner, worked efficiently, and had medicine sent to nearby open pharmacy in timely manner. Overall very happy with servive, staff, and Vannie. Also has good check in app.
May 2023 - Very easy online appt and checkin. All compassionate and caring. Vanny is wonderful.August 2023 - Wonderful, compassionate care. However, i dont think its right or fair that if a patient books an appt, does all the paperwork and checks on online and arrives 10 min early, they should have to wait for 4 walk ins who came in 10 before appt time and 3 of the 4 commented based on the Queue Board that having an appt, i souls have been seen ahead of them. Instead i waited over an hour. I respected the locations time, patient time should be respected as well.
Quick and Im very satisfied with the nurse she was very nice and check in was fast and easy the doctor gave very good advice 🙂
My appointment was at 820 am. I got there at 805 and the doors were locked. I stayed u til 820 and no one was there, so I left and went to a different urgent care.
First of all- I booked 2 appointment slots , before im seen the provider barges into the room and says i cant address all your problems so pick one, Im too busy. The entire waiting room EMPTY. 2nd, she comes barging in AGAIN while Im trying to swab my daughter and is extremely rough and rude. Doesny even introduce herself. 3rd, for one of my complaints...doesnt even look or evaluate. What the hell kind of provider are you? I have a better chance of getting treated properly at a gas station. DO NOT COME HERE. JODY MORRISON IS THE WORST PROVIDER . I have reported her to the board.
Horrible the person they had wouldnt service me I had a barthoyn cyst needing drained she didnt have the ability to do it I assume because she was too worried about her computer not working charged me to tell me they couldnt do anything, ended up having to go to the ER and every single one of them said they couldve done it , she had a full face of makeup on and when she looked at the cyst she said it wasnt anything I think she needs to learn new skills and be more honest in how they run their business .
Im thankful for the help I received. When I absolutely knew nothing about going to the doctor they provided me with all the help and information and was kind and patient with me. Their compassion meant so much to me.
Staff was very kind. The assistant that took us back (Nicole) was very kind and helpful despite my babbling. I’m a over-thinker and over explainer…..she didn’t make me feel like a idiot and I greatly appreciate that! The Dr. Was also very sweet! And I’ll be damn I didn’t even have to wait a hour for paperwork to leave! There was none!!! That’s a score!! 🤗🤗🤗
The in-house service was amazing. Everyone was great. But when I attempted to call back to ask about a prescription, it took me three attempts and waiting 20 minutes on hold each attempt otherwise everything was great.
Made us wait an hour after our scheduled time just to tell us their was nothing they could do to help and to go to the emergency room for testing, couldn’t even let us know if he had a concussion. Worthless
The doctor was kind, caring and understanding. She also gave a list of resources. The staff was also kind and caring. Would go back if I needed medical care again.
It was my first time going there and the staff was absolutely amazing, took very good care of me, very polite professionals and definitely would recommend seeing them if you are dealing with any health issues! Thank you UrgentCare! I appreciate it so much!
If you are elderly or immobile, do not go to this urgent care facility. The nurse practitioner gave the wrong instructions to the medical assistant on my wound dressing change. The nurse practitioner did not call in my antibiotic in a timely manner. They do not answer their phones. If I wasn’t a nurse and didn’t understand that you have to be your own advocate, I couldn’t imagine what would’ve happened. I had to return to next care the following afternoon because CVS has still not had my prescription called in. It was highly aggravating that I had to make another trip and to actually get my hardcopy of prescription. There’s lots of choices you can make in your healthcare, and I highly recommend reading reviews before you choose a provider that can make things better or make things worse.
I have no access to my records, I was told all documents were on the app if needed. The App is blank does not even show prior visits. Also nobody is answering the phone at the actual location nor the customer service line. Been in hold for 31 minutes. Not able to just log into the website forces you to use the app. The lady who finally answered was super nice and very patient and professional. Props to her for understanding my frustration.
Receptionist did not have the best social skills. She seemed to be annoyed when I preferred to fill out the paperwork instead of doing the QR code
