Worst healthcare experience of my life. I was the only person in the lobby when I arrived, yet I waited 20 minutes to even be checked in for my appointment, and a good while after that to be taken back to a room. The staff displayed either inattentiveness or incompetence. They took my blood pressure with my coat on. The NP referred to the professionals working with him as “girls”, and used his stethoscope over my jacket as well. He blamed “the girls” for not giving me a Covid or flu test, and then failed to order either test for me. I was left so long in my room the motion sensing lights switched off. A complete waste of two hours and my copay. Shame on Novant.
I do not normally do this, but I feel truly compelled to detail my recent experience at this facility in an effort to caution anyone who may be seeking medical attention here to take their money—and, even more importantly, their time—elsewhere. The utter lack of respect for patient time, privacy, and basic professionalism was bizarre, and the disorganization and incompetence were staggering.I had an appointment scheduled for 3:30 pm, and nearly half an hour after their 5:00 pm closing time, I still had not been seen. It was brought to my attention by another patient that the delays had started much earlier in the day. Had I been informed that they were running two hours behind when I arrived, I could have rescheduled. Instead, I was checked in, charged, and told I’d be seen shortly. It is unimaginable to show up to any appointment hours late and feel entitled to a providers time, and I expect my time to be treated with the same respect. While waiting, I was subjected to the unprofessional behavior of the provider, who felt the need to loudly read through patient charts at the desk positioned at the back corner of the waiting room. I assumed she was uploading information to MyChart between patients, and she seemed completely unbothered by the fact that her every word was being overheard. At one point, a previous patient called to ask a simple question about over-the-counter medication, and this provider had the audacity to make a smug, snide comment about how the patient had a question because she didnt want to wait for her discharge notes. If that patient had to wait HOURS to be seen like everyone else, I can only imagine why she wouldnt want to wait to get the notes that should’ve been added to MyChart anyway. I was incredibly put off by the providers attitude and, again, by how loudly and openly she had this exchange for everyone in the waiting room to hear.It only got worse from there. This provider couldn’t even find the proper equipment for a breathing treatment for one patient. This led to disruptions as staff had to question whether a room was in use because the patient and their family member kept coming in and out of the waiting room. To top it off, when a LabCorp technician asked about lab pickups, she laughed and openly admitted she had no clue where these materials were, suggesting he go find them himself. This level of incompetence is unacceptable, particularly in a medical setting. Normally, Id have more grace for anyone adjusting to an unfamiliar work environment (it was announced several times that the provider was new); however, in a medical clinic, the standards must be higher, and that’s no excuse for such an abysmal lack of basic medical proficiency. The provider’s complete inability to handle even the simplest tasks in a fast-paced medical environment was beyond clear. No new patients had arrived or checked in after me, and yet, well past their closing time, every treatment room was still full. At this point, I made the decision to leave before being seen because, frankly, I knew I’d be better off seeking care elsewhere—anywhere that values professionalism, patient time, and efficiency. If you value your money, time, or health, I encourage you to do the same.
Had an appointment at 2:15… got there 15 minutes early, and still ended up wanting 2 hours before being seen. Once seen, I then waited another 1.5 hours… as a fellow medical practitioner, I can say that the PA they assigned to me is as slightly better than incompetent. This is the second sickest I’ve ever been with a 103 degree fever, and feeling like I was drowning while breathing. I wish I could give it 0 stars and they are lucky they’re not getting sued over this. The ultimate miracle cure I was provided was mucinex and Flonase. What an absolute joke.
I was seen in a timely manner. The NP was GREAT. My symptoms were treated (I had a virus) and I responded well to the treatment. MANY THANKS
I am in NC from Maine, I had an illness arise on my last day, late in the day. I was turned away from three other clinics because they wouldn’t have time to register me and see me before close. GoHealth took me right in with EXCELLENT care. I am so grateful for the care I got and how compassionate the staff was!
Thought I had broken my toe. Made an appointment & checked in online and was in and out in under an hour, and that was with the X-ray tech coming from another clinic. I’ve never been in and out of urgent care so quickly. The clinic was clean and nice, too.Definitely recommend and I recommend making an appointment (“save your spot” I think is what the website calls it) and checking in online.
I only came in for a TB test and even with a “saved spot” I was seen way later than the scheduled time and even after I received care, I was informed to wait for a lady to come talk to me. It has already been an hour of me sitting in the room waiting for this person. This is ridiculous.
The immediate care and actual concern for my situation. I wasnt even aware of how my a shape I was in until it was explained to me well after I was able to calm down. They took great care of me, and were very deliberate in their actions and methods. It seemed everyone knew their places and knew how to perform their tasks perfectly.
We take our child here, only to be told we have to wait for 30 min but there is not a soul in the place. Pretty sure they were just trying to wait us out so they could go home. It worked. We left without being seen. Avoid at all cost. There is an Atrium urgent care across the street that is great.
Very professional and friendly staff and their service was greatly appreciated on a Saturday when my regular healthcare office was closed. I would not hesitate visiting them again as it was convenient, plenty of accessible handicap parking and I was dreading waiting to see my regular healthcare until Monday as I was in discomfort and needed help with an earache upon waking Saturday morning. Thanks Novant and Go Health!!
Great folks very caring. Easy to be seen. This is my second visit to this clinic. I will continue to use them for sure.
I liked the very kind and attentive attitude of the nurse and doctors, the quick diagnosis and the ability to communicate through a translator. Thank you very much for your attention and care for patients.
The last time I was here, my doctor ACTUALLY told me he DIDNT KNOW what was wrong with me and that if the issue continued, that I should go see a different doctor somewhere else. He also couldnt be bothered to spend any real time with me, dismissing my questions by suggesting he was too busy to answer them. The time before last, I scheduled an appointment and then wasnt seen until an hour after the appointed time. Whats even the point of an appointment?
The doctor and the nurse were so nice. I did have to wait because it was a little busy, but I did not mind just because of the hospitality and good customer service.
The physician on staff was very diligent and helpful. She was very good with breaking down her concerns for my health, and ensuring I could express my opinion, and ensuring I was comfortable and confident before leaving the room.
Excellent experience all around. Was able to reserve a spot in the virtual line online before I left my house and when i got there I was able to sit in my car until it was my time to go in (was able to go back a little before the expected time, which was great), which was very preferable to sitting in a busy waiting room in fear of contracting COVID from other waiting patients. The care provider took my situation very seriously and asked very good questions. The whole experience took me ~30 minutes which is amazing compared to the hours I’ve spent waiting at Urgent Care facilities in the past.
I didn’t have to spend a lot of time. I needed to have an X-ray. They were very nice and I guess my pain is from a fall. No broken bones
I love that you can go online and choose your appointment time. I chose the 1pm slot. Then, you just fill out all your information, take pictures of your insurance information, and submit it. When I walked in at 12:45, my name was already on the board, and I didnt have to give any more information. The staff was professional and courteous, from clerical to medical. Tracy Wyngaard, FNP, was my care provider. She diagnosed, treated, and had me on my way at 1: 56. If I have any more problems I will certainly return.
I had my first experience at Novant Urgent Care on Miller Street in Winston Salem, and was very happy with everything, including a hot cup of tea! Reception was friendly and efficient. I did not have an appointment, but did not wait long before seeing the NPA. His diagnosis surprised me, and I believe he was correct. He explained how he came to his diagnosis, and the problem is already clearing up.
2024. I wrote this review not long after I moved from Durham, North Carolina 4 year ago and was so frightened about finding a good place for urgent care in case of emergencies that did not require the ER. I have PTSD from a serious death of my father. I am not afraid and my blood pressure is never high there. I just had to go October 14, 2024 for a UTI. I’d never met this doctor and normally would have had a panic attack, but the staff was there that makes me feel like family. This is the best place to go. They are very caring, polite, courteous and professional. They never act nonchalant about the reason for being there. Yesterday, I went in to get tested for Covid and was scared today that it would be positive. I can’t tell you enough how they were so wonderful and caring. You can trust him.
Worst experience with the doctor in all my 41 years. I wish I had chosen anywhere else to be seen. Why does it take a doctor 5 shots to numb up one finger? It was still not even numb when she went to stitch it up. Then gets snappy and rude when I question her. Inadequate. The nurse on the other hand was kind. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that can provide adequate medical care.
If you like spending too much money being the victim of manifest incompetence or getting spoken down to by someone who isn’t fixing your problem, this is the place for you.
Being that I was a walk-in, not a scheduled appointment, getting in and out in 4 hours wasnt terrible. I really needed to be seen so I had to stay. I got the proper care I needed for my situation. The one negative, the nurse just wanted to tell her life story while Im not feeling well and I wished she had just gotten on with it.
Staff was exceptional. They were very busy but also took the time to really look after and care for each one of us patients as individuals. I could tell they really cared and werent there to just simply put food on their table.
I enjoyed the staff, loved the doctor’s energy. She really took care of me. It was a quick process, I was in and out! I would highly recommend if you’re in need of care, they’ll take care of you
Saw someone quickly, nurse was friendly, facility new and clean and Dr. very knowledgeable and helpful.
On thursd. Given drugs. Amoxicillan for upper resperstory infected. Went back today diag pneumonia. I go a LOT. Sicker over those 5 days. WHY!!!
Staff was very professional kind and caring and the FACITILY was so clean I will recommend anybody to visit their
I we went with 2 problematic and the nice PA promptly found my issues and called in 2 prescriptions. This is 3 days later and Im doing much better.
The PA listened patiently and prescribed the appropriate medication for my illness. I feel much better after just a few days.
I was seen by the Nurse Practitioner within a few minutes. She was very helpful in making me feel safe & her co-worker did also.
The staff is so friendly! They were able to work my son in quickly to get a rapid test done. The woman at the front desk was really nice and accommodating and the doctor was just as great! This is the second time she has done a rapid test on my son and she was amazing with him both times. I will be going here every time I have an urgent care need and cant go to our regular doctor.
I had an 8am appointment and arrived at the office at 7.55. I was yelled at by the lady at reception and was told to go back into the cold as the office didn’t open til 8What kind of health care is that??I left and called my PCP & he worked me inI had been to Miller St before and received good care-this lady today appeared new and should b fired-she obviously never took the HippocraticOath
Helpful, friendly, professional, convenient. Near Publix in the same building with Mayberry ice cream place.
We were able to get in on a timely manner and everyone was very pleasant.
I am so grateful to the staff and providers at GoHealth! They are always there for our family. I have been to this facility at least 4 times for myself and my children, and 1 time at the Hanes Mall location and have always received consistent , compassionate service. The hours are convenient and they really care about you.
Do not recommend this place due to billing practices. We are self pay patients. We were charged $135 at the time of visit which felt in line with other urgent cares we’vebeen to in the past. A couple days later we received a bill for $316 additional (so for a total of $436!) for the visit. My son did receive an injection, so I would not have been surprised for a small additional fee, but this feels exorbitant. I called to speak to a billing representative and they were not helpful at all. They told me there’s no base cost for a visit, and that no one in office has any idea what a visit or any procedures cost. I was also told that all their pricing is available online, but it isn’t. I would never have gone here if I’d seen these costs, and after talking to the rep I went to the website he gave me and scoured it for the pricing, but it’s not there. A couple days after our visit here we ended up back at the ER for my son’s breathing difficulty in the middle of the night, and the hospital bill was only slightly more than this place. I would not recommend going here where the pricing is outrageous and not transparent at all. My complaint is not with the doctor, it’s with this establishment’s billing practices.
Very prompt service.I used the hold my space option which helped me get an appointment with little wait time. The team members, wirh exception of the receptionist, were friendly and professional. She was a little rude so I do not feel that I can award 5 stars.I feel the diagnosis was accurate and treatment plan appropriate.
I had a wonderful experience at this center. Its strange to say you enjoyed a trip to urgent care, but every member of the staff was so friendly, I actually felt better just interacting with them. I was a walk-in patient and was seen quickly. A friend recommended this center, and Im glad I went and really grateful I was able to access such excellent care.
Not a helpful place or staffed by helpful people. At least not today. I consider urgent care to be a place to help people with urgent needs but not so urgent as to require an emergency room. When you show up within an hour of opening and are told they cant see you today and they make NO effort to try and help figure out how you can be seen today (either there or somewhere in their system), thats unresponsive to someone with an urgent need. And unhelpful. Thats what we found at the Miller street location this morning. We were told we could wait in our car outside but that it would likely be at least 3 hours before we might (or might not) be seen but we couldnt leave the premises and be accommodated in any way, even if we waited 5 minutes away.We drove to another location where we were also told they had no appointments available AND, however, they helpfully found and made an appointment for us at yet a third location for later today. It would have been nice, helpful, and decent for the Miller street personnel (we spoke with two people there) to offer to help us figure out how we might be seen today since thats what we indicated we needed.
The staff was prompt and friendly and open to listen to my issues. Diagnosed and given good medical treatment.
Fantastic service. There was no wait when I went on a Monday night at 6:50 PM. They checked me in quickly, took my insurance info, and told me I would be billed for any co-pay. I was back in a room in minutes and was being treated shortly there after. The staff ws very friendly and took great care of me. The place its practically brand new and super clean. About 20 minutes after waking in the door I walked out with three stitches and a flu shot for good measure.
Wait time was short and Im just Thankful that they were Open on a Sunday and they accepted Toddlers and Medicaid cause some places I tried did not So Thanks and Customer service was great, Nurse was great with my daughter and the doctor was wonderful
Greeted courteously. Upon arrival was apprised of possible wait time to exceed my expectations. Check in process was easily accomplished by phone.Courteous personnel and physician. Great bedside manner with opportunity to ask questions.
Such a friendly staff that got me right in quickly without having a prior appointment scheduled. I Will definitely be visiting this urgent care if needed again.
Went in feeling horrible praying for speedy service because I felt so bad. The nurse got me in and later the doctor came to visit. I was out of there in a hour. Great Job 👏 😀
Good doctors and nurses. They listened well, explained my condition well and the medication they prescribed reduced my pain fast. Ill go there again.
The appointment was made at the very last minute and I was kind of feeling manic and the doctor totally put me at ease spoke to me in a way I could understand and prescribe me exactly what I needed and it helped, so happy that my roommate set this appointment up for me, and if I know anybody that needs any urgent care thats exactly where Im sending them!
Bennett, PA-C, was absolutely amazing with my mother! Nurse was very polite! No wait time! Plus my mother can be a little stubborn but she was handled with such charm! Thank you very much because my sister and I was very concerned that day. Highly recommend!
I am Black female who came to this urgent care not feel my best they Covid tested me which came back negative.. They took my copay of 50.00 and the Doctor told me to gargle with warm salt water. Yes I’m Black and I guess I would be fine .. If I came to the doctor clearly I’m not doing well. So thanks for nothing and taking my 50 dollars. By the way He tell me my throat is Inflamed and red guess there nothing he could have give me that would have help the inflaming in my throat..
They exceeded my expectations at Miller Rd and was very nice to me and treated me like someone and not like a number. However the one on Fairlawn I would not recommend anyone to use them. They was very rude and would not help...
I booked an appointment for my grandma with this facility in advance for 7 p.m. the next day. Reached to the facility and they were closed. My grandma was in serious pain and needed to see someone that night. I get off at 6 p.m. so I could not pick an earlier time. Lucky there is another urgent care less than a mile away so my grandma was taken care of. If this facility closes at an earlier time it needs to be posted on the website and appointment after closing time should be taken off the website.
This was absolutely the worst urgent care I have been to. The receptionist at the front was very rude and she didn’t want to be helpful at all but wanted to ensure that I was wrong instead of trying to find a solution. Didn’t get her name but she had blond hair with glasses and shaved side of her head and acted like she didn’t care about what my concerns were in trying to find the right place for the care I was needing. This was on Friday the 4th at 11:38am. Never will go to that location ever again. Super unprofessional establishment.
The women there were nice and helped me as soon as I walked in. It was my first time there
I do not recommend this clinic! I am sick (not COVID) and came to get help. I arrived at 4:16, 45 minutes before closing. When I opened the door they stopped me and asked me to wait outside (in 85 degrees, really!?). The nurse came out and asked me if I had an appointment, I said I didn’t since it states we can walk in. She then said they couldn’t see me because “we’ve got 3 walk-ins ahead of you and we couldn’t get to you before 5, and we close.” Direct quote. Thanks for helping the sick.
Woke up with the worst pain and walked into this Urgent Care facility as soon as it opened on Thanksgiving Day. Daphney, seeing that I was in physical pain, quickly typed in my info and rushed to quickly give the tests I needed to determine what was wrong. From there I waited less than 5 minutes to see Haseena, the nurse practitioner, who listened to my concerns and gave me options for treatment. It didn’t even hurt giving a vial of blood as the woman doing this work, Marietta, knows what she is doing. All women went over and above the call of duty and surpassed my expectations. The nightmare I woke up to was def mitigated by them and I’m grateful that they are skilled and working on Thanksgiving Day. Many thanks to you wonderful women!
Had an appointment today at 9am at Miller St location. Don’t know who the provider was for today. He ADAMANTLY REFUSED TO SEE ME BECAUSE THE NURSE COULD not get a oxygen reading because my fingers were cold. I also had trouble breathing. There are other ways to get oxygen readings. Turned away for care by the provider but big shout out to the receptionist and nurse there today. I wish I had your names. Thanks for trying to help a stranger, a POC and a Muslim. And they put “cancelled” in the system due to No Show! SMH. This is medical care for POC today! There should be an option for “provider refused to treat based on race, culture etc”.
I had a wonderful experience at the Urgent Care Center. Everyone was kind, efficient, and the facility was very clean. The outcome couldn’t have been better.
Went in today for diagnosis of minor eye problem. Monique was friendly and personable. Haseena was thorough, knowledgeable, and gained my confidence quickly. I will use this facility exclusively for minor health problems going forward. Delightful people to provide quality care.
We reserved a spot for a covid test and they got us in and out quickly. All of the staff members were friendly and kind. A couple people arrived while we were there as walk-ins and they were checked in and treated kindly as well.
I went in for a suspecred broken toe. The bedside manner and professionalism displayed was off the charts! There was no wait. Everything the doc said she would do was done before I was discharged. Definitely top choice for my family for urgent care! Thanks guys!
Great place great people! My daughter got a deep cut today, we went there, staff really friendly and provider really good with the stitches and the sense of humor managing the situation. Great job team!! Thank you!
I traveled from Montana and develop cold symptoms and only had about 15 minutes to get a rapid test before the facility closed. I showed up at the West Highland location and a woman name Emily helped me over the phone. They were unable to test me for Covid at that site but she was so kind and empathetic and went above and beyond her job, especially at the end of the day to make sure I was taken care of. She directed me to another facility that could take care of me and called them ahead of time, to let them know I was coming. After a long day of travel and feeling sick and worried if I had Covid or not, Emily was so kind and helpful; she was a true gift to me during a difficult time. Once I was directed to the new location, A physicians assistant, Bradley, came out and was also incredibly kind, understanding, and professional. I assume they get bombarded with lots of people getting tested for Covid and I felt like I was treated as if I was the only patient. I felt important to them and not just a number. I will be eternally grateful for the care I received here in Winston Salem at both of the Novant GoHealth locations!
Wow! I am so impressed! The NP I had and I wish I knew her name...short black hair...she was so friendly and amazing! She literally gave me everything I needed instead of sending me away like the Novant urgent care did off of Hanes Mall and I got so bad after my visit I was in the ER! The PA was not good! I told him I needed prednisone and an inhaler and he was like ....no. Well this lady, she offered it without me asking for it and within hours of taking it I was better! So I Love this mystery nurse practitioner! I’m trying to call to her and see if she practices anywhere else full time. The other thing she did that no one has ever done is she listened to my breathing fully. “Take a deep breath.”” And she moved the stethoscope and didn’t move until the full exhale. Does that make sense? And she did six compartments of my lungs - even though I think there’s four lines, she listens to all six and took her time! Wow! So impressed! Best urgent care experience!!Another note, I sent my uninsured daughter who got cut at work on a piece of metal to get a teranus shot. She didn’t want to ask her employer (#paintyourpot in apex apparently the owner is not someone she felt comfortable asking so I paid for it). This urgent care only chafed $70 when everyone else was asking over 100 for an emergency tetanus shot. So I thank them for that doe an uninsured 26 yo and a mother who paid for it that has her own finances to deal with and not rich.
Would not go here again, the staff was extremely rude. Took days to get the appointment for Covid testing at this site as they said nothing was available, but while sitting and waiting saw three people walk in with no appointments and were told they would be seeing that day if not immediately. All three non-symptomatic, but we were here for Covid symptoms. also tried to charge me upfront for a Covid test without even billing my insurance.
This past weekend was the 2nd time that I visited this location and I was very pleased with the attention given by staff and especially by Valerie Merrill, PA. She is so attentive and her concern for the patient is very obvious. I recommend this location as an option to going to an emergency room. This location is very updated as in equipment and the importance of cleanliness in regards to this COVID-19 is remarkable.A huge thank you to the staff at Urgent Care - Miller St. location.
Wayyyyy too long of a waiting time! I waited 4 hours. Then they took my identification, didn’t give it back, and then threw it away! And was rude like I shouldnt have been upset. I WILL BE REPORTING ASAP
I have always loved this urgent care. Today I called to make a. Appointment for my 3 little girls who are highly allergic to poison sumac. My girls have it in their eyes, nose and mouth. We were instructed to go here since they are novant (same as my daughters doctor) they refused to see my girls and give them the steroid which were requested by their doctor
Nice to make an appointment and not have to wait a while. I got in early which was good. Doctor Tracy was totally awesome and explained alot of stuff to me. The place was clean. If need to return to an urgent I will come here.
The website definitely says you can WALK- IN…. So, why turn people away saying you don’t have an appointment ..??? I was the ONLY one in the lobby ..???? Don’t advertise WALK-IN patients accepted if they are NOT..!!! I work all day and can ONLY get there after work. AND… there’s not reason to be RUDE !!!
Very professional and caring staff!! I brought my dear Mom to this medical facility and she was seen by the PA and her staff very quickly, which meant a great deal to me. I recommend this great facility for your urgent care needs. They are wonderful!!
I went today because Ive been experiencing very bad lower back pain. Because its the weekend and I cannot see my primary doctor, I had no choice but to visit urgent care. Of course I could have also went to the emergency room, and thinking about it now, they most likely would have helped a lot more than here. My pain is bad. I can hardly bend, sit, walk, or even reach for things without a lot of pain. Rather than focusing on that, they for some reason decide to focus on the fact that I am constipated.Okay. I can understand that, but I fail to see how thats related to my back pain. The doctor I saw tried to come up with reasons why it might be related to my back, but mind you Ive been experiencing back pain since October of last year, and this weekend I may have pulled something to trigger this much pain. Ive never experienced this pain before until now. So the constipation diagnosis was unnecessary in my opinion. They did an x-ray which proved that yes, I am constipated, but again, did nothing or prescribed anything for pain. They prescribed miralax, which would have costed me 45 dollars because my insurance wouldnt pay for it. Something I could get at Walmart for 10 dollars. I felt as if she didnt listen to me and that my pain wasnt taken seriously at all.I even told her that I could hardly move without pain. She didnt even bother to give me an injection for that pain because I havent eaten anything before I went... Maybe thats a valid excuse, but she could have at least prescribed something. Anything. I was in pain and desperate for relief. The medicine Im currently taking wasnt helping so I thought coming here would help. I wasnt expecting much, obviously, but I was expecting more than 45 dollars of miralax. To say that I am disappointed and frustrated would be an understatement. Ive decided to see my primary doctor tomorrow and scheduled to see an orthopedic sometime this week. I will not come back here and will reach out to someone to complain about my experience and the lack of concern I was shown today. To summarize, no, I would not recommend this place to anyone unless they dont want to be taken seriously.
One of the best urgent care visits. Made an online appt. Was in and out in 30 minutes tops. Staff was amazing and provided the care I needed!
I walked in for a PCR test. The staff was absolutely magnificent. They were super nice and patient eventhough I kept asking the same thing. They reassured me about everything I needed to know. Thank you.
DO NOT GO HERE!!! They tell you things will cost a certain amount, and then a week after your visit they double your bill. There are plenty of other urgent cares around that will do a far better job helping you.
Reasonable wait time, I was seen sore throat, swollen lymph node. I Got prescription, it was liquid mouthwash compound made at CVS, after first dose I feel better
Do not go. They refused to see my daughter because of a $35 co-pay. I left my billfold at home and asked if it could be billed. They refused to treat her because of money. She had a fever and weak. They did not apologize for the convenience or at least say “I hope she feels better”. I do not recommend.
The reception process and the medical process were thorough and helpful.
Compassionate care. Comfortable atmosphere. Personal and warm response from staff. Quickly seen.
Do not go to these offices unless you want false positive tests and for the doctors to guilt you into taking a uncertain vaccine. Just take an at home test much more accurate and they don’t report to ALL of your medical offices. Will not recommend to anyone I know.
I took my sick son. The provider was very thorough and addressed all my concerns.
Quick & easy & was able to get an appointment asap
Very friendly service and extremely quick. They were able to take me as a walk in and get me in and out within the hour.
Minimal wait time and the staff was very pleasant!
I had Tracy W. And she made the experience so comfortable and relaxing from beginning to end. Thank you so much please stay safe and thank you for all you do! Keep that beautiful energy up💝
The provider I saw showed very strong care for the issue I was having and tested me for all possibilities so I left feeling secure.
I had a thumb and palm injury. The staff took very good care of me and explained the steps I needed to take to have a complete recovery. I will choose this location wherever my doctors office is closed.
Brittany is the best, most patient oriented PA I’ve ever dealt with, whether it’s an ankle sprain or a covid visit
So I went there like a month ago, used my insurance and made a copayment of 25 dollars, which the service sucked and made it worst 😐, after almost a month they took 200 dollars out of my account for no reason I hope I can get it back if not, Ill contact my bank
There is no MD present at this location, only a nurse practitioner, who clearly is not authorized to prescribe antibiotics. I was diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection; yet, she said it must somehow to be viral, even though I tested negative for her flu test; and, she diagnosed me with an infection, indicating bacteria. This is a substandard, antiquated medical practice. I would not even give it one star. I’m not convinced they have a medical doctor on staff here.
Selecting a time slot and check in was simple. I had a very short to no wait time after I arrived.
DO NOT use this place for Covid testing. NOWHERE on their website does it state anything about Covid testing not being free! They were going to make my husband pay $135 for a Covid test?! Absolutely ridiculous how they’re taking advantage of people during a pandemic. Please go elsewhere and get the test FOR FREE! There are plenty of locations that proudly offer free testing every single day.
Had a great experience with this location. They provided great customer service and I felt like they listened to what I was saying. I would highly recommend this location to anyone seeking urgent care.
Front desk staff was rude and disrespectful
The Dr was awesome! Kind, personable, knowledgeable
All the medical staff were friendly and listened to us carefully.
Bad idea for walk in traffic. Not able to get seen most of the time. I waited for 3 hours and had to leave. Bad public relations also.
Made appointment online. Was in and out in a very reasonable time. P. A. Was very pleasant.
Good place to stop in and have your medical problems taking care of if you cant get into your doctors office the same day there are qualified people there to help
For my first time going there to get seen the staff greet you with a smile didnt wait that long the place was clean the Dr was nice and answer my questions
Wait not too long for walk-ins, friendliness of staff, great medical care. Will definitely use them again.
This is NOT a walk in location even though it says that on its website. If they do not show an appointment available, then dont go because you have to have an appointment. The soonest they could get my child in was the next day.Should not be advertised as walk in.
Took my daughter in to check for pink eye. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes. Clean place. Everyone was very kind as well.
Wonderful nurses and drs. Reception persons were delightful and efficient. Thanks to all!!!
Refused to see my family around 7:18pm. No one was in the waiting area.
Brought my husband to this facility for the 2nd time and found the staff to be very compassionate and professional not once but twice!! I highly recommend this practice.
Very unpleased with my experience! I was denied an appointment , they refused to see me because I didn’t have symptoms of what I wanted to be seen for.
Saw us quickly and diagnosed the problem. In and out in under 30 minutes
The staff was very caring and accommodating. Both the front desk and the medical professionals.
This location has a professional & intelligent staff as well as the human touch versus just being another patient number.
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff
They are very convenient
Rude and allowing walk ins to go in front of appointments. And when I asked about it they gave me an attitude. Will not return
The staff is friendly and the doctors are quick.
This place used to be a clothing store a long time ago I wish it still was. Why did it have to become a healthcare office instead? I miss that clothing store I wish it never closed to begin with.
Took a friend there today. Very nice and caring staff!
Always excellent care!
Everyone was friendly and they got me in and out . No waiting. Great experience
Website indicated no wait. Drove to this location and wasn’t able to be helped because I didn’t previously schedule appointment. I’m sick, and now need to find a place for treatment late on a Sunday.
Poor billing and customer service, I continue to get invoices that I’ve paid and cleared my bank months ago. Held for over 20 mins to speak with a representative without ever getting anyone. Sending an email the issue was resolved.
Good service providers
The team was nice and friendly. The service was speedy and no wait time.
Great cheerful medical. They deserve more staffing support!

Friendly, happy and professional. Couldn’t ask for more.
Excellent service! In and out quickly! Practitioner was very informative! Highly recommended.
DO NOT GO HERE!!! The staff is so rude and refused to Covid test me. This makes multi times of being rude.
Nice and courteous staff. Quick service.
