Let’s first start with that I got there at 9 am didn’t called back till 10:10 am. Someone that had an appointment at 930 got called back before me when I was there well before 930. The nurse that checks you in was just hanging out at front desk vs getting people to a room. Then being told nothing is wrong and it’s just allergies. I’m sorry I know my body and my symptoms were way more than allergies. All new staff since I was last here and I’ll never go back there again! Now I have to go to another clinic cause I’m getting worse all because the NP didn’t listen to me!UPDATE WENT TO ANOTHER CLINIC AND I HAVE COVID! Right there shows you she didn’t care and just was being lazy to get people out the door! I’ll never go back to this location! Patients know their bodies and you need to listen to them and let them talk vs cutting them off!
I am sitting here at 838am with a 8am appointment. The receptionist didnt even show up for work until 830. No communication on what the delay is or how long it will be. No apologies. There are sick people in the lobby that were asked to wear a mask but the whoops they are out of masks. We will see how the visit goes if and when we get back there. So far not impressed
My daughters and I had an amazing experience. From the receptionist to the NP. Everyone was so amazing, nice and showed us they cared. Will be coming back! I hope not soon but I enjoyed the visit (:
Front desk Shawn was efficient, quick, and polite. Dr. Emilie was kind, funny, and understanding. Actual visit was very pleasant. My pharmacy wasnt sent my Rx and they had to call NextCare for it but overall a good experience. Would use again.
My experience was great! Yes there was a wait, but it was to be expected during the winter time with all the respiratory illnesses going around. The staff was great, very apologetic for the wait even though it was not their fault. They were also very friendly, front office, back office and the physician.
It was my first time going to this location. Everyone was extremely helpful and welcoming. My PA was amazing. Her personality combined with her professionalism are indeed noteworthy. I can highly recommend this urgent care! Thanks for a great experience!
I wouldn’t recommend this location. I know I have strep throat. I know my body and the doctor wasn’t even going to do a culture to ensure I didn’t have it. For me I feel the strep throat symptoms before it shows up on a test. I’m very sensitive to it. And she wasn’t willing to listen to that. She said it was viral and to gargle salt water. The tech also barely swabbed me. She was swabbing my tongue and it was weird to say the least. I now have to go somewhere else or suffer for another couple days without anything to treat it.Edit: I got a second opinion and ended up having a fever. This location did not notify me that I had a low grade. And a double ear infection when the second doctor checked. The swelling is so bad I’m getting something to actually help. The doctor at the other location gave me a shot because of how bad the swelling was and the pus on my throat. I don’t know what they are doing here. But gargling salt water wasn’t going to get rid of this. Listen to your patients. I’m 32, I know my body. I should be able to swallow water without crying or eat food without the same result. For reference the NP, Pelusio was the one who saw me at this location. And told me to gargle salt water. When it is in fact clearing up with antibiotics.
This place is amazing. It was the best experience Ive ever had with an Urgent Care in my life. They werent busy. The sign in paperwork was simple, they listened to everything I said, tested exactly what I asked, I got my answer and was in and out in 30 minutes. I highly recommend. This will be my go to clinic from now on. Wonderful staff!
Physican who saw me was not very nice. Did not ask me how my pain was and just discarded my pain. I told her I was in a lot of pain and she told me that I shouldn’t be because my car accident was Oct 30. That I should be okay. Only gave me 1 day off work. I work at a preschool and it’s hard to bend down without getting stuck and just moving fast in general. She only talked to me for not even 3 minutes. I waited over 2 hours just for her to talk to me for not even 5 minutes. Would think they would be compassionate towards the people who come in and are seeking help.
The assistants at front were nice but gave me false info prior to me being seen. I was told my medical was inactive, due to one of the girls mistakes; so I thought I was going to have to lay a $325 fee i think it was to be seen. I had a stomach and body ache, nausea, and diarrhea situation. So I wasnt exactly feeling great. When I was given the correct info, after one of them had realized their mistake, I was releived. The nurse assistant who checked me in to a room was nice, lovely accent, the physician was nice, spunky attitude. Recommended me a white people diet, due to symptoms, (thought that was funny!)Overall, it wasnt so bad of a visit, didnt have to wait too long, maybe waited about 15mins in the room, a little longer than hoped, they didnt even do much but speak to me about my symptoms. The medicine prescribed seems to be working okay. All they could give me was nausea medicine.Today is my second day with symptoms, visit was yesterday. I am feeling rather better. Still not 100, but better. Not too bad!🤙
The staff and scheduling was okay but the care was poor. We were there for 2-3 hours for a sore throat to be told my sister would recover in a few days and to drink lots of water. She did not recover within a few days only got worse. We went to the ER, she had strep and an abscess in her throat and needed surgery. I wish the staff could’ve done or noticed more so she wasn’t in pain for so long.
Place was very clean, and staff were quite friendly. My provider made sure to explain everything clearly and asked if I had any questions. I had 2, and she answered them very well. I felt this was the most positive experience Ive had attending Urgent Care
It’s frustrating choosing a time for an appointment, but not being able to be seen at that time. They should do a better job of explaining what you’re doing when you sign up for appointment (you’re basically just getting in line, you won’t be seen at that time). I had an appointment for 10:00 and didn’t get seen until 11:30. But the staff was very friendly and courteous.
The staff was very good at taking care of my problem. The attending nurse came and talked with me. I feel they did a fine job at the Nextcare facility at 54th Ave and Thunderbird.Road.
I called ahead, asked a couple of questions about getting an X-ray but they didnt tell me I need to make an appointment until I got there. I waited an hour for my appointment, then a little longer for my X-ray. Nothing was broken but hurts like hell, and nobody asked me about my pain and didnt even think to prescribe anything. Will try other places next time I think.
I had made an appointment and came in and was seen quickly. All of the staff were pleasant and helpful. Really felt cared for by Emilie Michael, FNP
We had an appointment at 5pm and arrived early as requested and did all our paper work online. We did not get taken back until 6pm and I went in for a sprained ankle and was asked to walk to the back to do vitals then told there was no rooms available so I had to walk back to the waiting room, all in a sprained ankle. I then had to get an xray and was not wheeled to the room and the technician was not being easy with my foot or asking if I could turn or not turn and I actually cried while getting the xray, then again had to walk back to the room in my bad foot. The woman who did my foot exam was wonderful and answered all my questions and the woman who did my boot fitting was also great and was easy with my foot. But the wait and the contestant moving me around by the xray technician and intake vitals women (they were the same person) was a very frustrating process.
The doctor at this location has the best bedside manner of any doctor I’ve ever met in my life. She is awesome if you’re lucky enough to get to see her congratulations
Woke up with a bad sore throat was able to schedule an appointment at a convenient time that worked for me. Had a wonderful experience with the provider that took care of me. The medical assistants were pleasant as well. I highly recommend NextCare.
I was a patient their at Nextcare urgent care for about 6 years they helped me a lot what ever cold or flu or toothache they helped me a lot but till yesterday 1/15/25 they suggested so I can go to the emergency room because I took some Tylenol. I always take Tylenol but to them I didnt look good. Oh well Im no longer a patient there anymore. I guess all good things comes to end
Their door and online says they open at 8:00 am and I had scheduled an appointment for that time. We arrived at 8:00 am, they took around five minutes to open the door and then 30 more minutes to clock in, which I know because when the person in the front finally walked up to check me in she said wait one minute let me clock in. The physician was nice enough, and my time with her was quick.
I was having some issues, and couldnt get a Doctor appointment soon. So, I went to NextCare Urgent Care, Glendale. The receptionist was very helpful, and luckily not a long wait. The staff, and PA were very nice, explained everything, the PA took time to talk to me, explained what was going on, and what medicine I was getting. Now I know where my go to place will be. Thank you
It was my first time visiting and I was very pleased with the outcome and exam given. I’ll keep this locale in mind in the future, in case I need the extra care and attention during illness.
No issues whatsoever when I come to this location. Staff is very nice and respectful. The Nurse Practitioner, Melissa is AMAZING!! She has a great personality and a great sense of humor! She took really good care of me! Thank you!!!
Appointment was for 230, we got called back at 315. Doctor checked chest and that was it. Didn’t check his throat or ears and asked us what we wanted. We asked for a Covid test at least to rule that out. They were unfriendly and seemed they did not care to figure out what was going on with us. I was sad to have this experience because they used to be so nice and concerned there. Terrible appointment and will change my location next time.
I made an appointment online I didnt have to wait very long and the doctors and staff were very friendly and efficient. This was my first time going to this urgent care and I would definitely recommend I had a very good experience.
Went in due to my son having exact same symptoms as last time he had strep throat to get medicine before it became to painful the NP said it’s not showing strep YET and the tonsils are definitely swollen and red but we won’t give meds YET and to watch it for another day and come back. Well not even 24 hours later my son’s tonsils are swollen almost touching white puss spots on both side and he’s crying in pain and no antibiotics were given so now I get to go back again abd be charged twice because we were told no he doesn’t need it YET and come back when it gets worse. My 9 year old is in pain for what? I don’t understand why make him wait when you knew it was not right.
Sorry we dont have zero stars in reviews. urgent care is to help people with immediate response and guide on next steps. Took X-ray and no response for 3 days to check on my kid, he is suffering from pain and when reached out NO VALUE to patients... Am surprised this treatment for a kid who was in need of urgent care .. pls understand the pain of the patients and support or be open on the status
I was very impressed with NextCare Urgent Care. Its very convenient in that its networked AND in The same building as SimonMed. So if you have diagnostics that need to be done its right next door, literally. Also the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly and patient and they explained things to me, they actually listened to what I had to say. I had come from banner Urgent Care on 43rd and Bell where I was discounted and ignored and nothing was explained to me. I have chronic bronchitis as well as COPD. I had thought I had bronchitis again and came for antibiotics So that I can continue working, but they explained to me it was a COPD flare-up and prescribed steroids instead And let me know that I was not contagious and could absolutely continue work. They saved me a lot of hours.
I set an appointment online since i couldnt get in to see my doctor on short notice. It’s nice to be able to make appointments and not have to wait as long to be treated. They were running a little behind but still a short wait time to he seen. I appreciated how the doctor listened and didnt hesitate to treat my sinus infection instead of arguing that it may be viral and i should go home to do nasal spray and steam and come back if it got worse. Prescription was sent to Walgreens across the street and i was back home. Highly preferred over an ER visit for sure
Made an appointment for 8:15 in the morning. Got there at 8:00 like they requested to fill out the paperwork. Computers went down. Wasnt seen until like 9:30 and I understand stuff like that happens and it wasnt their fault and the X-ray tech did get me in there and did the x-rays quickly. The doctor came in and saw me gave me a referral for a specialist. Got me situated with the crutches and knee brace and said once they get the results of the x-rays they will give me a call in like 2 to 3 hours. If I dont hear from them to call them back this is on Tuesday, I waited for them to call until 3:00. I called them. They said they still havent had anyone thats able to read it. Waiting some more. I made my appointment with the specialist and today ,Wednesday when I called to see if I can get a copy of the x-rays to let the specialist look at it. They tell X-ray tech is off until Sunday. There is no way they can get me any copies of it for the specialist to look at. Are you freaking kidding me? Never called me back with their opinion. only gave me 3 days off from work but then no x-rays to bring to my specialist. And Im sure that the insurance isnt going to pay for another set of x-rays so Im going to have to make another appointment with the specialist. I will never go to this place again.
Worst urgent care !! My daughter has violent coughing from her lungs w fever. They let other walk ins before us! We were walking to. The guy at the counter told me 6 patients behind us and 1 in front. Only after all ppl behind me with an empty lobby did I say that’s it we’re going to a real hospital
I was hesitant in the beginning because I assumed I’d be rushed and not heard.I was quite surprised, the virtual visit was my first and I must admit that the physician’s and bedside manner was even better than any office visit I’ve had in years. And the phone representative went above and beyond to help me correct my payment error. CThe staff at the facility was just as professional caring and friendly.
Emily PA was great; listened to my lungs and hit it on the nose as to which side was affected . Staff also very good.
The facility is clean. The front staff was very nice. Ms. Paloma, FNP, was very professional and prompt. We were out within the hour. Overall, our visit was great.
The staff was great. They listened to me, tested for COVID and flu. Both were negative. I would recommend them to anybody. Toko was awesome.
The Mexican nurse very rude and careless. She left me in the room for a long time just to print visit summary. I left the room and I asked her to print it otherwise she may left me until now.I dont recommend this place.
I needed to see a doctor quickly and before they closed. I was seen in 15 minutes of making the appointment. The PA was quick, very knowledgeable and polite about my earache and told me which medicines to take. I slept well that night! Ive been going to this urgent Care for years and I give it 100% praises for the best care from them every time.
NextCare provided great service in a timely way. They were thorough in their exam (shoulder issue after a fall), and reasonably speedy in their process. They provided a referral to an X-ray facility. I really couldnt have asked for more.
Everything was great people are friendly one thing though I didnt get a receipt for my visit that was the only thing
The wait was only about 20 minutes, and the triage was done quickly and precise, and service with the provider was thorough! I had all my questions answered! Thank you!!
This urgent Care was so amazing and all the people in it were so nice. I was in and out of there so fast and Im just so grateful for them taking care of me. Thanks you guys
Dr knew they could not diagnose or treat what we were in for before seeing us. Did not give any help.Spent 20 minutes before we were seen googling symptoms and things to help. (Proceeded to show us on her phone the searches she did) WASTE of time and money. We had already had googled all she searched while we were there.
The doctor and staff were very helpful and took care of me fast.i would recommend this location
If you have an appointment with them be prepared to wait an extra 2-3 hours after that appointment was scheduled these people are incredibly unprofessional and incompetent
The appt went well. The receptionist was courteous & polite. The wait time was only 30 mins and the PA was very knowledgeable and helpful.
This was the worst service & waste of time for me. The Nurse Practitioner tried lying to me. She either didnt want to help me or she didnt know what she was doing. I dont recommend anyone going there for any service even a glass of water.
Visit was fine. Care good. Slow process getting in as at most Medical facilities.
Had an appointment for 4 o’clock wasn’t seen until 5 o’clock. Was told they were going to take x-rays. Do a wet read and tell me what was wrong. Did x-rays never heard what was wrong with putt in a boot And told to leave no instructions no paperwork.Called and was told no break but saw a old break and see my Dr.
The Dr and staff were very caring. There was a very short wait to be seen.
The front desk staff was polite helpful friendly snd very courteous. They got be back quickly and the nurse and physician were also all of the above. They explained everything and were just so caring. This will definitely be my go to urgent care if I ever need one in the future.
Great and friendly staff. Came for a sports physical for my daughter. My daughter and I got out quick. I would say with 30 mins or so.Thank you for the great patient care.
Great service. Friendly people. Very helpfulWould definitely recommend to friends and family.
I was very happy with the service. They were able to get me in at the last minute towards closing time.
It all around was terrible the girls are cro t had no clue how to dot Viet job and needed up getting a supervisor who was a help but it was goin to cost me more. The dr was suppose to give my partner a referral and there was no referral on his paper at least we got the results and disc. I’m going to cancel the NextCare advantage plan and would never go to this facilty again.
1 to 1.5hrs for 4/5 ppl ahead of me. Everyone polite. Fast and good service. Will come here again
Probably one of the best Urgent Cares Ive been to in a long time. Super sweet staff and the doctor took her time to listen and examine. She was very personable and attentive. This will be my go to urgent care from now on.
Awesome! Staff very friendly and understanding. Also time efficient, as I showed up near closing time.
I was very pleased with my experience at nextcare urgent care, the entire staff were very pleasant and professional. Would highly recommend them.
Diagnosed me without doing any swabs or testing. I am a little disappointed that something else wasnt ruled out with all the illnesses going around at this time.
Didnt have to wait long even though I didnt have an appointment. Staff friendly and courteous
The PA on duty was rushing us out the door because our appointment was close to closing time. She was honestly kind of rude and didn’t even take the time to check to see what was going on with my son’s rash he had all over his body. The triage nurse was very kind and was over compensating for her being rude. Not sure we will be back.
I was very pleased with the service I got everyone was very nice and professional thank you
Arrived at clinic shortly after 3:00 pm. Went to get checked out for sinus infection, sore throat and coughing/wheezing issues. Check in was fairly quick despite an annoyed glance or two from the receptionist.Got called on in about 15-20 minutes. Had my blood pressure taken, weight and height, no temperature taken. Moved to exam room and waited another 15-20. Doc came In and asked what brought me in. I explained the above mentioned, sinus, throat and cough. Told her Ive been blowing green, sometimes bloody snot, throat is sore, voice is cutting in and out and wheezing breath and uncontrollable coughing fits. She listened to my breathing and immediately diagnosed bronchitis and proceeded to state the drugs she will prescribe off the top of her head, total of four. I asked if she wanted to examine my nasal passages and throat? She replied with a quick, sharp Nope! Good question. I asked about antibiotics for sinus/throat. Nope! Any other questions?Ive had sinus infections in the past, several as a kid, that led to strep throat and eventually bronchitis. I wont claim to be an expert, but every medical visit I had for those problems in the past involved a doctor who examined all three issues. They checked my nasal passages, looked at my throat, open wide and say aahhhh and often took a lab culture if any oddities were seen, like white bumps in the throat area.I was a little surprised by the lack of examination. Thinking about it today, I still have the same symptoms with sinuses and throat as well as the raspy, loss of voice. I feel like the whole QA session was rushed. I left the clinic at 4:05 pm. As I left, I noticed the operating hours sign on the door that shows that the clinic service hours ended at 4:00pm on Sunday. Call me crazy, but... Im led to believe this was a rush job and that the staff were late getting home before the street light came on. I understand this is an urgent care clinic, but the staff seemed to have more urgent, pressing matters. If, and thats a big if, I decide to go back for medical reasons, Ill try to get there a few hours before quitting time.P.S. The medical exam room was not what I would consider sanitary. Wet residue around the sink, odd smudges on the wall and cabinet side, and a few dead insects on the window sill. At least the paper sheet on the exam table looked fresh.
The wait time was really quick, so that was nice. Not super impressed with the PA. Definitely not a place that specializes in children so will not take my son there again. Had to make an appt with his primary the next day since the treating provider was sub par. We saw the PA for less than 5 min, definitely not a thorough exam. My baby is 1 and I was hoping his medical condition would be handled more efficiently. Waste of a $50 copay.
The place was clean staff was very nice and have awesome Doctors. Wasn’t to busy for the time of day I went . Had an X-ray done on my ankle . Waiting for results and I’m taking Tylenol for my pain. Since I’m a heart transplant person.
My visit was worth the wait. My dr was pleasant. Very friendly. Very helpful.
I always receive excellent care there. Yesterday I had to take my autistic son and they were super great with him. Very impressed.
Took along time ,but expected due to virus going around. I give it 2 stars cause they still cant call in a prescription for me.
The wait was over an hour and we had an appointment. However, the front desk staff and doctor were great! My son received wonderful, knowledgeable care. We’re thankful for that :)
I was at work my eye was irritating me . I decided to checkin to this urgent care location Im familiar with. They take me back real quick and I tell the dr Im here for a eye infection. She said no you have a ear infection also. I new something more was wrong with me because I havent been feeling to well. And Im glad she caught it because I feel so much better now.
Friendly and efficient staff. Great physician with a great bedside manner.
Professional staff. My visit went well, I was able to complete my pre-employment physical in a timely manner.
I had fallen and thought my wrist might be broken and after dropping my husband for surgery, I found this center. Everyone from the beginning to end was way above my expectations! Right from checking in to when I left - I was treated as a VIP! The Nurse Practitioner even brought me a cup of coffee which I needed badly since I didn’t sleep at all the night before! Thank you all - I made it back to pick up my husband from the Surgery Center with 10 minutes to spare♥️♥️
I went in for a knee and head injury. A couple pokes ok my knee and was told I need an X-ray, my knee was wrapped, and was being scooted out the door to go to Simon Med. I asked for a work letter which I was given for a couple days off and no restrictions. My injuries were visible. No care instructions given just out the door. I ended up returning after my X-rays because again, no instructions were given, no possible diagnosis given. Was told to ice, elevate and alternate between ibuprofen and Tylenol. I have a physically demanding job and had to beg for light duty to be added to my work letter. 72 hours later, Simon Med calls telling me they sent over the results. I call the urgent care and ask for my results. I am told No fracture, its not broken and was supposed to call me after 48 hours. I ask to speak to a mid level and am told there is no management in the office. I explained a mid level is a NP or PA and am told they dont do personal calls but she can send a task. I requested it to be STAT and was told sorry hon, I cant do that so basically I wasted my time going to Urgent Care and I STILL dont have any answers. No its a sprain or a bruise. All I know is its not broken. Theres a reason people are going to Banner, because they can get actual medical attention. Lesson learned and will make sure all of my patients are well informed where they can find quality patient care.
People are nice as can be at the front desk but.... from there good luck. Im at an hour and a half in to my visit and have yet to be seen. I did finally get a room after making the comment that as pictured I had been waiting an hour and the 2 walk ins after me had already been taken back. I was told they were waiting for rooms to become available. When they asked me to come back I walked past 4 open clean rooms to enter the room I was sat in to wait some more. I will fill you in on the rest of the visit if I can hang tight that long!
They found a way to charge me 400 dollars for a 15 minute visit to see if i had strep throat or not
Filled out all the paperwork sat there for about 20 minutes. They came out and said the computer was down and there was nothing they could do or see any of the patients. A waste of my time.
I was very happy with my experience. Got me in right away, user friendly way to fill out paperwork. Was timely, and the NP, Charles Conway was very professional, kind, and informative. Charles was very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him. Thank you for such great service.
Weve used this location a couple times because its a convenient location close to home and our pharmacy... I think today will be my last time using them. Wait times are always long, regardless if you have a scheduled appt. or not.3 different times they have sent incorrect dosage amounts on meds to the pharmacy, or have just completely forgot to include all prescriptions and trying to get a hold of them by phone is nearly impossible. Super frustrating!
I was in and out within an hour and a half, which is impressive with urgent care facilities. There is an option to check in online, fill out intake forms digitally and provide your insurance information all on their website or app. The PA was professional and went straight to the point. My only complaint is that they gave me a written prescription rather than digitally fax it over to my pharmacy. But my pharmacy was able to fill it within ten minutes so I didn’t remove a star for that. If I need urgent care in the future I plan on coming here.
Very friendly staff, with no waiting.. PA was kind knowledgeable and straightforward. I will go there next time if I need to.Thank you
If anything were to happen again, I will be going here! The doctor confirmed immediately that I had pneumonia. The front desk was so helpful. Just make sure to schedule an appointment online. It will be so much easier for you. I have and had so many docs and I Highly recommend going here!
I have been using them for years now. They treat you with professionalism and kindness. The wait time is decent most of the time. The Drs there are great. I recommend them to others. Thanks for always taking great care of me when I do go. You all are awesome there. I have never had a bad expiernce. Keep up the great work. I recommend them always.
The receptionist Mr.Garcia (sorry didn’t catch your name) was amazing! Doctor was very attentive and listened to my concerns. The nurses were also amazing super friendly and made the experience of being sick and going to the doctor pleasant. Thank y’all so much!
Made an appt for 140pm. Arrived at 130pm and nobody was in the waiting room. I was not seen until 245pm.
Two hour wait even with an appointment. Will find somewhere else to go.
Always quick and speedy and correct. The provider I always get is wonderful.
This place is absolutely terrible . They got me in fast that I will say. However the quality of care and the lack of probing questions to inquire about my issue was completely unacceptable and they absolutely told me nothing . They took urine and a chest xray when it was my stomach that was the issues. The doctor said don’t know what to tell you go to the ER . So I paid 50 dollars to find out nothing and a 7 hour trip to the ER ! Come to find out I had enlarged spleen and pancreatitis !! I’ll never go back to that urgent care nor should you . The employees no professionalism AT ALL .
Full of fraud. Would give less than 1 star if possible. On February 1st 2024 I went to nextcare urgent care for a UTI. I gave all of my insurance information and signed in as a new patient as I hadn’t been since I was a minor. I didn’t put any information on my account except for a phone number for my spouse as an emergency contact. I paid the $70 copay they said I needed before being seen. After I left a few days later I received another bill from them. I paid it. My spouse then received a bill subnaming me for the lab testing for $150. We paid that. Today April 7th 2024 my FATHER received a bill for my appointment for $40. I have no information listed for my father so they had to have gone into an old account with my name and taken information from there as they addressed it to him at a new apartment that I have never lived at so wouldn’t be tied to my account in any way.
The folks working this evening were wonderful and really nice. I was happy to be in their care for this health problem.
Staff today were super nice, attentive and informative. Not gonna lie was there in May and had a different experience. I wish I would have taken down their names today because it was night and day. The gentleman that checked us in, the X-ray tech and physician were all awesome.
Marginally OK. Staff did not project a professional image. Faculty looked tired, worn out, bare bone. Had I not called them back numerous times over several days I dont think we would have received results of our visit. The staff however was pleasant and courteous.
Our in office visit with my two kids was great. Staff was friendly and super sweet to my kids. However, our experience after the visit is why I feel the need to write a negative review. One of our RX were sent to the wrong pharmacy 40 min from our house and the other RX has been on back order for quite some time (which a pharmacist said a Dr. would know, and it has been soo hard to get so they shouldn’t be writing for it). I had spent an hour calling pharmacies around me to see if they had it in stock and finally someone told me I wouldn’t find it anywhere. Then I had to call NextCare to have them resend the RX to the right place and rewrite a new RX for my daughter (all we needed were antibiotics, this really shouldn’t have been difficult). I was on hold with next care for a total of three hours and then the office was closed for the holiday so now on the third day, we still have no antibiotics and I’ve spent another 2 hours on hold with them. So now I may have to take my two young toddlers to a different doctor, go through another dr visit with both of them, pay all new copays, and get a new RX. Do not go to NextCare, but if you do, verify all paperwork before you leave and if you have to call for help after the visit, don’t even bother. This location never once answered a call and even after the change was requested and marked urgent, it still wasn’t done even 3 days later.Update: If you get prescribed an RX, PLEASE call the pharmacy you are having it sent to prior to leaving. If it is out of stock or there is an issue with the RX, you will have to go back to the office to get it resolved because they will not answer the phone for you, for the call center, or for the call center supervisor. OR even better, get a physical copy of the RX so you can take it to a pharmacy you know has it in stock.
Was quick to get in to see the PA but she didnt do anything. My child needed xray but they were not equipped for that. I had to pay $37 for literally 2 mins with the PA and a referral to find somewhere else to get an xray. Do not go if youre looking for a diagnosis.
Overall Great Experience. I was a little impatient but the service was fast and good. Thanks from Chris & Chris Jr.
Burning urine itching in my private area feeling something crawly like they did a UTI did not do one for parasites so now they want me to come back again and they did not call my cell phone they called the landline which is never near you your cell phone is costly to go back again when could have been done correctly the first time at least he gave me some kind of medication but after 3 days still have the same problem told them to call my cell phone and leave a message they did not they call the landline which is in another room when your cell phone is next to you not happy
Absolutely horrendous, terrible customer service, long wait times. Would not wish this on my worst enemies.
I made an appointment online. Didnt wait long. The Dr and staff nice and friendly. Clean office.
They took me back the doctor came in. I explained my issue to him., pinched Femoral Nerve with muscle spasms for 2 weeks barely able to stand. I was prescribed no pain medicine, 5 muscle relaxers, yes 5 5mg pills and told if persisted go to ER. It did bc the meds were useless. I was processed. Placated and sent away.
Everyone there was very polite and very thorough and Went above and beyond to make sure my appointment.Quit well and the outcome was great And the young man at the front desk was kind enough to help me. And you could say baby sat so I could have a next ray
Doctor is very good at communication and answered all my questions
We came here after going to Another Urgent Care and wait time here was only 35min and the lobby had more visitors patients than the other urgent care was hours with less visiting patients. Better service and better staff than the other one in my past reviews.
Always very little waiting and they always have the best doctors. Been there many times and never had anything but a wonderful experience there. I hate going to the doctor but I always walk out of their office glad I went to them.
It was good everyone was very helpful and caring. However, I did notice how dirty the floors were and there were tiny black bugs on the floor-long dark hair too!
Dunno what the positive reviews could be about. Made a same day appointment, completed paperwork and check in online, arrived 15 minutes early...and spent an hour and 15 minutes before triage, and nearly two hours for a room. What was the point of making an appointment?????? Probably would have been seen faster at the ER across the street. Will never return, literally even if my life or health depended on it.
Ive been here three times now. Each time I have received kind, quality care. Yes, sometimes theres a short wait. That happens with urgent care. But every person that I came in contact with from the reception desk to the nurses and PAs had been wonderful. I get my questions answered, and get detailed information. I actually prefer the quality of care here to that of my primary doctor (which tells me I need to switch primary doctors). Thank you to all the staff, especially the people I saw tonight. I am grateful for you all.
They were very quick getting me in to see the doctor she was very helpful and explained everything she was doing for me
Everyone was very professional. The visit was efficient and quick. No long waiting.
Went in for a muffled ear. Sounding like fluid in ear canal. Ended up with fluid behind ear drum and a dose of steroids to clear things up. Quick thorough service / care and happy with the outcome. May I also add very polite from the front desk thru triage thru discharge and back office as well. Thank You
I had a 2:30 appointment 3/13/23 and arrived on time. They took me to the back at about 2:45. Front desk lady was pleasant and the man who took me back to do my vitals was pleasant also. Nurse Practitioner was attentive and he listened carefully to the symptoms I described and my concerns. I was never rushed. Lungs were checked. X-ray tech man was kind and he was also funny. I got my prescription sent to the pharmacy I asked them to send it to. My discharge instructions and paperwork seems to be in order The facility is a bit dated and the hand sanitizer out front by their door was empty. The restroom inside was VERY clean! I was actually surprised at how clean it was, and I am very particular about that because I feel like if the restroom is clean at a health care office, then they are conscious of being sanitary in the other areas of the office as well. The room they put me in was clean also. Overall I felt my care was pretty good. Would have given 5 stars but that sanitizer should have been filled…it’s an urgent care. Good job to the staff. I’d go back.
I can only vouch for the one on Thunderbird. I tried going to the one on Greenway will never go there again, but the one on Thunderbird from the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor and I love them they took excellent care of my son. very clean on the outside very clean on the inside very professional I would highly recommend.
Fast, friendly, helpful. Of all the urgent cares Ive visited. This was the best experience. Mid afternoon on a Tuesday so take that for what you will. Only item I wasnt sure about was after I checked in online, if I should wait to hear from them in my car or go inside. Still wasnt sure after I took myself inside. But the care team here was super friendly and helpful for my issue.
Doctor Dan was incredible and the people at the desk were amazing! I was in and out with me l my autistic son in literally 15 minutes! I would definitely go here and would recommend anyone else do the same. The doctor was exceptionally good at keeping my son from being too anxious and was great at dealing with his eccentricities. Couldnt be happier. Thanks!!
Just left Nextcare urgent care after making a drop in visit. I was able to get seen by the provider in a timely manner. Carolyn Collier, FNP took great care of me, explained things clearly and answered all my questions. Her professionalism and expertise, as well as her kindness & empathy helped make me comfortable throughout the visit. Thanks for the great care!!
Booked a same day appointment online, completed paperwork online, was seen by triage within a few minutes, seen by doctor shortly after. Tested for possible illnesses, given results of tests in about 15 minutes, diagnosed and treated all very quickly, without feeling rushed. All of the staff/doctor were very pleasant, thorough and answered all my questions. I will definitely go back next time I’m in need of an urgent care.
I filled paperwork ahead of time on line and scheduled an appt. The gal at front desk(I didnt get her name) was so pleasant and helpful as I had missed some steps on paperwork online. She was very patient with helping me get it completed as I had forgot my glasses but Maria gave me a pair to use so I could see🤓. Only waited like 5 min or less to be called back after I completed paperwork. Maria did vitals & was very pleasant, kind & patient. Charles the FNP was prompt coming in to attend me. He was very thorough, knowledgeable & professional & I felt very confident in his disgnosis and orders. Definitely felt I was in good hands there! Then there was Arthuro and he was the finishing touch. Kind hearted and joyous. Had me smiling the whole time as he administered shot and got my paperwork processed. Then walked me to door. I will add it was closing time and they were all still very kind and professional. This location has an A team! I have never experienced an urgent care visit that was so smooth and pleasant and timely! Thank you all so much for being so patient & kind! You made this such a pleasant experience !I highly recommend this Next Care location! Again...Awesome Staff! Such a Blessing! God Bless You All!
Maria and Charles Conway treated me with kindness and respect. The wait was appropriate for an urgent care; make an appointment online. I only go to this location when I get my granddaughter’s respiratory illnesses 2-3 x a year.
This was the best experience Ive had at an urgent care. Everyone was very nice! The receptionists, nurses, doctor, and xray tech. We didnt have to wait long at all. I am thankful and impressed. I will definitely go to this location again if needed.
My experience was positive and I received the help I was looking for.
Wait was pretty long but staff was great. Very kind and respectful. The dr and techs that treated me were very knowledgeable and kind! A+++
Fabulous team at this clinic. 👏 I always come here for my care. In and out with little wait time. Treated with kindness. Had sinus infection. Appt same day.
I went in with a cut on my thumb, it required 5 sutures after all. Luckily the time I went in there was no one in the waiting area so I didnt wait much. Overall the staff was super caring and professional. Thank you Maria and Giovanni for the amazing care that you gave me. Of course not to forget FNP Charles Conway. Again I really appreciate the care and kindness you gave me and showed me while I was there.
I like this place. The solv app makes scheduling and check in easy. The people are friendly and professional. Sometimes its busy but you can stay in your car until your turn, if you wish, by watching the app.Recommend.
Three of employees they were great except the lady named Maria . I feel like she was raised. and I did talk to her in English and her answer was English please and she do have a big accent so maybe she didn’t understand
Online booking was easy, very user friendly. I went in with a foot injury and they brought out a wheelchair to bring me in, and back out to my car. Staff was kind, practitioner was thorough, pricing was reasonable. I was in and out in a timely fashion. Highly recommend.
My visit was pleasant as the staff was friendly and professional. I had an appointment which they were ready for me when I arrived. Paperwork was simple to complete and the whole process took no time at all. I especially appreciated the staff and Dr. We’re sensitive to my hearing problem, and communicated with me in an appropriate manner.
From the first person at the registration desk, then the nurse & the provider all amazing people. Very caring, I was in and out quickly. Great staff, I absolutely recommend NextCare Urgent CareThank you again for your care today.
I cannot fault this place at all. It was super easy to make an appointment online, filled out patient paperwork there as well. Check-in was fast and courteous. I waited very little through this entire process. The PA was knowledgeable and provided the care I needed. The male nurse I had, I wish I had paid closer attention to his name, was awesome. I will definitely come back here if needed.
I went to the urgent care on Thunderbird 12/30/22 and the service was great! The provider was awesome. I cant remember her name but she was a fill in because the original provider was unable to come in that day. The medical assistant Ronald Leonard was very thorough and detailed. I teach medical assistant classes and he was very by the book I always pay attention to other medical assistants because of my profession and he was great.
They were kind, respectful, and answer all our questions.
Great experience! I was in and out fairly quickly. The provider Paul was very friendly and knowledgeable along with the front office staff.
The staff was polite and friendly! The facility is clean and it was pretty quick. Took a little over an hour for everything. I recommend doing everything online and making an appointment ahead, as it saves so much time, but they do take walk-ins!Thank you to those that helped me! I appreciate it so much!(Also, to the gentleman who administered the COVID test, thank you for being patient and gentle! I hate things up my nose 🤧)
The visit was too quick, did not address part of the issue. This also had to deal with the outside behind my ear not just the inside.
Ultimately i had to wait one hour to be seen as a walk in. Doctor took strep test and it was negative, said its probably a virus and im ok to go to work. I went home and took a COVID test which was positive. That doctor almost sent me back to work AT A HOSPITAL where i could’ve spread COVID to my patients.
Everyone was professional and I was given good care.
Good experience. Staff was very helpful. I made a same day appointment and was seen in a timely and professional manner. Would recommend.
They took care of me in a timely manner even without appointment ,front desk personnel very reliable and organized ,Medical assistant friendly and reassuring and NP Mr C Conway explained my diagnosis and medication he will prescribe after his assessment and history ,thank you so much for taking care of me ,may God bless you all
I arrived 45 mins before closing but never felt rushed. Everyone from the front office person to the medical staff were efficient and thorough. I left with orders for an xray, 2 Rxs and a suggestion to follow up with my PCP.
Very excellent care ,listens to your problems and gets you in and out of there to get your meds to go get better and all the staff was very friendly and the wait room was nice and clean. Than you for taking care of me Happy Holidays.
Had severe pain and went here seeking pain medication or another treatment.Called ahead made an appointment. Got there and they didnt have my information for some reason. The appointment wasnt honored and I had to wait around extra time while in pain.Everyone was pleasant to deal with. When I saw the doctor though she was acting very strange and started preaching to me basically and refused to help me with my pain. I was told by the people on the phone I just needed to go in to get a prescription as I had been to another location, but it was closed on Sunday.I would not go here. This lady started talking about covid and shaming me for my decisions to not take 1 of the medications the other clinic prescribed. Huge waste of time while in pain. The lady should be ashamed of herself bringing her politics into a medical place of business when people are seeking help. There are many other locations to go to and I feel bad for anyone that gets the luck of the draw of seeing her.Update: sent an e-mail tried repeatedly to get a hold of these people they claim can help and never got any responseNextcare ruined urgent careEliz a beth fost ino is the worst doctor you could run into at this location.
Came in for a rather intense asthma attack, the staff was very quick to assist me and were all very nice! I cannot recall the doctors name but she was a very lovely doctor and straight to the point with what I needed. I am recovering at home now and feel practically as good as new! Thank you.
Today was a very busy day as it is Christmas Eve and the staff though I needed to wait with my appointment a little while took phenomenal care of me the PA was outstanding as was the nurses assistant. Thank you for caring so much!
I figured I would be proactive and schedule and appointment online fill out all the paperwork so when I arrive no delays. Mind you my appointment was 1020. I arrived at 9:45 patiently waiting however now it’s 1050 and still have yet to see the doctor. Receptionist in front just shrugged and said we’re short staffed pretty much it is what it is answer. It tough enough having to pay for insurance, copays or no show fees. But when the doctor is late who is charging them a fee.
It was super expensive! You have to pay $335, upfront, and that is just to be seen!!
Excellent care provided by nurse and Dr. Very thorough and professional. Attention to my concerns and quality feedback given on every question I asked.
This place is a great urgent care! The staff was kind, friendly, and empathetic. Carolyn, the NP was one of the best health care professionals I have ever seen.
I was a walk in and they were able to treat me fast. They explained my results, what medications and care I needed to take once I left facility clearly. They are caring and listen
Fast and friendly, the provider was excellent as well. Went in on Friday at 720pm and was out by 8:15. Thank you
The girls at the front desk are extremely rude. too busy talking to eachother to be kind to a patient. the provider was amazing.
This was my thirdd visit to this Urgent Care. All staff including the receptionist were very pleasant and efficient. From the very moment I walked in there they were courteous, kind and compassionate. The check in process today was so easy. They sent a link to my phone,; this took less that 10 minutes.Similar to my previous visit, my advice is to look no further. If urgent care is what you need this is THE place. These guys are top notch. The additional information I will add is now when you come in they give you an appointment time, so you dont have to wait around.Apparently you cannot call to get this, but it was again very convenient and efficient.Marcella Whooley!
I have been tested for COVID several times and have used NextCare Urgent Care every time. They have provided me with the best care. It is easy to schedule an appointment or just walking. They are thorough in their care and quick in giving me the results. I have used 2 location but have used this location at Thunderbird/55th Avenue the past 4 times. I highly recommend NextCare Urgent Care. Thank you.
My care team was AMAZING!! I was really worried when I saw them but they put my worries at ease!!! Thank you to my awesome nurse and his NP who he was working with on 4.18.23. Also a huge thank you to my check in team!! Thank you for the smile. You guys are just AWESOME!!
They were ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!! Debb Yerge-Briggles
The best care I have ever experienced at an urgent care facility. I did not have a long wait, the provider answered all my questions and ordered an antibiotic and she explained what the X-ray showed. I would definitely rate this facility a 10+
Staff are courteous, professional and the physician assistant is really pleasant to my girls. We are very happy! We will use this location for our future urgent care needs
Everyone here is so nice and very caring. I was a walk in and told there would be a 2 hour wait (this was a Sunday with only one physician working), I was back talking to the doctor within 30 minutes. Doctor listened to everything I said and was very thorough. I was treated so well at this NextCare. I will be going back for any future incidents and/or illnesses! I Highly, HIGHLY recommended this NextCare Urgent Care!
The PA was very nice. Easy to schedule, I usually love this place. I wish I would have been informed there was no one to do x-rays as I fell on my kneecap and it is swollen and I cannot walk on it. I could have found another place- the other really sad thing is that no one helped me with the very Heavy doors three to get in and three to leave- I can tell this is not a customer service industryUPDATE- we actually had good reason to go back to this location for an illness, the PA was amazing and took care of us quickly and was very caring. The receptionist was basically the same but I find that in most places. Not engaged much at all.
****WARNGING****Do not come to this facility. The employees do not have a care in the world for the people entering this building. Their concerns were publicly stated to be how slow the clock is moving and how the charger for a cell phone was the most important thing right now. Absolutely unprofessional and disturbing.
The providers were great: efficient, effective, and personable. The front desk staff were rude and officious, and not at all helpful or friendly.
I would have given 5 stars if not for the 1 front desk female being so rude and short with more then just me. She needs replaced . Clean and generally easy to be seen. Just issues with clarity of when to make inlinr appointment and when they take walk-ins. 1 front desk worker can be rude at times but all other staff is amazingly helpful and friendly.
It’s always so amusing to sit in the waiting room and hear the staff bad mouth their company and patients. They’re talking about sending us to another urgent on 39th or wherever because they have only had four patients since 12pm. Some guy the women call “Turo”. told them to send us away and they laughed and said “it’s 3:52”. First of all no, we already drove all this way to be sent away. Second of all y’all should really learn some discretion when talking amongst yourselves. Especially about the patients. It’s hot in there and it smells like chopped onions.
Don’t book at appointment you will still wait a long long time. Just walk in. 5:20 appt waiting almost an hour to get called back. Service is ok but the wait times when you have an appointment are ridiculous. Filling out paperwork online is supposed to make it faster…it doesn’t. Honestly try a different location. Also there was 1 person ahead of me on virtual que. After waiting an hour I was sitting in a room for another 30 min without being seen. Dropped it to 2 star, yes I am writing this live.Gave a 1 star because staff is really nice. And I couldn’t leave a 0 star. I will never come back here. Not a good experience. No sense of urgency from anyone working here.I am still waiting to be seen for my 5:20 appointment and it’s 6:30 now. If I wasn’t already here for this long I would walk out. Absolutely the worst urgent care experience I have ever had.Should have gone to honor health. I would have at least been seen. By now as a walk in. Seriously go somewhere else. If I could complain some where official I would.Even staff being nice isn’t worth it. I would take less friendly staff but efficient over this travesty of service.
Entire staff is amazing. Every single time that I have gone in or have had my wife or kids go in for care, they do amazing. They listen, they care, they are professional. The facility is clean. They are also super fast. I never wait more than 10 minutes. Bianca Leung is the best. I love this location 55th and Thunderbird.
I went for a dog bite and was helped immediately! No wait time. t was great. They offer Virtual Visits too! Provider was excellent! Thanks NextCare!
The staff was attentive and listened to my symptoms. The check-in process for new patients was quick and straight-forward.
Even though I waited in the room longer than usual, the PA-C Taylor apologized immediately upon entering. She was so nice and gentle and so was the person assisting. I was given a plan and meds sent to my pharmacy. Zero issues with returning or recommending someone. Thank you for great service and kindness.
I had a reaction to antibiotics I was prescribed at this location and there is literally no way to get ahold of the office. I have called the number multiple times, and any option I choose results in just endless waiting and no answer. Ive tried every option the automated system gives me, where I was unable to reach anyone at all.Who is managing the phones? It is midday on a Wednesday, someone should answer the phone.
Best urgent care Ive ever been to. Staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend that everybody visit this facility.
Thank you to everyone at NextCare, Wendy, Jael, Maria, Kelly, and Daniel, they gave me the service I desperately needed to get through today. I was having trouble breathing, and they immediately gave me an X-ray and a steroid shot that helped. Thank you so much to the staff, my cough is much better and I can finally breath like a normal person again.
Great staff, got us in fairly quickly and were super nice. As a walk in I expected to be there a lot longer than I was. I couldn’t have asked for better care. ❤️
I had a very unpleasant experience with the nurse practitioner Sophia Brown. First of all, she didnt address all of my concerns pertaining to my visit today. I had some questions regarding my condition but she was irritated and condescending that we have some questions. It seems like i was conned for a visit that didnt have any real treatment plan. Her treatment plan was to pass me over to a different urgent care and start I have been a patient of nextcare and always have a great experience. Hence, I keep on coming back. But this is a huge disappointment and breaks my heart and pocket. I would not recommended this place because of the unprofessionalism and type of service rendered by Sophia Bown.
Waited 30 mins with one other patient. The provider gut was great he seems to be very knowledgeable
The NP and medical Assistant were very nice and kind! Id be asking for them if me or any of my family were to need a physician 💕💕💕💕
Great attentive staff especially the Dr I saw. I will go again if I am ever sick. I think the Dr was name Dr. Michelle
Everyone was nice and I was in and out within 25 minutes of my appointment time. The doctor prescribed a cough syrup that has been on back order at all neighboring pharmacy’s for several months. I went back and asked if she could prescribe something else and they said it’s the only one she prescribes so I’d have to try some thing over the counter. I came here because the over the counter stuff wasn’t working. So hopefully the other stuff she prescribed does the trick 🤞🏻
I scheduled my visit & was taken in at that time. The Practical Rad Tech was very professional & attentive. The PA was interested in my concern & also, very professional & attentive. I did have their names, but don’t recall them at this time. I had an X-ray taken & rec’d the results before I was discharged to determine if I req’d further treatment & to put my mind at ease.It was a very smooth process.
All of the staff was very nice and professional i got there right before they was closing and they did not rush me or act they was bothered that i came in last minute. The doctor was very knowledgeable and kind as well.
This is our 3rd time going to NextCare Urgent Care and everytime we have been met with kindness. We are very pleased to have a safe place to go to when someone in our family isnt feeling well.
From the moment I checked in and was greeted I received a professional and warm atmosphere. The receptionist was polite and cordial and assisted me to the best of her abilities. My doctor was incredibly polite and helpful and I cant go out of my way enough to show the proper gratitude for the excellent customer service I received.
I went there a second time for the same chest congestion. The last time I was there he told me to come back in if I dont get better and he would switch my prescription. But I went back in and he refused to give me a prescription for antibiotics. Instead he said if you start to throw up and or run a fever go to the hospital and they will put me on IV antibiotics. So wait until Im nearly dead from pneumonia and go to the hospital. I dont understand why I get treated like this but this is why I have anxiety when I go in. I dont understand why I got treated so poorly by this guy but I have had no issues with the other Drs in that office.
I did not like how much it seems no one in there cared at all. Worst customer service I’ve seen in an urgent care. The one on 43rd and bell rd are a lot nicer and actually will go through everything with you without seeming like they want you out of the clinic or seeming like they don’t want to do any of the work. Honestly not the worst but definitely not great. Below average. We came in because of my friends trouble breathing/wheezing and chest pains, waited 40 mins. At the end we were handed papers then they walked right out afterwards, not a goodbye nothing. While my friend left shaking and sobbing from pain and no one said a word to us as we left. Wasn’t even sure if we were supposed to leave but we were handed discharge papers. It could have been an off day for everyone however now I remember why my family doesn’t come to this specific urgent care anymore.
Made an appointment and still had to wait well over an hour. There are no covid precautions taken here. The waiting room was full of sick people sitting right on top of each other, practically. The receptionist did not have her mask over her nose.I was there for an annual physical for work. The doctor came into the room coughing. He literally checked my breathing and made me touch my toes. It was an absolute joke. Do NOT go here. Such a horrible, unprofessional experience.
I was in and out in 30 minutes, all of the staff was helpful and doctor was good and explained what was wrong in detail.
The office staff and PA were phenomenal. When calling the customer service number I received nothing but rude and unapologetic behavior. I received a call from the clinic with mine and my childrens test results. I forgot to ask to how I could receive a copy of those. I called the customer service number only to be advised that I could get my test results emailed but not my childrens as my email address was not in their file. Which should of been as I filled those papers out the day before with all of that information. I was told if I wanted those results I would need to go to the clinic and pick them up. I head to the clinic and as Im waiting for them to print I get a phone call from the original woman I spoke with saying she received a message that I wanted my results. I let her know I was currently at the clinic to get them. She advised she would email them all over to me as well and to give her an hour. I walked away with a copy of my childrens test results and said it was fine she didnt print mine as I would prefer a digital record anyway and I should have them in an hour. BIG MISTAKE. 2.5 hours later and no test results in my inbox I called customer service only to be told we do not email results and I dont know who you talked to, etc. I then spoke with a supervisor named Rebecca who was no more helpful and pretty much said too bad. I then asked for an email address, mailing address and phone number or where I could submit my complaint. All I got was transferred to an extension where I can leave a message and wait for someone to return my call. I understand these are frustrating times but the lack of customer service I received was unacceptable. Even though the office staff was amazing, my family and I will no longer seek any care from NextCare Urgent Care. As an FYI, I also check the online portal for the company that tracks test results, with no information on their website as well.
I’ve called 3 times and left messages every time. Zero call back. Pharmacy has sent multiple requests. Zero response. Guess I wasted time coming here to receive treatment. Going to end up in the hospital because no one can care to respond.Update: I went in person and was told the nurse would call me. An hour later and still received ZERO contact. What a surprise. I did a virtual appointment with another place and they’ve already sent the correct prescription with no issues. Why did I waste my time here? The doctor is only trying to get a pay out for prescribing medication not covered under insurance. How does it feel to put your paycheck above your ethics? Never going here again.
Showed up at 6:35 and their website says theyre open until 8pm. There were 4 people waiting to be seen, and we were turned away with a sick child! Shouldnt get to call your practice Urgent Care, or Care at all really.
I had a hard time understanding the nurse. But the PA was professional and friendly and made me feel at ease. Helped me feel better and was very helpful in my care and getting what I needed.
The wait is terrible. I waited 45 minutes to be seen by the PA. The front office staff are super unfriendly. The receptionist seemed like she did not want be to be there and was confused on why I was there. I did the pre mobile check in with all the paper work so her being confused and very unprofessional was very fun :). This is ridiculous. After waiting 45 minutes, the PA came into the room checked my breath sounds and said he wants to order a chest x-ray and left the room. He made sarcastic remarks to me as if I don’t know what I’m talking about in regards to my health. I am still waiting in the room to know what is going on if the X-ray will be done here or will I need to get it done else where. The lack of communication between staff and patient is awful. I do not recommend coming here at all.
Friendly, caring and communicative staff. Nurses are very sweet, explain everything to you. The nurse and DR explained to me a rapid Covid test was only 40% accurate. So they suggested I get a rapid, and a regular test. Was able to get both tests done at the same time! Made an online appt, was in and out within an hour
Very friendly staff, informative and quick. They even made sure I was feeling better than when I came in! Everyone was very respectful and showed high acknowledgement.
Everyone was very pleasant and professional. From the receptionist (I didn’t get her name) to Maria (medical assistant) to the FNP (Teresa Hill) very nice and efficient. I really appreciate everyone.
Went here to get a COVID test- Everyone here was very patient and kind. I cant imagine having to deal with the volume of people theyve had to deal with and even with all that, they were all so gentle and caring. I was fully expecting to get treated with less patience because I know Im not exhibiting obvious symptoms but the folks I talked to took me very seriously and made me feel like Im valid/not crazy. Please remember to be patient, please remember they dont control how long your test results take, please remember that healthcare workers are the people who keep us safe and healthy. Be kind to them and they will be super kind to you! 💚
The Dr was very nice and helpful
Perfect service all the stuff very good, the provider Kimberly is professional and give me time to explain my symptoms , and she send me the meds to my pharmacy. Back office Kelly was perfect he did all the tests I need, he so kind and answer all my questions. Front office Danielle she was very quick and nice she check me in just in a minute. I want to say thank you so much Next care thunderbird you are the best for anyone feel sick.
I am very disappointed in the outcome of my visit. The wait time was good and the doctor did give me the care that I needed. The problem is that I had an x-ray of my lungs and never got the results. I tried to reach someone by phone, but just sat on hold listening to a loop recording.I finally got in to see my doctor 4 days later and had another X-ray done. It turned out to be pneumonia. I could have been taking the antibiotics earlier if I had the results of the original x-ray.I will not be going back to NextCare Urgent Care.
I will not come back here. I made a covid test appointment online and it was supposed to be curbside. I checked in online at 3:25pm and my appointment was at 3:30. It was 3:50 and no one came to my car?! So I had to walk in the clinic and the young lady in the front tells me they don’t not do curbside at this location but the website said they do which is why I made the appointment with this location. I was very frustrated because they saw I checked in online but they never thought to call me?? The young man who swabbed my son was great. The Dr who saw my son was also great. But the medical assistant who gave us out paper work was rude. The covid results are supposed to be RAPID and take about 15min to get. It’s now be 3hours since my son has been tested and still no email or phone call. I never would have come here if I was not going to get rapid results.
I went in on Labor day. Six people ahead of me and around 3 people after me came in with appointments. They had me out in around 2 1/4 hours. All staff were amazing. Thank you for giving me great service and care!
Amazing service, Latoya was amazing and did everything she could to help me while keeping an amazing attitude. Not only did she help distract me from my pain by laughing with me, she even made sure to communicate extremely well with me on everything she was doing. That women deserves everything good in life to come her way. Thank you Nextcare and Latoya for amazing service!
