When I tell you this is the best Urgent care everrrr! The staff is professional and kind. My family has utilized this facility quite a bit and will not go anywhere else. Their hours are super convenient. They even have a family care coming soon. Superior family care. I will be changing my familys primary care to them. Thanks Quick Urgent care.🗣️ (we are here now) 😂

I have been to both clinics and have always received excellent care! I am always in and out quickly and they really listen. You can tell they honestly care for their patients. The staff is friendly and I will always recommend this clinic! The experience has always been so great that I came to work for the company. We are like family and the manager really cares for his employees. He has a good heart and loves his work’!

The medical team at this clinic were kind and efficient and tended quickly to my concern. The facility was clean. The process was straightforward. The out-of-pocket cost for non-insured was reasonable and affordable, and less-expensive than similar places. A nurse took my vitals and Dr. Honeywell performed a thorough examination of my injury, listening patiently and gathering all the pertinent information I had to offer, and swiftly sent my prescription to pharmacy. The visit was not rushed and I felt well-cared for upon my exit. Thank-you kind folks, for seeing me promptly on short notice.

I highly recommend this urgent care! They are very quick and listen to all your needs. All the providers, nursing staff, and front desk are attentive and caring. I have been taken care of here multiple times for different things and have NEVER had an issue. After struggling with cough, congestion, and crippling fatigue I decided I needed some help. I really appreciated how easy it was to schedule online and complete all paperwork before I left home. When I arrived, I was greeted and processed quickly. I was amazed at how fast I was in a room speaking with a nurse about my medical history and symptoms. I rarely look like the textbook of anything. I appreciated how they listened to me and provided the exact treatment I needed. Within 24 hours, I felt like a new woman. I am in between primary care doctors because of an insurance change. Our new policy doesn’t cover urgent care for any reason. I was so thankful for how cost effective this was. None of the exorbitant fees associated with an ER visit. Quick Urgent Care was incredible. Fast, easy, thorough, and responsive. I am so glad I went, and I would 1000% return for care!

This facility opens early, great doctors and fast service. Very organized and didnt have to wait long. Sent my prescriptions over to pharmacy right away. I highly recommend this place for the best care.

Quick Urgent Care has every patient care component one would need to be well taken care of when you are seeking medical care. The staff is genuinely compassionate. From providers to MAs, Nurses, the front desk as well as the admin staff, are great individuals who prioritize patient care in the utmost professional manner. Have been recommending both locations to friends and family and they have been very happy with the quick and best care they received from Quick Urgent Care.

I went to take my child for a worrying cough. Everyone was professional, helpful, and thorough. The doctor was great - was able to assess the situation and provide a diagnosis. My wait time was shorter than other similar places. I would go back again myself and recommend to others.

First visit went great. I was able to talk with a PA about my issue and was given a prescription. She said that if the first prescription med did not work, I could call their clinic and she would send an antibiotic for me. After about 3 weeks of taking the first prescription and it not helping, I called the office as instructed and was told that I would have to pay ANOTHER $95 out of pocket & insurance charge to see another physician for this same problem!! Their reason was because the PA was on maternity leave. Apparently NO notes are kept for patients. Thankfully my doctor out of state was willing to help. Did not have a good experience here and cannot recommend.

Staff was super nice to my wife The Dr was nice and caring went over her X-ray very thoroughly with her. He sent her X-ray off to radiology and they actually responded really quickly. She got a shot in her hip for pain.

I’ve never been to an urgent care but when i couldn’t hear in my right ear I immediately Google the nearest urgent care. I was seen immediately. Robyn and Jaclyn( i may have names wrong) was so sufficient and knowledgeable and fix my issue the same day, i was able to ear again. The Np told me what to do in the future. I’m so thankful for them because it was bigger what i thought and they kept me from getting infection. Thank you so much

Care at the Moore and OKC locations are top notch! My family has been seeing Quick Urgent Care for a while and will definitely go back. Everyone genuinely cares for their patients, even the manager is a great person and you can tell they have a heart of GOLD!

This is the second time I visited the Quick Urgent Care I was greeted with a pleasant smile and greetings. The building is very clean and organized.I met with the doctors PA quickly. She is friendly and professional. They did some testing in-house and sent the cultures out and were very prompt in calling me with the results.I would recommend anyone needing help to use this quick Urgent Care location.

I highly recommend this urgent care (and the moore location) for all my friends and family all the time, and not only for care, but to work here as well. I have been with QUC for the last 3 years and the staff is so sweet and friendly, and like my second family. I have learned so much as a nurse from Iftikhar and others. He took me in like his own and taught me everything I know about quick care, and I will forever be grateful for this opportunity. He appreciates every single thing his staff does. I had the great displeasure of needing to visit Quick Urgent Care-OKC today. However, the experience was nothing short of wonderful (considering how awful I felt). I have pretty bad preexisting conditions that make any bronchial infection dangerous so I was quite nervous. Add to the fact that my husband is out of town for work and I live pretty far in the country, I qas scared. I saw Chelsea today and she made it a point to not let me leave until I felt 100% comfortable with my medications and care plan. She listened to me and was so kind and personable and I feel like thats not something seen every day in an urgent care facility. I got an appointment super quick and had no sooner sat down before they called me to the back. If youre not feeling great and need quality healthcare thats also fast, I strongly recommend this place.

From injuries to illnesses, the care this clinic provides is top notch. The staff are always very kind and attentive. I get in and out quickly, and am feeling better soon. Highly recommend!

If I had four hands I would give this review four thumbs down my lady has sleep issues hadnt slept for 2 nights and she has taken a medicine for a long time thats non narcotic and they told her they dont help with this well I mean really this bitter cold and you get into a warm car with no sleep you can easily fall asleep behind the wheel and it says they do family care at this clinic well there you have it enough information to know they will not help have a wonderful and blessed day and thanks for all the help!

Worst customer service ever! I came in for some testing and I did not want to say my personal information out loud in front of others for my own personal reasons and the receptionist proceeded to give me funny looks and have a rude attitude! I asked for a manager and the manager didn’t address the customer service or anything. She then gave me a paper . I start filling out the information and she then proceeded to tell to sit down , you can fill the information out sitting down! I feel like the customer service and energy was so wack!! I’ve worked customer service my entire life and if it’s my decision to not give my person information out then that should be respected! And the way you talk to people and the energy and facial expressions was not it! I wouldn’t recommend this place at all! Wasn’t even there long and felt like I should be giving my money and time to someone that actually wants to help me! Don’t waste your time!

First thing I noticed when I walked in was how clean it was. Front desk was friendly. They were able to see both of my kids in a timely manner. Nursing staff was attentive. Overall a pleasant experience.

Quick urgent care has been one of my favorite urgent cares ever! They get you in quickly, you are seen, listened to by the best providers, and diagnosed accurately. Earlier in the year I was diagnosed with BOTH flu and covid and felt so awful. Rebecca had prescribed me medications that helped me so much and I was seen again 3 weeks later by Iftikhar due to acquiring bronchitis, and he prescribed medication for that as well, and it cleared up! I was so worried that my cough was never going to clear up but thank god it did! Truly thankful for Quick Urgent Cares entire staff. Highly recommend this Urgent Care at both locations!

Staff was super great love them all they help out and are supportive just do not like the owner all he cares about is his dam reviews.don’t get me wrong the customers do matter 100% but also if the workers are working in a hostile environment they also need to be taken care of there has to be a balance between the two. Will not be visiting these urgent cares anymore this location and The one in Moore Oklahoma will be changing clinics!

Great Urgent Care, might be a little far from where we live. But theres no waiting here, this is my 2nd time here taking my two daughters and theyre always good and compassionate to their patients.

My first time at this location.i really appreciate their patience, and i didnt feel rushed. all were genuinely kind. i recommend this staff for your health care.

They refused to see me on August 20th. Now they are saying i was never there??? My hand required stitches, I went 10 mins before they closed, blood just gushing out, and they clung to some excuse about me forgetting my ID when clearly I was hysterical. Even if i went to get it, theyd close before i could return. It had nothimg to do with the ID theyd taken my husband without one, they didnt want a patient that made them stay late. There was a woman just sitting there behind the desk on her phone without a care in the world giving me judgemental looks, it was the worst experience.

Multiple? One is not multiple. Apparently all you care about is your review because you asked me to change my first review when I gave you four stars and I called you out for any medication’s that I can’t afford. The front desk girls were rude, the second provider Answered and she said “things get lost in translation. Thank you for the further information “ When I spoke to your office administrator, he asked me to go back and change my review since “ He called and fixed my issue” He was the only one that actually called me back and gave a shit

I was very pleased with the care that everyone had given me during my visit with Urgent Care. The only thing that was lacking was the receptionist should have had at least a small smile on her face since she is the first person that people see when they come in and especially if theyre not feeling well. During my checkout, there was still not a smile. But everyone else showed exceptional care and concern for me.

I had to come here when I was on a trip to see family and had the best care from the team that works there. I can confidently say that they were very knowledgeable and thoughtful when helping me!!

The breathing treatment, my shot, along with my prescriptions have me on the road to recovery. I was able to pickup my medications and get home to bed. My coughing has subsided tremendously. Curious as to why I’m still being billed for an appointment when my child has Medicaid. I called about the charge, given no explanation, and told to ignore the bills. The bill then doubled, and I started receiving calls and voicemails. Just called again and once again told this needs to be reviewed and to disregard any correspondence.

I dont go to doctors very often, and mostly because I dont feel like they listen. I know they know more than I do, but it doesnt give me confidence when I dont feel herd. But Lisa made me feel very listened to and I will be back and if I have another incident you guys are awesome the front desk staff was also very friendly and thorough which I appreciate very much. Thank you all!Edit: If I could leave a second review I would. I was in a panic to find anyone who would relieve the blisters on my face being willing to do a lesion or drain If needed. The places I visited before coming back here or not willing and were taking guesses at what antibiotics I needed to be on. Not okay! A culture at the very least needed to be done to determine the infection and the right antibiotic. It is dangerous to guess around with antibiotics. I cant believe how careless some people can be, but this urgent care and Dr Sandhu are anything but careless. They care about their patients. Blisters were on my face and I didnt know what they were. Stupidly I went to two other urgent cares before I went back to the one that I knew was good to me last time. This was only 3 weeks ago that Dr Sandhu (The third person I visited that day) diagnosed what I had properly. It was shingles. Never imagined getting such a thing in my life but I did and he was the only one that diagnosed it properly and got me on the right antibiotics and right medications right away. So once again I went back to thelis urgent care, got exactly the treatment that I needed and I wont mess around again, next time I have an urgent need medically I will be right back to this facility as they have never let me down. Thank you guys for being truly committed to the care of your patience. Ill be under his network when he becomes a primary care physician. 🙏

Have had multiple visits here. The one bad experience we had we found out the girl responsible was fired. This place is managed well.

Front desk was very helpful. The nurse was very polite did a great job checking my vitals. The PA Hannah will listen to you and whatever syptoms you are dealing with..Shes helped me twice. Shes good. No complaints.

My daughter just had a Telehealth appointment - and I was in the room with her. The receptionist called without a proper greeting (no hello, my name is X and Im with X) and said I need to collect a $50 co-pay. My daughter paid and the receptionist hung up. No thank you, no goodbye....just hung the phone up. My daughter told her Walgreens on 23rd and May for her pharmacy and put that in the paperwork required to be filled out.....they sent the RX to CVS - who doesnt accept her insurance. The receptionist was horrible and seeing as how this was our first experience with Quick Urgent Care, it will also be our last. We went with them based on their reviews on Yelp/Google......and we were totally misled.

Took my child in gave a second chance only to have to leave and go to a real.doctor and find the has a double ear infection and sinus infection. Again completely rude receptionist and no actual medical care. Then after leaving the called and actually terminated us as patients because they cant do there job and we left said we would go somewhere else so much for second chances. Bad bad place dont go if you actually want help or good care.

Been to this urgent care twice so far. They’re fast, extremely helpful, and very nice. Taken my daughter to them too. Couldn’t recommend more.

The ( Doctor) had excellent bedside manner. She was informative, efficient, and cordial. However, the two front gals were very dismissive accompanied by attitudes( starting on the phone). While on the phone I asked what to bring, such as I.D. & insurance card ect.. She replied sharply and hung up abruptly. My thoughts were maybe shes having a bad day, or is incredibly busy.Wrong, walking to the reception area she hardly acknowledged me.... Same thing with checkout.. This isnt a bad day, its a bad vibe.

So earlier this month, April 2023, me and my fiancé both stopped in after she hurt her back and I was feeling ill. Our major concern was that her insurance has lapsed so finding a place that wasn’t crazy expensive was tough; however we decided to swing by here based on several reviews. And wow I can’t say enough, the staff was amazing, easy to work with super friendly and knowledgeable. In the past she has felt uncomfortable going to any urgent cares or doctors when not having insurance due to places being rude about the idea that she didn’t have any, but not here. They were up front about the price for the visit and gave us other options to help ease her discomfort along with how much each treatment would cost. They then let us make the best decision based on our needs and financial comfort. I told them in the office that I had never been into urgent care that was so friendly and I mean that. Now I hope I don’t have to go back to any urgent care anytime soon however if I did I wouldn’t hesitate to come right back here! Just do yourself the favor and mark this place down if your ever sick and don’t have a primary care or a primary care that isn’t booked out for a month in advance. A++

QUICK is a good name for your urgent care. I cant believe how fast I was in and out of there. I did give yall a shout out on my radio show this morning about how fast I was in and out of there, and how efficient and helpful everybody was.

Glad to find an urgent care close by again since FirstMed is no longer open . Friendly front desk staff. Easy to schedule an appointment and check-in online. I liked Hannah, the PA. Very thorough and professional!

Great service! Got in fast and got out fast. Doctor and staff was super nice and helpful with what I needed, and even noticed a huge earwax buildup (not the reason for visit) and cleaned them out for me! First time a doctor went out of their way! Medicare friendly too!

This place is amazing! Got me in and out within 20 minutes with the correct diagnosis. I have the flu and after a bad experience with a different clinic they really helped me. I felt like the staff genuinely cared for my wellbeing.

Dr. Meredith and the receptionist were quick, gentle, and efficient. Along with great bedside manner and even a first time ever follow up call from the doctor herself, I wouldnt suggest another location to go. If they did primary practice, I wouldve jumped to sign up for Dr. Meredith as my new PCP. Ive had ear infections ongoing for years and they are the first ones to clean my ears for me and really listen to my issue and concerns. 10/10 recommend.Thank you all!

Im from MA. I fell while I was in another state. I came in to be seen today, was seen within 15/20 minutes that included being checked in. Very friendly staff, phenomenal patient care. Definitely recommend.

Took my daughter here because I believed she had Thrush. Saw a physician very quickly which was nice, but she sat with us for less than 5 minutes, ran no test and ultimately misdiagnosed my child. She prescribed a cream that I used on my daughter that literally burned her skin off and she has been at OU Medical getting treatment for the last 3 days with no timetable of going home due to the level of pain she is in. What she actually had was a staph infection and now is hooked up to an IV being fed a high dose pain medication to treat the burns from the prescribed cream.Now I have to sit here with her feeling terrible because of the additional and unnecessary pain she is experiencing due to this visit. wish I could leave zero stars.** Update ** their idea of being concerned was to text asking about our experience, they basically sent a survey. As someone who works in customer service thats a pretty lousy response considering what happened, coincides with the service received.

My husband and I have both been here. PA Sandhu is great and really knows how to address sinus infections. It’s been hard since COVID to get adequate treatment for them since most people just want to do virtual visits. The first time I went back in December they did have me do a virtual appointment, but this time they said I could do a regular one. This place is also convenient and open better hours than the last urgent care place I would go. I’ve gone twice, definitely quick if you go when they open. I got there at around 710 and was out by 750.

I was in OKC for a business meeting and started to feel ill. I was very concerned since I knew no medical professionals in the area and didn’t think I could get on a flight feeling as I did. Meredith had an amazing bedside manner. She was very reassuring as she examined me, and she quickly determined that my issue was minor and easily resolved. Plus, my wait time to be seen was very short. I couldn’t be more pleased.

They were pretty Quick on time and getting me back there. The nurse practitioner and nurse were amazing and polite with what we thought would be best for me . Loved the atmosphere and they were very helpful and patient with me !

Terrible! If you’re sick and your condition hasn’t improved and you let them know , they treat u as if they do not care , sending me back to work telling u it’s policy when policy does not state when a patient’s condition has worsen to do that , first time service is all they are good for.

Quick Urgent Care was a quick, easy experience! They got me in right away, when another urgent care was an hour and a half wait. Because of high flu/COVID rates, they had me quickly register online, then the nurse first called me in my car to go over meds and medical history, then the Provider called me briefly before coming on out to my car to look at my throat and do my strep test (in my case, a sore throat and exposure to strep were my only concerns). My test came back quickly, and my Rx was sent right over! I would recommend this urgent care any day!

We were so impressed with this clinic and it’s people! My wife and I were needing Covid tests quickly out of concern that we had exposed a family member who is compromised. The staff responded very quickly and took care of us! So friendly and understanding! Even coming out to our vehicle to help us! If we could give more stars we would! Special shout out to Merideth!

I highly recommend this Quick Urgent Care LLC to everyone. I was impressed as soon as I entered the facility. Very very clean and pleasantly refreshing. It wasnt at all like the others that I have experienced you know (take a number, rush rush, NEXT). It was like Ok lets get acquainted and get you BETTER.

Amazing visit. Took my 4 year old for an ear ache and wow. The receptionist was super sweet and the doctor was so nice and great with my daughter. Definitely will be back to this urgent care.

Great people and was taken care of in a short time

The staff were great. Actually listened to what was going on and what has worked for me before. But after my visit, they started blowing up my phone. 5 texts that day. 1 begging for a good review since theyre a new business, then 4 begging for a rating 1-10. I replied STOP to the first number after the 4th text in less than 2 hours, but then I got the same message from a different number. I replied STOP to that one as well as blocking both numbers from my phone. I work nights and was trying to sleep, but instead was having to deal with repeated texts.

I have never been to a place that has been as kind and friendly as you all.The entire team at the clinic displayed a high level of professionalism.. God bless y’all!

The doctor was fantastic, the services were quick, and the whole staff was very kind. Also, the medication prescribed for the flu is appreciated, it knocked out all symptoms.

I would give them a zero if I could. Dont go here, horrible horrible horrible crooks!! Guess they have to find a way to pay for the new clinic on 122.....You did not do anything to contact me but of course you need to try to make it look like you did for reviews.

I’ve visited this place about 3 times in the last few months for a variety of reasons. The staff is so nice, always quick, and so helpful. They go above and beyond in making sure all my questions are answered and so helpful. I’ve recommended them to multiple people.

Didn’t open on time and told me to wait in the car until 7:15am when it says they open at 7. Was told to go to my car for a telehealth appointment. They swabbed me for strep, Covid and flu but when those came back negative I was told to just take something over the counter. I was really sick and wheezing. Got diagnosed with bronchitis at another clinic and they gave me medicine.

I recommend this place for any of your urgent needs. I was in & out of there in less 25 mins. Very knowledgeable practice and kind staff. Next time i I have an issue I’m definitely going back◡̈ .
